Iβve been going here for months now and I canβt go back to any other place! I get my dip done by JW every time because she not only does she have the best stories and remembers everything we talk about, but she always goes above and beyond on my nails! The designs she can do is the cherry on top! Make sure you call before she gets all booked up!!!
I love this shop. They are up to date on all the latest nail trends ! Everyone is so diverse but they work so well together, Iβve left shops before because of the animosity between staff but none of that here. I do recommend making an appointment for every visit because everyone is booked & busy! I recommend this shop to everyone who asks about my nails.

Just Ok... I came here last minute due to my regular girl from another salon having an emergency. I needed somewhere that could take me last minute which they paired me with Jason. I went in for a fill which went okay... I had three nails that I had taken off that needed to be put on. The three nails he shaped were not very good but the ones he filled that I already had looked decent. The one that bothers me the most is the thumb nail... the right thumb he put on a completely new extension but cut it way too short! Which really sucks because I did want to come back to this place but I most likely wonβt again. I gave it three stars because the place was clean and the other nails look decent but this thumb is going to haunt me till after my vacation this weekend...

They posted a deal on their Instagram and refused to honor that deal. I feel robbed. I asked specifically do get the deal they posted on Instagram (Christmas freestyle fullest special) and made excuses all over the place to not honor the deal. Terrible service, over priced and under quality.

I always come here to get my nails Done... Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I got my nails done with Traci this time & I have to say I love her vibe she has the best personality. So easy to talk. The best experience Iβve had so far. Will definitely keep coming back. π

I love this salon! I stumbled upon this place looking to get my nails done shortly after I had gotten engaged. JW did the best job listening to what I wanted, and implementing it tenfold! I had a great time talking with her, she has a wonderful personality and you can really tell she loves what she does.
I literally cannot say enough great things about this place and JW!!!!!! She is an amazing artist and always have something creative to do on my nails! I never ever go a day where I donβt get compliments left and right on the work she has done. Iβve finally found my permanent nail salon. If you want to know what it feels like to be truly in love with your nails polish room is it. Receptionist is always friendly! Iβve had the opportunity of having Traci and Tasha do my nails and both were absolutely fantastic. Both very creative and so very talented and if you follow their social media Accounts you can see that everyone there is beyond talented! I waited to do my review to at least go a couple of times, well 6 months later I wonβt ever step into another nail salon!!! Prices are a bit high but the quality is more then worth it to me you definitely pay for what you get for and Iβve never left unhappy! Thanks Polish room!

Good pedicure with nice massage & massage chairs! No dryers, but not really a huge issue (unless youβre in a hurry). Would be great to offer hot wax for feet as well. I would definitely recommend.
I love this place! Julie is the best. She is always willing to collaborate on designs with me. All of the girls are sweet and we always have fun when Iβm there. They are all so talented. Call and make an appointment! Do not complain that you canβt just walk in and get seen. They are busy because they are awesome!!!
I have gone twice and both times was initially happy but then disappointed. The first time was last year for nails they were beautiful but within 3 days it was cracking and chipping even tho I got gel. By the end of the week I had two nails that broke off. I paid a lot of money for them not to last me past a week. The second time I went was for eyelash extensions that got ruined by swimming in the swimming pool once. I had been super careful with them as I had a family photo shoot coming up. Again I paid a lot of money for them to last a week. Also its by appointment only but both times I had a 15 min wait still.
Stop reading this review and go book an appointment with this nail salon! Been going to them for about 2 years and I can honestly say this is the best place to get your nails/toes done in Orlando. I promise you wont find better in this area. I have to shout out my tech... Kristeen!! She shows passion in her work and it clearly shows. Shes my nail tech for life, I refuse to leave her. This has been my nail salon since I returned to Orlando. The service is always top notch. The salon has a great vibe. The entire team brings such good energy into the salon. I was driving through town, in need of a mani/pedi and Google Maps sent me here. When I walked in, the place looked wonderful. I asked the lovely receptionist if there was availability. There was not. Then she recommended a different salon just a few blocks away. Thatβs just good customer service.Next time Iβm in town, I will be sure to book my appointment in advance.
This place is great! Talened group of ladies! Clean salon, great service, friendly staff that stays up to date with latest trends. I always get compliments on my nails and I must say that it doesnt matter which lady does your nails because they are all awesome. They do go by appointment and they fill up pretty fast. Parking in the rear as well.

