I had the worst experience ever! Just make sure you dont go to the man in there cause he nearly broke my fingers and hands twisting them telling me to relax my hand shaking and yanking on me! He even kept picking my elbows up and placing them his way. I was letting him do whatever he wanted to do but still nothing made him satisfied! All the other ladies were doing nails and not one had a problem with anyone even though some girls had their hands in all kinds of weird positions. I was cooperating and not once did I complain, but he was the most disrespectful person to EVER do my nails!! Then when he finished he got up so quick and grabbed his belongings trying to go home already. Just stay away from him if you dont want someone to hurt your fingers, hands and arms.[They wont allow pics to be shared, but the man literally filed so hard that my skin is overly exposed on the side of my nails and in so much pain! Also, he was in such a hurry to go home that he didnt paint/coat my nails right.]

DONT COME HERE! Scammed the two girls in front of me by charging them for the more expensive pedicure when they asked for the regular one (no empathy or offer to return their money). Then told me that because my acrylic powder was colored it was the same price as the gel! (Which just so happens to be $20 more). Also they told me that the prices listed on their website is wrong because it was made a long time ago, they have their real prices listed in the top corner of the room! (Which if you didn’t guess already, are more expensive).

I’m new here so I chose to do an natural ombré short nails, but I wanted it to match my skin tone so it didn’t look entirely like fake nails, unfortunately the women who did my nails does not do any color match she just makes you look for the nail color that you see fit which was truly a disappointing start but I wanted to trust the process and I’m so disappointed. I know ombré is usually 50$ so I don’t care about pricing because I know the value of powder and product but I do look for the quality of my nails and how well they are done, they look absolutely terrible. I’m so disappointed, my nails are so uneven, unfortunately thick, and is extremely boxed in. I really do believe the women who did my nails would have done so good if she truly took her time, I was a walk-in and she was the only one available and as a newbie to their salon I decided to let her do my nails so I can have a new nail tech but I’m truly disappointed. Love their products because not a lot of salons hold powder or any good acrylics and etc. But disappointed on the tech. I truly think she could’ve done better, but unfortunately I will not be coming here again nor recommend anyone who truly values their nails to come here.

This is the worst place. Do not go there. There are a man that did my toe nails and he was rude and a kind aggressive and impatient asking to relax my legs and he twisted my ankle that I had a feeling to just strike him with my foot but I stayed to the end and I will never be back to place.

I am terrible with names...but after 4 attempts at finally finding the perfect nail tech for my nails i stumbled across club nails and spa. The woman who takes care of me is in seat 9...she is polite...doesnt make me feel rushed and is extremely gentle with my hands. Her pricing is pretty standard. I arrived near close this evening and she still made time to get me in. I travel for a living and have very long stilettos so her extra effort speaks volume on their valuing their clients...i have been going to her consistently now and dont plan on changing any time soon.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The OWNER did my nails and cut me she didn’t even address the issue nor did she apologize. The gentleman that did my pedicure cut me as well. The polish on my nails are dull and it looks like my baby sister polished my nails, I have gel polish btw. Also the prices listed are not correct and the establishment stated they cannot update the prices on google without making a new account. Just save yourself time money and peace by going to a different salon.

New ownership is horrible post-pandemic. I came here for years and traveled far to keep receiving their services and I even brought new clients in.I hope they get this corrected soon. Even though I wont be coming back here, I suggest they have customers write down their requests, because the masks are making it even harder for them to understand what is being requested verbally

I am so happy to report that I love this place. I think it will be my go to nail salon. We were treated so well by both ladies since the minute we entered. The nail tech listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and how I normally get my sails done and she did just that!! The salon is also beautiful and always clean. will definitely come back! Really recommend!

This 5 star review is based on how I was treated by the owner and how VIN did my nails. If you go ASK FOR VIN. I only request him. Does my nails exactly how I like them. Natural looking, cute, short, squared shape but not too boxy. He does them perfectly. He is super nice and patient.

