First off, I rarely review places. This place was absolutely amazing! My girlfriend and I went here before our flight back home for a bit of pampering and they delivered. Everybody working there was so extremely nice and worked together so well. It was wonderful to see an owner, Tammy, working alongside with her employees so flawlessly. The sense of family and warmth in the atmosphere is something that only made the experience that much better. I only wish they would move to Cincinnati so I could have that experience all the time. This is still the best nail salon in town. I had stopped coming here simply due to proximity to my house, and I regret not coming here right away. I came in today because I was treated horribly at another nail salon and they did an awful marble job that looked more like sloppy zebra prints than marble, did not apologize, and made me pay a ridiculous upcharge. Team here took care of me and fixed my nails right away with a great marble print. Not only is their work excellent, their prices are fair, they are fast and efficient, and their care for customers is incredible. Thank you so much again!

This nail salon is amazing! I came here earlier this evening unknowingly ten minutes prior to closing and I was greeted so kindly and allowed to get a manicure and pedicure. The salon staff took their time working on my nails even though they had to stay past closing and I greatly appreciated that! My nails always look perfect every time I visit this salon and they take great pride in the quality of their work and customer service!

This is my favorite nail salon! have tried so many other places but this place has proven to be the best every time. I have never had a bad experience here and I have gone to multiple different people. Ive had dip manicures, gel manicures, pedicures and acrylics done here and they come out perfect every time. The salon is extremely clean, cute and comfy. I think the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive here. They have a wonderful selection of colors for gel and regular polish. And to top it off you get a complimentary drinks.

I loved my experience here from start to finish. I chose the gel manicure and gel pedicure and it was everything I wanted and more. I already made my next appointment because the ambiance is great, the service is great, and theyre adamant on making sure you leave there happy and feeling pampered. Parking is not an issue, they have a big structure in the back. And another thing is they work efficiently yet effortlessly. I cant wait to go back!!

I visited this nail salon while on a business trip in Orlando. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and they did a fabulous job! I got a mani and Pedi and felt very cared for and pampered during my visit. I am not sure what they did differently, but the gel has never stayed on my nails so well! Great visit! The pictures of my nails are 17 days after I got them done....17 days later - still looks good!

It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten a manicure or pedicure, so I wanted to find the best place around. I’ve always heard very highly about Tammy’s and after visiting the salon, I can say that all the praise is absolutely well-deserved. The place is spotless and well-sanitized, and everyone that I talked to was very nice and friendly. Tammy herself is very busy, but I somehow managed to get an appointment with her. She was kind and attentive, and my hands and feet have never looked better!

I treat myself once in a while and have yet to find a salon I liked. Mai (not sure of the spelling of her name) was really friendly and enjoyed chatting with her while she did my acrylic nails. I loved how she did my nails. I will be coming here again.

I recently found this place near my apartment. I am always skeptical about new nail places, but I really needed to have them done. Ive now been a few different times and they are great. They do a really good job, they are kind, offer customers water, and have good prices. I would recommend calling ahead and scheduling an appointment. They do well at accommodating walk ins, but they do get pretty busy sometimes.

I really like the service here at Tammy’s Nails they are very friendly and professional. My nail tech name is Tracy, she is very good at what she does, and she told me that she has been doing nails for 17 years and it shows with the amazing job that she done on my pedicure and manicure. The atmosphere here is very relaxing, there is no loud music only a TV with home improvement shows.Oh let me not forget to say, here at Tammy’s that took our temperature for Covid at the door, and also sanitize our hands upon entry. This I appreciate very much. I also noticed that they very multicultural here too they welcome everyone. There are no hidden prices, they showed use their pricing menu. I most definitely recommend Tammy’s Nails for a good professional, and quality service.

You would think this was one of those mediocre nail shops, but you would be so wrong. They are a busy shop and work fast, but very efficient. They do a better job than any place Ive been to in LA and the prices are good. I even do a half leg wax here and thats perfect, too.

Big fan of this nail salon. Ive been here ever two to three weeks for approximately two years. I have had manicures and pedicures from almost all the different staff members. And while there are favorite people I am quite sure no one there is going to be disappointing. Prices are reasonable for the area. Convenient to downtown and also have a reward program for frequent visits.

I recently got my nails done here for graduation, I paid good money for those nails just for them to melt before the ceremony which resulted in me having to hide my thumbs in photos. The woman who did my nails shaved my natural down so much that when I went somewhere to have them removed after only 1 week, one of my nails was cracked. I am extremely upset, because not only did the nail tech mess up, when I returned to have my thumbs fixed she blamed me instead of taking responsibility for her bad work and after I left my other nails began to melt and chip off as well. Gel nails are not cheap and I left a tip, I would never get my nails done here again and I would never recommend this place to my friends or family. If you are looking to pay high prices for low quality work this is the best place for that. If I could give it no stars I would.

I recently moved to town and wanted to find a new nail place near my house, I tried out a few in the area and this is my favorite! Everyone is really friendly and the work is amazing! I have gotten acrylics with design done from Vivian and they last over a month! I also did gel with on my real nails after I took off the acrylic and my tech did a phenomenal job! She is great with design work! I highly recommend this nail shop!

