Got a gel French manicure back in November right before thanksgiving along with an upgraded pedicure with red polish color. Then I came back before Valentine’s Day to get a lovely raspberry red on my toes. I love the service and the upgraded pedicures are heavenly.

So lovely!! I rolled up JUST on time and they were super quick taking me back and getting things rolling. My tech was super sweet and professional and did a stellar job on both my manicure and pedicure. I got a deluxe pedi and a mani, both gel. While I was there, they accommodated two walk-ins and were very prompt, friendly and professional with them, too and were able to see them within less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I find it very interesting that where a business has “Walk-In’s Welcomed” and they refuse service to you. Telling you that they have no available when there more than enough people to assist me.I guess the next time you want to come here you need to have a reservation.

I had been coming to this spa for years. Sadly, I recently had to relocate. They always do such a great job. Manicures and pedicures never chip and last until my next appointment. While I was in school they did my nails for graduation (french gel with tips) and they did a MARVELOUS job with making it look both NATURAL and CLASSY which is what I wanted. The owner is an expert manicurist as well and I always left content with any of the specialist. Would recommend to everyone. Extremely pleased in all aspects and am sad I am no longer in the area to continue getting the best nail service I have experienced.

If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I went as a walk-in as the business (during the least busiest time of the day) had a walk-in welcome sign on the front door. The spa only had two clients in the entire salon who were being attended to but the staff rudely refused to allow me to wait because they were extremely busy.I also ensured to respect covid regulations anddutifully had my mask on, as you should when you enter any business during a pandemic.The staff simply refused to let me wait in an almost empty salon and made me feel so unwelcome. It is a shame because I was looking forward to coming to the salon based on their reviews.If you are accustomed to receiving good customer care and service do not support this business as they clearly do not care about providing decent customer service.(Update)*** owner did respond back below and apologized passive aggressively but thank you for explaining where the miscommunication was on your end. How is there a language barrier when your staff was clearly able to communicate that they were unwilling to let me wait as a walk-in and that I should make my appointment from home?I also want to highlight that I was willing to wait and that it is not on the customer to figure out what the staff intended to say or do- The end result was the actions that took place and I merely shared my experience exactly as they happened.

I decided on a whim to treat myself to a manicure and booked an appointment online for about an hour in advance. It was super easy and they make their expectations super clear beforehand which was great. I got there about 20 minutes early and they were able to take me then. I had Hannah as my nail tech and she did an awesome job! My nails are perfect and the arm and hand massage she did was also stellar. I will definitely be back!

My husband bought me a gift card to this location for a Gel nail manicure and Delight pedi. Walked in yesterday, put my name on the list, to wait an hour before simply deciding to walking out. In that time listened to a convo between a patron and owner that sounded very condescending from the owner. Professional communication is a concern here. No one advised when I would be seen or how long the wait would be. I decided to walk in, because walk-ins welcomed is posted on the door. It is the small things that make big differences.

Pedicure was so uncomfortable with I left half way through. Explained to owner why it was uncomfortable and unacceptable and she proceeded to 70% of the total cost. We weren’t half through this appointment and I did try to speak with the tech before to improve my appointment. Both the employee and management were very disappointing

I discovered Anne & Vinny around 2 summers ago after a nearby salon butchered my nails. Since then, I have relocated twice, and now drive an hour to get my nails done by Anne. (Anne is amazing!!!)The salon is immaculate - pre covid & now, this is the cleanest nail salon I have been to, the service is impeccable, every technician portrays excellent customer service, the variety of colors are endless! I love everything about the Hand & Foot, I cant recommend this salon enough, I tell everyone about them!

The Hand & Foot Spa is absolutely amazing! After trying many places across different cities all over Florida for a SNS/dip powder manicure and having poor experiences, I have finally found an amazing place. I see Anne for my dip powder manicures and she is beyond amazing. The salon is very tidy, sanitized, and they are being very safe regarding COVID-19. They are always on time and scheduling is so easy. Anne takes the time to explain things to me and cares about the health of my nails. She takes the time to point out any nail damage from prior salons, and my new nail growth since seeing her is SO healthy. Long gone are the days of uncomfortable manicures and over-drilled, thin nails. I have also received a pedicure here and am equally as pleased with that service. The staff is very friendly, professional, and talented. I highly recommend them!

