THE BEST NAIL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I almost cried of happiness here because of how amazingly I was treated and how GORGEOUS and BEAUTIFUL these nails are. I was having a really depressing day before coming here. Coming to this nail salon and having my nails so beautifully done, made me so happy and grateful. Brian is such a blessing and so are these amazing nail techs and nail salon. 5 stars (If I could give more I would) WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Worth every penny recently took my girls. Great experienced staff. Everyone very nice and professional. My girls took pictures of what they wanted and the nail tech was able to deliver.

They were very nice and accommodating but I left my glasses home so I didnt really see how they looked until I got in but I dont want a salon that I must check behind you. Nice quality polish but I guess only part of my nail should be painted for $45. I wont be going back... looks like I did them at home😒 my feet were dry af after...

I love going here .. I work across the street and come on my brakes as a walk in abs Tony always has time to fit me in if I need a nail done or fixed.. live how they work highly recommend. Nice work and quality nails they don’t brake ..

I’ve been coming to pristine nails for a yrs now, like any nail shop I was just coming in and getting my nails done, while they looked nice, i wanted to find just one person to do my nails each time. Seemed like a lot of ppl liked Tom but He came off a bit pushy, like he knew what you wanted and was gonna do it perfect but it wasn’t, (wish I had a picture) but I fell in love with Lisa’s work ! Lisa is an amazing nail tech and I don’t let anyone else do my nails but her! Very nice/sweet and clean. The shop itself is clean and follow guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid! Everyone is wearing mask, ppl are not sitting all on top of each other and you have to wash your hands soon as you enter. Would definitely recommend this nail shop ! And ask for Lisa 😉

I’ve been here a handful of times and this has to be by far the worst experience. Last time i went in to a manicure, the man did not clean underneath the acrylic and i had lumps of acrylic behind my nail, and my nails were all filed different sizes. No biggie, i just filed them myself at home. Today i went in at 4:21 and walked out at 5:15 with NO service done. I waited over an hour to get an acrylic fill. they helped two people before me, that came in after me. After an hour of waiting, someone comes up to me, i show them what i would like done and he says he can’t do it & proceeds to take someone else that ALSO came in after me. I don’t normally write reviews but this was very unprofessional & I won’t be returning here again.

I love this place. It’s very pretty and clean. Nicer then the typical nail salons in this area and well stocked. Prices are competitive with a good selection of services to select from.I always have Tony work on my nails. He does an amazing job and it’s been easy to make a same day appointment with him. Tony always makes sure that I’m happy with my nails and assures the smallest details are just right.

Apparently this place has been open for 4 months and I wish I knew earlier, lol. Pristine Nails Spa is new, super clean and the staff is friendly!I got there Deluxe Pedicure and was more than satisfied!!!Prices are average to high, but you get what you pay for! Like I said, everything is clean!!! The metal equipment is freshly sanitized and all other materials are brand new! They open new files, buffers, foot scrubbers for every person!They have a variety of pedicures to pick from. So if your looking for something simple to something super VIP they got you covered!I cant wait to come back! Tony was an awesome tech!

THE PHOTO DOES IT JUSTICE they are all types of shapes the paint looks like I painted them at home didn’t scrub all the dead skin off my feet I payed $92 just to go to the car and be disappointed I went back in informed the man typically when I get my feet done here they look nice this was the complete opposite just the whole set he offered to shape them but I refused cause if you couldn’t do it right the first time I don’t want them worse and I was running out of time I called for an appointment told them acrylic toes and first they gave me somebody who doesn’t know how to do a fill and had to switch what was the point in calling ahead ? In the end I left Unhappy and felt ROBBED

I have been going here since they opened and I request Lena or Tony as they never disappoint! They are very detailed and precise. Lena knows what colors I like and Tony (the Manager) can out do ANY photo you show him of how you want your nails. Service is always professional and they are VERY clean and sanitary.

I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon if you’re trying to get designs or basic French tip because I’ve recently went to this nail salon and my nails were awfully expensive for something that they couldn’t even do. Literally the NEXT day the gel polish started to chip and my acrylics we crooked as well. They do have good customer service but they’re way too over price if they can’t do the service they were asked to do. The nail tech basically lied said she can do these type of nails that I wanted but truthfully she couldn’t because I had to change the nails that I wanted four times to be somewhat satisfied. I wasted my hard working money for terrible service and ugly nails. So I highly recommend going somewhere that you’ll get your money’s worth.

Great survive! I’ve come here 3 times now. Today I got my first pedicure. Mariana did a great job. Tony has been doing my nails since I’ve been coming here and I love them every time! The nails stay for almost a month. He also provides great customer service. I love it here!

Brand new, very clean, good prices. Karen did my pedicure and she was very thorough and friendly. I will be back to for SNS because they have so many color options! Overall great experience!

I have been here about 4 times now and everytime Tony goes above and beyond my expectations. I always get acrylic nails with a design and I get tons of compliments on my nails. The quality of work is fantastic, my nails never chip or break. I would recommend Tony to everyone, he has a great personality and always puts a smile on my face!:)

I said that I was going to stop going to get my toes done and just continue doing them myself because no place I have ever been to does it right. I usually have to sit and nit pick at evrything. But after going here I decided to make this my go to place. Lisa and Linda both do amazing job on the feet but they dont do hands. Today I had a different lady who also did my feet very well but it slipped my mind to ask what her name was. Tony does an amazing job on the hands!

I went around closing time walked in with them greeting me. Tony took me right in and I walked out with beautiful nails!! Definitely will be back!

