It’s really hard for me to find a good nail tech that’s consistent in Orlando I’m so glad I found this place Heidi did such an amazing job with my nails today I’m beyond happy. The environment is really relaxing you can tell the employees love their job this will not be my last visit I’m going to tell everyone about this place!! I’ve been going to Rikki since I was 21 and he NEVER MISSES. Sodo nails has the sweetest staff, when you walk in it feels like family. I always leave extremely happy with my nails whether I go simple or decide to do a design, always comes out on point. I’ve done a pedicure here a couple times and I’ve been extremely happy with it. I’m superrrrr picky when it comes to my nails so I promise, they’re worth every penny!

I won’t sit here and bash the establishment because this may not be a reflection of the salon in its entirety. However, I will respectfully say I have never been to a nail salon that preformed such horrible quality nails.At least this specific tech had no idea what she was doing and I hope the salon can take this an opportunity for a teaching moment. I went into the salon over the weekend for my birthday nails.The first photo is what I showed the tech. I then picked out all the nudes to match the picture and was unsuccessful because they were out of 3/5 of the colors. I compromised and two nails on each hand had the same color. Ive included the pictures of the finished product and as you can see 1.They are not matte 2.The line work is extremelySloppy and rushed.The design is not consistent and there’s spots where the tech did not even apply the polish. As seen below.The tech rushed the entire process and it shows, she was not assisting or making suggestions just quiet. Even when I pointed out one of the colors is not visible she did not bother to fix it. I left the salon so upset because I was really hoping to have some pretty nails before my birthday and left so disappointed. I almost went home and dealt with it,I am not one to complain but I felt I spent all of this money ($150 for mani/pedi) I just wanted nice nails for my birthday. I spoke to the manager and she rescheduled me for a fix. I came to the salon on Monday right after work only to be greeted by the same tech who messed up my nails before.I have no idea why they would do that? I asked her to keep it simple and I wanted to just do black French tips. The tech proceeds to paint OVER the already finished work. She did not file at all or remove the old work,she literally painted over it and it’s very obvious by how bulky and uneven they are. Once again, the line work is extremely rushed and sloppy/uneven and not complete. There’s even dried gel dripping from some of my nails and mistakes. I went in at 6:30 and she was finished by 6:50. At this point I’ve accepted I won’t be leaving happy from this place so I just left. This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I just wish my business was taken seriously. Not a good first impression.It’s the next day and all the polish is peeling off. I’ve included pictures. The salon and the owner both blocked me on Instagram because of my review. I was never rude or nasty just critical because I spent so much money and was not happy. This place does not care about you all they care about is getting the next person in. Absolutely insane!

Nice spot to get your manicure/pedicure. The manicures turned out wonderful and they were able to do the nails from showing a picture. The pedicure was nice and they were patient with us. The staff was friendly and the overall environment of the place was great. I have recommended this spot to several friends.

I just got eyelash extensions several days ago, and I absolutely LOVE them. I had wanted them for years, as I have long eyelashes but they grow straight down and refuse to hold a curl. A friend of mine has had hers for five years and she always looks amazing. A lot of the girls at work also have gotten extensions, and I realized that not all lashes are created equal. There was a definite difference in lash quality and the overall look depending on where they got their lashes. I ended going to my friends lash tech, she had the most beautiful results. I find that I dont even need eyeliner anymore, and it is awesome to wake up and look bright eyed and polished even before you do anything to your face. I found the lashes really opened up my eyes and have me a younger, bright eyed look.

Tony was very good. His work is detailed and beautiful. I will be a returning customer. Only reason I gave 4 stars I like a little tiny more interaction and I would have loved to be offered a glass of wine (but I think they may have thought I was under age in that case thanks! Im 42 lol!)

