Super Clean Salon. I think they are a bit expensive, however; I haven’t found a “less expensive” salon in the Windermere area. I always request Cindy and she does an amazing job with my dip manicure and gel pedicure.My favorite part is the Cindy’s amazing foot and leg massages.

Went in for full set and they could not do the color I wanted, and the tech could not understand why I would want two of the nails to be shorter than the others. She didnt want to do that or had no idea how to make it happen for me. In the end I came out with a set that looked nice but was nothing like what I was expecting or wanted. The nails took over an hour and lacked the essential elements I requested (length, color) despite constant attempts to communicate what I wanted, so I just cut my losses, paid and left. During the manicure the tech was rough with the nail file and with the electric tool- she kept slipping and scraped my cuticle numerous times.. obviously that was painful!!! Also got polish on my toes that began chipping in less than a week.Overall I paid way too much for the result of this experience and will choose a different salon for my next visit.

In my opinion this is the best Manicure and Pedicure in town. I finally found my dream Spa. Very pleasant, relaxing, clean and modern atmosphere in an upscale location. The air quality was great despite the nails polish chemicals. Restroom was clean and neat.The quality of their staff and ambience are top the line. Sitt the owner who accommodated me 3 times now, in very short notice, did an incredible high quality job, with great gentle caring way, was very patient, kind and polite. Sitt provides me the best experience I ever had in USA, with his impressive positive ZEN kinda ways.He offered drinks and water. The Big Ben toke care of my daughter on our mom-daughter day and he is adorable too.Additionally to vines, sodas, water and those faves chocolates, did I mentioned that my favorite conforting little kisses chocolate was available as well?

I have been coming to YOU Nails Salon Spa for quite some time now to have my eyelash extensions with one of their technicians, Tee. I cannot say enough about this place and Tee, in particular. The salon is very clean, bright, and spacious. The staff is always very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. Tee does a fabulous job with my eyelashes! As a provider in the plastic surgery/aesthetic industry, I must admit that I am very particular when it comes to my appearance, as I must always be presentable at work. My lashes always come out perfect every time. They appear so natural that I receive many compliments daily on how lucky I am that I have such luscious, pretty lashes. Tee never rushes through her appointments and takes care to meticulously apply each lash one by one to enhance your eyes. The lashes do not feel heavy and flutter like your natural lashes. It has decreased the amount of time I spend each day doing my make up, and sometimes I dont even feel like I need make up anymore to tackle my day. Tina provided excellent services! I never had my nails done in Orlando; however this place was close to our hotel and many customers gave it good reviews, so I tried it. They were right! The prices are similar to what Id pay in Saint Petersburg, FL. The quality is very good. I had a pedicure and gel manicure. Plus I had my eyebrows done. Tina verified my wishes every step of the way. I highly recommend this place!

Very clean and pretty place! Lots of colors to choose from regular, gel, and dip powder. Close to universal and I-drive very convenient locations, can get your nails done and grab a good bite to eat all in the same plaza!

I arrived and got offered a drink. Staff were nice. The lady I got for my pedicure and nails was really rough, I found my pedicure so uncomfortable with how rough she was being. Same with my acrylics, she actually cut my little my little finger with her nail fail from the friction. I’ve given 3 stars as I did like my nails in the end but the experience was quite painful for the price I paid I didn’t expect to be in pain the whole time. She seemed quite grumpy when she didn’t receive a tip which surprised me as she knew she had cut me. I wouldn’t return if I was ever in the area unfortunately. Everyone else looked really gentle and quite relaxed, which was a shame maybe I got unlucky

Came to a salon to fix my broken acrylic nail that was hurting like crazy! The tech (older guy), did an amazing job! I expected a surgery like appointment however everything went so smothly and painless!!!!! Also my pedicure was never ever done so beautifully!!!!!! My husband ( who found the salon for me) and I were impressed with the job that was done! My nails were done few days ago but I still keep staring at them, they are stunning, gorgeous! I regret about not asking for a name of a tech that did the work on my nails. We are on vacation here in Orlando. Visiting from Washington State. This will be definitely my vacation salon for many years! God bless you guys!

I had my first pedicure a month ago on board a cruise ship in preparation for a spine surgery. I discovered my feet are painfully, violently ticklish and it wasn’t great. I had my first post-op outing today with my daughter and decided to try a pedicure again to help my poor feet. Google pointed me to You Nails Salon Spa. We were welcomed and seated quickly. Lina immediately engaged and understood I needed to move carefully and she was very caring and gentle getting me settled in. I explained what happened with the first pedicure and asked to skip exfoliation, but when we got to that stage, she asked me to let her try. We agreed if it was bad, she would stop, but she was so careful, it was actually very comfortable. She took time to explain ways to help me feel better overall and made my toes look pretty to boot. I am so glad to have discovered You Nails Salon Spa and will definitely be back to visit Lina. Thank you SO much!

