I get my nails long and they have never broke since I started going here. I’ve been going here for 5 months now and I go every two weeks and I love the people and environment so much. And They charge less then I would’ve thought.

Nice environment, nice people but sorry, Stephanie does not know how to do nails, at all. We did dip powder and it’s already chipping off (hasn’t been 2 weeks yet). I had to ask her to reshape my nails over and over and I still have to go home and fix it because it was uneven. She also did a pedicure and the gel color lifted the next day off of a couple of my nails, I had to redo them myself! And I was there for so long (3+ hours) so I expected everything to be good by the time we finally finished. I didn’t even bother to go back for her to fix it because I’m just way too annoyed. I wouldn’t go back nor recommend.

Anthony at the front desk was very helpful and informative. The nail artist named Stephanie was very sweet and did an excellent job. First time getting my nails done and would definitely like to come back here in the future. :)

Awesome service! Ive been living in Orlando for about 20 years but, yet to find such excellent service. I came across a google search and there it was, Nail Lounge. Stephanie is an outstanding nail tech. She provided excellent service. While I was getting serviced she answered all of my questions pertaining to my feet and hands. I learned many new things from her. What I liked the most is that she took her time and did my my nails exactly how I wanted it.

Today was my second visit with Nail Lounge, the only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because Julie did an a great job with my pedicure the last time. Today I had Steven and he did not clean my cuticles or my feet or hands. The pedicure I choose included a massage but nothing and a very hot towel was just laid on top of me. The dip powder took an hour on my hands and he left one of my hands with the gel top coat without the uv ray even though I told him. I also expressed I wanted a design but was disregarded and I had to tell him twice about the length that I wanted the nails to be the same. It was very unprofessional and if I return, I will not be seeing Steven. Partly my fault I guess since I didnt ask for Julie again.

Was an absolute nightmare. The guy did great. He walked away twice and last time it was to watch TV . In the time my sister got a mani and pedi I got a full set. And still had to do a pedi. And the lady doing my pedi walked away as well. We got there at 115 and didnt get out until 430. And granted the nails were great. The customer service was awful . The lady at the counter and younger male were kind. My sister smudged her nail and the lady at counter was nice and offered to have it fixed, but the nail tech wigged out. Guess you dont want our business. Sad to say my sister felt guilty and still tipped them 25 a piece. Tina was friendly.

I visited this salon for the very first time today and I am very pleased with the services I received. I was taken cared of as soon as I walked in. Tina took care of my pedicure and she was delightful. She gave great conversation and was very friendly. Tony worked on my nails, and I have never been so grossed out!!! I asked for acrylic nails and gel polish, the files, nail buffer and paper towel he used to work on my nails were absolutely dirty and dull, I was especially upset at the paper towel he used to wipe the acrylic brush it was also dirty and seemed re-used a million times. I told him my nail acrylic was lifting and he totally ignored the fix. A few tips Tony that will make people come back for business, Cleanliness is next to godliness, wash your shirt apron, buy a new file $1.99 in CVS, buy a nail buffer for $2.29 Walgreens and finally buy paper towels .99 cents /roll at target, not to mention your raggedy attitude!

I’ve been going to Nail Lounge for about 3 years now and the day I walked in and got my nails done was the day I knew I will continue to come back. Anthony is my guy forever and I love his work. Everyone there does an amazing job. Super friendly and they always have a positive attitude. When you ask for something, they will always find a way to get it done, there is NEVER a “no I can’t do that type of design”. Due to Covid an appointment is recommended so please do so ASAP! You will not regret it 👌🏼🙏🏽

Update: ALL of my nails are lifting!! I had such high hopes because they looked beautiful the first day. Its been exactly ONE WEEK and they are all lifting!! My nails were not worth 2.5 hours of labor and $70 plus tip for them to only last ONE WEEK 😒

I traveled all the way from Oklahoma to vacation to Florida and this is the first nail experience where I felt comfortable. I would recommend Tony he did an amazing job and took his time. The staff was very friendly and sweet. Definitely recommend!!!!😊

While here they were very nice and quick to help us. Our lady was very funny and was talking to us the entire time. She helped me with my design and made it look even better than I asked for. I was very happy with my nails and very impressed with how clean and nice with the place and it’s employees.

Tony did a amazing job on my nails. He made sure I got what I wanted no matter how difficult he made it happen. They have a variety of colors and other 3D arts you can choose from. Everyone will make you feel comfortable you’ll feel relaxed while your there.

This is my second time and both times Tony was awesome!!! I only go to him and him only. He took his time both times. He gives me the NYC style quality that I miss. He files the way it’s supposed to be and I love it!!! Would recommend him to anyone!! Thanks Tony!!