Very nice people, was asked if everything was ok during the entire appointment. Ive never had a nail technician say if there is anything you want me to change while working before. Such a comfortable and beautiful place.

I used to come here because of the service. I loved the way they used to take their time to actually do a great pedi and clean my feet very good. This time I arrived to the location around 5:30 (one hour and a half before they close). I got out of work at 5 so I rush to make it on time and ask them if they would be able to do maintenance on my hands and pedi, they said it was fine. They literally did my pedi in 10 min and my hands in 20 min. Such a bad bad job. They close at 7 pm. By 6:10 I was done. I will not come back.

I came in for a deluxe pedicure and it was incredible. The scrub was amazing and the massage even better. The salon smells of essential oils- no heavy acrylic scent which means no headache. It was very breathable and relaxing, a great atmosphere. Complimentary wine upon request. Comfortable, new, and clean massage chairs. Tina is my girl and she does an immaculate job. She is a true perfectionist. I really love this salon, it is a true hidden gem. Wish I had known of them sooner.

I work hard labor and treat myself to a pedicure every month or so. It’s been 2 months since I last visited The Hand & Foot Spa and as soon as I walked in Vinnie the owner calls me by my first name and asked me if he could get me a bottle of water! As always the Pedi was excellent the prices are perfectly set. IMO a pedi is a pedi but the service is what sets this business apart from others!! Arnold Schwarzenegger said it best...”I’LL BE BACK”

Very nice crew!!! My daughter and I have had our nails done with Vinny. He really is great and is very funny. Goes out of his way to make the customer satisfied. Highly recommend him. Best dip powder mani I’ve had with Anne. I came on a Friday evening and everyone was very pleasant and the service was great. I left feeling very happy which I often have something to nit-pick about with my nails. This place exceeded my expectations today which was a pleasant surprise! I will be back.

This is the best nail salon Ive been to in Orlando.. yes the prices are probably a little more than your average nail spot.. but the quality of these girls work is well worth the extra penny.. I do not go anywhere else but here.

Best manicure Ive ever had. Autumn is wonderful! She is extremely detailed and the finished product is perfect. Ive had acrylic, gel, and sns done here. I couldnt believe how thin she could make the acrylic nails...when they were taken off there were no ridges! Even after 6 weeks and 2 fill ins! Youll be so glad you went here.

Was very nice and welcoming walking into this salon. The place is very clean and modern. They have good music playing and all the staff are friendly. I got an orange delight pedicure 40 minutes for $45. She did an amazing job, exceed my expectation. I forgot to ask for her name. She also did my sns dip powder ombre nails. She was so detailed and experience with her technique, I feel like she can do this with her eyes close. My nails got so many compliments and it look and feel natural. It lasted me almost 4 weeks and with no chip. I will recommend this salon to anyone that want a good quality service.

Nail tech didnt understand what I said and made my nails too long. Also tried to do nail art, but its not great. Had been here before and liked it, but wont go back.

I’ve used this salon on a few different occasions for manicures and pedicures. I was pretty happy with the work the nail tech did, but she wasn’t very personable and could use some lessons on manners. I also don’t appreciate the employees chatting with each back-and-forth in Vietnamese Well I’m trying to relax for my pedicure. It seems like they are laughing and making fun of customers. I am the one paying to get a service done and I find this unprofessional and rude. I will be looking for a different place to get my nails done from now on.

This is a very nice place. Nail polish selection is great! Tons of Zoya colors! Although we came in and had a few issues with our service on a busy Friday (lunch time), we were given sincere apologies, full empathy and even a discount. Nice recovery and the right thing to do. :)

They always do a great job! I love the products they use, especially the gel nail polish remover that is formulated for just that. They dont make you soak your nails in acetone like other places. Also I love that they use liners in the pedi tubs. Clean these is crucial and they do that plus the liner.

