This is the first review I have ever left for an establishment. I did not have time to get my nails done at my normal place in Tennessee before I came here. Googled nail places and this was the first one to pop up. I have to say this is one of the best nail salons I have ever been too. Not sure of the guys name that did my nails but he did excellent work and provided the best customer service! Thanks again guys for working me in.

My best friend and I was looking to do our bestie pedicure date one day and the place we found was closed.We searched and found this jewel!They always have amazing customer service and services.Could be pricey but its worth it!They only have the top two best polishes, OPI & Essie.They actually take the time needed for each thing you do, from pedicures, manicures, full set to eyebrows.They dont cheap you out like some businesses that get famous and they begin to focus on quantity instead of QUALITY.They may be busy every day, you may have to wait, BUT I always look at it as, YOU expect great service when youre in the seat, so dont get impatient when theyre doing it with the persons before you.& the cherry on top is you get a glass of wine with your pedicure (white is the best! 😍) and two with a deluxe.Overall, I love this place!Clean, beautiful and great service all around! ❤️

This was one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. I wanted a mani-pedi but after I saw what they did with the pedi I told them no for the manicure. The gel polish is on the wall messy and in no order at all. They have been thinned out with acetone or in need of changing. I was charged $52 for a wash of my feet. Any other nail salon I’ve been to at least have used some type of scrub. On top of that they charge me $25 dollars for the acetone dead gel polish which didn’t give me the color I actually wanted. I will never come back here

Salon does a great job but be warned they do not follow mask mandate. Customers and staff walking around without masks including the owner. There were customers without masks sitting on both sides of the reception desk making it impossible to not come in close contact. (They have signs up but clearly just for show.)

The place seems very dirty, they do not use a towel under your hands like most places to catch all of the dust when they are doing sns so it just falls onto the marble counter. NOONE working there wears a mask. The lady doing my nails wore hers for the first half of doing my nails but randomly took it off half way through leaving me very very uncomfortable. All the other employees also didn’t have masks on (there were about 6 in the store at the time maskless) the customers were also pulling their masks down after noticing the company doesn’t care. My sns is not smooth, she did not do the clear gel coat at the end which every other salon does so my nails are not shiny at all. I’ve never had a worse experience at a nail salon. Shocked this is in such a nice area next to Whole Foods.

I don’t ever rate nail salons because I’m always barely satisfied with their services. That was until Image Spa. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep during the pedicure foot massage. Afterwards they didn’t try to rush me out the door, instead insisted that I sit at the massage chair until my nails dried. This is the type of customer service any other nail salon should aspire to. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Had to find a nail salon at the last minute while in Orlando. The staff & service was great & I appreciated the walk-in accommodation.However, my issue with my visit was pricing. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind paying for great service & I did my research before going, but heres the issue...a gel acrylic fill-in is $35...cool ✔ But a gel polish change on toes is $40...🤬🤬🤬 um, a polish change?! Thats MORE than I paid for the gel pedicure. 😂😂 Nonetheless I settled for a regular polish change which only set me back a cool $15. Lol so until this day, Im still trying to figure out WHY a gel polish change was going to cost $25 more? 🤔🤔🙄🙄 Either way, Im still satisfied with the service received & would return.

The best nail salon I have ever been to! I showed photos of toenails and fingernails with intricate designs and they done them exactly they way i wanted. They were also very accommodating and friendly with my little boy who tagged along with me!

This nail salon is nicely decorated and modern. The staff is friendly and the prices reasonable. There were lots of colors to choose from as well. This is a busy place so you might want to think about making an appointment if you are going on a weekend.

This was the best nail experience Ive ever had. I visited this company while on vacation and I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The employees were so polite and friendly. They were gentle, took their time and made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Also my nails look amazing! Seriously one of the BEST polish jobs Ive ever had.

