1 star less because they are overpriced for no reason. And they rush the services.Not many salons give quality service but love to overprice their services because the area is “nice”But if you’re going to rush my nails and not give that service price don’t expect for me to leave you 30% tip (which is their recommend option on the tip machine, it starts 20-25-30%)for a simple fill and all over color because I had a feeling they wouldn’t be able to do what I wanted.Lake Nona is a nice area to live in but for services they rob you. In no way am I upset or was rude. But my nail tech took a total of 20 minutes for my fill and all over color. And charged me $51.My usual nail tech takes 30-45 mins for quality nails and service.This review is to educate the owner that the quality shows. And some people truly look for quality over quantity.

I LOVE this place! They’re always very clean. I get a pedicure here about once every 3 weeks to a month. The gel is always done well and they are professional with a large array of colors. I usually see Ann, she is very sweet and professional and goes the extra mile to care for her clients. I have severe arthritis and she offers to file my nails with my pedicure since I cannot file them myself. The price is slightly above average, but it is definitely worth it for the cleanliness and quality of work.

This place is super nice however, their ability to reproduce the nail art they advertise is lacking. Every time I come in here I get “oh we can’t do that”.

I get Dip Nails and a Gel Pedicure with nail tech Mi. Both last over 4 weeks and never chip. I do the dip on top of my naturally long nails. I can’t really ask for more! 💗

I will start by saying that some techs in this salon are amazing. I’ve had some of the best nails done here so I was a loyal customer. I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m a bit upset. I won’t be returning. I had a bad nail job done here but I gave them grace because I’ve had good experiences in the past. I had acrylics put on for my wedding. I specifically said it was my wedding and the service was very rushed. I was not happy with my nails. As I said, I gave them grace because I’ve had very good experiences in the past. I came back to have my acrylics removed and nothing else because I decided to take a break from having my nails done. The girl decides to rip my nails off with the tip of another nail which was very painful. I told her I had been here before and the other lady had wrapped the nails with acetone and very cleanly and no fuss taken off my acrylics before. She says “do you have 20 minutes?” What?… she then takes a customer right next to me (which is okay, I understand that she needs to take customers to make money and my service was just a matter of waiting mostly, not complaining about that) but she does take the time to wrap this customers nails the proper way. I understand that ripping nails this way is done sometimes to save time but if I came to the nail salon to have my nails removed it’s because I want it done properly. If I wanted them teared out I would’ve done it myself. I’m paying money to have a service done. I’m saddened because it was the second time I was let down here.If you go to this place, make sure you know which tech you’re going to be getting. Unfortunately, I didn’t write down the names of those who gave me quality service before.

This is my go to for good nails. Very nice well put together place. The man running the front has grace and dignity. Very clean place. People are very kind that work here. Ask for Angie she does her job with quality. Its worth going out of my way to go here.

I came in to get gel nails done and a very simple design (straight lines but rectangle shaped) she kinda had a tantrum and told me to change it because it was too hard, I didnt have a problem changing it for another one but I don’t see what is so hard about rectangular lines.. she seemed annoyed and was rushing to do them and told me it won’t be exactly like the design? Anyway I let her do them and when she was done she just said ok you’re done and went on to the next one, wasn’t very friendly. They lasted literally like 2 days and started to peel off very quickly :/ i don’t know if it was that one worker or if they are all the same but i didn’t have the best experience

Extremely overpriced for the service. I went in for a powder nail dip, which I’ve gotten before for over 2 years elsewhere but wanted to try this place. Very upsetting bc he rushed my nails and the edges were not neat and not well done. Nail dip when well done lasts 2 weeks, sometimes even 3 weeks. After 1 week the coating cracked on a few nails and after spending $41, they hv to to redone. The suggested tip is exorbitant but i do custom and tipped poorly bc the job was done poorly. The place is nice but I’d rather pay for good service, dont need a view. Highly unlikely to return. Theyre too busy for my money.

In three years i’ve never had a bad experience until now with Vicky. Pedicure and manicure was painful, rushed, she was rude, left nails uneven and gel manicure with bubbles in them. No lotion with the manicure. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or she doesn’t know how to do her job, but I’d recommend watching other techs that know what they are doing from the beginning. We are all paying for a decent service and to relax. Today’s visit was a waste of money and time.

Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Save your money. Had to get a quick fill instead of my normal other salons I go to. I called they quoted for a fill it ended up being $50 for a terrible fill and no selection for colors whatsoever. The service is terrible from the moment u walk in they just pounce on you. And guy up front is like oh well when the technicians just charge what they want and put a number downI asked her to fix the super crooked nail and she just looks at it like oh oh well. It’s going all the way to the other side. All of the nails are bumpy and didn’t even trim nail underneath

This people are lazy! I asked for french for my toes with a soft white base color and they said they cant do it with regular color unless I do clear pink base but not any other option. She insisted to do gel in my toes if I wanted the soft white base for the french in my toes because with regular color they need to clean the brush after putting my base and I guess they di not want to clean the brush? So I asked the Jenny which was the one doing my nails if she could do the french line after my base color is dry and she said if I dont do gel the french doesnt look even? WTH!I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE!Before gel even existed everyone did regular color french! So DO NOT go here if you want french nails with other color base that isnt clear pink because THEY WONT DO IT!

Its a beautiful salon. Very clean and professional. The people are work here are amazing. They always help me and do a wonderful job. Ive been coming here for a little over a year and I couldnt be happier with the service I get. I always leave with quality nails and color. My sister and I went for mani/pedis while I was in town. We had such a good experience that my sister has made it here new spot! As a man, I never know how Im going to be received when I ask for polish on my fingers and toes (I love a bright red) I felt comfortable from beginning to end!

Never had a bad experience and I’ve been going at least once a month to get a dip powder manicure. I’ve only had two pedicures here, but they were both great. Definitely recommend for the Lake Nona area.

I arrived without an appointment at their peak time. The gentleman at reception advised there would be a wait and I agreed to wait. Literally I was seated with a Hana and all done within an hour of arriving. Place was clean and friendly, I will be back asking for Hana 😊

I hadn’t gone to a nail spa in over a year being a busy mom. Joy took great care of my feet & hands. I definitely recommend the Gel pedicure & the Dip Powder for your hands. Today was a great Valentine’s Day experience thank you Joy !

Went in yesterday for a pedi. Well she clipped off alot a hurt me I couldnt sleep all night because my toe was swollen woke up today it looked like this.. this scares me because I know u cant clean tools 100% with out special Sterilizing equipment.. I just hope I dont get An infection or a ward or any horrible thing that can come from this. Definitely not worth it!

I LOVE my nails. I usually have such bad luck with nail salons, so I took a leap of faith and I’m pretty pleased. My tech was fast, and I could tell she really cared. I gave 4 stars because they’re a bit understaffed. My my tech had to keep stopping to answer the phone, and welcome walk-ins etc. I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed. She still finished my full set within an hour! I’ll definitely be back, and I hope I’ve finally found a home salon! Atmosphere is clean and serene💜 prices are average. $5 extra for coffin shape. I’m not surprised at that, living in Lake Nona is expensive.

I always come to this nail salon, and i always love my nails, this one time i left displeased, i didn’t say anything as i thought my nail design/shape and length would grow on me, i waited two days and i felt insecure about them as my nails take a big part in my confidence. When i called to let tell them my nails hurt and were not what i wanted, i asked if i could get a refund or possibly get them redone. He proceeded to tell me he can only give me a refund if there’s something wrong with the nails. I paid $55 plus a nice tip, i am paying for a service. if a guest/customer is unhappy with what they receive then i believe that should be classified as ‘something wrong with the nails’. I really loved this place, but i won’t be going back again.

I called at 10:00 am to confirm my 1:30 pm appointment with Kate for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. The gentleman who answered the phone confirmed my appointment. I arrived at 1:27 pm and was told that Kate was running way behind and that someone else would be doing my nails. I had made my appointment days ago and left my number at the time of scheduling. At the very least I should have been called ahead of time. I left the salon and will not return.

I highly recommend this nail salon. We have been coming here since they first opened. The salon is always clean and follows all covid protocols. I cant say enough about Vicki!! I have been getting nails done for over 10 years and have never had a technician as good as Vicki! My mom and sisters and I actually followed her from another salon when they opened this location. She gives the best foot massage I have ever had and is as through as possible. If your looking for the best pedicure in Orlando, go to Venise and ask for Vicki, you wont be disappointed!!

The salon is big and clean, first time going there. I was very displeased. The tech did not do a good job... I paid but I left looking like I did when I came in... No one would ever know I had just gotten a pedicure.... Do not recommend at all....

My mom and I had a gift certificate from a good friend, so it was our first time to this salon. We love the how elegant and classy the salon is, but our experience with the service wasnt that good. My nail tech was very nice and kind but sometimes it didnt look like she knew what she was doing. She did my full set quite fast, but the end results came out really good. My nails looks super professional and I love them, Im impressed. I just dont like how I was charged extra for coffin shape and was never told. My mother did a pedicure and she enjoyed it, only her nail tech did not take care of her while she went to the dryer with her shoes. I will go back to this salon again but only for specific services.

Best pedicure Ive had in Florida. I live in a tourist area with mostly Disney visitors and seems like all services in the area care more about quantity of customers vs quality of their job. Im never satisfied when I go near home for nails, brows, food. Went to Venice today with a friend and literally the best pedicure Ive had in 7 years.