The energy is so vibrant as soon as you walk in. This was my first time there as I am not from that area but they were so helpful and everyone is so nice. This man that has a reconstructive face/ looks like it has plastic surgery on his face. Spoke to my wife being rude, thinking he can raise his voice.I’m here to put 1 star for her bad experience being spoken to like that & I’ll be there to have a few words with this man soon. I’m going to drive a hour and a half to talk to him. I hope he reads this. Because I’llBe there soon.. when you smoking your cigarette in the front. I had to get a pedicure done last minute and they accommodated me on very short notice. Julie was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job. She took her time and did everything to perfection. I went to her again for a Mani and pedi and also got my eyebrows waxed, and she did a perfect job! She is very detail oriented and attentive. I would definitely go back here in the future! I highly recommend this place!

I went to get my powder dip nails done. I had powder dip on my nails already and when the technician was removing the old dip, she drilled through the middle of my nail and made me bleed. It was super painful. She said it was due to the fact that I my nails were thin and she would need to use a less aggressive bit on my nails. She then said she would put a building coat on my nails so the bleeding hole in the middle of my nail wouldn’t get infected. After putting on the coat she informed it would be an extra $10... I was not thrilled with my experience unfortunately.

I love getting my nails done at this salon. Everyone who’s worked on my nails has done a great job. Everyone is very friendly and the quality of the service is way above average. The prices are also reasonable and well worth the final product. I highly recommend it. I’ve had short nails and long nails and both have turned out great!

Service was OK. We went for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures while on vacation. We were only asked whether we wanted paint or gel. They never asked about nail shape, so my manicurist removed much of my nail length turning my rounded nails into square nails. My mother’s manicurist made faces when she asked for a specific color on her nails, then proceeded to force other color options on her. Ultimately we were charged an amount that did not make sense with the menu provided. But of course excuses were made as to why it costed so much. I also did not see them clean chairs or counter tops in between clients.

I have been coming to nail lounge for over 5 years now, and it’s has turned into family I come here it’s like home away from home everyone makes you feel so welcomed my children loves coming here MY WHOLE family enjoys coming here they take their time to ensure that the service they are providing is well done and efficient and the foot massages are to die for . I would rather go weeks without a pedicure instead of going anywhere else this is my home team !!.

Amazing service. The atmosphere was clean and friendly. This was my first time there and I would definitely go back. Another plus is they were affordable. I paid $45 total compared to my old nail place where I would have paid $65. Also I’m in love with these nails 😍

I’m keeping my review at 5 stars for Tony however, my most recent experience was not so good. I couldn’t understand her for most of what she was trying to ask. The lady with the red hair did my nails on my birthday. I was on a timeline and usually don’t spend a lot of time here. This woman not only took 2 hours and 15 mins but my nails look horrible. They’re not smooth, there’s polish missing on the sides and it was very messy with the nail glue. For as long as she took it should’ve been a better job. I didn’t notice until after I left the salon how bad it was. This was on April 28th.

I am only in town for a few days and came here because of the excellent rating (4.9 stars, cant go wrong!). I brought my friend with me, and when we arrived at 5 (1 hour before close) and asked for 2 mani/pedis, we were immediately sat in the pedi chairs. A technician started on me right away, but my friend ended up sitting and waiting for someone to start her pedicure for 40 minutes. During which, another technician started on 2 people who came in after us.... By the time my friend was starting her pedicure I was halfway done with my mani. Which was terrible.It all started with my pedi. I noticed that one of my toe nails wasnt even after she finished buffing. I pointed it out and she looked at it and said, No and kept going. Ive shared the picture of that to show how obvious it was. I should have gotten the hint because when she started filing my nails, it got worse. I asked for rounded edges, she said, No, oval is better so I agreed. Then she proceeded to do the most boxy file job Ive seen. Complete with a completely uneven thumb nail....Lastly, she gloved on the polish, so its bubbled on every nail. And because she was so heavy with the application she had to do a lot of cleanup afterward. During that, she got nail polish remover on one of my nails which caused a huge bubble underneath, then she sent me off to the dryer. I then found it and told a guy that was free that I wanted it fixed. And he didnt remove the polish from that nail and start from scratch, he used more nail polish remover to get the top layer and painted over it. Which resulted in the most bubbly nail.Now, this was just my mani/pedi, my friend had smudges and chips by the time we left. On top of all of that (the long wait, the truly bad nail job) we werent offered drinks. My friend sat for almost an hour and wasnt offered a thing! Not a magazine, no beverage, nothing! I ended up finding out from 2 women that were getting manicures and had glasses of wine sitting next to them, so I asked about it.Just, do yourself a favor and dont go. It was really a bad experience and I just wish I would have paid a little more and gotten it done at my hotel.