I took my diabetic Grandpa who’s 80 to his first pedicure. Overwhelmed with the exceptional service they gave both us us, but especially my Grandpa. If you or someone you know who is diabetic getting a pedicure can be sort of a scary thought.. however I was so impressed I didn’t worry at all! Ask for Lucy! She was wonderful for my Grandpa!

I get acrylic fills often and have been to so many different nail salons in the Orlando area--this is the best salon I have been to. My acrylics last about 1-month (and sometimes longer) and they still look great! I get so many compliments on them! The pedicures are the best, even if you get the most basic one. Peaceful & calm environment & the staff is great, especially Phil! Highly recommend this place!

Took my wife here as a surprise. We didnt have an appointment, however they took her in right away. The demeanor of the staff was very friendly. The tech that my wife received was fantastic. My wife said that she was very gentle. We were in Orlando for a weekend get away and the staff of Image Nails did a great job of making this a great weekend.

I went in for a set of acrylics. I did not get what I want at all, I kept asking to correct my nails, I just gave up on them. They are horrible, they look grown out and I have bubbles/dents in my gel polish. The lines are not straight. They seem friendly but this service was not worth $60 at all. Maybe $25-$30. This was my first time coming and my last. I won’t be coming back.

Ive been looking for a good pedicure place since moving to Orlando 6 months ago. Havent found a place that was affordable but did a great job--until now. I went to Image Nail & Spa today for the first time and it was fantastic!!My mom was visiting from out of state--and we both got the spa pedicure and a 30 min foot massage. This was seriously the best spa pedicure Ive ever had--and my mom said the same thing. They did a great job trimming our nails (pain free!), removing rough spots and did a perfect polish job. My favorite parts were the citrus scrub followed by the peppermint masque applied to my whole calf. It left my legs and feet completely refreshed!!The chairs are comfortable and the staff was all very friendly. We both felt welcomed--like we were regular customers.HIGHLY recommend Image--seriously the BEST pedicure Ive ever had!!

Needed to get a fill in stopped by here since I was already in the area (whole foods) the guy in the front left side (not sure if thats his normal spot) did my fill in and he did a fabulous job. If Im ever back in Orlando and need a touch up Ill be sure to stop by. Anyone from out of town please go here!! Very professional, clean and had lots of customers... so to me is a good sign. Image nails is by far the BEST nail salon Ive ever been too . The owner is always courteous and kind and goes above and beyond to make the experience here amazing . Im not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. She must be the problem ....not the owner or the salon. Ive been coming here for years and have ALWAYS received exceptional treatment . The owner does my nails and they always look fantastic . She is accommodating to me and even goes the extra mile to make sure my 8 year old son has a great time while he waits on me . He looks forward to seeing her!!! I HIGHLY recommend this salon !!! Its clean, classy and you wont find a place in Orlando that does better nails!!! I wish I could give this salon more than 5 stars !!

Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and fun. They tell you as it is and is very straightforward. They are very accommodating to everyones from a single client or to a larger group of clients. Prices might be a few more dollar more than other places but they take prides in their work so it paid off at the very end. Large selections of colors to gel colors. Cant wait to come back..

After being ripped off elsewhere I came by image and got my nails fixed! They are now the appropriate size for my hands and have clean edges. Trina is amazing and I will be back with bridal party next month for my wedding!

Inconsistent, but good prices. Charged differently by 2 different technicians. The one who charged more did not do a better job than the other who charged less. The pedicure chairs seemed kinda dirty and old. Something about the whole place seemed dirty to me. I didnt feel clean getting my nails done or my feet. Nail dust everywhere, breathing it in is unpleasant too. Could use better air filtering there for sure!!!I feel like I take a chance going in, but the price point keeps me a customer. Probably not smart. No fungus yet. lol

This is my go-to nail place. I trust these people to do my eyebrows when other places seem a little sketch this place has always done a good job. Cheap pedicures cheap manicures if you want more expensive options they are available. They can take appointments but every time I have gone and Ive been able to go in quickly in.