Overcharging people. I did regular acrylic full set and regular pedicure. They charged me 68.00 and my nails broke off later within four days. I went back and they did not help.

The place is clean, and the chandeliers’ gives it a decent ambiance. The customer service is TERRIBLE, particularly by the owner’s wife! If you have no other place to and this is your absolute last resort, I recommend you make an appointment with the male owner. This was my second time there tonight and his wife is classless bitter, and her attitude is moldy as the one on her left arm. She got into an altercation with a Hispanic woman. The woman spoke a little English and she was trying her best to tell the technician what shape she wanted. The moldy bitter and impatient wife of the owner stands over her and begins to speak in her language (the other technician’s laughs) and then she points and tell the woman to sit in the pedicure chair. Keep in mind all the lady wanted was a fullest only. Another customer and I saw how the wife treated this innocent woman, we notify the husband, who then assisted her. The wife got upset and stormed off leaving two other customers waiting. It was unnecessary, rude and poor customer service. Half of the technician’s that does pedicures HARDLY spoke any English. So, I was pretty baffled by the prejudice and hypocrisy Mrs. Classless-Bitter-Moldy displayed tonight!

I have gone a few times before and had the owner do my nails, he did them fine. Today I went and his wife did them. WORST SERVICE EVER. I went there specifically to get a SHEER pink and after two coats I see that a bright opaque Barbie/bubble gum pink is being put on. I mention it to her and she nonchalantly states oh that is the color, AFTER CLARIFYING WITH ME THAT IT WOULD BE SHEER. Not only did that happen but after she poured acetone into the dish to soak off my previous manicure, SHE USED THE SAME BOTTLE AND SUCKED THE DIRTY PRODUCT BACK I TO THE BOTTLE. Never in my life have I seen such an unsanitary disgusting practice. Then after she removed everything and filed my nails she asked if I wanted to cut them and I said no I would like to KEEP MY LENGTH. She proceeded to file them unevenly AND MUCH SHORTER. At this point I’m furious but I needed my nails to be done. She does the worst Set of Dip nails I have ever seen. They are patchy and discolored on top of NOT BEING THE RIGHT COLOR. The gel top coat was also so bumpy and bubbly. I’m highly upset that I cannot post pictures here but I know they don’t allow that for a reason. Sad to say that I will probably never go back here even if the owner can do nails good.

Work station full of debris and old nail clippings.They stay busy due to college deals, which is why they are Lax on sanitation because they get a young crowd who are looking for deals.I would not go here, to many places on the east side to tolerate this. There is a place on university named Vus or the nail place by target on university they are beyond clean.You can get lots of infections from improper handling. Be careful ladies and Gents.They get a star for the deals.

Ive been going here for the last five years. Ive visited other shops since Ive lived in Orlando but nowhere else even compares. The family who own it are extremely friendly and do their best to get to know their customers. They are quick, efficient, and well priced. They offer a vast number of services. Ive recommended this place to every person that has ever asked me where to get their nail or waxing services. They also offer a student discount, as well as, BOGO services on certain days. Also, during week of Thanksgiving they offer a dinner for customers, it is especially targeted to college students who arent able to make it home for the holidays. Honestly, I just love this place.

