Ive been coming here for years the owner is one of the absolute Best Id ever seen, he truly does care about his customers 💯‼

The attendent was a non sense kind of person really wanted to leave my laundry but decided to do it our selves but the place was very clean and the machine as work perfectly

A bit hot in there be prepared and bring your refreshing drink, reliable and clean laundromat

The guy working here is super nice and anticipates his customers needs. Way to go above and beyond. The washers are pretty new. Over all great experience!

Was recommended to come here by a coworker. Omg this place is great. There is no a.c. but they have big fans that work great. And the prices are good and I enjoy doing my laundry here. Have been back 5x now and have been more than satisfied.

I would give this place to three Cs, convenient, close, comfortable And affordable they dont have a lot of dryers and washers but if youre looking for a small less populated area this is it located in the heart of SoDo District.

Here’s the price breakdown (from January 2019; call to double-check if you’re picky on prices):WASHERS:—Single load, clothes only (no bedsheets, comforter, blankets, pillows) - $1.50—Double load - $2.00 (no extra charge for water temperature; cycle is 20-25 minutes)—Triple load - $3.25DRYER (Commercial)>$0.25 per 7 minutes. 35 minutes on hot to medium heat dried all the listed below in one machine.Loaded two machines (double load): 2 fitted bedsheets, 2 bedsheets, 2 blankets, 1 towel, bunch of hand towels and thick cotton clothings. All done in about 20-25minutes.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I leave out one star because the employee didn’t smile when I thanked him for helping me. He definitely was available and watched if anyone got stuck, like I did. I say though he acted more like a Coin Laundry Guard Hawk looking around, most likely to ensure people don’t damage the machines. Understandable, but I felt a little uncomfortable. He probably was suspicious of me when I took pictures. If you are picky on customer service on top of good prices and machines, don’t come here. I would go here again though; gets more laundry loads done than at the complex where I am. Definitely would rather save extra $0.50 per wash.

Nice facility, but dont expect to be there at opening. The posted hours say 0730, but no ones shown up before 8:10. A local customer says its normal for them to not open on time, typically running 20+ minutes late. Who owns a business and doesnt show up?

I couldnt agree more with all the negative customer service reviews here. Owner is arguing with the owner of Ace Cleaners as I type this review on my phone. Wanted me to do more when I paid for my mother to be here and he was rude to her who is good with laundry. We are only here because someone didnt know what they were doing at home and messed up our washer. There is false advertising here when it comes to opening and closing times.

Storefront is clean, dryers are extremely efficient. If you want to get your laundry done fast its a great location. This location will also wash your clothes for the busy individual for a nominal fee. Owners are friendly and offer cleaning materials if you need on site as well.

We are from Massachusetts and were staying at an Air Bnb down the road for a few days. Found this place on a Google maps search because it was only a 3 minute walk from the house. We spent $6 to wash and dry two loads, so very reasonable. I had a travel sized castile soap with me I was able to use for detergent. The facility seems old, but its clean and well-kept by the man behind the counter. There are plenty of machines. Very pleased with our visit.

Good price on machines. Able to get a machine each time I come w no waiting. Public restroom, parking.

The experience I had at this establishment was one of the most disturbing I have ever had in regards to the customer service provided. The male owner of the establishment was extremely disrespectful. He was in such a haste to leave that he began rushing me and even raised his voice numerous times saying my belongings could go outside on the floor. I was disgusted that he felt it was appropriate to speak to a female in the manner in which he did. As a proud paying customer, I will be taking my business to an establishment where respect and providing excellent customer service is a priority. Lastly, the only reason one star was even awarded is because that is required to make the post. Hopefully, they will take the necessary steps to improve their customer service skills and the owner will contact his parents for a refresher course in mannerisms and respect.

The machines are old and the staff is not really friendly

Ive been going to this place for about a year and its clean and Ive never noticed the equipment, (machines) not working. Its quiet and respectful.

A very clean location gentleman that runs it is nice all the washers and dryers work and gets close very clean and has detergent and softeners on site washer and dryers prices is very reasonable

The place is clean and the washing mucines worked great i dident give five stars because theres no air condition and it was hot but other than that the service was great realy nice people

Friendly staff and good WiFi. Cant really beat it! Machines seemed to work fine and its a good location, not too shady.

Rude staff. A male employee removed my laundry from a dryer so he could use it. I normally wouldnt mind, but it was full of my lingerie, and my clothes werent even dry. When I noticed he just said sorry. The bottom half isnt dry, but you can just put in in a new dryer.

Owner not too friendly but keeps machines in good running order and place is clean.

Man was rushing us it said that m-f to 7:30-8:30 Saturday Sunday 7 am 8:30 but we where rushed out at 7:30 pm and he put us out at 7:40 doors where closed

The owner was very rude he was looking at me the whole time like I was going steal his machines & he even took my clothes out the washer without my permission