First time here this past Saturday went in for brow service with Noor. She shaped my brows and brow henna (she takes her time & very detailed, & careful) which brought my brows back to life!! Ive been a loyal client of Amys for three years and her working here is just the cherry on top. The spa chairs are the best ones I have ever come across and the owner Brittany is so sweet.I tried their seasonal scrub and Amy gives the best foot reflexology. Will definitely be back!

I use to go to this salon as far as my nails go 10/10 every time. Immaculate service like seriously, these ladies know how to make a girl smile. I promise youre gonna love your nails. As far as scheduling well that has a little to be desired. I was scheduled at one time then I received a text to ask if that time could be changed. I didnt mind so I said yes to a 4:15 appointment. Then received another text asking for the time to be changed to 3:00 I declined, letting them know I was at work. Then I come way from SANFORD at the agreed upon time *4:15 only get a text saying ****** ended up taking a client because we werent sure if you were coming but if you want to come around seven... I will say normally I would have just accepted the offer to come at 7if I was already in Orlando. But seeing as how I left work in Sanford and drove an hour I felt as if that was a complete waste of my time and gas. Its not as if I was late either I text at 4:08 my appointment was at 4:15. I then received a text Saying she took a client IM A CLIENT AS WELL I was literally in the Parking lot. To be honest I just feel as if thats unprofessional. After I denied the second time change I would think itd be evident that I was keeping my appointment. But I guess for them to confirm that with me before accepting other clients at my allotted time is a little much to ask ππ But it wasnt too much for them to text me to come later
This is my favorite place to get my nails done. It is an excellent and very young atmosphere. From what I have seen ALL of the techs are great, but my go to is Julie. I definitely recommend the Polish Room! I am never disappointed.
Read amazing reviews online but, maybe on your website you should post appointment only. Only gave 3 stars because the young lady at the counter was nice.

Heard about this shop and wanted to see what the hype was all about sadly I didnt experience it. Went here recently to get my nails done and overall my nails turned out good. However they didnt last long which I was very disappointed about being that I paid a pretty penny for them and tipped the girl who did them. Also the customer service could be way better normally customers are greeted when they walk in and I literally got nothing no hello or welcome. I think the owner of the shop even walked passed me and didnt speak. I guess this shop has enough customers and no need for new ones must be nice.

The price is good. They made me wait 20 mins even though I had appointment and arrived on time. I have only tried one type of nails and everyone loved it.
Iβve been going here since I moved to Orlando ! They are extremely nice and welcoming . Even the nail techs that have never done my nails will sometimes hold a conversation with me if they donβt have a client in their chair . This place is super clean and super chill. I always have Kristeen do my full sets and fill inβs . Oh wait !!!! Sheβs also a artist when it comes to doing designs!! Vanna always does my pedicure and my toes always feel so much better and look great !! My husband refuses to let anyone but Vanna do his pedicure, she really knows how to take his ingrown toe nails out.
Still loving this place and it is still my go to place for mani/pedis! The service is unlike anyone else around!

Great place! Very clean and friendly. I have been going here for months and have never had a bad experience. I would recommend calling for appointments becuase they are aways pretty busy. There is parking in the rear as well as parking in front on the street.
This place is super clean and everyone is so friendly. I got the seasonal pedicure with the dragonfruit scrub and it was amazing! My legs felt rejuvenated and Amy gives the best foot rubs! Highly recommended!!!

