Due to my first experience, helpful and kind people.But she did an even better job. (They’re both really good to be honest) I asked for nice and thin and natural looking and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I wish I could upload a picture :) Great service. I highly recommend. Horrible... just awful...these nail people have stack somewhere in the past like 10 years ago maybe even longer than that! Come on people! MOVE ON! its 2018 already. The progress on nails is so significantly huge!!! LEARN something NEW watch YOUTUBE videos of the professionals doing nails, educate yourself into a new level! i do better job at home with nails than you do at the salon. Never ever again! This was my first and last try. VERY VERY Disappointed!

I was searching online for a nail salon open today since it was Thursday. Andy was open and had excellent reviews so I popped in. It was busy, I was a walk-in so I was expecting a long wait. I was wrong, it was maybe 15 or 20 minutes. But honestly, who cares about waiting when youre in those massage chairs!! The salon was clean and everyone was friendly. I got comfy while I waited for my manicure and pedicure. I was in rough shape but they fixed me right up. Easy, relaxing experience. I will definitely come back

II will never Return to the salon. I gave them a one star because the massage was decent not the best but just decent.I heard them telling a client on phone to wear mask yet owner on occasion walked around with no mask. Hannah tried to convince me to use the tool that has some Sort of razor for my heal instead of just the Pumice rock. When I insisted on the pumice rock she did a rush job. My previous Nail Tech always use the pumice rock only and did an awesome job making it very smooth with little or no effort

This place is amazing! I took my cousin & myself out for a day of pampering. She doesnt know it yet however her boyfriend is proposing to her this afternoon. Had to make sure she got her nails done. The woman did my nails and she was amazing! Whether youre talkative or not she doesnt make it awkward. We are two very happy customers.

My sister told me today she and my mom went in to get pedicures. Andy and Lynn took care of them and they did a phenomenal job.I changed my rating to 5 stars. 04/29/3019I just my nails done by Lynn . She has always been so professional and is always so friendlyI will go no other place. This is my recommendation if you want value for your money.

Im very picky and particular about how I like my nails done, especially when I am paying for a service I could do myself. These women are amazing and very accommodating. I was in a rush and had to be out of the salon in an hour. I had 2 people work on me - one on my gel mani and the other on my pedi. They got me out in an hour and I now have perfectly shaped nails and a beautiful paint job. I found my new favorite spot!! Wont go to anyone else.

My family and I have gone here more times than I can count and I am ALWAYS so happy! Everyone is so polite and accommodates us always. Their work is always AMAZING. I am a very precise person so perfection is essential. They get it right EVERY TIME.

Where should I start. Once they have your money they don’t stand behind their work. I got a fill with gel polish 72 hours ago and 3 nails have chipped on the corners due to uneven filling. I sat on the front seat closest to the mirror and was taken care of by a guy. Don’t know his name. I can in to get this issue fixed and was told to wait 30 min . No worries, 30 min later I had to wait another 30 min while they all argued back and forth in their langue on who will take care of me. And why is that? Because I already paid and who ever took their time would have to lose money on actual clients coming in.. let’s stop here and understand that I was one of those clients that took my time came in waited and paid for services. One of the guys had the nerves to tell me people come in front of me when I clearly was there first than they were but he chose her over me. Some other lady went bath and forth with me on what type of service I originally received and stated I only had g polish but I didn’t . She was trying to figure out a way to not rectify it. A little over an hour and still nothing as other clients that’s walked in got services. I got up and as I walked out the front desk person States they are are going to fix them just as they been saying for over and hour. I will be starting a dispute with my bank.

Absolute worst place to go to. I called before hand, asked how long of a wait for THREE people. I specified I needed 2 fills and one full set. They quoted me $24 for a gel fill, I’m like okay not to bad (my normal spot is $18 for a gel fill but they had a 2 hour wait). Well, we get there and there was a wait. They only had one person available for to start. So I waited 45 minutes for my turn. Then, as my friend was checking me out so we could just leave, they charged me $29...... I asked why, and they said it was to remove my polish & cut my nails down?! Like seriously? I’ve never been somewhere who charges you for a cut down and polish change for a GEL FILL! It’s apparent I’d need a polish change, and a cut down but wasn’t quoted for that....

The worst nail place ever. They are rude as hell and they dont give a damn about their customer or have no customer service skill. Dont be fooled about the nice reviews on here. They make their family members who speak and write English post nice reviews just to make them selves look good. Be better off to take your money somewhere else .

The wait wasn’t bad at all. I went for a manicure and pedicure and only ended up getting a pedicure. The guy didn’t even take 5 minutes. He did a horrible job. I could’ve done a better job myself. A waste of my money.

I went to do my eyebrows and they messed them up, one was shorter than the other and when I complained, they said that they dont see anything wrong and the manager was very rude, did not even apologize. I will never go back again. if they cant see the problem than they should not be working in beauty

This is the best nail salon in the Avalon Park area. I have tried all, and others outside of the area. All technicians are good. The owners do an excellent job on acrylics. They do the best job I have ever seen on pink and whites.

Horrible attention my nails fall down in only one week.... are u imagine that.... I spent my money to a full system which normally take 3 weeks to need the maintenance and in one week I lose all of them.... I do not recommend that place at all....starting the job the girl used the paste as if she were afraid to wear it (reason why the nails did not last more than 7 days) then she got upset when I asked her to cut more because i like shorter made (relly? ) I honestly do not go back

I went in to have SNS powder on my nails and honestly I can do my own just as badly and I have. I went in expecting to have a nice set done for less than I normally pay and my nails look horrible. I believe it may have been the owner herself who done them as well which is sad. If I could post a picture I would show how horrible they look.

