First and foremost the manager is the rudest employee of them all. Her attitude is so disgusting, I’m not sure why anyone would spend a dime in this establishment. She does not care about customers, and she just makes up random prices for their services. The guy who did these pathetic nails didn’t even know how much they were, he said that he needed to ask. We asked for sharp square, and for some reason we ended up with square rounded. This place just truly sucks and not to mention, they aren’t even sanitary. Don’t waste your money, you can do a better job at home.

They don’t know how to remove acrylic material. The lady who attend me take a tip for pull out the material.When a client came with acrylic you supposed to put a foild with acetone and wait. But they only want to work fast that is the only thing they are thinking in.I was on the chair number 10

I’ve never left a review anywhere before but this one is warranted. First time here and pedicures were literally painful. They were so rough handed and my nails were cut far too short and my big nail is literally crooked lol. Me and my daughter got each got a pedicure. Somehow they overcharged me by 30$ I paid it and walked out. Taking my business to Crystal Nails a few shops down because they are much better. Don’t waste your time here.

Kim does a wonderful job on my toenails have had ingrown nails before she does amazing work have had no more problems!!!

My tech took great care of me. My only issue was that she kept trying to upsell me to a more expensive pedicure package even after I declined it twice. My feet are very sensitive and ticklish, I cant handle the extra massage and scraping without me jerking around in the chair like a fish.

My husband and I got pedicures here for his first time, mine of course took longer so his tech rubbed his feet and legs longer. It was nice of her she did not have to go above and beyond.

Very rough, hurt my girlfriend who I was with at the time causing her to bleed on three separate nails; kept filing her nails after being to stop 3 times, and then her manicure design was very poor, one that was chosen of the website design examples. Even got the nail polish over more than just the nails, very imprecise, will absolutely never return. Very poor way to kick off her birthday.

Wonderful place! Would definitely recommend to all. I am vacationing and didn’t have time to get a pedicure before I left home. This experience was better than home. Staff was nice and courteous. Very professional and she did an amazing job! Very pleased. I also had my son with me and they didn’t have a problem with him sitting quietly reading a book.

I always go to Crystal Nails but decided to give this place a try. I was disappointed. I sat with the lady in the second chair close to register and I didn’t like her work. My nails are all a different length and I’m very dissatisfied. I got regular nail polish and before she painted my nails she asked if I’d like to pay first. I paid first with my card and was giving her the tip in cash. As soon as she saw that I put 0 tip her mood completely changed. She painted my nails like she didn’t care what she was doing. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Crystal nails does regular polish for $25 and Venus charges $30. Way over priced for cheap work. I’ll be sticking to Crystal’s.

The owner is kind of rude and pushy. They charge an extra 5$ just to have your nails a little bit longer, not very long but medium. The second day, one cracked and broke off. They did fix it but about 3 days later 2 more broke off the same way. Im not even going to waste my time with them getting them fixed or filled. I will never spend with then again. If youre in the shopping center, there is another salon I believe its Crystal Nails. Go there. Ask for Nikki. They all speak English, unlike Venus where they speak Korean making patrons feel uncomfortable and cant understand what youre asking for. I stumbled in Venus because my nail tech at Crystal was booked. Worst mistake Ive made.

Just a quick review of how nice of an experience it was at the nail salon. Kim does a great job with Manicure and Pedicure. She is taking her time, and great at what she does and patient answering questions. The Salon is in a great location in the Publix Shopping Center, and has huge parking lots. Easy to get in and out. Great experience!

One of the best nail salons in Orlando. Nail technicians are always friendly and courteous. The salon is very clean and welcoming. I have been a customer now for three years. Always ask for Anne. She is amazing! Make an appointment though. They fill up fast. However, if you are a walk in they will make sure you know how much time you will for the service you are requesting.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 years! Kim is my main nail tech but if she is unavailable I’ll will then sit with Sueann or Ann (shop Manager). These ladies are awesome! They take pride in there work and I refuse to go to another shop. Thank you for always taking care of me and making sure my nails and feet are always on point!

Very disappointed in the manicure and pedicure that I received from this nail salon. The salon was very clean and the technician was professional however the finished product was definitely not up to quality standards.

I love Venus Nail’s. I’ve been going to Venus Nails for years. It’s clean and very nice inside, you can even watch TV while you get your nails done everyone there is very nice and welcoming I Receive compliments on my nails everywhere I go. I recommend Venus Nail‘s to all my friends and family, ask for Ann.