I’ve been looking for a shop to go to regularly And thought I’d give this place a try. Great atmosphere and very clean. Techs were very nice but the quality of the service is why I will rate it one star. MyNails were filed down to harsh, so I bled and was quite uncomfortable. Polish selection was okay. I went with a standard acrylic because I felt their gel prices were a little high it being my first time and not sure of the service beforehand. Thankfully, I made the right choice considering I paid $$30 for a full set acrylic and not only was I left with cuts but the tech filed the nails so thin I’m sure I’ll be in for a fill in by the weekend if they don’t break off by then. My polish lost its fresh coat literally the very next day (reason for my review). Unfortunately they do not offer refunds despite how Unsatisfied you may feel about the service received so I willOpt to NEVER set foot in here again. Maybe it was a bad day for the tech but I expect to get what I pay for. First impressions are a lot, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Im a regular customer. I went to the salon 3 different times in 4 days requesting a specific nail tech. The first 2 times they told me over 1hr wait. The 3rd time I called before I came and they said 10- 15 min wait. I arrive about 8 min later. The male owner says again 10-15 min wait. I patiently wait .40 mins later I ask how much longer, because I have not been acknowledged that I have waited over the time period told. The male owner rudely tells me I dont know you can go ask her. I politely put my selected polishes back and walk out. If that is the way they treat regular customers then they will no longer get my business. Especially when they dont appreciate it. My time is valuable too!!

Overcharged me. Says on their website that students get $5 off Monday-Thursday for pedicure + gel manicure. Does not say a time range or anything. I go to check out expecting it to be $40 (with the discount) and the lady says the website is wrong and she hasnt got around to change it. That its only a specified time. Im calling them tomorrow and getting my $5 back or disputing this w/ my credit card company. If you advertise something, honor it. Absolutely ridiculous and the service was awful on top of that.

Horrible! The polish looked nothing like what I picked, the price list is $10 cheaper than what I actually paid because they cut my nails they charged an extra 10 that was never disclosed. Pedicure was only cut and paint nails for the price of what the price list said lotion, hot towels etc got none of that. Workers were sitting with their shoes off and chilling while I was waiting for service. Will never go back

I’m not sure who it was that did my nails I never got her name, all I know is the service here was terrible I showed them a picture of what I wanted after they put the clear coat on my nails the woman says she doesn’t have the color I want I said it was fine I’ll just pick a different one. As she’s doing it THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE HOW I SHOWED HER. I asked “do you know how to do what I’m showing you ?” Because it wasn’t a difficult design. She didn’t even try I eventually gave up and showed her another picture with a different design and color since I was already inconvenienced. And then the SAME thing what I wanted was just some pink glitter over the nail to make it simpler for her and yet they still managed to mess that up too. I told her it was ugly I didn’t like it and she just sits there and says nothing. My nails are CLUMPY half of them are straight and the other are coffin there’s some dents in my nails and both index fingers on BOTH sides are too short to match the other nails. I told them I will be back for a fix when I call to let them know she refused to fix my nails and said I have to pay full price all over again for something she did not do right. There’s left over glue on my fingers and I’m EXTREMELY disappointed. She didn’t even tell me who the owner was so I can speak to them she couldn’t at least let me know when they will be in, I’m not sure who gave this woman her license but it needs to be thrown out !

Pedicure was great! The older woman is very nice, but they have one nail tech named Helen that is horrible! Idk who she thinks she is by telling someone they are sensitive after being shown that she obviously cut the side of my finger! Then she asked me if I wanted her to quit and I said no, just finish. She moved on to shaping and I asked her to make sure all my nails were even and she didnt do it. I let her finish thinking shell do the right thing, but I was sadly mistaken! She just did a horrible job! I was shaking mad and didnt even care to stay for my nails to dry. I went to pay so I can leave and the older lady said they would fix it and a younger male was assigned to do it because I told her that Helen wasnt going to touchy nails. He did a good job, but after only 3-5 min under the dryer I was basically rushed out of the place by the same older lady and low and behold it wasnt dry and of course after two hours there my nails got messes up because I didnt have the proper time under the dryer to make sure they were dry. Escorted out in a friendly manner by the older lady! This place is a joke! Worst nail experience ever!

