Did my refill last Thursday and one nail fail off 2 days after. I tried to go and get fix and was told no appt for 1 nail that I had to wait 30-45min. I couldnt wait thats why I make appointments. As I was walking out another nail fail off. Went back in to show her the poor job done by KEN the man working there and the woman was rude and said is not her fault she didnt do my nails that I have to sit and wait, that I have to make time to wait if I want it fixed and pay for 2 nails. They sure lost by business. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

My nail ended up chipping the next day, it was gel, I plan on going back but overall very good job, I just wish they were friendlier lol maybe its the language barrier. Nonetheless, its clean inside and they have free wifi- the area has HORRIBLE reception so thats a plus!

Very pleased, first off my nails came out beautiful and it didn’t take me all day! I was in and out less than 1 hr. I usually hate going to the nail shop because of how long it takes. I will definitely go back here!

My fiancé went for a second time because the first time the woman Alyssa did a fine job and was very nice. But the man did them the second time not only was he rude but he also probably did them with dirty tools!!! She got fungus in her nails because of him and we’re never going again we suggest you do as well or at least not to him!

Its so hard to find someone that not only takes their time on my nails but also doesnt leave me with crooked nails. Prices are a little on the higher side but you get your moneys worth! I highly recommend this place I left so satisfied without having to ask to straighten my nails. Jenny was my nail artist and she slayed my set !!

An older man did my nails. I was trying to pick a color, then he rushes me to sit when I wasn’t ready too. I wanted white dip powder and he used pink. He kept yanking my hands telling me to relax when I was. He shaped my nails horribly and I had to correct him 3-4 times it’s not how I wanted. I told him the powder was to thick I like it thin so he adds more powder instead of filing them down. Then he tried to be nice by asking me questions about myself and I’m like that’s none of your business because he knew he was doing a bad job. Then the top gloss he used would not dry and he told me to put my hands under the UV light, and your not supposed to use UV light for dip powder. I had to get he front desk counter attention to help him. Which she did but my nails were still not how I wanted them. And after all this she wanted to charge me $40. I told her I’m not paying that. She reduced it by $10. I left no tip and walked out. I will not use that nail salon again.

I did my eyebrows with this lady( a little dark skin) dont know her name, and omg, what a horrible job she did.. first, the room light s not bright enough and when looked at myself I didnt see m eyebrows clear untill I got home🤦🏻‍♀️. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just did the opposite. Not going back there never again. SORRY

I would leave less stars if I could. I went for a basic manicure. The older woman that did my nails drilled my nails thin to the point of pain and did not file the tips. I ended up leaving with them unpolished because I was so unhappy. Save your time and money.

Alyssa is amazing! She does a great job, is always smiling, and she has a cheerful attitude. Definitely would recommend VIP Nails.

MY FAVORITE PLACE FOR A PEDICURE IN ORLANDO. Ken is my favorite here. I would recommend calling ahead to make an appointment with him, but if hes not available its not the end of the world. All of the staff here are well trained and experienced. Ive been to a couple others and it was amazing as well. Great atmosphere inside the salon. Dim lighting to make you feel relaxed. Every color you could think of... Polish, Gel and Dip. You have to try this place out!

The first time I went to VIP, Ken did my pedicure and it was the best Ive ever had! He has been doing nails for 28 years and his experience shows. The other technicians also do very well and they are all very sweet, but I just love Kens work! I used to go to random nail salons around town and never committed to one place. VIP has changed that for me and now theres no other place I want to go besides here.

Decided to try a new place but was disappointed. Got cut on one of my toes and one of my fingers, and my gel manicure started peeling after 4 days. 2 stars because the staff were friendly.

I actually changed from my usual nail shop to this one once Jenny started doing my nails. She does amazing designs, very nice, and knows the perfect colors to pull a manicure together. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast.

I love Jenny, but was only able to go to her once because she was either not available or booked. Ken was okay he did me once, but he rushed because it was in between spots. Not giving it 5 stars because I have had bad nails done here with a few others. Also, don’t like how you gotta pay an extra $5 when getting a pedicure to use the grater thing when that’s usually free at other places.

Horrible service and job. Did a pedicure and the person that did it was more worry about her phone. I also did a full set and my nails are horrible. One hand shorter then the other one, horrible shape and it looks like I have wave on it. The girl that did my pedicure wants to charge me $5 more for no reason and when I asked she had an attitude about it. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your money here, they don’t even care about making it right.