This was my first time at this nail salon. My friend and I chose this place based on reviews. The atmosphere was immediately inviting and the staff was so friendly! It was my first time doing stiletto nails, and the results were stunning. Price was perfect as well. Will definitely recommend and return!

Not satisfied at all. Usually gel nails last me up to 3 weeks and when I visited the establishment on Monday, November 19th, 2018 @ 11:00 ish, the nail tech looked like she was in a bit of a rush. I picked out the color, she started everything went well, the place is beautiful and relaxing so I payed them $25 for a gel manicure and then as soon as I sit in my car to take a look at my manicure with the sun the nail polish has bubbles and I wasn’t nowhere near satisfied. I saw the nail tech outside of the establishment and I did hesitate to say something but it wasn’t fair because I paid $25. So, I catch her outside and she went and spoke to her boss and they were willing to fix it for me. The boss was pretty much telling her how to do the gel manicure process. The first picture shows when I leave the second time, and very satisfied. Wednesday, November 21st, 2018, I noticed that the polish was literally peeling off my nails. I would like to go back for them to correct it but I feel like it may happen again. I usually never leave reviews but I had to just cuz I wasted $25 on a gel manicure that peeled off in less than 3 days. Staff was good just product and process wise was a bit weak...

Came here for a full set today. first of all, the salon is absolutely beautiful. super clean and everyone there is very friendly. Thanh, who did my nails, was amazing and quite a perfectionist. jimmy, who checked me in, was super accommodating and even offered me a glass of wine. definitely will be coming back every couple weeks for my nails. just an fyi- call ahead, they’re super busy. and they don’t take amex.

They are very clean and fast they have refreshments while you get your services. They have a spa vibe.

Love this place! I have been switching around salons and finally found my favorite. Anthony and Julie are awesome, always do a great job and my nails last awhile and in the rare occasion it doesnt, they are more then happy to fix it.

My wife and I went here as our first stop on vacation and quickly, we felt very comfortable with Tina and Julie. They were fun, paid attention to the right details, were able to lead the conversation when needed, listen well, and make suggestions. Most importantly, they both did an amazing job with the packages that we ordered. Recommended good places to check out in the city (went to one and enjoyed it!). We felt valued and like a million $$ when we left, all for a great price. Will definitely revisit on our next trip.

I just finished getting a full set manicure and Towy was my bail tech. He was very funny and kept my experience fun. He took his time and the outcome was beautiful! I will definitely be back and will have him do my nails again. The pricing is very reasonable.

I went with my Sister, niece and daughter. we got there around 6pm.. they were friendly, the man that did my nails was funny. My sister and daughter were given a glass if sangria, my niece had a bottle of water. I like how my nails look. I was visiting the area for the holidays, but if i lived close I would cone on a regular basis.

Being a tourist, I was skeptical to step out of my comfort by letting someone else give me a pedicure. However, Nail Lounge is absolutely FANTASTIC!! I highly recommended. A great experience with wonderful staff, awesome service, and peaceful environment. I recommend Julie or Joanna.

Found my new favorite nail shop. Miss Judy did a wonderful job on my dip nails giving me exactly what I wanted and took her time. Then the pedicure...WOW! Miss Tina hands down gave me the best pedicure not only was she very attentive to me she seems she actually cares that you leave satisfied. I will definitely be back.

I am extremely picky in who does my nails and how talented they are. This nail salon is the best I have ever been to! They do exactly what I want every time. My acrylic nails never lift and come off. I work with my hands at two full time jobs during the week. My nails stay on. Very impressed with the work they do.

I’ve been coming here for about a year. They do an AMAZING job. I get my full set of acrylic nails and they almost never come off by the time I have to get my fill in. I personally don’t like spending too much on nails and prices here are great. TINA is amazing. She Asks constantly if you are liking the nails. Also when you come she always asks if you want a drink. Overall have been coming here for a while and will still be coming here.

Tony was my nail guy. Amazing work he is a perfectionist but a man of few words he seemed a but grumpy. Im giving a 4 stars because it seemed like they forgot about pedicure and only did my nails which was fine I suppose if my nails didnt come out so amazingly that would have been a bummer and I would have acknowledged it. Tony helped me pick out my colors that I showed him in a picture. If you ladys want someone to talk to you he isnt the nail guy for you but if you want quality he is amazing. I plan to be back.
