Have been working with Kate for so many years. Shes definitely one of the best nail technicians in Florida. So kind and so careful to make everything right for their clients. Cannot recommend her enough.

If you are looking for to-go girl for nail technician, I highly recommend Kate. I came to Kate on July 20th for the first time, and since then I always get compliments about how my nails looks beautiful and clean. It has been two months, and I been going back and forth to her. Super flexible with appointments, creative with her ideas of acrylic nails (especially if youre indecisive like me), and truly caring. Some days she will be very busy. But if you patiently wait for her, she will make sure you leave the place with a smile.I showed pictures of nails idea that I wanted and she made this one on point for fall season! I got my nails done here by Hannah this past Saturday. She did a wonderful job,she was gentle . I have sensitive skin and nails and she didnt hurt me . They turned out great too. This is them today, on the Wednesday after I had them done . Im impressed, I do a job thats hard on my hands and they are holding up great. I will definitely be back .

I was able to get my nails done on Mothers day and Hannah did my nails she was amazing she listen to what I wanted and she followed through a great quality service she was patient kind and had attention for detail always ask for Hannah shes 👍👌.

I walked in on today (Saturday) around 2 pm and had like no wait. Got a pedicure and pink and white full set. Their chairs are amazing and the environment was so relaxing. They also did a great job. Now I have a nail spot when I’m in the area!

I’ve been here twice. Highly satisfied both times. Affordable, friendly employees, clean and fast. I live close so I consider myself a regular. Charlie was my nail tech and he was awesome. I highly recommend.

Was able to get my eyebrows waxed and nails powder dipped with nail 🎨 art. 💕 The attention Tim gave to my nails was great. He said that he loved doing the freestyle nail art that he created just for me.

Loved this place. Happy I chose this shop, I was visiting Orlando from New Orleans and broke a nail. They took me right then and staff was very friendly. Place was clean and organized with reasonable prices. Not only did she fix my broken nail she noticed that all the others were very thin and not done neatly like they should have been so, she repaired both hands.. My nails came out neat and beautiful, honestly the best set Ive had in a very long time and I get my nails done pretty often. Two weeks later and no lifting, loose, or broken nails.. I Highly recommend The Nail Place if you want a neat durable set.

One of the Worst salons I’ve ever been to. Came in wanting a full set and pedicure, the lady seemed nice at first, had me thinking I’ve found a new go to salon.. but I was wrong. I have dermatitis on my hands from a allergic reaction and right away I explained to her later I heard her speaking her language saying CUTICLE CUTICLE and laughing and it’s not that hard to tell what’s going on. Then I heard them calling me a baboon…. Place isn’t relaxed not spa like. Very loud and makes you uncomfortable.. pedicures are rushed and terrible. Very unorganized. When I get my services done I’m paying you, your not paying me. Your rubbing my feet I’m not rubbing yours, my nails are getting done and yours aren’t😊. DO NOT COME AND WASTE YOUR MONEY TO GET MADE FUN OF AND A TERRIBLE JOB! GO TO VINELAND NAIL AND SPA

They repaired a nail of mine so I came back but they were rude when I returned. Even though I called on the phone to see if they could take me, when I got there they wasted my time and turned me away. Very annoyed. I will not be returning and I do NOT recommend you go at all. Avoid if you can!The only reason they got 2 stars was for the 2 nails they repaired the day before. That was a decent job. But I prefer to be treated kindly when I pay money for a service.ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT DO NOT EXPECT KIND TREATMENT OR FOR THEM TO HONOR WHATEVER THEY TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE. There is a better salon right up the street called Bamboo Nails (on I Drive).

Very good reasonably priced service, nice and friendly staffs. They don’t skip any steps and make sure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very beautiful set up and Kate gave me an amazing set of gel nails. I mentioned Mickey and Halloween and she hit it right on the head. I got a pedicure as well and it felt great. We’re traveling from NC and I needed a pedi so I found this place while visiting the outlets it was about a 10 min walk not bad at all and it was definitely worth it. Same parking lot as Publix

So I have had many pedicures in my life but the one I got from here was probably one of the best. I honestly felt that it went on and on and they didnt rush. One of my new favorite spots.

The Ladies here are Very Good, they have a fresh wide variety of powder and gel colors to select from...I got an Amazing pedicure, scrub included, along with a warm soothing towel...I was given so much Love 💘

I just got my eyebrows done with Hanna after finally breaking quarantine and she did an amazing job! She was super sweet, saw me right after walking in, was very professional and my eyebrows look amazing. When I move to Orlando next month, I’ll be coming here often so she can keep them as they look now. Thanks so much Hanna!