Wow! Ok, so my friend had her nails done at this place and I decided to give it a try bc I loved hers so much.I booked in advance with “first available” and actually got Rikki! He was on time, on point and I couldn’t say how much I’m so happy and impressed. I showed him what I wanted and he did it, exactly! The place is clean and staff is friendly. Rikki is detailed, and I will definitely be coming back, 100%. Everyone that got in there after me was greeted in a welcoming manner. 🙌🏼

My experience here was okay, the nails came out pretty good as far as shape, color and what I wanted. I got dip powder with tips. Only thing is I asked her to cut my cuticle prior to applying the powder, she did not and waited until the end of the manicure to cut them, resulting in what you see here. I left the salon looking like I had a weeks worth of growth.. and she charged me $5 for the cuticle cut after making them look that way. Unfortunately for $60 this was not a good manicure and I wont be returning due to the high cost. This photo is only 2 days after having my nails done.

I’ve been a client for over a year now and I’m so happy I found this place. ❤️ I’m very particular about the style and shape of my nails and Sodo Nails & Lash Bar never disappoints! My nails are always done exactly as I want them and the place is very cute and super chic! Would highly recommend them for your nail and lash needs!

When this place first opened it was great. Customer service, cleanliness overall good atmosphere. For as long as I’ve gone to this place every 2 weeks you’d think they’d at least greet me.. This is a great place for a pedicure, waxing, and acrylics. I got an Express pedicure with my husband here today and am very happy with the service. The staff are very friendly. We had a little snafu with the scheduling and they were very accommodating and apologetic. I’ve come here for pedicures the last few times and am sure this will be my permanent place. I’ve also had eyebrow waxing and acrylics done here and they did great with that as well. What I like about them the most is, if I tell them I want one type of pedicure they accept it and do not try and upsell me. I am a very anxious person and have a hard time sitting still and relaxing. I do not enjoy massages, hot towels, etc. I just want the maintenance and polish, and then to be able to pay, tip, and leave. To be able to go somewhere that will let me just do that really makes me happy!

I love this place! Found it earlier this year and havent gone anywhere since. Its clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I get my mink lash extensions done by Bri, shes fast and does amazing work. Tony and Rikki have been my favorite nail techs. The quality is top notch when it comes to shape and designs. 10/10 would recommend

I had a APPOINTMENT for a pedicure visiting this place for the first time. When I came in I was greeted immediately and told to wash my hands and find a available pedicure chair. I immediately noticed it was a very busy day but within the 15 - 20 minutes that I was there is where things went a little left. In the 15-20 minutes that I sat in the chair, none of the technicians acknowledged me, nor did anyone put the plastic bag in the tub and fill it with water, nor did anyone ask if I wanted something to drink while I wait. Keep in mind, someone came in AFTER me was immediately sat down, color picked out and serviced BUT Im still waiting for my tube to be filled. Remember I had a appointment. It wasnt until I was about to leave is when someone FINALLY comes up to me and offer to fill the tube.I say all of this to say, if there is a busy day the LEAST you can do is acknowledge and reassure the customer of the wait time, especially if they had a appointment.

Sodo Nails & Lash Bar is the BEST in the Central Florida area.. hands down! I have been getting services done since 2019. Rikki, Bri & their team are professional & friendly, the atmosphere of the salon is one of a kind as well. I have no worries there, especially during these unprecedented times, I feel safe as they have COVID guidelines that every guest must follow. I always receive compliments on my nails & I always always recommend them to Sodo! I send all my girls there as well, Rikki kills my nails every time!

I got my nails done a day before my vacay. The people were nice and the place was clean. I got a full set and pedicure. My nails came out pretty nice. However on day 3 I noticed it started to look like i needed a fill. On day 5 one nail pops off while I was pulling down my dress. Moving on to day9 another nail pops off while I’m grabbing a soda. So now I really look at my nails and they are already lifting on top of looking like I need a fill. So after that I had to be careful bc some of them would lift or almost break off for the smallest thing. I just took my nails off today and all I had to do was pop them off. I didn’t need to soak them or use anything. I just popped it off. Well the ones I did have left. So to conclude ig quality wise the nails were not good at had to be the worst ones I had so far but they get 3stars bc the customer service was good&that was the only pic I had.