This is my go to for mani and pedis in East Orlando, hands and feet above the rest! The Signature pedicure is AMAZING! All the techs and owners are very good and pleasant and produce great results!

I highly recommend not to come here if you’re expecting your gels to last longer than a week NOR a guarantee on their gels or dip the way you got them originally. Please note I did not do anything to cause them to come up, no work, no harsh treatment. Also, if you want even just simple glitter at the bottom of the nail, expect to pay $1.50-2 per nail without being told prior. My experience: I moved to Orlando last year and had been getting my nails done here regularly until Covid, typically a dip mani and regular pedi. It was the most expensive salon I had been to that was not a full spa, but I felt they did a great job and had nice pedi chairs. This last time I tried gels (which I’ve had done a million times at other salons) and more than half started coming up on the sides by the 7th day! I literally could have ripped them off so easily by day 6 or 7 due to the gel not sticking to my nails fully. I messaged them on the 8th day (a Friday) to see if they could fix them and was told yes at no fee. Great, easy enough!... oh was I wrong. I was out of town with family who was visiting from out of state and couldn’t come until Monday and although I preferred Tuesday, the owner Anne said I had to come Monday if I wanted them fixed at no charge. When I got there, Pink was ready to fix my nails and Anne left her current customer to come inspect my nails. Apparently she expected to only have to fix a couple chips, which is not what I said at all. And to my surprise, they’d only redo the color but not the glitter! I originally paid an extra $10 for them to move a little glitter around on 8 of my nails (which most salons do not charge for to begin with) but now I can’t have my glitter?! Not okay. I was told if I would’ve come on Friday they would have put the glitter on; what!? There is no logic behind that whatsoever. So you’ll fix my nails fully on Friday but only halfway a few days later when I’m back in town and can actually make it in there. Anne never told me that via messenger either (see photos attached), so I wasted my time and trip there today. I ended up getting so upset that I left without them fixing them and will never go back. I’m disgusted with ever paying their exorbitant prices just to be let down the one time I had an issue.. the poor customer service was very unnecessary and I hope this review helps others not waste their money and end up disappointed. I originally rated them 5 stars but as a loyal customer treated wrong, I had to change to 1.

I had my nails done yesterday. Less than 24 hrs later and its already ruined. My nail tech Tina who doesnt speak English just got up and left to pick up her son. She didnt say a workd. When I asked what was the difference between SNS and hell.. No answer. She was so slow. 2 hours for a simple manicure and SNS. This place is terrible. Expensive and not even worth it. If I could give it 0 starts I would!

Love Hand & Foot Spa Nails! Yesterday was my second visit there, and once more it was an amazing experience. Vinny greeted me with an enthusiastic happy attitude. My sister was indecisive between acrylics and gel extensions and Anne jumped in to help explain the difference and guided her to her best option. We were then taken to the pedi area, offered a nice cold drink of water and had the MOST AMAZING pedicures! Our pedi ladies were polite but did not start small talk like in other places, they just allowed us to enjoy the quite, relaxing moment. The pedi chairs are ridiculously comfortable, you can turn on the chair heat and even charge your phone while getting a massage. We were then taken to the other side and had our nails started. Vinny did a great job with my acrylics, he is surely a perfectionist, but best of all, he is quick and conscious of not hurting you. YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE!

This is the best nail saloon on this side of Orlando! I have used many different nail places and always have had problems with the gel polish damaging my nails. I spoke with the manager at Hand and Foot Spa about this and she explained that this happens when inferior products are used and showed me the products they use. So, I decided to try it! I was not disappointed! I had a beautiful gel polish applied and my nails suffered no damage! Go to this place!