I had been going to Image Nails for the last 8 years, probably longer. I probably should have stopped going a long time ago, but the location was convenient, they were nice for the most part, and the place seemed clean and pleasant. I liked the services offered. I never had 1 person I would go to so Ive tried many people there and Ive never gotten a mani or pedi that I was really upset with. The first big let down was for my wedding. I told them exactly what I wanted and they gave me something different. I asked for a french manicure with a single clear cz stone in the upper left side of one of my ring fingers. I dont know if they got new powder or something, but a french manicure is my go to and I had it done many times before, but this time it came out bright pink, like pinker than Ive ever seen it done or wanted it done. It looked so fake. And instead of a single cz in the corner, the person put three czs right down the middle of my finger. I should have said to redo it, but I ran out of time and had to get to my dress fitting. I was upset, it was my wedding day, I asked for something specific and easy, I had an appointment, I even talked with them about what I wanted the time before that I saw them. I didnt go back for a while, but then I started trying it again and for another couple years things seemed ok. Then I went in more recently and I ended up being the only customer there in the middle of the day after another woman left. I was 3/4 of the way through a pedicure and two of the girls that worked there had a fight in the middle of the establishment. Not a physical fight, but a yelling, argumentative, cursing fight in two languages, many of the curses in English. It went on for at least 20 mins in the nail place and they started switching out who was doing my feet so the person who previously was doing them could try to calm one of the girls down. I had no idea what it was about. When the argument finally ended with one of the women in the fight walking out the front door, instead of it really ending, the other women sat down in a massage chair across from me and continued cursing the other girl to the other employees and was crying and talking with the other employees about their issues. She could have gone in the back and done this quietly and more professionally, but she chose not to. I had been reading a book, and the whole time I was too scared to do anything but keep staring at my book, not reading, but using it as a way not to look up until things calmed down. How could I leave? One of the girls in the fight was the one that takes my payment at the end. I was going back and forth about if I should run out with half done nails without paying? Or to sit through this hoping it ends soon. I chose the second one and wish I didnt. Im never going back. I feel really upset about this because it was sort of my go-to place for so many years. Ive gone with girlfriends and family members and now my feeling for it is soured by this experience. I was a solid customer of theirs, they always knew Id be back, but the whole thing was really disrespectful of me as a paying customer. I should have left when my nails werent done how I asked them to be done from my wedding. I dont recommend anyone risking going here if theyre looking for a relaxing experience where employees listen to your requests. To the girls at Image if your reading this, Im sorry I had to write this. I really felt welcome as a customer for years and Im sad my time with you has ended. I used to love that you guys remembered me and would ask about my family and life, but this last visit was too much for me. Even though youve seen me around for years, I still dont want you to feel comfortable enough with me to have a raging verbal fight in front of me while Im paying to get my nails done. How was I supposed to know it wasnt going to escalate and get physical? I paid full price and you gave no apology. I hope things get more professional with the business and that you have a lot of success.

I went here to get a Mani pedi last week and the service was good and my lady was very nice, it was clean etc. And cost $90 for gel manicure pedicure which is a tad expensive but I didnt mind because I thought it would last. I was wrong 3 days later and three nails chipped and now a week later 5 nails chipped very bad, one totally lifted and one is cracked and I have not done anything that would be hard on my nails Im so disappointed as I cant even make it back to get them fixed as I was just visiting, $90 is allot of money to me and $90 I will Never get back would not recommend so so unhappy.

Went here because it was super close to the resort we were staying at. This was truly a delightful experience. There were 3 of us. Two of us got our nails done ands all 3 got a pedicure. Clean and wonderful atmosphere! If I lived closer I would switch nail shops!