It says appointments recommended like a lot of other places, however it does not specify anywhere that appointments are required. I would not have driven 30 min to this shop if this information was online.

Ok soooo.... Kristeen did my nails yesterday. It was my 1st time at Polish Room. And she was soooooo dammnnnn INTRICATE. 3 hours to do my nails. She took like an hour just prepping them. Pushed my cuticles back n cut them. NEVER had that done when getting a full set done. Which was amazing because my cuticles grow so fast. She even killed my design. She did a 90s theme and everyone that has seen my nails, loved them. I will DEFINITELY be back. I already have my next appointment made.
First and before anything else, please know that the 1 time I had my nails done here (April 2019 right before Easter) Von was OUTSTANDING; shes unbelievably talented and did an amazing job plus my nails were quite long and lasted an entire month (till they grew out). Voni gets 10 stars!I have to say that the dismal customer care (more like lack thereof) is a major problem at this salon, I can only hope theyve gotten it right at their other location. SMH.*My Recent Encounter*I visited this salon for my second time on May, 17th 2019. My nails were grown out from the previous set Id had done at the same salon a month before and I had a public speaking engagement on 5/18 and an impossibly packed schedule until end of 5/16. May 17th was my only chance to get this new set. I requested an appointment a week in advance via text which included a picture of the exact design I wanted (ombre pink and white), the date and time appt request details and specifying that I needed a new gel dipping powder service to REPLACE the ombre gel set from my first visit the month before. (Im allergic to acrylicβit causes my cuticles to split, crack, swell and bleedβthis is why I always specify that I require gel in advance.) The *day after* I sent my request I was informed that they were booked. I promptly disclosed my time concern and the reason for urgency and asked when was their very next available appt. I received NO RESPONSE. On the morning of my desired appointment date, I messaged them early and asked if there were any cancellations. I also mentioned that my last message had gone unanswered. While that was not at all acknowledged, I received a message letting me know that another artist had a pop up opening at 1p which I eagerly accepted. (Recall, my initial text had every service detail possible). I rearranged my busy day and headed to the salon at 12:10p. I ended up passing their block 2 minutes before the appt time and texted to let them know. I immediately received a text with a question about whether or not I had an appointment that day (i.e. they suddenly werent expecting me)! I quickly replied yes per our correspondence that morning and was in the salon before they could respond. Upon my arrival, I was told that the person Id texted with earlier wasnt around and that there was a phone number mix up (??). I was sent to the artists station and upon sitting, the artist (Sonny) informed me she didnt have enough time to remove what I already had and that she didnt know Id had a previous set. After I explaine that this was pre-arranged, she went to begin anyway when it occurred to me to confirm my service details. When I mentioned gel powder, Sonny quickly turned her drill off and informed me that she ONLY DOES ACRYLICS! I explained to her that I am allergic and I showed her the texts between the appointment setter and I which clearly said gel service. She immediately directed me to the front desk where I was told (again) that the person I texted with that morning wasnt around and that our correspondences had been erased. I asked what could be done that day at any time and without even trying or checking, the young lady said, nothing today. No apology, not even an acknowledgement of the clear inconvenience theyd put me through though Id done everything right as a client. So, I turned and left. It has become painfully clear that this salon feels it doesnt need to be kind or considerate to new clients. If they are so overbooked that they dont need new business they should stop taking new clients bc the way the appt team treats new clients is unheard of and unacceptable. Their attitude is so nonchalant and uncaring that its a disservice to the talented artists who work so hard there. My 1st visit was bc they were highly recommended by a local business owner (whom Ill be encouraging not to forsake her reputation by recommending them any further). That 1st experience was great only bc of the artist Von.