Update June 24, 2021 decided to give it another try pedicure still the same. Waste of money this place is not professional with pedicures I took photos and will be posting them. Never spending my money there again a pedicure means u clean all over the toes under etc. This is definitely the worst pedicure! Horrible money spentThe worst pedicure of my life this older man did my pedicure and he didn’t clean underneath my nails the bottom of my feet are still hard. Didn’t properly clean my cuticles. Never again, I didn’t want to say anything I know it’s my money being spent but whatever just won’t go back.

I got my nails done by Hannah and she was really nice and super sweet. She did a really good job on my nails and I love them. I would definitely recommend her.

So I wasnt acknowledge when I walked in. The gentleman had a very bad attitude. Charged me 5 dollars extra for coffin which my nails arent. And I asked for my nails to be tapered. The nails were crooked and he was very upset when I pointed it out. When I asked if I could have the nail file so I could show him what I wanted he yanked my hand (which is obviously attached to my arm). When I asked him to stop filing he slammed the tools in the draw and huffed and puffed. So I got out of there as quickly as possible. All in all. Worst experience ever. And they dont do any specials. Its all for show. Go to another place quick fast and in a hurry.

Took my girlfriend and get her nails done friendly environment quality service very professional

4 days and my dip manicure has already chipped. Very disappointed. Went in wanting a gel manicure and was convinced to get dip. Never again. Cost $42 and did not even get a week out of it.

My daughter and did a walk in for fingernail and toe polish. They got to us quickly. I told was told a different price when I called and feel I was charged too much.

Needed emergency acrylic nail repairs before a cruise. They got me in right away and got things done fast and economically. The two nails looked great except the nail to nailbed ratio did not match the other nails. I take into consideration different ways different technicians do things. Thumbs up.

It was an absolute no for me.First time, walk in, was standing at the counter expecting for a Nail Tec to acknowledge me and at LEAST say hello, welcome and ask what I was needing. Nope! She looks at me clearly looking at her and she turns her head, did that twice and nothing. Obviously they must have plenty of business and I should look elsewhere. 👎🏽👎🏽

Super friendly staff. No smell from nail polish when walk in. Relaxing massage chairs while getting pedicure for a good price. Had a pedicure for first time and had the parafin wax on hands and feet. Most relaxing time. Also had eyebrows waxed which was super quick. Would highly recommend this salon. Great prices and options.

Greatly disappointed with my gel service here. Half way through the gel I told her that I did not like how they were turning out and another lady came over and said that the top coat should make it look better. Well it didnt and didnt want to come to the front counter and talk to me about the service I was paying for. A guy rang me up and full price. I get my nails done a lot and I could already tell this was not a quality job and I dont think they were even worried I was not happy. I do not recommend this place at all. On top of this the ladies were very unfriendly.It has been a week now. One nail on the left hand is chipped and two on the right. Not to mention that the top coat looks like brown streak. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. EVER!

I asked for a specific set of nails and was told theyd be $45 which I though was high but sat down any way and as soon as the tips were on he cut them really short which isnt what I asked for and told me if I wanted them longer its cost more than what they originally said the staff were rude and unprofessional when I tried to show what I wanted for a second time he started over drilling my nails I than asked them to just take them off I stupidly gave them $5 for the unused tips absolutely rude and disrespectful they could tell I wasnt local and tried to take advantage. Do not go here VILE

I am on vacation and needed to have my three D wedding nails removed, I had not booked an appointment but was seen after just 10 mins. The lady was really helpful and the gentleman that did my nails was excellent.I thought the whole service was great and good value for money I would not hesitate to recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!Worst nails of my life. This is not a spa it may look like but this is nail HELL. This “spa” has no sort of customer service they are very argumentative. The technician yelled at me for asking another clients opinion. Also is way over priced and they carry no gem stones.

What a find for us while vacation in Orlando. We were staying at Parc Soliel so it close and convenient. Very nice salon with super comfortable pedicure chairs and many of them. Very clean and professional environment. My husband and I both had pedicures. Our experience was exceptional, quite possibly the best ever, and we do this on vacation a lot.

So if I could give this place a negative star I would the price they have for a Gel Pedicure in their pictures is not what they charged me it was supposed to be $45 for a Gel Pedicure which is what i got and the guy charged me $70 and when I pointed it out to him he said of thats wrong well its under your pictures from the owner. Worst nail experience ever will never go back there wish I could get my money back to for the guy making my cuticles bleed.

I don’t even write google reviews ever but I had to for this place. ITS TERRIBLE WORST PEDICURE IVE EVER RECIEVED AND IM NOT EVEN A PICKY CLIENT. They rushed, all of my nails are a different shape!

Waited almost an hour to get serviced then the man had the worst attitude bc i told him he cut my nails too short. Such a waste of time! I will NEVER go back to this place!
