The young lady who did my nails was very friendly. But i was charged $69.00 for a manicure. Yes!!! you read it right $69.00 to be fair 10 dollars was a tip but if you do the math it’s still $59.00 for a gel manicure!!!!It was a mistake which is fine. But I’ve waited over 2 days for the Salon Manager to contact me so she can correct it and she still hasn’t. Three days later and my nails look like this. Three days of a gel manicure i should not have 3 broken nails. I haven’t even done house chores yet. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with how this is being handled. First and last time there. I work in the hospitality industry and follow up in a timely manner is expected especially for their error.

I booked an appointment on September 2nd, for a 9:00 AM appointment on September 25th, with Katie. I live in the Altamonte area and traveled over 30 minutes to ensure that I was punctual for my appointment. I walked in at 9:00 AM and was advised that she wasn’t in just yet. Well, Katie never showed. Another tech by the name of Rae did my nails in her absence. Rae was incredibly sweet and made sure that I was satisfied with the service. However, my issue is with the original tech. She sent a series of text messages explaining that she didn’t have her calendar on, therefore “forgot” about the appointment. She asked if she could reschedule but I had a schedule of things to do, since it was my birthday weekend. Once she did actually arrive to the salon, there was ZERO apology in person. I appreciate the ladies who came to the rescue but Katie never showing up, caused a boomerang of scheduling conflicts for the remainder of the day. Very poor customer service.

Went here over a year ago a few times never left the review. Let’s start with the customer service, slick snobby. I got acrylics and they started lifting in a few days, when told the manager said I have a “thin nail bed” and there’s nothing to do about it. As if I never got my nails done in my life -_- they were opening when I went and they are overly pressing these reviews here so don’t think the customer service is really that great, they tell their customers to leave reviews & when asked for simple nails done they keep pressing you to get long nails more stylish more $$$ I’m assuming as well. Anyways not a great experience WOULDNT recommend and won’t be going back.

About 2 weeks ago I went in for the first time to the salon. I went in for a regular gel manicure. The girl was nice but she did not know what she was doing. She basically mangled my cuticles ripped more skin that the actual cuticle 🙄 after a day or two my nails look horrible (because my cuticles are literally open wounds) and my nails are now chipping. Before I wrote a review I wanted to see how the establishment would respond to this, so I sent them a DM, someone responded with the usual “let’s make amends at a discount with another tech” I declined the offer and requested someone from management get in touch, they never did. It was a totally waste of $80!!!!!! Never again will I return.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! I love the girls who work here! It’s always a vibe!! My nails are always unique and perfectly done and last forever! Highly recommend !!!

I love the place it’s beautiful. But the girls here are very irresponsible! I book with one girl and when I get to my appointment is always someone else attending me. This happened already 3 times. These girls are young and learning and I thought I found a place because I like ivanna but she always hands me down to someone else. So this will be my last time here.

Called to see if they took walk ins and was able to schedule an appointment over the phone. Walked right in and was helped. Service was fast and prices are reasonable.

Bossbunnii showed up about 30 mins late to our first appointment. Made a second appointment because she was telling me she’s trying to open more shops and wanted to help build her reputation. I paid the $20 deposit made an appointment for 3pm. I get an email confirmation for 9am. I had to change my whole schedule today to make it at 9am. I confirmed my appointment at 10:38pm that night and texted the girl “I’ll be there around 9:15” I pull up to the Bunnie’z nails & spa, bossbunnii is sitting on the left organizing magazines, completely ignores me. Some other girl asks if I have I appointment, yeah 9. Tells me they have a 10 mins late policy. Ok I originally made my appointment for 3pm! I changed up my whole day to make it here today, show up 15 mins late for the 9am appointment I NEVER make AND your gonna keep my deposit?! I will not be returning to Bunnie’z nails. The tech is not professional at all. I waited the first day we met 30 mins for her to show up, charged me $175 and didn’t complain.. Very unprofessional, selfish and overpriced for quality of work.

I went here for the first time to get a gel manicure and after the first day, the polish started cracking. Fast forward 5 days later and my polish is now chipping. Ive gotten gel many times from other salons and my nails have never shown any flaws until at least 2 weeks after. The only reason why I gave Bunniez two stars instead of one is because they were on time with my appointment and my nail tech was nice. But the quality of the manicure was very poor which I wasnt expecting considering they charge $5 more than most of the salons in my area.

The salon is very modern and clean with lots of natural light. I was quickly greeted and made to feel welcome. I was offered a choice of beverages and I had literally hundreds of polish colors to choose from. The pedicure massage chair was very comfortable and adjustable. My pedicurist was very meticulous and professional. And all of this at a fraction of the cost of the resort where I was staying. I would highly recommend Bunniez.

