TERRIBLE. I arrived with a big nail and asked not to cut it, the girl rubbed my nail until it turned into a sheet and applied gel over it. in the end, seeing that I wasnt satisfied, she asked me for payment and soon dismissed me, with the nail polish still wet and the gel stuck to her finger. didnt want to fix it and charged me anyway. I dont recommend it, I trusted the reviews and got screwed.

Wow! This is home. I have been coming here for years. Lyn and Ana always take such great care of me. Nails come out clean and exactly what I want. I have looked all over Orlando for good nail salon, this is it. Nails always come out so classy. This place is so professional, if you’re looking for a great place..this is it!

Went here after a long day at the theme parks and they are AMAZING. The staff pays such careful attention to detail and actually take their time. Salon is very neat clean and peaceful.

They always fit me in with my busy schedule and Ive never had to wait if I make an appointment. They are always ready to receive me on time and not to mention I get tons of compliments on my nails!

Best nail salon in town... I have been going here for 7 plus years! Tony is amazing, but because he is so good he is always busy so call ahead and make an appointment. All the nail techs are super good and treat you well. I have never had a problem. Also their prices are average, and i think fair. Most places in Florida try to over charge you. Thank you Tony and the rest of you all for always being nice and amazing.

I’ve been going here for years! I’ve tried other nail salons and nothing compares. Tony does my nails most of the time and does a wonderful job! Nails last a long time as well. They take their time with you and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The owner, Mike is great and the rest of the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I recommend coming here, you won’t be disappointed.

Ellie did a wonderful job with my gel manicure! She even paused to take out my sunscreen for me and apply it when I complained of hand sensitivity from the UV light. It was very fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.

I will definitely go here again. Ive never had my nails done before, the tip of my finger got cut off as a kid leaving the nail curved and deformed. I was nervous going in thinking it would look bad, but they took great care of me and my nails look wonderful. The whole staff is friendly and inviting. It was a wonderful first experience.

On holiday and one of my nails broke, saw this had the best reviews and was local. Fixed my broken nail, and full gel colour on all other nails. $25! Can’t fault it, lady who did my nails was lovely and would use them again in the future!

Down visiting from Georgia, I have been to a lot of different nail salons and this was by a long shot the best experience in a salon that I have ever had! My friend and I came in with our little ones, they were so patient and friendly with us all! Great people, great place, and a great atmosphere. I wish they would move to Georgia!

Love it here. Just moved to Orlando from Fort Myers, Ive tried 2 other nail salons (Envy nails and Tami Nails) and I absolutely hated them. Then, I obviously tried this place and I was amazed by how natural my full set looked. This is my new nail spot! I recommend Lynn to everyone looking to get their nails done.

Their colors don’t match the color that are presented on the samples! So when I picked the color of gel I wanted it turned out to be pink, and I hate pink! I decided not to say anything and it chipped two days later, when I came to fix I told her it was a wrong color so I picked the nude again and it’s again pink! Their colors don’t match at all, so I ended up paying another 30$ for changing the color from pink to pink! Never going back

This place must be a hit and miss type of salon....I dont know if they go above and beyond expectations to a certain group/class of people or treat walk-ins a different way...I dont know. The aura in the salon was distasteful and not pleasant. Somebody lacks customer service. They do not have their prices visible so I guess they can charge whatever they wish to charge. The sanitation grade was not visible... This place looks like it just moved in...I wonder if everybody is licensed.

Very professional and personable staff. My pedicure was lovely with a fantastic foot massage. I also did my fills and they did excellent work. My husband also did his mani/pedi and said it was now his numbers one.

Barely filed nails barely removed cuticles, had to tell twice to trim nails, no dryer to dry polish, a total waste of money.

Was in the area and needed a pedi.. so i stopped in at this location, it was not decorated nor as clean as my usual place but it was convenient at the time. The chairs had an overly complicated computer system on the massage chair, that looks to be touch screen but is not. All I could get the chair to do was squeeze by ass and they offered no help or suggestions, i love a good knead but that didnt happen. THe tech was haphazard and barely looking at what he was doing,but we had a very awkward conversation about how sore and uncomfortable he was. Im very compassionate but come on Im trying to relax...anyway all this was bearable until i watch as they used Scrubby Bubbles to clean their bowls! !!! Let me tell you Im a certified cosmetologist and studied nail and it is imperative to run a strong disinfectant in water thru the jets for 10 min, at least 5 min, before you take another guest she barely wiped the bowl. Be careful these bowls are a breeding ground for bacteria especially in warm water. I am very nervous Im going to end up with a fungus please be warned this is not up to code and you should take this into consideration. .. fyi they also had no lights or dryers for the Polish so my moms mani was smudged before we got to the car smh never again! !