So disappointed I came here because my friend always raves about this place I was a walk in and where they accommodated me and took care of me quickly I had the owner Rikki and he was clearly rushing and doing a bunch of other things in between doing my nails the polish was the worst Ive ever had lumpy jagged to the point where I asked to have it removed didnt even want them repainted he didnt even clean up my cuticles the acrylic overlay didn’t even cover the entire nail on multiple fingers! I did however asked to have one of the designs touched up and a different nail tech assisted me with that & now it looks like the ugly step sister of the bunch and the nail is lumpy where as the others are smooth over all horrible experience!

Love coming here to get my pedicure done. Diem is simply the best! Best nail/lash spot in town. I’ve gotten my lashes done here before as well, and the service was fast and great quality! Tons of options for pedicures and additional services so you will never leave disappointed!

Since I’m blocked from my other account because this place is extremely unprofessionalI never once asked the tech to cover my nails I politely asked to change the color to black.A true professional would know covering over finished work is a HUGE no no.I should NOT have to tell a tech how to do her job.Don’t worry about dismissing me because I think it’s pretty clear I have absolutely no interest in returning. This is a joke of a nail salon with horrible customer service.I am forced to write a review because I was BLOCKED by the nail salon and owner on Instagram . I’ve never been treated or spoken to this way by a place of business. You cannot SERIOUSLY sit here and justify what I went through and how terrible my nails look. I started coming here after a friend recommended the salon to me. When you first walked in you are greeted by the receptionist and you can see how beautiful the place is!!! It’s modern and clean, makes you feel special when the place you go looks so up to date and clean. I’ve seen amazing work from all the techs and always like to look and see what everyone is getting done, I’m blown away every time I go. Tony always keeps my nails looking fresh and clean! I show him a picture of what I want and he somehow makes it look better than the picture!!!! They take extreme caution when it comes to Covid, having shields between techs and clients you sit next to. So if you are hesitant about coming here, just do it!!! The service is amazing, the salon is always clean and the technicians always accommodate to your needs.

Recently just tried this salon for a pedicure. What I really love is the booking system. Diem did my pedicure, she is sweet and took her time with my pedicure. Shes a good painter :) I will definitely rebook and return as a customer.

I have been looking for a nail salon that actually took their time to do the nail art i requested. I have tried many different ones but SODO NAIL has not disappointed!! Kaylee has been my go to nail tech and she kills it every time. She’s professional, on time and always down for a challenge when i bring her new nail art to do for me. This nail salon is modern, clean and fabulous. Everyone here is very friendly, the atmosphere is great ! Highly recommend.

I just had the most embarrassing experience at this salon. The lady charged me for a service I didnt receive and then when I asked for the service to be fixed since I was charged she did it very sloppy. I asked for the manager and the owner came over and explained her to fix it. It still wasnt what I asked for and a guy named Rikki came over and in front of all the customers shamed me for wanting my nails fixed. He was loud and when I asked him why he was being rude he said he was busy to go away. When leaving I asked for their names, I was refused the names by the owner since I was going to write a review. She then made a scene and told me not to come back since I wanted to write a review on her salon.

I have been going to SoDo since they opened and I’ll never use another salon again! From the bright, modern, and CLEAN salon space to the ease of booking an appointment with my favorite tech (ERIN! She’s amazing please go see her!) to the incredible job they do, it’s all 5-stars! I’ve recommended this salon to multiple people who’ve now been and also loved it and use them regularly with high praise. 10/10 would recommend 🎉

Great professional experience from first point of contact with front desk Emily to my new nail tech Bella and also Diem on my pedicure. Bella was able to fix a horrible full set I had on from another salon. She was patient with me and communicated what she was doing and the right way nail should be done. I get very anxious with the drills because I been cut before but she took her time and definitely earned my trust . Diem on my pedicure awesome, patient and very detailed and great conversation she is all for the GLAM like me. Best experience I could ask for from a nail salon.