I walked in to this salon to get a waxing done and was told it would be a short wait, after about 20 mins another lady walked in and immediately one of the employees greeted and continued to get her settled and into a chair. She told me that she didnt forget about me but that she was going to get her started and then assist me. 25 minutes later and still haventeven been approached, now Im not one to complain but I would hate for anyone to be treated the way I was treated in this salon. Even when I spoke up and voiced my opinion I was ignored, as someone who is of color and works in the hospitality industry, no one deserves this treatment. Save yourself the trouble and dont come here. You will only be ignored and be treated like you dont matter and we all deserve better.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Employees told me to leave they’re store when I asked them to please clean my nails correctly and file the old acrylic away correctly so my nails would not left!!! I live in Miami and come here every time I visit Orlando! The employee told me to get out and go get service some where else, I was polite with them and the employee said “go away I am not good enough for you”... turned off his session light and told me to LEAVE.. as they said “PEACE OUT”! VERY DISAPPOINTED I LOVE HOW THEY USE TO WORK!!!

Paid 40 for a gel fill that started chipping 3 days later. One of my middle fingers looks 3 weeks grown out and the other one looks the opposite with gel painted up on the cuticle. The tech didnt paint the tips so the gel is lifted off the tips of my nails and look cheap as hell. Also had to reshape all my nails as soon as I got home. Pretty sure I paid extra for coffin. She also cut me really bad and kept filing on that nail with the open wound. So not hygenic! Never going back.

My friend and I strolled in right at opening on a Sat morning,no appts but got seen right away. Went for deluxe pedicures and the ladies(Janet & Vail Colorado wearing sweatshirt lady) were delightful! My feet are still happy. Last minute we decided on manis and the ladies were eager to please. The vibe is relaxing and they offer wine! They had 12 techs on staff with a steady stream of customers coming in. The value is awesome,go check this salon out!!!

Ivy was my technician. She worked diligently but paid great attention to detail and asked if I was happy with where my nails were at regularly. The staff was very polite and the facility was neat and clean.

I visited this shop with two of my friends. I have to say this is one of the most ghetto nail salons Ive ever been to. The manager is so loud and obnoxious! Just inappropriate behavior. Gossiping women, talking about customers in their language Just not good. We wont be back. But they have a great gel collection. Nails werent great either.

I was looking for places since I was traveling. I stumbled on this place. So wonderful! They told me it was a 30 minute wait and it was literally a 2 minute wait. They called me while I was looking for polish. I got a pedi and gel manicure. The very friendly lady rubbed my feet/legs so long I thought maybe I requested the wrong thing!She did an amazing job on my manicure and kept telling me to keep my hands under the lights to make them extra tough- because I have kids and need them to hold up! So reasonable too. Im sad Im just visiting and probably wont be back. I would make the trip just for them though. Amazing job!!!!!!!!

I love getting pedicures here! I’ve been coming here at least every other month if not more for two years. Everyone is very professional and do a wonderful job. Usually I have to double check my manicures to make sure they get that one spot on the side—not here. Perfection every time. They have a great selection of OPI polishes and a nice range of Essie and orly products as well. I rarely wait more than 15 minutes as a walk in. Only once even comes to mind and I can’t even blame them as there was an ambulance arriving shortly after I did for a medical emergency for a guest. I’m moving out to Davenport and might still have to take a monthly pilgrimage to get my nails done because no one else can compare!

I usually stop by for pedicures, however today I came in and very badly needed to get my acrylic nails off and do a gel polish. As soon as I came in I verbalized that I was on a time crunch.The technician tried yanking the acrylic off my nail beds with a cuticle cutter. I explained to her that I would prefer for her to soak my nails. The acrylic on my nails had not even begun to lift, they were very much stuck to the top of my nails. She rudely brushed my request off and told me to look at the TV while she was yanking them off. Then she tried to educated me by telling me that pulling them off isn’t bad for my nail bed. Of course, it began to hurt and then she decided to soak the acrylic off.At one point she was applying the acetone onto my nails and said ouch. Looked like she cut herself and didnt even bandage the cut. She later on told me I cut myself because of YOU!.I was also late to my appointment. I tried to leave after a simple top coat of gel and she insisted she would be done by the appropriate time. Also I got charged for a full manicure when I did not receive all the services that came with it.Needless to say, this salon is high unprofessional, unsanitary, and uneducated about the skills it takes to have happy repeat guests. Ill never return.