I came today and Andy as always does a pretty good job with acrylics. However, he put another new guy to do my pedicure. Worst pedicure I ever have. I do not reccomend that new guy at all. Andy and couple girls are good.

I was a client for about 6 yrs. Quality in service and material have change in the last year. They used to be the best in the Avalon area. Time to look for other place...

One star does not do this review justice. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in to get a pedicure and the whole experience only lasted approximately 10 minutes. You pay around 25 dollars for ten minutes, while wasting their halfway efforts and my time and money. The individual even had the audacity to be on the phone for the entire service. Now I’m on my way to get another pedicure because the people at top beauty nails just washed my feet.

Horrible. The first time I went the owner made fun of my nails because they are short and he was just so rude. I felt embarrassed. Each time I went I’m literally waiting for 30 minutes or more. I won’t be back.

As Im sitting here now finally getting my nails done. I waited for 40 minutes while sitting in cold water as the rest of the staff took care of the regulars first with no rush. Not one person apologized to me for sitting here patiently waiting my turn. This place used to be professional but now its really a nail salon for those regulars that come weekly. Because if you are a walk in they treat you with less respect. I shouldve gone to the new place by Aldis. Next time I will follow my first mind. I will never come here again.

OVER PRICED! They are charging $32 for a FILL IN. And if you want Opi polish thatll be another $2. To add insult theres been at least a 20 - 40 min wait both times Ive come. My daughter actually did get her nails done here and I was not impressed. Her nails were wide and funny looking. Once i realized how much they charged her i was furious! Never again!!!!!

I went to this salon for a new go to place the staff was nice but the lady who did my nails didnt do what I wanted, she cut under both my thumb nails and to much on the top of my nail by my cuticle, my nails are so sore from how much they were filed, I was not satisfied with the service. I dont like the way my nails look, Would not recommend.

When I moved here from out of state I went to several different nail salons and was unhappy with the results. This nail shop changed all of that! They are friendly, do a great job, and are in a convienent area if you live in Avalon Park/Timber Creek.

I moved from a different area and the first place I went it was a horrible experience, but today I was very satisfied with the service from this place. She did it exactly how I asked, took her time and I like the price too! Definitely coming back!!

This is the worst nail spa in Avalon. I had ever had to leave a nail spa so upset. First the manager which I believe is the owner was yelling at this lady like she was a dog and the other male manager did not ever tell her co-worker to chill and be professional in front of customers. I think this manager messed up the customers nails and the customer was being polite and friendly by telling her to fix the problem but instead the manager started yelling at her in front of everyone which I think it was degrading to women. The owner has no manners, acting like she was in China swap meet and had no manners for the other customers who were walking in. I felt bad for the girl and I wish I could have spoken up for her but I was afraid the male manager could harm us in there so I got up and left to call my boyfriend as a back for the other women in there.How can you go to a place as this where woman are been degraded and not speak up? Imagine if this was your sister your daughter or your best friend? Next time you think about going to this place to get your nails done, think about respect integrity that man and managers need to show to their customers and customer service professional environment. I regret for going to that place and never knew how they truly treated their customers until now.Place is bad for business and should not be an Avalon. Whether customer is wrong, right or unhappy, there is a polite way in a professional mannerism which ever store owner and there employees should hold in half and if this cannot be demonstrated then they shouldnt be in business and such a community where it demands respect for all race color and gender.

Ive never written a review of a place but this one definitely called for it. Im not sure if it was just the woman I had, but given I witnessed them hang up on a customer in front of me tells me different. I was getting my acrylic set off and a new one on and there was absolutely NO remorse ripping off my nails. At one point my eyes even started watering from the pain on one finger, I yanked my hand away thinking she went through to my real nail too(yeah, that painful) and she refused to even do the other nail first to give the one she was going at a break. I changed my mind after this and left right after the murder of my once healthy nails Ill never waste my time here again. There are so many other places to go to that actually care, especially around here. Go to those!

They were very nice and did a great job.

Every time I go they always do a very a low job. On day two my rimbstones fell off. My aunts nail broke on the second day from the root . Bad customer service . Another time I asked for Med length nails and they gave me very very very shortly nails. I always leave upset . Don’t recommend

OKay so I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year now and yesterday I went in two hours before closing time and was rejected because supposedly they had no time. Okay thats fine I could maybe understand that. So today I go get a full set and my mother was getting to get fill in and a pedi cure, so we ask today if there is room for us and there was, they sat her down immediately for a pedi and about at most 10 minutes later they start on my full set. They started doing my nails at 4:00 and by 5:20 was when the lady FINALLY finished buffing my nails and was going to paint my nails. I had to pick up my car by 6. So I had to leave with no color. My mother who had finished her pedi was waiting for someone to do her nails because the lady that finished her toes moved on to a next person and it wasnt till 15 minutes later that they started on her fill. Now back to the lady that was doing my full set she apparently was new to doing nails. I have two crooked nails as well as several uneven ones. And on my way home around 7 I called to see if I could stop by real quick for them to just finish and paint them and was told they were too full and unable to finish their job which I had paid for when I left. So I can conclude that they have lost sight of quality to quantity and it is sad too because I loved going there!