I visited today, the pushy man in the front of the salon doesnt really speak English and is rude. he made me wait over 20 minutes then he comes back I ask for restroom and he doesnt answer, another clients tell me where to go as I exit this guying the front comes all fluster and another is screaming for me to go to and Im a bit lost since I left my stuff by the front and I will like to retrieve it, well I paid for gel deluxe mani pedi omg this was the worst experience ever for $95 it was not worth it, my nail look horrible this people have no clue how to do nails at all. the owner was walking around but disappeared when I ask to speak with the manager or owner.

I went for the first time with my mom last week and we absolutely LOVE Tammy’s nails! They have the most friendly staff I’ve ever met and the owner is also just fabulous. Ive been here a few times so far and Ive never been disappointed. Place is clean and they use all disposable items which is great! Worth the extra money especially if you need a break. They also offer beverages with your service which is a nice touch. Hands down best place ive been to.

Came to tammy nails yesterday wanting acrylics, was talked into getting some weird gel “dip and dap”. older man did my nails and said they would feel so much lighter. yet, they are SO MUCH THICKER than any acrylic i’ve ever had before. one hand is thicker than the other, he did an awful job filing, cut my pinky finger doing so. made my nails way too long, and the gel paint job was done terribly. never coming here again

My first appointment I arrived a few minutes early and did have to wait a bit beyond my scheduled time. That wouldnt have been too bad but th cushions of the waiting seats arent the best lol. Also, Im a mom who has had two epidurals so the seats at the station arent that comfy for me either. The service is fantastic, however. The shop has loads of designs and options and I knew my second visit I was going to go all out.

My girlfriend and I called to schedule an eyebrow waxing and they asked us to get there right away or they wouldnt be able to fit us in. We were 3 minutes away. After waiting 40 minutes inside the Spa we left. We did not recieve any service. Why would they tell us to come in immediately (within 10 minutes was their specific instructions) and have us wait. When we asked how much longer it might take after 30 minutes they said maybe 10 more minutes. After 40 minutes we asked again and they said they had no idea how long we would have to wait. We left after that. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Never going back here. Got a toe infection a day after I visited this salon. On top of that they have like 5 colors for gel manicures and that’s how they trick you into getting the new dip powder manicure, which is $40. The guy didn’t clean my cuticles or file my nails till after he painted them. Looked sloppy and he ended up filing a big chunk of my nails from the side. It was close to closing time and the guy started rushing. Didn’t give me lotion or take his time on my hands like he did with the pedicure. Oh and my mani and pedi ended up being two completely different colors... horrible.

What I like about this place is its cleanliness. There is still that acetone smell but not overpowering. Lovely place to get a manicure and pedicure. Most of the time I make an appointment but when I walk in I dont wait too long so thats a plus. Clean place with nice staff!

Shortly after posting my last review, the owner contacted me and asked me to give them another try. As I had mentioned before, I thought the location itself was great but the person I had didnt do the best job. The owner recommended a few people and I decided to go see based on the many positive reviews.

We called and they said you didn’t have to have appointments and they could accommodate 3 people. We arrived and were told only one at a time could receive services. That would’ve been nice to know and could’ve been told to us over the phone.

I came here in the top of March, right before my birthday so probably the 3rd. I got my nails done by Lisa and when I come back today the same man was sitting at the front desk from the first time I came and he has no clue who she was. Then they sat me down with some man who didn’t know wyd gel powder is🤯🤬. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Tammys made us feel safe from the moment we called from our car, sanitized and washed our hands multiple times through the session and they were extremely prepared with screens between employees and clients, and those working on your hands also wore their maks and face shields. Few times called them up In the last month. For the first appointment the technician run late like 20 mins. Even though he did a good job but still. I plan my schedule and they should respect that too. For the second appointment, they just cancelled on me the last minute. Ugh disappointed 😏

This place is wonderful. They did an amazing job enforcing COVID precautions. They had you sanitize and wash your hands upon entering and they did a temperature check. They also had you fill out a form to ensure they are providing a safe environment. They are also enforcing social distancing with their chairs and they are keeping things clean and sanitized. Their staff are also very friendly and they take extra care of you. They also make sure to remember their regulars as well as make new comers welcome. I originally was not planning to go to this Salon today as I had a Groupon to go to Spa D on Universal Boulevard. But as soon as I saw unsafe practices I went straight to Tammys because I knew they would take care of me and I knew I would not end up with an infection. My manicure may not be perfect but Id rather have this than a perfect manicure with an infection. Thank you so much for keeping us safe and keep up the great work!

Went to Orlando while my mom was having a procedure, I needed to kill time so I went to Tammy’s to get my nails done. Greeted right as I walked in, very clean and the workers are incredibly friendly! Tammy’s Nail Spa is taking all of the precautions to prevent Covid-19. Everyone must wear a mask to enter, they take your temperature at the door. They seat everyone 6 feet or more apart. It was a great experience. I’m thankful they are making everyone feel safe while enjoying a bit of pampering.