I have never written a review before but this one seems necessary. The four star rating of this place is honestly laughable. When I first found The Hand and Foot salon I had never consistently gotten fake nails of any kind before. Vinny was very kind and he did my full set of acrylics. They looked decent, and although the price was high, I came back two weeks later for a fill. My first fill, Vinny charged me the same price as a full set. The next fill I got the price was different, a little bit cheaper and the nail work even more sloppy. When I tried to ask or comment about the different sizes and shapes of the nails, he told me that this is just how my nails are and that they wont be perfect. There is also the instance of any time I needed a tip change he would use another tip to peel off the acrylics from my nails taking a thin layer with them; I had never gotten them soaked off or was even offered this service by Vinny. The last time I went I asked him if I needed to have the acrylics changed out instead of always filling them (especially since underneath the nail was starting to look odd) and he said eventually after a month or two. This seemed odd but he continued to fill them (changing the shape as well). The end result was a nightmare- wonky, uneven nails, with uneven shapes. I half-heartedly obliged and still payed him way too much, with a tip (always) and went on my way. Flash forward two weeks and I cant wait to get these taken off. I went to a new salon in Lake Nona and the difference was astounding. They commented on the wonkiness of my acrylics, and then took off the gel coat. This revealed fungus on two of my nails which was living underneath the acrylics. I was told this happens when the technician continues to fill nails and never clean underneath, as well as poor application skills that allow water to seep in underneath. This has left me feeling taken advantage of as well as exposed to unhygienic experiences. I will not be returning and I have discovered the joys of SNS powder and trustworthy techs.

As soon as I got inside this girl whom is supposedly the owner, Anne, seemed antsy as I was trying to decide on color. I picked colors, nail shape, she kept asking if my nail length was fine, at least 7 times. How many times do I have to say yes my nail length is good? She kept looking at her watch. I asked if she was in a rush for something she said she has an appointment, as if i was supposed to know she has an appointment coming. She was passive for no reason. Anne, since tou are the owner, you should know as a business owner to be on point with scheduling!? Do better. You treated me in a way that was unnecessary. Rude and what I felt, sterotyped maybe from pasr customers. You should know to treat every customer differently due to different personalities. Alot of people, especially women cant decide what we want our nails to look like, what color we like, especially if were looking for a specific color, or even what we want to do with our hair if youre a girly girl or just in general being a female. She told me You can go. I dont have to do your nails. I asked for the owner, she said shes the owner. The desk had a name stamped on it, Anne. I will not be returning. I called back to ask for the name of the owner. Anne answered, and kept saying Thanks for calling, how can I help you... as i asked 2 or 3 times who is the owner. Anne hung the phone up!? I called back and she blocked my number (lol). Thats the funniest. If I could give this business a zero I would. Im big on customer service and will be reporting this to the BBB.

I’m flabbergasted, speechless but most of all elated that I found such a spectacular nail salon near Disney. I’m so picky and I’m so glad that I had my nails done here while on vacation. I got dip acrylic that has now lasted a month I’m getting ready to go get them redone today and so wish that I was back in Orlando. For my next vacation to Orlando I can look forward to the spa for my nails in Disney for the rest thank you for participating in the magic.

Ok so you have the catch this place on a good day. Sometimes it is such a long process. They just take forever but the qaulity is good. SnS stays on for weeks. The aloe pedicure is bomb.

