I was hesitant to switch over from my previous hair dresser but from just one session, Christina has done a perfect job! She is super knowledgeable and confident about her work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beyond disappointed. Do not and I repeat DO NOT let Erin White-Weaver style, cut, and especially color your hair. She claims to have 20 years experience in the hair business as a “blonde specialist” and this is what that experience looks like. My sister was scheduled for a full head lightening and Erin decided she wouldn’t like that so she proceeded to do “highlights.” She also left existing color in her hair leaving it a mess. She was on her phone during the washing process which is what I assume left her shirt not only soaking wet but completely ruined by bleach on the back. When we were told we would have to talk with her to resolve the problem we had to wait over 20 minutes for her to make an appearance at the front of the salon where she acted completely unprofessional and did not even give an apology. What was apparently a bad day for her ruined my sisters hair, so I do warn everyone to reconsider before scheduling an apportionment with her.

Ricardo and Brittany are amazing! They have both exceeded my expectations (on separate occasions)when cutting/styling my hair! I had my eyebrows waxed from a wonderful lady (I forgot her name) and she also did an amazing job and gave me great skincare tips!

I have a pixie cut that needed root touch up and a trim, I was charged 80.00 for root touch up. Average cost is 50 to 70. They are over charging to make up there COVID loses. Plus there salon looks run down. If your Going to over charge your customers at least offer them something to drink for such high prices. Like a bottle of water. I had to ask them for water. My total bill was 130.00 and I have very little hair.

Today my child left a review under the name Christina Cajigas. After receiving a rather poor service we thought it only right that we share our experience in order to spare future customers. We were then attacked by the manager in charge of all three In Style locations over the phone for our comment, essentially suggesting that it should not have been posted. It is the customers right to share their experience whether it be good or bad. I hope no more customers are silenced of the wrong doings of this establishment as it is completely unprofessional.

I chopped so many inches off my hair I was a little nervous but omg this girl did it!! I got a v cut and highlights that turned out amazing!! Naturally my hair is dark brown so not everyone can get it right.The conversation throughout was so enjoyable I cant wait til my next appt!!!

I came to the salon more than four times to do blonde hair. Every time the stylist gives me more price than the previous price. The price increases from 260 to 800 !!!!!!! I dont recommend anyone to come there. The worse salon I ever had in my life.

I had a facial with Maxine, and let me tell you, it was soo relaxing. She asked me lots of questions, kindly suggested at home care and we made a plan for my skin! The treatment room was quiet, clean and the ambiance was perfect. If you want to treat yourself to some luxury and relaxation - give her a try!

I went for my first eyebrow threading with Ganga. She did an amazing job! I was seen within minutes of arriving and she was very nice. I would recommend coming here for your eyebrow needs. The receptionist had her nails done in a very cool marble effect by one of the nail techs here which looked amazing. If youre in the area I would certainly suggest checking them out.

Bad service. My wife needs to come three times in order to do hair coloring. And in third time they told hair we can not do full hair coloring you have to come another day. They wasted our time without even a proper apology. I will look somewhere else where customers time are respected

This was the first bad hair cut I have had in my adult life. An older Hispanic gentleman cut my hair, he was very nice however I felt that he didn’t listen to my specific requests. He had his own idea of what he wanted to do. I specially requested not to take very much length off yet he took off at least 2 inches. I spent a very long time growing out my hair for my wedding. Now it will be way too short for what I was wanting.I was changed $50 which is what I used to pay at my old salon before moving to Orlando. For the service/ quality I was given, The price was way too high. The quality was more like a Super cuts experience.The salon did not feel relaxing or inviting. The salon lacked professionalism as the employees were just sitting around, on their phones. I didn’t feel relaxed or welcome at all.Needless to say, I won’t be back. I wanted to love this place but it just didn’t do it for me.

She made tons of recommendations on what to use for my dry skin and what not to use. My skin actually felt so moisturized when I left, which hasnt happened before with previous facials from other spas. I even got compliments that I was glowing. Thank you, Maxine!!!

