While it is a clean place and my nail tech lady was nice, I will not be returning! It’s only been three days and my nails are already chipping and breaking off. Very disappointed in the quality for what I paid for (gel). I always get gel from another salon just down the street and I’ve never had this issue happened.

I worked with Kay, she was so sweet and detailed. She offered me a drink when I arrived and let me take some time to decide what color I wanted. She stayed patient with me even though I asked to change the color twice; she was willing to give me exactly what I wanted. I have 0 complaints with the finished product and I am relatively picky when I comes to my nails. Overall experience was 10/10. When you go in, ask for Kay!

Love the attention to detail! My friend got stiletto acrylics and her nail tech spent a good amount of time perfecting the shape. Theyre also great with dip nails, mine look great and were pretty quick with them! Overall a well kept pretty shop with great staff :)!

This place is the best! Not only are they good at their jobs, but they are so clean. They ask you to wash your hands when you walk in (even if you’re getting a pedicure) and spray down and wipe everything before getting started. I always go to Nam, he has extreme precisión and a talent in what he does. I always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks Nam!

Don’t come here!! They gave me false pricing over the phone. I only found out the actual pricing because I asked again while I was in the chair. They also cut my nails completely down to the skin to the point of BLEEDING when I asked to cut “a little bit.” I won’t be coming back. My nails are all crooked and uneven. The paint is all streaked. A child could have done a better job. I figured it was convenient since I work down the street, but I found out why you stay faithful to one salon when you find a good one.

They are really patient and took time on my nails to make sure they were nice, they always do exactly what I ask for or even better. I love this salon! They are always up to par with their sanitation. Staffs are nice and always professionals Nam the owner is exceptional. You can tell he enjoys what he does. He is gentle and I never have to fear that I will get hurt while my nails are being done. Highly recommend :)

Ive been to this nail salon twice already. The first time, I was not impressed but had an alright experience. They do tend to rush you to pick a color. After the pedicure that the tech seems to rush through once I declined the deluxe pedicure, I got a manicure. All was well until the tech was trimming the cuticles. She ended up trimming more than just the cuticle in one finger and it started bleeding and was throbbing. She never said sorry not mentioned it was.l bleeding badly until I realized when I washed my hands. I sat at the sink trying to stop the bleeding. She said she would fix it? She put some blue solution on a cotton ball and placed it on the cuts. This hurt like hell. She never warned me that it would hurt. Again, never said sorry or anything. Just continued to rush through my manicure as well. All in all, other than a sheer application of polish for my pedicure, the pedicure was okay. Manicure was not good at all. I left with a bloody finger and dry hands. I will be looking around for a new salon near me or go back to Tommys nails in Longwood.

Nam is the man! He does an awesome job on both my nails and brows each & everytime. He takes his time and makes sure everything looks good!

I started getting my nails done again and had gone to one other place that left me upset. This place is right around the corner from me and I cannot tell you how sweet the staff is. I saw Nancy* and she did me RIGHT. I got into my car the other day, looked at my nails and clapped to myself because I was finally happy with my nails. So glad I found a nail salon I could trust!

UPDATE: Its been 2 weeks since I got my nails done and its still in perfect condition (pictured)!I got gel polish with french tips. Lee was my nail technician and he was awesome. He listened to how I wanted my nails done, took his time and was very friendly. The price, quality and environment were all more than what I expected. I will definitely be going back to see Lee.

I was a walk in in a Friday afternoon and they got to me sooner than I thought! Quick, thorough and understanding since I wanted to use my own polish. The owner is very nice and tries to accommodate the client anyway he can. Will be returning.

The staff is very friendly, nice place and very clean. They will offer either soda or water during your time there. Many options on pedicures and manicures as well lots of other beauty services. They are busy on the weekend mornings so make an appointment if you plan on coming Saturday or Sunday morning.

Got my nails done the first time here yesterday first a guy was doing my toenails he did a terrible job and then Lisa came to the rescue and fixed my toenails but she did a terrible job doing my French nails with gel. 80$$$ its the next day and my nails are already messed up I have bubbles where the white should be for some reason I cant post a picture to show you guys extremely disappointed.

Nam is very nice and good.If you are in a hurry don’t go, it will take you longer then excepted. Laura is very nice, she doesn’t her job with a smile on face and she makes you happy with what you want.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.I have been to Protek many times before and have always had wonderful service. But one night I came to Protek Nails at 7 PM thinking they closed at 8PM. When I found out that they closed at 7:30 PM I insisted that I not keep them and that I come the following day. However, a gentleman named Lee said he would be more than happy to stay. After some back and forth, I got a gel manicure and instead of Lee rushing to get home on time, he made sure that everything was perfect. When he was done and it was late and dark outside, he walked me to my car to make sure I was safe. I could not recommend this place more. The workers are personable, kind, giving, and talented. They have amazing service and amazing people.

The staff at ProTek is very kind, and the facility is always clean! I never have to wait long to be seen.Unfortunately, I am on my second dip-powder manicure from them, and in both instances, my nails have chipped in less than a week. I’m not particularly hard on my nails, but they always seem to separate from the powder manicure within a few days.

The first time I visited Orlando, (almost 2 years ago) I was brought here for a girls day. The staff was great! My nails were great, and now that I have moved o Orlando, this is the only place I go to for my nails. Kay is the best. I have had. Gentalman do my nails before, (not sure of his name) and I was not completely satisfied with his work. Kay is my go to for now on!

The lady has a negative attitude like she doesn’t want to work. I got the deluxe spa pedicure and she rushed through the whole process. I did not feel relaxed. Please do not come here to get your nails done. Worst customer service.