I’ve been going to SoDo Nail & Lash Bar ever since I moved to the SoDo area and I have zero regrets! I always get my manicures with Rikki and they always come out beautifully! The shaping is perfect and he pays attention to detail. I always get compliments on my nails wherever I go. Rikki does not offer pedicures but every tech that I’ve had one with has done a wonderful job. Kensington has been great in particular. Overall amazing service and happy results from this salon.

Honestly worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I stopped by SoDo Nails and Lash during their opening month and received amazing nails. Came a month later for a fill and received a set that was too thick and chipping. Called a day later and expressed my unhappiness. Was told that I could come back for them to fix it. (Pictures taken only two days after visit) My nails were too thick due to them covering my previous nails. This was never communicated or I would have just gotten a new set from the beginning. (Despite being charged more for a fill than I paid for a full set the first time I went prior to any discounts). I asked over the phone if they would be able to give me a new set and correct the issue because as seen in the photos the nails I was given were not up to par to any standards. As soon as I stepped in there was an attitude. I was told that he would not redo the design that I had paid for prior. Instead he applied a new set that he rushed through. Has an uneven shape, different lengths and is already chipping with only one day of wear (last two photos) This was a horrible experience. Paid top dollar for nails that barely lasted a day. Rushed through nails and they clearly do not care about customer service or the customer experience. Will not be returning.

Suppose to be great at nail art but fell short with me Ended up just getting black nails and the tech had attitude like she didnt want to do what I was paying her for. Yes I was a walk in and yes I brought my own nail art with me but after asking if it could be done and waiting 20 minutes I guess I expected different results. Never again

I have been going to SoDo Nails for the past six months and have never been disappointed with my manicures, pedicure, or lash service. My go-to person is Bri, who is delightful and makes my nails beautiful every single time. Their receptionist, Emily, is always helpful and makes you feel welcome the moment you come in. The environment is bright, clean, and comfortable. I have also had my nails done by Kensington and Christine, both were equally fantastic. Ive even brought my husband in for a manicure and he left absolutely pleased with his first ever manicure. If you are looking for a professional place that makes you feel like family, this is your salon. They are always accommodating and you wont leave disappointed...ever.

Getting my nails done here was the very first time I have ever enjoyed both the service and the quality of my nails! Erin was amazing and patient! I went it completely unsure of what I wanted and she talked it through with me to be certain I would be happy with the outcome! Everyone was super personable and I highly highly recommend it to anyone!

I received a pedicure and manicure and was very impressed. They are all so kind and you can tell they truly love their jobs and taking care of their clients. I had never tried the dip powder before and three weeks later it still looks like I have a fresh manicure. Definitely found my nail salon home.

Let me start this by saying i LOVE this salon and everyone who works there! Everyone is always so nice but ERIN let me tell you she is TOP TEIR she never disappoints and I leave loving my nails every time. They quality is unmatched I once went an entire month with the same set with minimal lifting. I could go on for days about this salon but i won’t. Thank you guys for always coming though!

Misshaped and thick. Nail polish everywhere when they “finished”I had my nails fixed somewhere else and the other place explained to me what they did wrong and why it looked the way it looked.

Steven was very nice and friendly he was taking care of my wife very made sure she was good he did and amazing job on her gel pedicure and diem was taking care of me she was very friendly and made my experience wonderful highly recommend them and this nail salon is very professional the staff is great overall

If I could give less than 1 star I would but I’m required to at least give them 1. I’ll keep it short. They lack professionalism and don’t take accountability for their actions but are quick to react once they have wronged their customer and it’s not to help fix the problem they only add to it. Unless you are ok with being told how your money will be spent then you’ll love this place.

Receptionis is clueless need a proffecional person on top of your great nail place. No happy with gue service. I felt unwelcome told to come back in 20mn when i was waiting 20 mn..i meet the person at the airport bahama brezze and recomend me the busss. I left lack of cusumer service.