I’ve been going to my girl Kat for about a year now. I even followed her from a different salon to Tammy’s! This place is very clean, welcoming, and has my fave nail technician I’ve ever had! I have been going to Tammys for about 2 years now! I LOVE Tammy and all of the staff! The nail salon itself is beautiful and the new location is perfect for tourism and locals in Orlando. I normally get gel nails and a pedicure and they last for a while! Tammy also does my eyebrows and she does them perfect every time. She has been waxing for years! I love this salon!

Best nail spa around. We have been coming to Tammy’s for several years. My daughter has long nails and gets all the cute modern styles. She uses the SNS dip and it last for her for such a long time without chipping and looks so shiny. I tend to get pedicures only and just love the special treatment I get. The staff here is always friendly and talented at what they do. You really won’t get better service in this area. Highly recommended.

I went to Tammy’s Nail and Day Spa on a whim when my regular nail salon was too busy. I was greeted by a very sweet young girl when I walked and was accommodated quickly. The nail tech I was assigned to was nice. That is where the experience ended. I prefer very simple nails as the industry I work in does not allow for color or design. I chose a white SNS powder. During the experience, the nail tech asked me multiple times if I just wanted white nails. I replied each time with “Yes. I prefer simple nails.” The shape was not ideal and the tech never really asked me anything about my preferences except for asking if I wanted them shorter. After leaving, I realized that there was red specks in my white SNS powder and I’m not sure why. I needed to get to work so, I did not have a chance to address it when I was done. Additionally, I had a nail break within 24 hours of the service and when I called (on a Wednesday) I was told to wait until Friday to get it repaired because they were too busy. I explained that I didn’t want to wait because I didn’t want my real nail to break. It broke and I had to cut the nail beet short because of it. It has been less than a week since the service and I now have 2 broken nails. I will say I chose not to return to get them fixed because I don’t feel that the work is worth the money.

OMG! I am so impressed with this business and how they are keeping everything clean and everyone safe during COVID. This is the ONLY business I feel comfortable visiting. Doors are locked. You are interviewed before you are allowed in. You must fill out a form and then they check your temp and record it on your sheet. They sanitize your hands before you’re even allowed past the waiting room. You go straight to wash your hands and then receive your service. Everyone is spaced out, plastic shields are in place to protect everyone and all employees are wearing face masks as well as face shields. I saw employees cleaning and spraying down spaces frequently.On top of that...the service is amazing! Feels great to have my hands and feet looking normal again! I saw Jimmy and he’s awesome! Everything in my mani and pedi is exactly how I wanted, neat and clean and he’s fast! Definitely give them your business!

Tammy, the owner is vey kind and professional as are all of the manicurists that work here. My daughter and I visited this salon today for her birthday. We have gotten our nails done here several times prior, however today will be our last. I sat getting my nails done and witnessed the owner change pricing on two separate customers while in the middle of completing their nails. My daughter asked for a nail take off and a new acrylic set, she left with her original nails after being bullied into not getting “tips”. Upon our arrival we asked for regular polish options and were bullied by the lady in charge to chose gel. Although our techs were great, after experiencing the bullying and over dramatic upselling we will not be returning. I hope that the young ladies sitting on either side of my daughter and I also chose not to return and support a business that prides itself on over charging and bullying customers into having no other choice but to pay their non advertised pricing. Such a shame, because the salon itself is very nice and relaxing.

I dont know the name of the guy that did my nails, but it was so bad I had to go home and do them again myself! Cuticle care was non existent and nail application was un-even and not polished at all. I think he was disappointed that I didnt want gel nails (more expensive) and he just didnt do a good job at all. I will most definitely not be going back to this place.

My friend and I finished our services after the salon closed, but the staff waited and kept checking on us to make sure our ride arrived to pick us up. Great experience. I highly recommend this salon.

Ive been a client for more than two years, and prior to going here, Ive tried several other salons, but none as good as this place. Professional and attentive service every time. Always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. Ive had several techs, and everyone has been very good. They will often work together, if time is an issue and I ask for mani and pedi to be done at the same time.

Ive been to 10+ nail salons in the area and this is hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in Orlando. If youre thinking about going, just go and let them take care of you. The salon is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and the staff is exceptional. You wont be disappointed.

Horrible service, I dont know the name of the lady who took care of my nails, but I felt miss treated. She was rude, didnt understand my accent (really! hers was even stronger). She was rushing her service. She polished my nails like she needed to go to the bathroom or something. She didnt do the shape I asked her to do. They charged me for a manicure that I didnt ask, and I cant recall her doing one. I wanted to get rid of my powder nails and do gel color, thats all I asked her for. What it bothers me more about this place was the rudeness of the lady, super rude, she was almost yelling at me most of the time and was rushing like she needed to go home. She took a horrible care of me. Please dont go to this place!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Learned a lot about their home country and some valuable lessons from one of their employees. The place is clean and has a unique layout. There are many different colors and the pedicure massage is really enjoyable. The ambiance was very calm and relaxing.