Discovered this amazing gem while vacationing during a week of rainy weather. Great service and fabulous pedicure which was done the way I asked and lasted a long time. I would highly recommend this salon!

I called while on my way to ask about current wait time and was told I couldnt say thinking she misunderstood me I asked how long the wait was right now (I was literally a block away) I was told well I can hang up on you at which point I turned around and found another salon nearby. With the rudeness displayed on the phone I would hate to see the level of service provided in person. I am just one person and maybe my money wont be missed today, but continued rude behavior is enough to destroy a business with so much competition nearby.

The ladies do a really great job with nails, so much so that Im willing to drive 30 minutes to them when there are salons less than a 5 minute walk from my front door. I have small nail beds and this is this the first of many places Ive tried that *doesnt* leave my fingertips red and sore.

I was on vacation in Orlando in the spring and had neglected my poor feet over the winter. I desperately needed a pedicure and based on the good reviews and the location, went to Image. I chose the pedicure that had the most options. I think it was called the Image pedicure. It was literally the best pedicure Ive ever had. If you need a pedicure and live here or are on vacation here, treat yourself, and go to this salon.

Service was good with the person I had but however Gina the lady at this salon who was taking care of my friend didn’t have good attitude at all towards her. I didn’t appreciate how rude she was behaving. This is not how anyone should behave with their customers.

Had my nails done today... she painted over my cuticles! I said on a few occasions that the drill was hurting me, it was buring. Had to file my nails myself! Ive come here on holiday from the UK I spent £60 on a new set 2 weeks before.. which were perfect but had to get one nail repaired! just shows who puts time in the nails and not. So will be getting a new set in the UK after a waste of money completely messed up my nails ! Just felt like they wanted your money! Didnt care about customer service and the quality of the nails! still left nail vanish under my acrylics. So disappointed

*** I arrived @ 7:05 for 2- pedicures. The lady denied us services stating they do not take customers after 7pm. Both online and their door signs says they are open until 7:30pm. In my 15 years of going to nail salons the closed time is when they take thier last clients.And nothing was posted stating they do not take clients after 7pm. Very upsetting and unbelievable. I personally believe she choose not to service my husband and I. Go to I LOVE NAILS 15 mins away near Outlet mall

Really nice experience with super friendly staff. Friend and I made appointment for gel mani-pedi, so no wait time at all when we arrived. Toe nails and nails were quick and look so good! I was surprised cutting down cuticles was not included in manicure price like other locations, so final amount after tip was pretty pricey for me.

This place is unsanitary and the employees are very rude and sarcastic. We were visiting from out of town and unfortunately this place was rated a 4.5 and this rating is inaccurate and does not reflect the service you will receive. It is unfortunate since this was a girl’s outing. Do not go here if you care anything about environment, cleanliness or quality. Very disappointed and the crew can take a course in customer service. This place is filthy.

Was visiting from out of town and stumbled across this gem. I got alan pedicure. Everything about it was fantastic...atmosphere, customer service, etc. Prices are also very reasonable. A full spa experience at a nail salon. They were very busy and i didnt have an appointment, but they were still able to service me within 10 minutes from my arrival. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place!! I was in town on a trip and it was close to the resort. Very friendly staff and no wait!! Just walked in for a fill and pedi. Definitely would come back!!!!

Im attending the Keller Williams Realty convention and wanted to treat myself to a mani pedi. The desk clerk at the Ramada suggested I try Image nails. I did and was very satisfied. The technicians did a great job and everyone was very friendly.

Rude manager, every time is a different issue, with different customers. She doesnt treat people with respect, professioanlism and she is definitely not a people person! I think she will make people not wanting to go to the salon.

My wifes nails came out perfectly. Will always come here .