Poor service, didn’t want to offer discount for half service. Not clean. Not friendly.Continued: immoral wouldn’t be what i would call it. First off it’s not my opinion it’s facts. I paid FULL price and didn’t complain but i statesd i would be leaving a review. My friend is who you gave the refund to and you STILL ended having to refund her an additional fee because you keyed in the wrong amount. I even advised because i didn’t complain to the person who did my feet and would have rather not come back but because my friend did she should have been compensated. Good or bad business i will state nothing but facts. The pedicure was a full ten minutes, rushed and unsatisfactory.

First Id like to say, I NEVER leave reviews but today I was so unsatisfied with my visit that I just had to. I literally just left this place too. Today was a last minute visit because Ive been so busy preparing for my birthday.Today the lady not only rushed and was extremely rough with my face but she also burned me with the wax. I understand your busy but when your dealing with a customer you should ALWAY take your time especially if your dealing with wax. Im definitely never coming back here again. I should have just stayed away!

I have been searching for places to get nails and feet done regularly, but have not found one that I really like. Today I came here to try out for my pedicure and I really like it. This place they use personal liner on pedicure tub and sterile pouch for equipment. I realllllly like it and Kim did a very wonderful job on my feet..

We were in Orlando for work and needed a pedicure. A colleague recommended this place so we gave it a try. The prices were reasonable and my technician, Lisa, was amazing! The only thing I would say is that they try very hard to up sale you and my friends technician wouldnt let it go. I recommend the place, just be strong in your resolve of the type of pedi you want.

I have been coming to this place for a long time however I am no longer gonna be a customer. I have been cut several times, I have had a hard time walking because my feet hurt so bad afterwards and most recently I got a powder manicure which looks terrible..if u actually like looking at your nails and like your feet and walking dont throw your money away here

They were overly priced and didnt do what I asked of them. I showed them a photo of what I wanted, pretty basic for me but they just dont not have the technique. Then charged an extra ten for gel polish, I usually get this for five. And I asked for coffin shaped, the women have me a regular square. Never ever going again. Wish I could give them no stars, what a rip off.

I used to live around the corner and would frequent this salon, and enjoyed going. I was in the neighborhood today and needed a pedi for vacation tomorrow so I stopped in. Where do I begin? No idea what the tech’s name was, but she rushed through and did the bare minimum. She was awkwardly focused on something or someone across the room and constantly lost focus of what she was doing, and it shows. She asked if I wanted her to use the foot scrub tool (metal one, no clue what it’s called), I said sure. She said $3 more. What? Never in all my years of pedicures have I heard of this. At this point she was clearly annoyed, barely scrubbed my feet, slathered a ton of oil on my legs, etc. I asked her to do 3 coats of polish and she snapped at me — OK. The worst part of the pedicure was the fact that they were showing some weird movie about a kid being abducted. Not very relaxing. No intention of returning to this salon again 👎🏼

The women here are absolutely awesome, but the two guys are terrible. the younger kid (henry i think), is always on his phone, playing his music and watching his videos so loud (not to mention does nails horribly), and the older man (phillip) should not be allowed to do nails at all—they’re horrendous.

Worse salon ever !wish I could rate 0 - He cut my thumb open I have picture proof. Practicing unsafe esthetician practices . My thumb was bleeding he continued to wipe with dirty brush and pretended not to know English. Literally shops get closed for stuff like that . Am I looking at a law suit lol

VERY RUDE WORKERS!! I got my nails done next day broken nails already. Went back to fix them lady got mad and said I didn’t get them done there. What? Ok she fix the nail and she wants to charge me again for something I already paid for. Then she finishes and and has the nerve to tell me to never come back!!!!

A will like to share how beneficial great customer service is...If you have a customer that spends $120.00 to $150.00 average 3 x a month not including 10 to 20 dollar tips..( this is a great regular customer ). If you loose that customer. You loose avg. 390.00 a month..thats avg 4700.00 a year. This customer asked for the removal of gel..average job done when a new powder gel is applied. This customer was asked to pay 35.00 for removal ONLY. AVERAGE IS $10.00 TO $15.00..THAT IS Average..WELL.THE owner said she can only do it for $.35.00.yes its her business..I DONT WANT FREE WORK..HOWEVER..I WAS ALSO DOING A $55.00 plus tip pedicure..The owner needs a lesson on how to keep regular good customer. She is out of Regular customer. Btw ..removal of powder gel..cost me.. $5.OO in another salon. Venus owner lost a good customer.