They were really nice, and I appreciate the safety measures being taken. Everyone was wearing masks at all times and my temperature was taken when I first came in. Stylist was friendly and Im pleased with my hair results. Will probably come back to get my hair dyed here.

I came in for my first hair cut in over a year and Solice really hit it out of the park! She removed my split ends while still preserving as much length as possible and just overall giving me everything I wanted and needed. She was friendly, professional, and helpful with her product suggestions and care advice. Truly a great experience overall!

The Waterford Lakes location is really nice and always so clean, and everyone is kind. Finding a new hairstylist is so difficult, but Amanda is PHENOMENAL, and I’m so happy with my hair every time I leave!

Writing this from my boyfriends google account but I LOOOOVE Eugene. Very tall lean man with the best sense of style! He loves to make you feel welcomed so you can definitely come back a second time. He works out prices with you and gives the BEST head massage ever. He gives you the massage when hes conditioning your hair. Ask for Eugene, highly recommended.

Eugene does an amazing job with my hair! The color is spot on. Every time I have my hair done I get compliments for weeks on how fantastic it looks. The cut is also perfect when it needs it. I have very thick hair and he took the weight out without leaving it choppy which I have experienced many times with other stylist.

I happen to walk by In Style Hair nails & spa and decided to inquire about a stylist that would be able to do an asymmetrical hair cut, I was matched with Alexis Reese. I thought to myself whats another bad hair cut but to my delight I was so pleasantly surprised.Alexis has done what no other stylist could do, she listened to what I wanted and she delivered. Alexis at Instyle Waterford is amazing!! She completely transformed my hair (you can see pictures of my magnificent new hair on her Instagram, Im the girl with the blue black bob). She listened to what I wanted, instead of going with what others usually ask for, and I GREATLY appreciated that. I went in twice. Once for a deep condition and cut, the next time we did a color rinse with a mixture of two of Pulp Riots colors. I have extremely kinky ethnic hair, and she still managed to make it look smooth and healthy! Thank you Alexis!! I will be back!

I looked at reviews online and they seemed pretty good so I scheduled an appointment. First the price online is extremely misleading. I was not expecting $290 as my total plus a tip. They did bring it down to $220 since they didn’t inform me of the price and I was fine with that. The stylist was super nice. It did take close to 5 hours which I’ve never had anything to my hair that has taken that long. I really need to go by the end of it and was never offered a mirror to check out the back. When I got home I just cried. Chunks of hair were just taken out for layers. Nothing was even or blended. It was very dated and just looked horrible. Like shelves on the back of my head. The color was good but the cut was just awful. I went to another salon today and they were confused by what was going on with it. They fixed it as best as they could and I’m super happy with the results from there even though they had to chop off quite a bit so I didn’t look like a mushroom. So another $100 spent today trying to fix what I received on Saturday.

Adrianna is fantastic and does an amazing job! I went in to get my super long hair chopped OFF and the transformation she gave me was incredible. I only got a cut and wash, but I found my new go to for hair. Would recommend her any day.

I absolutely love this full service salon. Its a great place to get your hair, skin and nails taken care of the right way!I saw Neveen for skin care options. She knew exactly what my skin needed! We proceeded with the correct facial for my acne, the Pure Oxygen Facial. During the facial she was very thorough with what product she was using on my face and why. Adding in the massage at the end made it even more relaxing!It was so relieving that she gave me a game plan for my skin. She recommended products for at home care so I can continue treating my acne in between visits.I will absolutely be seeing her as she recommended. I cant wait to see my face finally clear up!

I like my brows full but not overwhelming and after time and time again of trial and error I finally found someone who knows how to thread brows and not put me through excruciating pain while maintaining a great brow shape. Ganga is fantastic! My brows are the best theyve ever been!

I’ve been to a few of the instyle locations over the years but Waterford is my favorite. Not only are the front desk clerks professional and accommodating but my stylist is who really stands out! Erin has been doing my hair for 2 years now, she listens and gives honest advice, she is always on time, she’s actually fun to talk to, and I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks! Kudos to Erin!