Gave this place three tries. Dropped $300 in a month in services. Cuts and files skin, bad shaping, and owner wanted to charge extra for a glitter coat on two nails. Obviously they don’t need new clients. I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere.

The place looks well done. They have their Covid procedures and spacing set up. I went in with my girlfriend to get pedicures done. I told em to paint my nails as well and gave em a dark blue color (its an ongoing joke I have with my girlfriend). The lady refused to believe me, even asked my girlfriend if she was going to let me and found it surprising that we were dating (that didnt bother me). What did bother me though was that she missed like 4 smalls spots on my nails.

Linda and staff were awesome! Great experience. Will definitely make this my home.

Lena was very unprofessional she is never on time for her appointments, she had me waiting for 1 hr and 30 mins. She put 2 people before me when i already had an appointment.

Love this nail salon. It’s across from apartment complex plus they cater to their clients very well. They even stayed open 90 minutes later after I called them on my way home work with a nail emergency. If you want to laugh and have a great time, ask for Thom. He’s the best plus he’ll keep you smiling.

I got my nails done by Tony at this shop for the first time. From the start I had the impression that he knew his job well and I was going to get the best out the best. However; I was very disappointed1. He applied the wrong color, which was 3 shade darker than what I showed2. I got cut three times, he did not even bother to spray my fingers with alcohol or whatever they have to sanitized3. After he was done with my nails, I noticed some SNS residue around my cuticles. I asked him to clean them. He replied to me “ as you wash your hands they will gradually come off. Which I found very annoying because I paid my hard-earned money not only to get the wrong color, blisters all over my fingers, but the service and people were not very accommodating. Then as I got home with more lights in my surrounding. I saw how uneven my nails were. The powder coat was all shriveled up4. I have seen multiple articles online about people getting exposed to HIV after they got their nails done. It all make sense now, because the guy did not throw away the disposable nail files, change nor disinfected the top of the electrical file/ tools after he was done with me. although he saw that I was bleeding while he was filing my nails with those tools.

It was my first time visiting and Lisa did a great job on my pedicure and my dip Nails beautiful great design I will be back thank you Lisa🤗🤗

I’ve been to this location a handful of times however last week I went and got a fill and a pedicure I think the manger or boss worked on me and why service is normally great this time wasn’t the guy said I had an ingrown nail and went to remove it as per usual he cut me pretty bad and now I have an infection. I’m highly disappointed.

Several friends and I came in after a day of shopping hoping to get pedicures and it was the perfect way to end our day trip to Orlando. The staff was super sweet and clean environment. We drank wine and laughed. Wish it was closer to home!

Double charged my account. So I told the owner about their mistake and he acted if he were refunding me but never did so I had to take this matter up with my bank. He has terrible customer service.

New . Very neat and clean . Diverse staff . All staff was extremely nice . As far as the work done on my nails and toes, I’m a tad bit disappointed for their high prices because of the area, I expected high quality work. It could have very well been the type of polish they had . I wish I can take a picture to further show the work . Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I would try it again . The polish just did not come clean and even coated .My daughter who was 4, they charged of course the children price for her nails and toes to be polished but it literally peeled right off the next few hours .I came with a friend who’s daughter was 8, and they polished her nails for free yet they charged my 4 year old daughter for both nail and toe polish whom was younger.

This place is the bomb. I been going here bout a year. My girl Nikki is fye any picture I show her she kills it. I love the service.

So I was here once before and loved it but seeing all the reviews about Tony I decided to request him, and so glad I did, he was amazing, takes his time and did a wonderful job, just moved here from Boston and so glad I found a new place to come.. Tony is the best!!!

Absolutely loved this place. They took their time with my pedi and nails, they did their best to make sure I was comfortable, they even offered wine and it was pretty busy but customer satisfaction is definitely their number one priority. Recommend 100%.

This is a new nail salon, I remember when they were building of the inside and I use to walk pass it when I would shop at the other stores near by. Today I decided to stop in and give them a try and I am glad I did. Because the other nail salons on John Young and Americana are so rude to customers and unfriendly. I use to drive across town just to get good service from a nail shop, now with Pristine Nails I don’t have to drive far anymore. I am so happy that they are here.

Ive finally found a nail salon on Orlando to call mine.. I was referred to Tony yesterday and did a walk in. Being that it was Friday evening I had a bit of a wait but it was very well worth it!!! Ask for Liam on the pedicure, he did an amazing job.

Tony is an amazing nail tech here at Pristine he listens and is very patient which is a good quality to have when dealing with women lol... Nice staff and clean atmosphere!

Came several times, wasn’t 100% happy with the service but Dipping Powder artist was really good. Now that he’s gone, service is decadent. Employee drama, 3-4 hour wait because they skip line depending if they already know the customer or not. They actually deserve an award: to the worst service in the entire county.

Everything was good until tony rushed my gel mani . I walked out of the place with un even nails . Plus my nails looked so bad . I went back to get them fixed and he had the audacity to tell me . My nails were fat & that it was my fault that they came out bad.First and last time in TherePlus he was working on me and on somebody else at the same time . He was never paying attention to my nails he was always on somebody business but hisAndrea is so nice . If I go back it’s just to see her

I take great pride in my nails. Decided to check this place out since i work just a couple spots down and sadly I am disappointed. First time my nails look decent so i was like okay let’s give them another try. Second time they SNS was uneven but my nails was still intact so i figured okay let me try someone else in the spot. Many people work there right. Smdh WORST idea ever. I was charged 45 for an SNS because “chrome” technique is different, color was not even close to what i chose and not even a 2 days later my nails have chipped, cracked and look a hot mess. Never again going back. Place is clean and nice but what’s the point if end result is horrible and not even close to what i asked for.