First time visiting this salon, very pleased with my nails. I got a full set of acrylic gels nails with Yan. She was very nice, professional and attentive. She speaks very good English, I know that may seem silly but sometimes its frustrating when the person doesnt understand you or vice versa. She did exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy. I also didnt think it was overly expensive, seemed to be the typical rate. I mostly went there because its close to home, but I will definitely be going back because of Yan, the cleanliness and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I didnt make an appointment, but got there 10 minutes after they opened, which Im glad I didnt cause they got busy quickly. But I definitely enjoyed my experience!

I went in to get my bushy eyebrows done and I got out of there with my thin eyebrows from 2009. I told her I just wanted to clean them up and she said thinner will look better, then proceeded to wax half of my eyebrow off. I told her that not only where they too thin but they were absolutely uneven, and she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to make the other one even thinner then... she then told me I could easily fix that with makeup and by letting them grow again. I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible, I’m absolutely never going back!After I got out of the eyebrows back room I walked to the front with watery eyes and my hands covering my eyebrows because I was so embarrassed! I paid anyways (not that they deserved a dime) the man on the cashier did not dare to make any eye contact, neither did he ask how the service was or how did I feel, but he did not hesitate to ask if I wanted to leave a tip! I was in the middle of my Christmas shopping so I literally cried in the car and then headed to Walmart to get an eyebrow pencil.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL. Ask what you desire, they’ll give you whatever they want.But hey, if you’re looking to get your eyebrows back from 2009, this is the place to go... just ask for Amy!

At first I thought they did a good job and It was a nice, clean place.I got the gel manicure last week and my nails already started to chip. I never had this problem with gel manicure before. They at least last 3 weeks!

If you want your nails done and in lake Nona this is probably they best place which is sad. Only See Kate. However they don’t plan accordingly and rush you. The guy in the beginning is always rude. No matter what! Honestly it’s a subpar type of place. You’re not getting anything special other than the fact you’re in Lake Nona and they charge because of that. It’s clean. But if you want to truly relax and get a nice pedicure. I wouldn’t go there because of the rushing. HOW CAN YOU RELAX WHEN THEY RUSH YOU! I understand the turn over. I have been coming to this establishment for about a year and haven’t had any complaints, but I cannot say that about the pedicure I received today. The nail technician Vicky used cold water, the foot massage was quick and painful, my nails were done in a hurry, and she was not attentive. I am very disappointed.

This was my first time visiting Venice Nail and Spa. The place is large with many many colors to choose from. They have plenty of chairs for manicures and pedicures. They by far are number one in sanitary procedures. I had Kim who used to work at another nail salon 1 mile from me. She now is 20 miles from me but WELL WORTH the trip. Kim is the best nail tech Ive ever been to. She makes your hands look amazing! I will definitely make Venice my nail place from now on.

I only go here when my other nail tech isn’t available but they have always done a good job.

Hannah is amazing. She is very sweet, funny and she makes you feel comfortable at every visit. I switched nail salon and just fell in love with her and the atmosphere.

Always a great experience here no matter which technician I’ve had. They are well staffed so you don’t have to wait long if at all for a walk in. One of the few nail salons that the upgraded pedicures are actually worth it! It’s also beautiful inside and very clean & sanitary.

I went in their second week of being open. The inside is really relaxing and beautiful. Good selection of gel colors. Vi did a perfect oval shape and an amazing massage for my pedicure. You can tell the owner really cares about the customer experience. I will be back!

What an amazing experience! Julie did my nails today a gel manicure and a pedicure great personality had a lot of fun. She also told me a little bit about the colored dip . I may have to try that next time Im in. The prices are great and the customer service was Top Notch. I highly recommend yall going in and enjoying this place.

The absolute worst customer service ever...the technician spent most of our time together alternating between picking her nose and texting! When I finally brought it to her attention and asked her to please wash her hands before resuming she insisted that she didnt need to! Within 2 days, 3 of my nails had chipped and Im NOT a dishwasher nor do I dig ditches with my hands. With so many nail salons in the area, it would seem that they would want to make a greater effort to provide excellent service. I will never go back here and I advise you to do the same...not worth it.

I had the best experience and service with Lena! I have trouble toes that have ingrown nails and Lena knew how to take them out! I’ve hadn’t had luck in Lake Nona finding someone who could take our ingrown nails. Apart from taking out my ingrown nails, she painted wonderfully and her massage was really great! The place is 100% clean and beautiful! I’m so happy I found my new nail lady Lena!

The tools did not come from a sanitizer bag, and when I asked about it, the technician got upset with me. She also didnt do a great job on my gel manicure, and they chipped/peeled only a week later. I will definitely not be going back, it was overpriced for the lack of care and service.

