The owners and staff are so kind and their work is impeccable. This is the only place I go for nails, pedicures or waxing. I have seen them treat everyone - young, old, make, female - with respect and great attention to detail.

First time at this salon, nice staff, very clean studio, and COVID-19 practices in place. I followed my nail technician from a previous salon, Kim, because she does the best work!Great quality and she is the sweetest woman, I will always recommend her! I always get DIP powder on my hands and a regular pedicure. My nails are never chunky and I personally schedule appointments with her.

I’ve resided on the east side of Orlando for almost 2 years and today was my first visit to this location (I was referred by a friend). I’ve never experienced such a pleasant and fun experience. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and hilarious - they all laughed and kept me laughing during my full visit. I was very relaxed during the duration of my visit. Mindy did my nails and she was EXCELLENT! She took her time to make sure that the work was no less than perfect! I love my nails and my pedicure. I love how friendly the staff is. They used to work inside the Walmart supercenter on goldenrod and moved to this new plaza. I dont mind the travel because they are super good.

Service was fast and the staff is friendly. My chief complaint is the inconsistency of price and quality of work. I paid $73 for 2 full set gel nails 3 weeks ago, which I was pleased with. I went back a week ago for a refill and was charged $73 for a refill, and an additional $10 for the iridescent powder. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told that it was due to the iridescent powder. I wont be returning nor would I recommend this place.Which is too bad, because the staff was very sweet.

I had Tina. She is awesome. My nails are gorgeous. I meant to ask her if I could leave Avon books for the customers to look at but was sidetracked. Lol. She didn’t speak much but her work was flawless.One nail was a little crooked but she fixed it right away without any issues.

Called to make an appointment spoke to Mike. He asked me to come in right now 3:10pm I told him not right this minute he said well come in at 4pm. Well lo n behold the tech was doing someone else’s nails the salon was packed. I called to be able to social distance I asked to soak my feet he ran the water.i soaked for 25 minutes. He comes to me and tells me someone else is going to do my nails. I was like I called for a reason had I came in right now I would have waited longer. This is terrible he didn’t try to accommodate me in anyway. I advised him I will not be returning he said if you don’t want to comeback then don’t come back. Wow I’ve been a customer before this pompous fool was even the owner. #badcustomerservice #lostacustomer

I have been going to these place for a very long time today I went to have a pedicure and they did a horrible job I explain to the lady that I didnt like the way she was doing my feet and she didnt care .And continue I told her again that I wasnt satisfy and that I need it to leave I paid my 25 dollars and told the owner that I wasnt satisfy but he didnt care for him it was more important the 25 dollar than anything also.I dont recomend this place to anyone it they dont care about an old customer that the hold my family goes there thats all I have to said

On Thursday November 19 Julie made my nails. They became ugly, very thick and pointy which during her making them I told her they werent what I wanted and she kept saying they where nice for my hands. Always blaming that because my hands been short and my nails wide thats the way I needed, base on her opinion. I paid $43.00 and even she did the ugliest nails I ever had I gave her a tip of $5.00 for her time even me been disappointed and tierd. You knew this situation because I called you as soon as got home from the salon. You told me yesterday to go to the salon and have my nail done by Jessie which she has done my nails before. So, she did my nails and I like how they became. But, I end up charge with $20.00 more, Julie told me this charge was because I didnt like my nails before, which I paid, but believe me I am not going back. Sir paying again for something wasnt right the first time is NOT COSTUMERS SATISFACTION.

Amazing service. I always ask for outrageous designs and they always deliver.

So many things were terrible about my experience here, but the biggest is that they reuse files and sponges. Dirty tools covered in other peoples skin and nails, disgusting (and illegal.) Nail salons have regulations and this salon definitely is breaking them. Everything was incredibly dirty.I went with my brother and as soon as he said he wanted his nails painted the workers ridiculed him.My nail tech didnt ask what length or shape I wanted my nails either. They couldnt find the color I had wanted so they picked one close to it and hoped I wouldnt notice I guess?I asked for studs and by the next morning three had fell off. So not only did I pay $30 for a bad expirience, but I paid $15 to get the nails removed the next day (somewhere else.)Im incredibly unimpressed and urge you to go anywhere else. Its cheap here but its not a great deal because even though its cheap the quality is horrifying.