Beautiful salon, wide variety of nail polish colors available and extremely clean. My rating of 5 stars is towards the actual owners. They are extremely involved and want to ensure customer satisfaction. I wish more owners were as involved, and responsive. Keep up the great work. Yesterday was my first time here. The customer service was outstanding and the environment is very welcoming. Good music and complimentary services (alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages). Friendly staff and great service overall. The technicians take their time and provide quality over quantity. Will definitely be coming back!My technician Milou did an excellent job on my full set.

Bunniez has a team that is constantly learning to be better and striving to provide excellent customer service. At first I had a really rude tech who didn’t take care of my hands at all. To be fair, it was her first day, and hopefully her last. I’m so tired of nail salons that want your money and are pushy and rough with your hands. That tech even went so far as to say she refused to service me because I wanted her to file my nails neater! At the time only techs were on the salon floor, and quickly I was helped by two other ladies. When he came back, the store owner was embarrassed at the situation and offered me a 10% discount to try to accommodate me. The nail techs Aixa and Johanna really went out of their way to make my nails the nicest they could, taking over 3 hours in total but my nails came out well. I loved my medium length coffin full set, and I’d recommend this salon to any girl in Orlando who wants to bond over nails and try to make their nail ideas happen! As long as your nail tech has the patience for you, if you’re as artistic with your nails as I am, it will be worth your money.

Saturday was my first time going & by far the best experience Ive had at a nail salon! The staff was very friendly, the salon was very clean & a welcoming environment. I got a pedicure with Hailey & she is amazing. Very sweet young lady, attentive to ones needs & very detailed oriented. Definitely recommend & already booked my next appointment with Hailey.

Amazing new salon! Very clean and has a special air filter system so it’s great if you have bad allergies (like myself). Received a pedicure the day I went and was immediately offered a free mimosa/water. My nail tech was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Will be going back soon to get my nails done very soon!

This is my new salon! The salon is very clean and using latest and greatest tools and technology to provide a better experience. Everyone there is so friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Where do I begin? This is my most beautiful nail salon I’ve ever been to. Upon arrival you will be greeted and offered a beverage of your liking. If you have an appointment set, expect your nail tech to start promptly on time! My nails were done by Mariah (the Boss) and she made me comfortable and talked me through the entire process of my manicure and acrylic nails. This isn’t just a nail shop, but an environment where you can bond with women who share similar interests (nails ☺️) as you, while you get your manicure/pedicure done. I rate the entire experience a 10/10 and will definitely be back!

It was my first time with them, I’m a very picky person since I’m a manger at a restaurant, guidelines are a little different. Yennifer did an amazing job, I requested an almond shaped French. It came out beautiful! I love it so much!

Called and asked if they took walk ins was then told I had an appointment without asking if I wanted an appointment. They sent me a text with a form to fill out and the form said they charge cancellation fees etc. i showed up and got a text saying to wait outside so I did. They were supposed to text me when it was my turn to go inside and they never did. It’s been 2 hours. I went home. Don’t waste your time with these people completely unprofessional. I waited outside in 90° weather. This is ridiculous

I traveled an hour and half to go to Bunnie’z and it was totally worth it. Salon has a clean beautiful ambiance! I went to Kadisha as my nail tech, she was very nice and did my nails & jelly pedicure beautifully (first time trying that). I would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you.

Wish I could post a pic. Just had gel nails done 2 days ago. Within 10 hrs the jewels were off. Within 24 hrs the polish is chipped and looks awful. Do not recommend. At an important conference and just wanted cute nails this week. Very disappointed.

I always say finding a GREAT nail salon & Tech is so hard to find nowadays. I started following Bunniez Nail Spa a while and watched their entire process via Instagram. Finally once I heard they were opening, I said well I might as well try them out I have nothing to lose. When I say this salon has IMPRESSED me I mean it. I am very particular about my nails and they have done an amazing job from the time you walk in the door with their exceptional customer service, to the yummy mimosas I receive & of course the time they invest into my nails providing undivided attention to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve been here twice and they’ve nailed it both times. All I can say is the 3rd time will be a charm and I look forward to it. I got a pedicure and it was supposed to be deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about it. Barely cut my cuticles, didn’t buff my nails, barely scrubbed my feet. Maybe she’s new but she definitely needs more training. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

This is a very clean upscale salon. They offer complimentary drinks and top of the line products. I felt very comfortable also knowing that they use a new system at every station that filters the air from the chemicals being used. I had a gel mani and pedi with paraffin wax that was to die for. Being a teacher who stands all day it was definitely worth it. Would highly recommend.

I came to her with a picture I found off of Instagram and she was able to almost replicate it exactly! She did a phenomenal job! They really take care of you and care about your experience! Loove this place! Hands down best experience thus far. I got a jelly pedicure which was a really cool experience and my calluses actually got buffed/shaved off. I also got sns over my natural nails and my nails werent filed super thin and the sns wasnt laid on thick either. Everyones super nice and actually cares about your happiness and the health of your nails. If I lived here this would be my spot ❤❤