Best nail spa in Lake Nona! So far I have received a pedicure, a full set of acrylic nails, and the 15 minute chair massage twice. My daughter and her friend also received a full set of nails. Everyone there is very friendly, efficient, and professional. It is in a convenient location with ample parking. (Recommend apt) The waiting area was packed. They saw me right away. I was with Lena.Lena is great! She listened to my concerns and what I wanted. My nails look amazing and I’m so so happy! (SNS) I will be going back specifically with Lena!

The worst ever service received. The lady was more worried about the customer after me than me. So disrispectful even the customer because I was the customer receiving the service. Both disrespectful. Bad service received, she doesnt know how to do trim cuticle and customer service. Never ever again. Horrible service. Too fancy for what it is. But she was worried about the payment. First and last time here.

The place is very nice and has a relaxing atmosphere. Justin was very nice and did a good job. However, I must say that over all Im not satisfied with the service. I had pedicure and manicure and I requested to have colors match.They did not... not by a long shot. They did not inform me of this until my pedicure was done and by then I had no choice but to do the same color in my hands, which by the way, I did not like. Also they are a bit expensive for the services they offer.

I always have Vi take care of me yet today she was unavailable so she said Justin will take care of me. Well it was night & day between Vi & Justin. Justin cut me during my pedi & just kept saying sorry and patting my foot. Then he didnt get all my polish off & when I asked him to do so he started talking his native language. With that 3 staff members came over. I was so done by this time. I didnt stay for my manicure. I paid for my pedicure without tip. Its a shame because I really liked having Vi take care of me.

First time going was was very pleased. Yan was very pleasant and I liked my pedicure very much. Was looking for a place close to home and this is definitely it. Well be coming back.

At the end of my service just told me to go with my daughter, didnt bother to take me over to the area where you finish drying your nails so I was walking around looking for it on my own. My daughter had a full set with a shape $40, the nails popped off after 1 week. First 2 nails, then ALL of them after 2 more days. I went to speak with the owner to give him the option to fix or return my money for my daughters full set but he was dismissive and did not take any responsibility for it at ALL. 1 week and 2 days for a $40 Full Set is insane.

Dont come here not worth your time or money. I got a refill and she left my old color on my nail. She did not shave off the color she just shave in the cuticle area. My old color is peaking through my “new nails” Poor work ethic and overpriced for no reason! I expressed how much i hated my nails and she would not listen. Had the nerve to ask if I want to leave a tip naw im good.

Yan is very good. I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon after my gal from Joy Nails in Saint Cloud left after 15 years...miss you Kim. But Yan did a great job and she will be my new go to nail tech. The place is beautiful and brand new and actually closer for me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I asked for simple ballerina shape and they made them far too narrow so they looked like claws. One woman started my nails and she got upset I didn’t like them so another woman started to do them, it took 2 hours WITHOUT beginning to polish. They then charged me )$28. (Full set $30 + shape $5) which is ridiculous. Nobody apologized for it and they kept trying to make it seem like it was my fault despite showing them photos. I went back finally and got them soaked off and asked for a full refund. Will never go back. And I highly suggest others avoid this place as well.

Just left some of my nails are missing areas painted. Snow did the just make sure she does tgem correctly.

Decided to drop in with my daughter for just a polish change. It’s normally $8 where we usually go in Lee Vista. It was $12 per person and we were literally in there less than 10 minutes which is ridiculous! Come down on your prices and you might have more business because I will never go back in there and would definitely not recommend to anyone, and furthermore your high prices take away from your nail techs tips.

Today is the 5th time I have my nails done at this place. 1st and 2nd time went great, but the last 3 times, including today I was tottaly ignored by the gentleman in the front. I am ask to sign, seat and wait and after that Im invisible! People sign after me and they are being catered and seen before me without an appointment. Today Im here, still waiting (30 minutes) and no one has approached me yet.Last time ever!

If I could give this place a negative rating i would. Last Friday (30 November) I stopped by to get a fill in and gel polish on my way home from work.1. The gel polish from last Friday started to chip off (I’ve been getting my nails down for over 15 years and I’ve never had gel polish chip off) and 2. I don’t believe the tech who did my names applied enough acrylic because my nails started to fray and snag.Today I had to make an appointment with my regular nail tech at another location to get a proper fill in and gel polish. I guess that is what I get for cheating on my regular nail tech.

I came here since they first opened a lot of workers came from another nail salon on narcoossee and dowden because of a management and now they are becoming just like them. Wait over an hour long taking people for “appointments” timing is way off and for that I will not be coming back. Bad enough mani/pedis are so expensive in this area and to get bad service is not an option.