I was given an attentive, skilled, and unrushed pedicure with massage.BUT!Main issue: It seems their standard practice there is to reuse tools between customers without sanitizing or replacing. The first items selected for use on my feet had someone elses skin and nail debris all over it. I told her I wanted new files and such, but even with asking I still had a callus remover used that she just sprayed and wiped for me, which was obviously an extra step because of my concerns.You CANNOT reuse tools like files/emery/pumice between customer. This is wrong even just with common sense, but official 61G5-20.002 would frame this as an illegal practice.ALL the items that contact the customer must be cleaned. The tools must be cleaned AND sanitized. Even combs at hair salons get fully submerged in disinfectant and that doesnt even abrade or cut the skin.This quite literally endangers customers. A tiny amount of fluid transfer is possible and is a major risk.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I never make an appointment and usually no long waits.I have always been pleased with their work as well as their equipment cleanliness. Nice massage chairs with pedicure, which is a must at every visit!! Prices are very reasonable ~

I want to this salon on the advice of an friend, she called and made an appointment with Jenny. Well I was 5 minutes late, so I quest I can’t be upset that she took an walk in. However when I told that I was here for an appointment with Jenny I was told to have an seat. With I did, however the talking between the two ladies in the front chairs let me know who Jenny was and that the person in her chair had just been there long enough to have her polish removed. Now this is not my first time at an nail salon and I have been five minutes late elsewhere and when I came in the women was told my appointment is here so she has to take me. But the walk-in was told that up front. But I didn’t even yet that brother me yet. But after waiting 20 minutes no one said anything to me, so I asked the tech that told me to sit if she was busy she lairs and say she has an appointment at 4pm. But she said to me she will take my polish off(gel) so I let her. She notices that two of my nails beds look like it needs more than filling, I agree and inform yes I was going to soak. Okay she put me in soak, now by this time Jenny is finish (45 minutes later) after my appointment time that I was just five minutes late, then instead of seeing about me she takes another walk-in. Well let me tell you my hands soak for another 35 minutes before Jenny came to assist me. And after all of that she did an poor job, I overlay my own nails with gel so I don’t like the gel to be thick and told her so twice she said don’t worry but it was too thick, and not done well and I was charged 45.00 dollars for something if done correctly should’ve cost 30.00 dollars. Now normally I would’ve done two things told Jenny about having me wait for over an hour and half, then I wouldn’t paid for poor service just to have my nails fixed by someone else. Why pay twice? Then my friend informs me that Jenny charges more than the others because she’s the best. Well first the price is the price she not allowed to charge more but she does cause they put that nonsense 25 and up.... then if she’s the best in that shop they really don’t have anyone worth seeing there....

You will find me here every 2-3 weeks for a fill. All the staff are great and the prices are reasonable. You can look good without breaking your budget! Stop by for a manicure and Pedicure and tell them Sherry sent you!

Been coming here for years mainly because it was for a reasonable price $17 fill etc etc with good quality work their acrylic powder tho has always lacked in quality, my acrylics would always be yellow by a week or two & I would always lose a nail in between fills ( hence the price)But now they have raised their prices ridiculouslyCharging for shape of nail (I’m from LA nothing new to me but they used to not charge)& now they charge for how long or short you want your nails?!?! I have been to multiple salons and I have NEVER been charged for length of nailsLadies I got a fill, coffin shape & 2 mm of nail length & I was charged $35 when I asked isn’t it $17 for a fillThe lady said yes but I wanted coffin shape & they charge for length now (my nail length is just above the tip of my finger!!!!) how can they charge the price of another fill on top of my fill !Now I wouldn’t be complaining if the quality of the work was worth itBut after a week, both my index fingers acrylic nails came off, and I noticed the acrylic nails turn yellowAs alwaysSo they bumped up their prices while still having the same horrible quality acrylic powderWill definitely not be backHoped this helps ladies !

