First time here & made it just in time for last wash (10pm), website says 10:30pm but its new owners. Lots of machines, very clean, the lady working here was super nice. Even talked to the owner Joe cause he noticed me taking pics and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I told him yes, I was just taking pics cause I was a Google Local Guide and I was gonna write a review & add pics. He told me theyve only owned it ad out 5 months they have another one in Michigan and are going to revamp the entire place to bring it up to 2020. They will also have laundry delivery. Come check them out, Ill be back. Thx for being so nice.

The entire place is filthy. The equipment needs to be wiped down, the floors need to be swept and mopped. The aisle on the far right is on a slant and the carts roll. Disappointed.

This place was ok except it was extremely hot, either the air conditioner was off, or the owner was saving on electricity. At least install some fans, Mr. I was drenched in sweat when I finally finished drying my clothes.

This place is AMAZING. First time at a laundromat before my Airbnb didn’t have a washer or dryer, but this experience was pleasant. They broke my $20 so I can use the change machine, and everything else was pretty self explanatory. Clean, fast, and efficient machines for all purposes.

Lots of washers and dryers of all sizes, and friendly, helpful employees. However, washers can sometimes be a little dirty. Make sure you have a towel or rag to wipe them out before adding your clothes.

Linda is the best! She is kind, helpful and always greets you with a smile. It’s also a very clean laundromat, from the washer and dryers to the bathrooms, and especially more now with COVID.

First time in Orlando doing wash and fold, it was a big order but Ingrid & Mayra the employees who work there did a great in the way they attended me. The customer service was excellent & the outcome done by Ingrid was amazing! Will definitely come again :)

Decent. I was there for about 2 hours. Didnt see the employee clean once, despite the signs posted everywhere saying they constantly cleaned surfaces with bleach.

Dropped off laundry around 8:30 on my way to Kennedy Space Centre and picked it up at 7pm. Everything was cleaned properly and came back folded perfectly. Theres minimum charge of around $11 so put in a big load to get good value.You can stay and do your own laundry but I was on holiday and didnt want to wait around.

We are from out of state and after researching we decided to drive the 20 min because their website said they had $1, $2 and $3 washers. Well, out of 20 small machines 5 are $1, 14 are $1.75 and 1 is $2. Out of the 18 med 1 is $2. The others are $2.75. Out of 9 large 2 are $3. The others are $3.75. So the site is misleading. It is well lit and fairly clean. There is an attendant on site. He is helpful and friendly. The area seemed safe enough. There is even an automatic massage chair. (Which is kind of creepy but ok)

Loved it, bathrooms werent as dirty as you would expect it to be, clean floors, safe washers.. Really nothing much I can say. However one employee was a little rude to me saying things like Move out my way I can look past it though

This is the worst dry cleaning service I ever had in my life. I decided to try them few weeks ago and was a BAD mistake. When I went to pick my stuff, one of the shirts (+$55) was damaged. When I told the person, he said you probably brought it this way???? Later on he realized what he said is totally nonsense and he promised to tell the owner and contact me within 24 hours which never happened. One week later I went back checking on my damaged shirt resolution. This time there was a lady and she promised me again to let the owner contact me within 24 hours which never happened again. Two weeks after and still no resolution on my damaged shirt. I believe I gave that owner more than enough time to resolve the situation. Stay away from this place. Terrible quality, expensive and rude

Clean place. Friendly workers. They actually repair the equipment when it is down.

Place wasnt too busy after 11am on Sunday but the first 5.50 machine we used failed and left our clothes soaked to the core when we went to pull them out. We let the attendant know (she had to dry up all of the water that leaked all over the floor to the next washer) and were offered a sorry but no offer of compensation for the failed machine or any offer to rewash at a working machine. Split our clothes into 2 smaller machines and they were much better. This place is a little loud so if you have a hangover or enjoy quiet time while doing laundry come at open or when not very busy. Overall we took a chance at this place and we cant get past the no offer to rewash or refund the cost of the faulty laundry. We will probably not return.

If from out-of-state be aware:- Don’t go in the evening- If you go in the evening it’s overcrowded- As it gets dark, next to the laundry building parking lot, it becomes a (sketchy) community hangout club spot. Some of the attendees become too rambunctious and vulgar.- Wash, dry your clothes and fold them when you get back to your room!

This Laundromat is always supa clean, the environment is always pleasant, the staff is always cleaning up & i love it when i bring my large items to wash & dry.

The best, clean and manager the best

This place has one of the highest reviews in the I-Drive vicinity so I decided to give it a try. Did a wash and fold, dropped off at 8am in the morning and was able to pick it up by 2pm. All clothes clean were clean with no issues.

Very Clean, friendly staff and fully functioning machines. Put money in, clean and dry clothes as expected. No money eating machines here. Needed a place to wash King size comforters and dry them. I will visit here more often since it is so convenient and safe.

Good place with cheap washers. The staff is really friendly. Only problem is sometimes you have to wait 30-45 minutes if you want to use the dollar washers since some people come and will grab all 5 for 1 person.

No troubles whatsoever, and the managers a super nice guy. I reccomend it

She will not give money back for dirty or broken machines! Had the nerve to argue with my husband and me and call us uneducated!! LOL the damn nerve. She claimed to have called her supervisor and he proceeded to do NOTHING!She walked over and pressed Start on the machine we asked for a refund on! I repeat SHE PRESSED start on a machine we did not want to use, with OUR money in the machine!Businesses are going down the drain I guess 😂Take my advice & GO ELSEWHERE!Update: just finished trying out the dryers... Management are very helpful. Nice big washers as there are regular size washing machines. Dryers work good. Customers are nice people. Very good place to wash your clothes.

The prices weren’t bad and it was a little dirty but I’m really upset a few of my shirts got this ugly stain all across them that wasn’t there when I left my house. These are irreplaceable and now they’re ruined. If you value your clothes don’t go there.

This place is absolutely filthy, I would not recommend coming here if you are on vacation and are looking for a place to do laundry. All the machines have corrosion and appear to be very dirty. Avoid this place at all costs!

The google hours are wrong. I got there at 10pm & the employee didn’t let me wash clothe because they were closing at 10:30pm when on google it says they close at 11:30pm.

Avoid the dry cleaning services!!! I gave them all my work shirts and they gave them back wrinkled and one of them had bleach all over it. It took me 4 trips back to finally get the counter guy to get the owner on the phone. He took no responsibility and offered $15 as a courtesy. What an insult. Please avoid this place.

Thank goodness for this place. Everyone was so helpful when my son throw up in his carseat and we are out of town.

Loved it quality service knowledgeable staff

I visited twice for their wash and fold service. The first time was okay. But, the second time was horrible. Whoever did my laundry should be ashamed! Dried liquid detergent or fabric softener was left on my clothes. I hope that one of my favorite polos isnt ruined.

This place is the most laid back, pleasant laundromat. Nobodys a stickler in mngmt, they mind their own business and they keep their washers working and their dryer vents clear and dryers max hot. Not always staying open till 11.30pm but certainly until late. Some of their single load flip tops and their double load front loaders nearest the desk are even discounted in their fees!

We did our laundry here all winter. They have large washers, that fit 5 or 6 loads and good dryers.