The Deluxe Package is definitely amazing, like the other reviews said. Additionally, I was happy to see it was Asian-run since all my previous experiences have been at this type. The service was nice, the chairs massaged nicely, and even my fiance enjoyed the treatment. Definitely recommend.

Ive heard great things about this nail salon so decided to give it a try. Upon having my nails done I was asked which design I would like. I decided to go with a cheetah print design this time. I was told NO NO... ITS TOO BUSY.. NO CHEETAH. YOUR NAILS LOOK TOO BUSY which I only wanted on 2 fingers. The rest of my nails I wanted coral French tipped. After I was told too busy cheetah design I didnt want to be a pain, so I said.. ok Ill do a gold line on my French manicure. Again.. the nail tech said NO NO.. you want Black.. Black Classier.. at this point I was getting really irritated. She kept telling me what SHE wanted to do with my nails.. NOT what I wanted. I ended up leaving with plain coral nails.. no designs.. nothing extra like I had asked for. I couldnt believe the nail tech would tell me that the design I wanted.. would be too busy and refused to do it. I felt extremely uncomfortable and very disappointed.. as a paying customer.. I would be told I could not have what I wanted. I went to booth #7. I will never go here again. I paid full price for something I did not want.

My wife and I had pedicures together and they did a great job. Beware, the chemical smell will melt your brain. Bring protection.

This is our go to place for a lunch-time pedi. Theyre reasonably priced ($20 for the cheapest), and it lasts for longer than any other place Ive been to. The employees are nice and professional. Id recommend the spa upgrade for $5 more if you have the time: your legs will leave feeling tingly. They can be a little busy during lunch, but weve never had to wait long.

Scheduled an appointment for two pedicures. Ended up getting the pedi in a box package. It was an all around great experience.

The people are very nice and do a good job on your nails but when you pay for a higher end pedicure, they don’t give a good massage if they even do it at all. I get pedicures for the massage but always leave disappointed from this place.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone here. Lady that works at Station Number 8 ripped me off trying to charge me for something I didn’t even ask for once she was done. Put gel on my nails when I clearly told her I wanted regular, does coffin shape TERRIBLY & had bad attitude. Only thing good about this place is that the nails stay on for awhile.

From when you walk in the door, the technicians are already rushing you to pick a color and sit down. Theyll also lie and change the prices on you by a few dollars even though they have a typed menu printed on the wall.All in all, if its not Nam doing your nails dont even bother

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Everyone is real nice and the prices are really good. Ive never had any issues. I recommend getting a gel polish; it lasts for over a month without chipping! :)

Its a hit or miss when coming here unfortunately. Used to be really good 6 months ago but more about rushing through and trying to upsell all services nowadays. Recommended my sister to go and both times she has left very unsatisfied. Chunky dip powder color that the woman (mindy or lindy) didnt shape or smooth, polish on bottom ofher finger tips, no hot towel when receiving a pedicure..which stinks considering what you are paying for these things. I will no longer be bringing my business here:(

The service I recieved here was ridiculous. I havent had my nails done in a while so I was super excited to come here. Wish I wouldnt have. I showed them a picture of what nail design I wanted and let them know how I wanted a fall color. The male who worked on my nails was way to rough and had polish all over my fingers. It was very sloppy. He was doing such a horrible job that one of his coworkers demand they switch. She had to redo three of my nails thats how awful it looked. I wanted pastel pink with gold glitter at the tip. They couldnt do it. I paid 50 dollars for gel nails on my fingers with no design. And regular matching polish on toes. Smh never again.

I don’t normally do reviews on nail salons, but I will make an exception this time since ProTek Nails has earned it. I frequently use the services of many nail salons and most have decent customer service, but ProTek Nails Salon has exceptional customer service. The owner and all of the nail techs are very professional, and the ambience of the salon is very calming and relaxing. The techs keep the conversation at a very professional level, no conversations across the room like some other places I have been to. This experience started with a mishap I had with my mani and pedi and I went back to ProTek to have it fixed. The owner not only fixed the problem but did it with a smile and never made me feel like anything was my fault. To compound matters, after we spent time fixing my nails, I ended up touching them too quickly and needed another fix. The owner asked one of the techs (Mr. Lee) to help rectify the situation. Mr. Lee, just like the owner, did it with a smile and never made me feel guilty. At ProTek they make the customer feel appreciated. I’m their biggest fan and forever their customer whenever I’m in town. If you are searching for a nail salon and a wonderful experience while there, I highly recommend ProTek. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. If you are not completely satisfied I’m sure the staff there will rectify the issue to your satisfaction. Service with a smile is hard to come by these days.

Great service and the deluxe pedicure upgrade for $5 more was totally worth it - lower legs were nice & tingly for a couple hours afterward. The staff was very welcoming, conversational, and friendly.

First visit and last. I went for Dip powder and paid $40, my nails lasted 2 days. After just 2 days all my nails had cracks and looked terrible.Never coming back.

Tl;dr Super accomdating of a group of six, free manicure for me or 10% off everyones service. Wonderful place, wonderful people, great experience, highly recommend!They were incredibly nice and accommodating!! I was having a friends night for my birthday and invited a few to get pedicures. So on day of fun night I set up an appointment for six of us to get pedicures. They were happy to do it and they even were going to give me a free manicure for bringing a group of people.I totally expected to have to split up and some get pedicures while others waited. We all got pedis at the same time and could chat and be done at the same time! It was so kind and wonderful! My person (a gentlemen I did all of the coordinating with) took his time, let me enjoy the soak gave a long leg and foot message didnt rush. Which I feel I have been dealing with a ton lately at other nail salons. I opted to instead of getting a free manicure for myself pass on the 10% discount to all my friends and myself. I didnt want to be selfish.If you made it this far congrats. Youre at the end.