Went for a brazilian. They used soft wax! 🤬It was unnecessarily paintful, the result was crooked, and there were big chunks of missed hair!

I have been using Pro Top Nails for over 10 years, and was originally recommended to it by two friends. I dont understand the review about the salon being dirty. It may not be the chic-est place in town, but I get a great job without cuts or nicks, and the instruments are sterilized.I would suggest that I like some of the techs better than others. I prefer to have Mindy or Chelsea. They have both been there as long as I have been going and they both do a fine job. Others are good, too, but I have a long history with these girls.

The people and the atmosphere of this tiny nail salon are nice. The prices are quite reasonable, and cannot be beat in the area. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and a week later, they were falling off. Ive had my nails done at Walmart and have had them last longer than that. I guess if youre wanting to get your nails done for a one-night occasion and dont feel like paying the high prices, go here.

Never left a review for anything in my life but this place is so horrible that I needed to. first, i got my nails done & it was horrible. they gave me a shape i didn’t ask for & it was bumpy & streaky. when it was finished they tried to charge me extra for the special shape. i refused but they had already run my card because they didn’t say they were charging me for it. so i asked for a refund & they refused. they said i could come back & get it redone. i said it won’t be for a while because i don’t live in this area. i came back 2 weeks later & told them the situation, they said no problem & did my nails. i said thank you & gave the lady a $5 tip & tried to walk out. they stopped me saying i had to pay. i told them i already explained that they said i could come back & get them redone for free since the first time they unfairly charged me & my nails were horrible. they refused to let me go. they said i had to pay. we talked back & forth for about 10 minutes before i gave up & paid. absolutely ridiculous service. i would’ve never come back if it weren’t for the fact that it was supposed to be free. now i’ve twice paid for horrible service & will never be returning. ive been going to this place for 3 years & will never go again.

Ive been coming here since my mom recommended this place, which was about 3+ years ago. I would say 95% of the time i am completely satisfied and the times that i wasnt, they have gone out of their way to try and fix it. There are a few new faces that have started working there in the last year or so but I wouldnt go anywhere else :)

My review is based solely on Linh, and does not reflect any of the other techs as i have not received services from them.I come to Linh about 2x a month for a pedicure and she is great! She has strong hands for the leg rubs and does a great job on my feet. I highly recommend Linh if your in the area. A pedicure here is $22. And i get my upper lip waxed for $5. Cant go wrong! Great prices. Conveniently located up the street from my house.

They made my fingers raw til the point they were bleeding because they kept going over the cuticles with their files. They saw me bleeding and continued to use their tools up against the blood including their dusting brush and I did not see them disinfect any of these tools as I was leaving, they put it right back in the drawer. Very gross.

I have been coming here since I moved to Orlando in December 2016. Jen usually does my nails. Ive noticed the last few times that her prices were sketchy. On 4/24/17, I came in for my usual fill in with regular nail polish ($12) As Jen was taking my polish off she kept trying to talk me into a gel fill for just $10 more (making the total $22). I got tired of her pressing the issue, so I agreed to pay the extra $10 for the gel polish. After my nails were done, she told me it was $25. I tipped her $10 and left. Shortly thereafter I realized that she over charged me. I called her and asked why she charged me an extra $3, and she said its because my nails were long. Ok, first off she quoted me $22 with my nails in her hand.... It wasnt a blind, over the phone quote. She quoted me $22 after looking at my nails. And second, Im a professional. My nails arent even long. Maybe Im silly for being upset over $3, but everytime Ive went to her its been $2-$4 more than she quoted.... she just always had a SOMEWHAT legit reason to overcharge me.... until now. I finally caught her. Whoever uses her as an accountant in the future (after she graduates) better be careful! I can only imagine what she would do to someones money if shes taking a few bucks off the top now. Ill never go back here, and its her loss because Im one heck of a tipper and a nice person.

The lady sitting closest to the door did my nails and she did a horrible job ! all my nails were crooked my pointer finger was completely crooked I told her to take off the nail before she put acyrlic on and she didnt bother she said she would fix which she didnt. Any women knows that finding a nail tech is super hard and so far to all the ones I went to been horrible. And this is one of the places