Never had a bad experience there yet! Techs are awesome...switched salons about 3 months ago because of my first visit and had Larry..the best tech ever! Had a few others since then and today was blessed with Larry YET again! Best way to start my Sunday! Pleasant atmosphere.friendly smiles..clean and peaceful! And ask for Larry. Best ever! Lisa has been doing my nails there for a few weeks now and I am very happy! The gel manicure lasts me three weeks every time. I would not have anyone else do my nails. The customer service is great and I highly recommend them!

Not a very good experience. The nail tech working, Jenny did a horrible job on my nails during my most recent visit so I decided to just get my eyebrows done instead while I was here today. The lady who did my eyebrows wasn’t any better, she made very rude unprofessional comments during our wax session. She told me how uneven my brows were and that I shouldn’t try doing them myself... first of all I do not do them myself, I always get them done at VIP Nails, so that comment is not only putting me down, but her co workers who usually do my eyebrows as well. Either way I’m very aware that my brows are not looking too hot, that’s exactly why I came in.. not to be rudely bashed and have my flaws pointed out. This is a place I should be able to go and relax and feel comfortable so I can enjoy my time to myself and get pampered a little. I’m very disappointed with my recent experiences. Hopefully my next experience will be better if I decide to give this place another try. It’s conveniently close to my house so I would like to be able to come here regularly without having issues.

From the amount of times Ive visited this place I can say its overall decent. However some of the employees there dont seem to be skilled at all. Ive given them 4 stars because of Ken, he is the best one there hands down in my opinion. Ill never let anyone else there do my manicure or pedicure except for him. He takes his time and makes sure his work is excellent. The last time I let someone there other then Ken do my nails it was a horrible disaster, she didnt shape my nails or file them or anything. I just visited the other day with a friend to get pedicures and the guy didnt file my toenails down and as soon as I made it home my Polish started chipping. I have never had this issue with Ken and I highly recommend him. He will not disappoint you! The only other good nail tech there is Kathy (I believe her name is), but Ken is my go to person. If he isnt there to do my nails then I dont let anyone else touch them.

Well I got my nails done and started chipping immediately. When I call regarding the service the lady said it’s not guaranteed and hung up the phone on my face. I will never ever go back to this salon. (Staff friendly at first but incompetent when it comes to building customer relationships)

I LOVE this salon!! I have been getting my nails done since I was in high school and been to countless salons. I am also a REALLY picky person when it comes to my nails and if anything is even the slightest bit off I wont go back. I have been coming to VIP Nails for about a year now and I have NEVER had a problem. This last time I went it, it had been a bout a year since I had gotten a full set and was excited to have my nails back! The only bad thing I experienced was bleeding from my cuticle however I do not blame the man who did my nails. After not having any manicures for over a year, you can imagine the shape my nails were in, bleeding was to be expected. My pink and white was PERFECT. The smile lines were even and curved perfectly, the acrylic covered the entire nail leaving no spaces on the side and they as a smoker my nails normally turn slightly yellow, its been three weeks and I have no discoloration, no separation, and no breakage. To be able to go three weeks, with as rough as I am on my hands, and not break a nail speaks volumes! While you can tell they have grown out I STILL get compliments on how good my nails look!!!

So I love these ppl they are my nail family. Larry is one of the best and Alyssa is also sorry I wont let anyone else touch my nails. They know what I like and they always have room for me even when I come in last min I have never waited on the side

Absolutely awful! They completely screwed up my eyebrows! Everything I told her NOT to do she did! My eyebrows are now super thin and short! Also the worst pedicure and manicure Ive EVER had!!!

Went the VIP nails and spa for the first time. First impression was that it was nice and I would come back again and I was a walk in and didnt have to wait so that was also nice. I only got a pedicure so nothing major but a few things about that I wasnt crazy about. I asked for silver GLITTER on the fourth nail of both feet and she brings back silver polish. I could barely understand what she was saying when I told her silver GLITTER and she responded yes as if she knew what I was asking for, but I was wrong and she brings back silver polish lol. Im not one to complain and have someone go back and fourth but I mean I am paying for this so I want it done right. She also cut my big toe so thats a big no no. And she just seemed to have rushed the entire process. I tipped her $2 when I really would have not tipped at all for the service I received, but I know people make a living mostly on tips so I had to leave something. I dont know what her name was but if I saw her I would remember her in a heart beat. She was older and more on the heavy side with a hair cut up to her shoulders. If you can pick her out Id avoid her.