I have been going to Club Nails for the last seven years. I am so satisfied with my nails and mentally refreshed every time I leave the clean store. The staff are so friendly and they even get to know me. Now when I walk in they know my name and remember everything I told them from the last time I was there. I request the owner, Quang, when I go in; however, if he is unavailable, I know anyone that can help me will do a superb job. My nails are strong and I can sometimes go a month without having to come back! The prices are definitely fair, especially with the deals (Mondays & Tuesdays is buy 1 get 1 on another person and then there is the student discount of 10% off). I couldnt imagine ever trying anywhere else and being this satisfied.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday they have unexperienced workers. The lady didnt know what she was doing...she burnt my eyelid😡took forever to do my brows and still didn’t get it right...NEVER AGAIN

I cant speak for their other services but please dont get your eyelashes done here. They are the cheapest most terribly placed clusters Ive ever had. The lashes were covered in glue, sticking together, and when I got home they were easily pulled off with no tug. Some of them were on my actual eyelid and not my lashes. He has no clue what hes doing and he almost ruined me wanting to get my lashes done again. Save your money and buy hair store strips.

Usually go here and i love the service with the owner but i went and was put with an inexperienced tech( the lady who attempted to fix the shape and mess of acrylic on my fingers apologized and told me it was his first day) He cut 3 of my toes while giving me a pedi and also cut my fingers while doing my full-set .. uneven nails, crooked shapes, don’t think i will return here, Paid full price for an unacceptable experience, I was there for 3 and a half hours, wasted my time and money... but a great place if you know who to ask for..

I tried this place for the first time on March 16th. The people are nice but they lack knowledge in nail service. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. The lady recommended that I get the SNS gel service stating they would be better on my nails to help them grow (Im a nail biter) and that they will hold and last longer. Unfortunately the SNS gel came off the very same day, needless to say my nails were wavy. She did not know the proper way to file when using SNS gel. She was also very rough with my nails. I had to repeatedly ask her to slow down the speed of the nail filer as I have very thin nails. When she was done she asked me to sit at the pedicure station and passed me off to another male technician without asking me if I was ok with another technician providing my pedicure. I went with the flow thinking maybe she does not provide pedicure service. That was not the case. Other clients came in and she passed me off to take on another walk-in. She did do the other customers nails and pedicure. I made sure I handle that shady stunt with a minimal tip. This technician that did my pedicure did a horrible job polishing my toe nails. I will never return. They were nice, but part of excellent service is not only about being nice. I hope the good reviews on this site are based on the quality of the service that you paid for. I threw away my money that day.

Alright I went in to the Club nail and spa to get a refill, Tell them that I have about 45 minutes so I Cannot get a pedicure today the female owner decided to do My nails its only me and the owners at the shop, she and her husband there,Sat down in a chair now shes doing my hand, and two customers walking the shop one wants the nail Done the other wants eyebrows and eyelashes done she stop doing my hands for 10 minutes all right! Remember I have only 45 minutes she comeback continue to do my hand again In and everybody started ro come in apparently its Valentines Day means nothing to me and shes tossed the me around from chair to chair like a bag of potato there is an error in one of my nails the person that she tossed me to cannot fix the errornot getting it fix asks her to do it she can do it I got pist off because thats not how you treat people and that is not customer service it is unprofessionally !!..Yes shes always have an attitude but Im always going there because Employees is very nice her husband is outstanding customer service is always 1st So I decide enough is enough I got up on a wanna work outshe say no and lock the door, you need to pay ok fix it then so at this time the male decides to do it yes we exchange word But her attitude and her behavior her personality is not for where she supposed to be she need to learn to treat people with dignity respect and honor My nails was not complete; but I paid for my service $25 still gave her a $5 tip for her 💩💩🛑 service and her attitude stinks just like her mouth that shes covering up......💩🤭😤!!!!

If I could I would put “0” stars. I got my nails done on Friday. It is now Monday and this is what my nails look like. My nails broke within 3 days from doing normal things like buttoning my pants, doing laundry etc. Waste of money.Edit: The nail salon deleted my photos because the nails looked so horrendous.

I love this nail salon. They are so kind and the service is top notch. I always get a cute nail design when I go.

Good services,me and my wife got mani pedi and my wife got refill nails gel polish with eyebrows and eyelashes.Recommented this place.
