Should be on record we paid almost 9,000!My fur baby passed away under your care!April 3, 2020.Your facility should be keeping record of all patients! This is my honest opinion and my personal experience. I would give a 0 star if google would allow. Dr. Alice Hsieh was extremely rude and unprofessional worst experience with her ever!
I brought my cat, Mal, in to AVSG after he suffered a fairly serious injury that caused him to go into extreme shock. While not inexpensive, the caring veterinarians and techs saved him and gave him first rate care. They immediately identified the severity of his situation (his body temp was below 80F, his blood pressure was dangerously low, he had a weak pulse, and was effectively blind.) The doctors were patient in explaining every detail of his care and answering all my questions. The vet technicians were extremely patient with Mal, despite him not being the easiest cat to work with. They had him in the Critical Care Unit for several days, put him in an oxygen chamber, brought in a neurologist and orthopedic surgeon to evaluate Malcolm, and frequently called with status updates. They saved Mals life, and gave me a significant refund of excess payment I had given them up front. I would not hesitate to bring my pets here.
If you love your pets do not bring them here!
THEY ARE AMAZING!!!pray you never are under the same circumstances as I was but man did they jump into action!!They got my Italian greyhound in to be seen immediately for triage after being hit by a car. They were thorough, but not excessive in their diagnostics or care/responsible cost. They took the best care of him, gave me frequent updates and would even send me text pictures of him to help comfort me since I wasn’t able to be with him because of Covid!!!!I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation of all of your staff. Stay blessed and keep doing what you’re doing.
My pet stayed with them overnight following a surgery with a family vet. The cost was *great* through their seemless transfer package, and my pet was fine the next morning. That said, the interaction with the AVSG staff was the only point in a week of medical uncertainty that left me anxious, confused, and worried about leaving my pet in the care of a vet. Throughout they seemed more concerned with pointing out that they didnt have to be communicative rather than, you know...being communicative. But Im not sure that attitude is unusual in emergency vets, I frankly wasnt at my best after a long week, and in the end they did a great job that I was able to afford (which is the most important thing!)Id definitely recommend. Thank you, AVSG!
Took my dog there because he had swallowed a ball. He was seen right away, the two vets I saw were both great, patient and informative. And they saved my dog. Not cheap, but well worth my dogs life.
Ive taken my dog 2x here and they done all they could for her. Its not cheap but its well worth it. They are very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place if you ever have an emergency with ur pet. Unfortunately I had to put my loulou down and the staff was very comforting and gave us all the time we need to say our goodbyes ♡
My appreciation for Doctor and Tech for trying their best in helping my Pumpkin in his final hours. How I do wish a few things had been altered; but, Pumpkin is in Cat heaven with no more pain. And, that is Grace.
This is a great place. Everyone from Technicians to doctors is nice and friendly. I felt happy happy when I left their office.... and of course my dog was happier than we came in! Thanks
Good place. Highly recommend over other places in the area
They are very expensive and in organized and the wait time is ridiculous, even just to pick up my dog when they knew I was coming was over 30 minutes. The Doctors are knowledgeable but they clearly don’t have wnoufh of them. A 2 day visit for my dog no surgery was 7000. You are desperate to have your pet have medical care and they know it charge through he roof. I would never come back here.
If you truly love your babies you would not take them here! The emergency staff are horrible, rude, and do not care about your pets. Only about your money.Taking your animal here is already a last resort, a time of crisis, and these people do not show any care or concern about you or more importantly your pet.I was unfortunately placed in a situation where I had to use them for an animal, not my own, but I will NEVER be returning, ESPECIALLY for my fur babies.I dont trust the fatter dark male as he expressed his disinterest in the animal I had brought in and literally told me to get the dog and get out of his office because I was not paying, although I was brought there by another establishment who was paying the bill.Really disappointed here, but will gladly give my money and trust to the vca.
Sadly I had to put my baby girl Lucy down on Saturday night. This was very unexpected and sudden. I have never had to put an animal down and this hurt more than anything in the world. The staff was very comforting and gentle with Lucy. I was torn apart when I left. Today I got a heart felt card with individual messages from the staff. I am still in mourning and although the card made me cry, it was one of the nicest gestures I have received. Thank you guys/gals for all that you did.
Money driven not animal focused.