A gentleman got a little aggravated because I told him my opinion to fix the nails he was doing because they came out botched . They made me pay before painting my nails and Im the only one theyve made do so (Ive been here 3 times so I was able to tell) .Also the third and last time I got my nails done here, it wasnt done correctly and my nails look 3 weeks old when its only been a week. Ive never had any problems with the staff but their work could be better for what they charge.

One man that works their is pretty okay. Today i asked for my eyebrow and she tried to wax my mustache. She kept giving me services I didnt pay for. Staring and appearing to be talking about us. Cold water during pedicure and lack empathy on my immoblity.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have gotten my nails done for over 20 years, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I recently moved to the area, and went to VIP for the first time. Joe was SO rough. The side of my finger is still blood stained and throbs 2 days after getting a gel mani. However, this pales in comparison to the customer beside me. Ken was so rude and hateful toward this woman and her young daughter from the time they got there. At one point, he called her STUPID for asking a question about her nails. I was appalled. I leaned over and told her I was so sorry she was being treated like that. She assured me she would have left if he had not already started on her nails.

This is a great place for pedicures! Everything is extremely clean, the staff is friendly, and the large aquarium in the center of the pedi room is very relaxing to watch.

I normally dont make reviews BUT I want to make sure this place gets the awesome rating and attention they deserve. My nail tech (wish i got her name) was awesome. I went in for a mani & pedi and got such a great service. Usually when I go to nail salons in my area they give very little effort for their basic pedi and mani. Just a quick soak no tools and a slob of lotion with a quick rub as their massage. But this place actually brought out tools to clean your feet like the cuticles and little snags and what not. For the manicure, omg it was the best one I ever got. She actually massaged my hand.. I never get a complete massage at my local salons. She definitely went above and beyond. I was very pleased and thankful I didnt waste money on another mani pedi. It was well worth it.

They cant ombré and charged me $20 for a polish change. I even pointed out that its $5 in the pamphlet. Even if they charged me $8 for a gel top coat I would of been fine. Thought the guy was joking when he said $20.

Go somewhere else...staff is rude.My nail tech refused to so french because she said my nails were too short, would not do my cuticles and then told me I needed to make up my mind on the color because there were others waiting.Then when I tried to get out of the chair to speak to a manager she grabbed my leg and told me if I wanted to do that she needed to remove all polish.

Ive never been dissapointed with VIP nails. I have tried 2 other salons in the orlando area and my nails would either chip or break off within the first few days. I always get the SNS set with gel polish, which should last up to 2 weeks. VIP nails LASTS AND LOOKS GREAT

My nails were completely deteriorating by the next day, very rude staff did not help me out at all when I came back to get my nails fixed. DO NOT GO HERE

VIP NAILS & SPA IS THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I was worried about the quality before I left the salon, but the store owner (which was the person that did my nails) assured me that they would fix them if they chipped. I have never had someone paint gel over dip powder before. I was worried the gel coat would chip. I was also worried about the powder coats quaility. The owner told me I did your nails thinner this time, so if they chip just come back in and I will fix them. We guantatee our work here I think ok what can I loose.The gel coat started chipping the first night. By day four, the powder coat started chipping at the top which has never happened to me before. It is the week of Christmas and New Years. I went back to them to have it fixed. And, they told they would fix it if I paid them. It is not much of a guantatee if I have to pay again. I will never have them touch my nails again. I am so happy SpaRenity Nail Lounge has reopened after theirremodel.

This is the worst place ever went here to Day 6/2 had a pedi they were horrific the water was cold the lady didnt ask me if the water was ok didnt cut the chair on nor asked me if I wanted a water it took all of 10 minutes for this wasted time for the pedi I was done never ever again I didnt pay and the towels was dirty as hell I am calling the health Department Monday stay away far away

WORST place to go...I was asking for a regular dipping powder in soft or off white...and that woman looked at me like she never heard white or off white powder before..showed her a picture of the color and she got so upset saying that she didn’t have that color..you just lost a possible regular client..RUDE and lack of customer service..I asked her if she was the owner and she opened the eyes again and said YES...I decided to go to this place without reading the reviews..Now I understand...NEVER AGAIN!!