The shop is always clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. They have great customer service in person and by phone. They provide any information need about the their stylists, should you need. They have places where you can sit and wait, theres also water available for the customers.

Disappointing customer service. This afternoon I called to schedule a haircut asap and they accommodated by booking within a half hour of my phone call. I arrived and an assistant said she would check me in. I was patiently waiting and didnt notice how much time had gone by but when another woman walked in well after me and was greeted promptly by a stylist who introduced herself (obviously a new client appointment, like myself) I realized I had been waiting for about 30 minutes! It was only when a different assistant noticed my concern as I glanced at the clock she offered to look me up in the system .... and of course, she couldnt find it on the computer! I think the first girl messed up when she checked me in (or didnt) and no one took any initiative to follow-up until this second assistant became aware of my frustration. Yet all she offered to do was reschedule my appt.Its not the clients job to ask where the stylist is, its the salons job to accommodate their patient customer. Mind you, I saw at least 4 employees sitting in the salon chairs on their cell phones, not one of them had a client! But they were sure to notice me when they overheard my situation. Seriously dismal customer service and for this reason your business has lost a customer.

The receptionist up front suck at booking appointments. They messed up booking my appointment that I booked a month ago. I left that place upset because I couldn’t get seen. How do you call someone to confirm an appointment but don’t find it when you arrive? They aren’t helpful at all and don’t own up to there mistakes. I will not be going back there. The girls up front need to learn how to be professional and how to do their jobs. I am not happy

Before arriving anywhere I usually check the reviews and this place had awesome reviews about their great service and how walk-ins are welcomed. I decided that I was going to check this place out and arrived about an hr and a half before closing time.Upon arrival I asked the lady at their font desk if they had availability and she replied with a yes. I then asked what time they closed..she said 8. She asked what I wanted done and I said a simple cut and blow dry ... she then told me she had to find out whether her stylist had time even though she had just confirmed they had availability... She then walks up to a gentlemen who was doing his OWN hair and asked him if he could do mine. Apparently he was too busy dying a strip on his head and when she came back she asked if I could reschedule for another day.Needless to say I will not reschedule nor will I recommend this place to anyone. How as a business do you turn down money especially when you dont close for another hr and a half. Horrible service.

Salon dominicano is an excellent place to do your hair. Everyone is friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable in all types of hair. The customer service is excellent.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 8-9 years now, so throughout moving and what not, I have had quite a few up and down experiences with who I let touch my eyebrows. I was nervous at first coming here, but Maya was very nice, and she did an awesome job..I explained to her how I like my eyebrows shaped and she really took care of them! Ive been coming here for 2 months now, and will continue. :)

This place is by far one of the best salons I have been to. My stylist the first time was Courtney, and she was did an amazing job transforming my brown hair into bright red. The second time I went, two days ago, I scheduled my appointment with Chris. It wasnt the same color that Courtney did my hair with, but the color he used made me hair look natural and have deep color in it. We also had great conversations and I usually never talk that much. It was another relaxing experience at InStyle and I definitely will be scheduling more appointments. Both of them did a good job on my hair, and will be my two favorites so far. :)

This rating is only based on the nail service provided by Lily. I have been going to Lily since she first started working at the Waterford Lakes location and I love her and her work. I moved and now it is a 25 minute drive to get my nails done by her and I make it every two weeks without complaint! Shes the best =).

I’ll start with the good part, eyebrow threading was Amazing by Runa. Her service was amazing, I love my brows right now.I also got a haircut and the hairdresser was super nice but the service was disappointing. My hair looked terrible and felt terrible. I paid $45 plus $30 extra for the worst blow-dry I’ve ever had. My hair was still wet one hour after I went back to work. I’ve gotten better results with a blowdry at the haircuttery. And that’s much to say.I walked out and tied my hair immediately. I felt ashamed to say anything because she was nice to me. But a terrible hairdresser.I went home and blowdry it myself. Also, cut myself a few long hairs I had in my bangs.Disappointed.