I wont go to any other salon. The Polish Room has all young staff, all up to date on new styles and trends. I have never left unsatisfied, and I am always getting compliments on my nails! The salon has a really nice, clean and modern feel to it. This is home to me. I have never been soo happy to come get my nails done. They are super clean, friendly, funny and make you feel like family. I can bring my own ideas, pictures or let them freestyle and people always ask to see my nails. I give out their business cards when I get compliments lol
I came to Orlando to go on my first cruise ever and I really need to get my nails done. No where in the information does it say you have to make an appointment to come here. I was super excited because the reviews spoke very highly of the individuals who work there and I was dying to try them out. The receptionist told me that only one person could do the services that I asked for and it wouldnβt be until 5:30. I asked her what nail service was I able to get as a walk-in because Iβm leaving to go on a cruise at 2:00 and I need my nails done as soon as possible. She just looked at me and said I can put you on a call back list. I wasnβt asking for the same service and that didnβt really answer my question which meant she wasnβt listening so I just left. Boo for bad customer service

Things to Know about the Polish Room:1. They dont take walk-ins (My first time there, thats what I was told. You have to have an appointment. After I stood there the tech asked if I wanted to make one.)2. When you make your appointment, tell them you want a design and on how many fingers. (If you dont, when you show up to your gel manicure appointment and want a design theyll tell you they dont have time. Because somehow you missed the memo that isnt posted about that rule. They might not even do your manicure at all. This was almost my case.)3. Not everyone does designs. (Those names you see on the photos here or on FB are pretty much the only ones that do. Guess what, theyre usually booked solid. See why you cant be a walk in.)4. Britt is the owner (She is very professional and accommodating even when some of her staff isnt. Which is a shame really.)5. Some of their polish is old. (To me old is gummy looking Nailpolish-opinion)I didnt have my gel color change a week before my natural nails (which are strong) broke down to the quick on two nails. The paint was already chipping by then. After the overall experience here with my friend, it would be a while before I return if I ever do.

Friendly enough service, however I had the dip polish on my nails and it was an extreme inconvience to my nail tech becaushe she didntβt know how to remove it. Then she didnβt take her time at all doing my gel manicure. My pointer finger ended up chipping 30 minites after I left the salon and my thumb completely broke off two days later. Normally my manicures last me four weeks. My nail tech also didnβt know how to shape my nails. The lengths were completely unever and the corners were extremely sharp. Just very dissapointed compared to the amazing pictures I saw on instagram of the work these nail techs do.

I drove 35 mins to this place to get my nails done only to get turned down because I didnt have an appointment when there were clearly techs that were free. Ive never gotten turned down before with a walk in. Very disappointed, never again.
I have a lot to say but I wont. I was very disappointed.
So we called and made an appointment for 2 gel manicures we were told it would take about an hour to plan accordingly seemed pretty simple no prob. We usually each do a gel manicure and put a design on each ring finger, at every other salon this is typically not an issue. At this salon evidently if you do not state that in advance you cannot have a manicure because not every tech does designs. Id like to note this is our 2nd attempt at going to this salon since the first time we were rudely turned away because we didnt have an appointment. But I digress. So here we both are standing in front of our techs confused because we now have an appointment that we were previously told we needed but now we are being told we cant get a manicure. My tech shrugs and walks away, I guess shes done no appointment for her. Atleast my friends tech is nice enough to try and find a solution shes like let me see if someone can do the design. Well she finds Britt who turns out to be the owner who says she can squeeze in the idea for the ring finger design for each of us, yay for my friends nail tech for trying to work with us. Ummm I think this thoroughly pissed off my nail tech who was off on her phone at this point and was completely content with the fact that this nail appointment was not going to happen. She ended up turning my manicure into a color change because we didnt have time and this was still the most painful and arduous color change of my life. They took something that I covet as a peaceful time and made it annoying.Here are the important notes: you NEED AN APPOINTMENT. If you want a design, the aspect that they advertise the most, all over their Yelp and Instagram and everywhere else then you NEED TO TELL THEM YOU WANT A DESIGN WHEN YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. And above all else and I cannot stress this enough people AVOID JULIE THE NAIL TECH or maybe it was Julia who knows she never introduced herself. .