Perfectly located on the quieter side of Waterford, this day spa is very relaxing. I called a few hours in advance to book an appointment, but it was clearly a lazy Monday afternoon and I could have just walked in too. The services I chose were the standard pedicure ($25) and SNS manicure ($40).After I picked my toe color I was plopped into a massage chair for my pedi. My nails came out looking beautiful, but the pedicure itself was so-so. The cutting and shaping of my nails was perfect, but the buffing on my heels was rushed. I love to have super soft and smooth feet, so I was disappointed that I left a little unkempt, but I also should have said something at the salon. I did really enjoy the Kenny G music they were playing, and I also loved when they changed the music to personal selections, it was very fun. With the pedicure done in less than thirty minutes, I moved to the manicuring side of the salon. This was my first time trying SNS dip powder nails, and they look and feel amazing. Truly like the little poster claims! The process took a while, between the multiple layers of powder and gel, and then buffing them down to a smooth gloss, but it didnt smell and the products didnt burn or sting on my cuticles. The powder has a slight glitter in it which gives the polish a beautiful shine, like your nails are healthy and glowing!The best part of my experience was my technician Nu (Im not sure how to spell her name), pronounced like new. So sweet and extremely skilled. From the moment she started my services I could tell she was an expert and I would not need to tell her the way I like things. Very gentle with my hands and feet, and extremely apologetic whenever she would accidentally pinch or poke me. My only complaint would be the slight rush on some parts of my services. The sides of some of my nails are unpolished, and I think maybe she didnt notice from the angle she was painting them. These are just small things I noticed after I left, but no matter since the rest of my experience was so phenomenal! I know that next time when I mention these things my service will be perfect, and I so look forward to my next spa day.

The owner Did my SNS, Worst service ever!!She was face timing the whole time as well as answering the phone and walking away from when she was doing to my nails. I pointed out some flaws on my nails and she just responded, thats how I do it. I have parts of my nails with no color and my pinky got cut with the nail file. She got very upset when I pointed out the mistakes and when I told her I was not impressed with her work she just said that next time I would have to have someone else do my nails, No apology or nothing. She then proceeded to get up and leave and have someone else charge me. I should of walked out and not paid but I have more manners than her. I sure did o trip her!

I am convinced that most of the people that gave this place a good review has NEVER had a good pedicure. I have lived on the east side of Orlando for over 30 years, and have been to every nail shop on this side. My first experience was horrible and my second one was no better. First of all, since when do you need to pay extra to have to cuticles removed when getting a pedicure (rip off). So, the first a young man that did or half did the pedicure (I dont have unkept feet at all). The Unremoved cuticles were very visible, my nails were half polished. So out of frustration, I mention it to the manager. She agreeded and said he was new, my response was well, shouldnt he be monitored if that was the case. I gave him a tip, because thats the right thing to do. The manager offered me a gift certificate, which was really nice. I reluctantly accepted. I thought they deserved a second chance.Ok so... The second time I called to scheduled an appointment, it was for 12 noon. Well, I was greeted with a friendly hi may I help you. I said yes I have a noon appointment. I was not late either. 12:20 the manager finally came in from somewhere and ask the 3 ladies that has been waiting including myself if we have an appt. I was the only one that did. 12:30 I finally was asked to come and soak my feet because the lady who was going to do my pedicure had a customer. I asked how much longer, the manager replied...I dont know, however long it will take to paint her nails. I went and sat to soak my feet and finally a young lady came over and did the pedicure. Never spoke, never smiled, just started the pedi. I wish I could take a pic to let viewers see. Unremoved cuticles still visable. Very sloppy job. The manager never ask if I was satisfied or not. I not impressed with 500 shades of nail polish, the music, the chairs nor the fancy name. All nail salons have that!! However, I expect professionalism and good service, anywhere I go. Hand and Nail Salon is off my list, and I will let everyone I know that the customer service and service is horrible.

Very calm and pleasant experience! I rarely get a manicure and pedi at the same time, however my technician was able to complete a delux pedi, a basic mani, and an eyebrow waxing in about an hour and a half.Pros: Friendly staff, nice pedicure nook/side room away from windows ( gives it a cozy feel ), wide variety of nail polishes, and skilled nail techs. I went in with an ingrown nail on my left big toe (ouch!) and Ivy was able to correct it...painlessly!Also, they had pipeless tubs for soaking feet (ask about them) and used plastic wrapping on the tubs for each pedicure. Very clean and sanitary.Cons: This is a fairly new small business, so it is hard to judge them on things they have yet to establish. However, I would make the recommendation to them to continue to branch out in other forms of advertisement, via paper or digital forms. Maybe look into partnering with other nearby local businesses. Create a presence in the community.Summary: If you are looking for a tranquil environment and skilled staff members, definitely give this up and coming local business your support.