I have a very bad nail polish job

This nail salon is the only place that knows how to do my french manicure pink/white powder the way I like: dark pink and very straight/tin white tip. Everyone compliments my nails!! Must give it a try. The owner is awesome and super nice!!!

Someone gave me a gift card to this place for 25.00. When I went I only wanted a polish change and the lady there kept asking over and over why dont I use it for a pedicure. She was annoyed that I didnt want to use the whole thing. I came back in a month later to use the same gift certificate for a polish change and she basically told me she couldnt give me the 5.00 balance on gift certificate. What a scam. Its my credit on a gift certificate. Will not be going back due to rudeness.

Tina does a great job with gel nails. Since I loved from my I never found anyone down here but here that does a gel nail that actually lasts!

This is the only nail salon I will go to in the Conway areas. All of the staff is amazing, friendly, personable, professional, and have an all around great attitude. If there has ever been an issue, it was fixed with no problem. I have never left disappointed, And have had just about everyone work on my nails. A+++ Salon!!! I will be back again soon!!! PS: Suen did a pretty good job on my pedi and ombre nails today. I am so in LOVE with my nails !!!Thanks again!!

Is the place we love to go and relax

Came in for a regular manicure and was treated like a burden. I know its not the most expensive service but each customer can be turned into a repeat customer if treated well - I was not. The woman slapped on the Polish and left to go home while I was drying before I could even give the Mani a once over. There were little splotches everywhere. Needless to say, dont go here if youre looking for a cheap service apparently youre not worth their time.

Some of the employees here are absolutely wonderful but one bad apple spoils the bunch. Nearly every time Ive had Lisa (I think that is her name, with the flipflop charm on her necklace) she is rough with the file, doesnt pay much attention to detail and gets an attitude if you are displeased with something. Today I had Lisa again and this time she smudged my big toe while putting my shoes back on, which isnt a big deal except for the fact that she got polish on my expensive sandals and then proceeded to try to take it off (without asking) with nail polish remover. You cannot use nail polish remover on LEATHER!! Needless to say my brand new Birkenstocks now have stains on them. Lisa then rushed through my manicure, doing a terrible job, not to mention had an attitude about it all. Unfortunately this is the last straw for me and I will never return. I will also be contacting the owner tomorrow for a refund, at minimum. Lisa really owes me a pair of new shoes!

By far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Ever! I paid for “deluxe” and only got my feet soaked in some luke warm water and painted. No callus/dead skin removed as advertised. I had to ask my tech if she scrubbed the dead skin off because I could clearly see it had not been done and she acted as if she was confused. The work was completely rushed and half-done I could’ve saved myself the time and money and painted them myself for such poor serviceThen I voiced my dissatisfaction to the manager, he blamed me for not letting her know (which by the way I did) and literally debated with me on why I should still pay full price. He wasn’t mean or anything but he was very nonchalant and clearly knows nothing about customer service. I mean he could probably care less about having happy customers, it was pretty apparent. We finally agreed on me paying for the basic pedi a $3 difference (although it was still crappy) The tech was pissed that she had to give me $1 out of her tips. Yes, you read it right ONE DOLLAR! She slapped the single bill into the managers hand right in front of me. Truly poor customer service.I usually go to Millenia Day Spa, the atmosphere is excellent, clean, and relaxing. And they offer free wine, so next time I’ll save myself the hassle and just stick to what I know.

Got my nails done Tuesday and got a refill and two days later ended up getting an infection on my nail for them not using clean tools and now it’s swollen and throbbing, and on the side of my nail my skin is yellow and green. This has NEVER happened to me before!