I had a manicure and pedicure complete for my first time at Sodo nails and it will be my last. My personal experience was not the best as I had to ask my nail technician to use different tools to to my manicure, the ones she was using looked dirty. Also, I witnessed a conflict between another guest and who I found out was the owner, it was not pleasant and the guest was spoken to and treated very poorly, I was embarrassed for the guest. Because of this and seeing the poor response the owner gives to negative feedback I will not return to this nail salon. They are very unprofessional and need to step up their cleanliness.

My daughter had her eyebrows done and they burned her skin. They have become very careless in their services so they can rush through clients and make more money. Not worth the $220 spent.

Diem makes driving an hour to get a pedicure worth the hour and half drive. She is very personable and makes getting a pedicure both relaxing and entertaining. She is very detail orientated, professional and very attentive to the customer’s wants. I will continue to come here for as long as she’s there. Not to mention the staff is also very polite and hospitable.

I am 100% do not recommend this place. I just got my nails done, they are all miss shaped and polish is everywhere all over my skin. My nail tech was very nice and you could tell she tried her best, I Instagram message them saying I love my nail tech but I was very unhappy with my service and I sent pictures. The manager replied she sees nothing wrong with them and if I want to get them redone I’d have to pay full price. I’ve been coming here since September and have even recommended many friends to this place, but after the managers rude response and careless attitude with unsatisfaction of guests-I will not be back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is not away to do business.

We tried this place today after trying quite a few salons. We went for this one because it had so many great reviews and honestly, for good reason. I had a fill done by Salena and she worked so quickly, I didn’t even notice when she finished. The quality is also the best I’ve had done in Orlando thus far. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning as a regular.

I got a gel foil transfer manicure and a french pedicure by Emily and had a great time. The salon itself was following Covid guidelines and was very clean and trendy. I love that they played music versus loud, competing TV shows. I will definitely be back!

SoDo is by far the best nail salon! Clean, friendly, and amazing quality. If you’re like me and want the “instagram nails” this is you’re salon. I live over an hour away and still refuse to go anywhere else!!

Horrible pedicure. Sloppy. Used towel with stains in it to wipe my legs. The nail color looks like my 10 year old painted my nails. Made appointment with a female and got someone else. Taken late after appointment time again. Never again will I return and I will tell all my friends about this experience.

I’ve been going to Sodo since they opened, probably around 7 times including manicures and pedicures. It’s always a great experience, nice staff, and nails always turn out great! I don’t see myself going to any other nail salons in the future!

Bri and the team at Sodo Nail and Lash are AMAZING! I always get exactly what Ive asked for. The team is professional, polite and timely. I also appreciate the safe and clean environment. Over the yrs Ive tried several other locations. This is by far the best in service, price and over all experience.

Co worker sent me in since they offer hospital discounts, I decided to give them a try. Best decision ever. It’s a gem and everyone is so nice. They have matching colors to their dip powders which I love.

I used to have my nails done in another place for a long time but my manicure got sick, so I was looking for another good place to get my nails done and I definitely find it. Thank you Tony for your perfect job, I love it.

Ken and Diem were really good people also went over the menu for pedicure options and gave us a detail information on the difference between them. Honest all the employees here are really friendly. The place is really clean and the uphold all the COVID precautions. I recommend this place to anyone you will not be disappointed.

Pedicure was good but experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After booking an appointment with a specific tech, I arrived to be told that I was with the first available tech and they didnt know why the reservation was changed. After waiting 35 minutes, even the type of pedicure chosen at booking wasn’t honored. I was told multiple times they had no idea what happened to my reservation even when I showed confirmation of what I had booked. Only at check out was I told that the tech was running late so she changed my reservation without a courtesy call. I understand how easy it is to run behind schedule (ironically I would have welcomed a call as I was racing to get there on time) and would have appreciated honesty.