I decided to go here on a whim when my normal place was closed. I didn’t have a wait and decided to get the deluxe pedicure. I didn’t catch his name but the guy up front ended up doing my pedicure. He was so incredibly gentle and was so attentive to my feet. I’ve got recovering cracks on my heels and he was so delicate in clipping off the dead skin. He gave a great massage as well. Super happy with the service.

Great Spa! They are really professional and know what they are doing here. Its very clean and everyone is extremely friendly! As a bonus, theyre located next to some of the best restaurants in Orlando so if you have to make a drive, well worth it.

I never really do reviews but this one has frustrated me so much. The first time I came here I had the owner do my nails and I was extremely happy. This time I was not at all. I asked for certain colors and designs and the tech assured me she could do it. Long story short she couldnt and i wasnt going to be rude and didnt have the time to get them all changed. I ended up paying $53 for a full set that is chipping off and lifting and its only been 4 days. Not at all what I asked for.

The ladies here don’t know what they are doing at all. I just payed $60 on the ugliest, poor excuse for french tips EVER! They are bumpy, uneven, lift at the cuticle and I wanted dip nails but instead they gave me gel. Everything about my nails are ugly. They aren’t even the right shape and I asked the lady to fix them 3 times. Don’t risk it

I used to enjoy coming here until my most recent visit. In the middle of my service they moved me from one tech to another. Apparently a woman that had just arrived saw my nail tech and wanted her to do her nails even though I was there first and was in the middle of my service. The second tech ripped my broken nail instead of fixing it. Then she tried to talk me out of the holiday colors I had chosen and agreed upon with first tech. I am not sorry to say I will not be back to this salon.

I dont normally do my nails.I decided to treat myself and went in last week and asked for a normal acrylic full set. The lady rushed the job, gave me gel polish despite me asking for regular polish, charged me extra for it without telling me. I asked for coffin and they are bulky square nails, Iasked multiple times for her to shape them more. Theyre too long, I asked her to make them shorter and she said no they match which was not what i was talking about. Several of the nails are also crooked ! And she had the audacity to stare at me blankly while I told her they werent what I asked for. Terrible place, they up charge and nickle and dime any change without telling you. Now i have to go somewhere else, pay more money to have these ugly nails fixed. Its so embarrassing to walk around like this.

Made an appointment for three pedicures. On arrival we were all sat. After 45 minutes two pedicures were almost done. I sat with my feet in water still. I decided it was no longer practical to get a pedicure and got up. At that point there were several people available to give me a pedicure. But I no longer wanted to make my other two people wait for me. I asked what happens and they said they took walk ins. What is the purpose of an appointment???? Needless to say, after over an hour I left with nothing more than wet feet. Had I known they didnt have space for us we would have waited for another day or time. Wont go back.

Had a pedicure was asked if I wanted to have the file used, said sure as in every where else I go they use it and it was $5 extra, so I said no. Next I wanted a little flower on my two big toes and it was $10 dollars. I have never been charged so much for a design and for such little work on the design. Not to mention my pedicure was friday about noon by Saturday 4 crystals had already fallen off. I will never go back. I guess I should have know things would turn out bad when the tech told me they were very slow.

Looking for a good nail salon decided to try YOU nails due to the great reviews. Im usually not the one to complain but the service was extremely poor. The receptionist had a poor attitude and the nail tech didnt seem to understand what I was requesting which was to simply get a full set of gel nails. Im not if my skin color was a factor -just sayin

We went here on a whim while on vacation in Orlando - we called the day before and they were able to work in 3 mani-pedis at the time we requested, which was perfect! And honestly this was the BEST mani-pedi I have ever received! The location was very clean and professional and all of the nail technicians did an excellent job - my mom (who gets her nails done fairly frequently) could not stop raving about this place! We all got just traditional polish and they still look great almost a week later. Could not recommend this spot more highly - excellent service, clean location, beautiful work!

Im here in Orlando on vacation. My boyfriend came in as a walk in both needing pedicures, and I also needed a full in. We were seen immediately and at the same time so we could enjoy it together. We got hot stone pedi and it was nothing short of amazing! I also have issues with ingrown toe nails and she cut them perfectly. When she applied my polish it didnt look exactly like the sticker on the bottle so she made sure I was happy with it before doing the entire hand. My boyfriend nearly fell asleep during his because he was so relaxed. She paid great attention to detail while still working in a timely manner. My shaping came out perfectly (short and pointy, often hard to make cemetrical) We were both so happy and will definitely come back when we are in town again.