I been coming here for years - at first they were very pleasant and always did a great job on my nails- the price was decent as well however my last visit will be my only one- never coming here again. the last couple visits i started noticing them using less and less acrylic and my nail technician katie- for some reason keep messing up with nails- one hand was either longer than the other or wrong shapes- completely uneven, nevertheless my nails kept breaking - this recent visit top it completely- i paid 35 dollars for reg acrylic and charged me for matted nail polish which i told them i didn’t want- and the very next day my nail broke and so did my friends nail too- i came back to complain and they got an attitude like i bothered them- then two days after ANOTHER NAIL BROKE - and then my pinky and one by one fell OFF-she barely put acrylic on them, literally my nails felt like i just had the tip on it- and i told her to add more acrylic and she got anoyed and told me it would be more money . first off if you’re doing a sloppy job why should i pay more for your slack?.please save the troubles to come here- you’ll be disappointed

Ive never been treated so poorly. To speak about people in another language and laugh? Ive been going there for over a year and these women always have slight attitudes. Today was the final straw. After explaining I didnt want gel on my nails the woman got upset and asked someone else to finish painting my nails. That woman was doing a sloppy job and I told her something. Because of that she asked if I wanted to get my whebrows done... Trying to say they didnt look nice? Youre a miserable lady, clearly! SAVE YOUR ENERGY!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!!!! The owner is a little nasty too, she should stop bying name brand clothes and invest in her attitude! Thats all!

I just moved here from New York, and try to find a nails shop for my monthly mani and pedi pamper. I tried out at this nails shop and very satisfied with it. Kim is the one that did my mani and pedi. So Ive been here a couple times and this time did it for me. I was having a rough week so i went for a new set og nails and a pedicure. She starts my pedicure everything starts going fine.. by the way her name was LISA who did mu toes. She starts the massage on my legs...remind you im paying for a $45 pedicure for the extra messages and hot towels. She starts to message my legs too hard so I told her softer please. I dont know if she didnt know English or what but to me it seemed as she began to message my legs harder! So I remind her please do it softer cause your hurting me as she continues to do the message hard! As im doing my pedicure a young lady comes to start my nails AS im trying to enjoy my pedicure, she turns OFF my back message on the chair, so 3 mins. Later I turn it back on... 2 minutes later she turns it back OFF! So I turn it back on. Remind you im paying $45 just for my toes to relax and enjoy my pedicure and message as she keeps turning off my back message then the lady decides to Rip off my old nails instead of soaking off my old nails but still charged me $10 for soaking off my nails AS she RIPED them OFF!. Everything was rushed I DID NOT enjoy my pedicure i walked out with bruises on my legs from the message being sooooo hard that i have pictures of and my nail beds are bruised and hurt very bad today from her ripping off my old nails. I spent 100$ and it was the worse mistake going to venus nails. DO not go to LISA. Anyone else expensive somthing like this please let me know.

This salon is beautiful and very well kept. The staff are very pleasant and attentive.

It was absolutely horrible the lady messed up my eyebrows, cut my toe nail to short and the other lady that was doing my sisters nails was rushing threw it and made it bubbly she had to do it over like 2 times had a nasty attitude. Never going there again

The staff arent friendly at all. No sense of customer service. Nails are mediocre. I came in for a fill and was treated like I was inconveniencing them (the shop wasnt busy) At the end of my service, I didnt even receive a thank you, have a nice day OR a thank you for the tip I left. My nails are already lifting and its hasnt even been a day yet. Im never coming here again.

Girl was in a hurry to get done. Cut the skin around my big toe and made it bleed. It hurt for a week.

Update....too much disorder in this shop. The daughter always insulting her mom, thats absolutely unacceptable. I decided I will not support this business any further.

Used to love them but they been doing nails lazy lately.

I was in an emergency in need to email a document with a high level of urgency. Walked in this location and humbly asked for permission to use their wi-fi for 2-3 minutes to send the document. An Asian lady very rough and cold as an stone says NO, the wi-fi is for customers only and asked me to leave premises. Since in their door very big says FREE WI-FI, I was expecting a pleasant experience. Learn they are all about money and dont care if you look good or not with their job. They havent an idea of how important was for me their neglected customer service. Next door is a Publix Supermarket and without questioning and with an smile they helped me with wi-fi and in less than 2 minutes problem fixed. Will be nice you reconsider first to whom you are going to give your money and think what you will do if just imagining myself as a person you cares.

Awesome work on my nails.

I came here 4 times in one month, I paid 3 times 20$ for a fill, (fills are regularly 12$) & my nails would fall off every week due to them not putting my acrylics on right, on the last week and last time Ill ever come here I complained, I was told me I could have the deal of 15$ fill even though two nails have fallen off and I just had them done the week before hand. I accepted. They kept charging for stupid stuff. They even charge 2$ for cutting your nails ladies !!!! DONT COME HERE youll only get bad nails and a high bill
