My nails look perfect. The guy I had was really sweet and professional. He took his time and they came out amazing, paying attention to every detail. My friends nails turned out beautiful as well. Will definitely be coming back.

I hate posting negative reviews because I know it’s hard for small business. And maybe their other services are great but they didn’t know how to properly remove gel nail polish. I get my nails done every 2 weeks but I don’t live in the area. I needed my gel taken off and the woman started aggressively filing it off, filing lots of my actual nail and my finger too as she wasn’t aiming well. I asked to file them and did it like my salon does so she didn’t ruin my nails and then was ready for them to remove the polish and they said you need to file gel to the nail to remove it properly! 😱 They accused me of doing my own nails and not knowing what I was talking about. As I said I get my nails done every 2 weeks so I’ve seen it done MANY times.

I love this place. Wish theyd expand and get a bigger place. Parking is not very good there.

Always a great time when I go there. They always do such an amazing job on my nails I never leave there unhappy. I only go here for my nails nowhere else

Tara did my nails for me today. She did a good job. Especially with my atrociously messed up nail that needed fixing 😂 I especially liked how consciousness she was of hurting me throughout the process. Any time she had to get close to my skin or go from an awkward angle she made sure to ask me to tell her if she hurt me. As someone with social anxiety I greatly appreciated that. Ill be going back to Tara in a couple weeks😊

Went here a few months ago for a full set with gel . the lady didn’t talk to me, was extremely rough with my nails even after i told her to please be careful as my nails are naturally very thin . she made 3 of my nails bleed, i asked for coffin shape and they were rectangle even after i asked her to fix them, they weren’t flat across the top, and the color was see through . on top of all of this, i had 3 nails break off not even 4 days later !!! it was also crowded and not clean at all, dust everywhere as if they never clean . absolutely awful . should have listened to the reviews, will never go back .

You should definitely have Tara do your nails. She is amazing and can hand paint anything you ask her to on your nails.

Use to be my number one place for nails, last time I went the lady who did my nails did not do the shape I wanted asked for square with rounded edges... got round, horrible 2 second rushed design and one of my nails ended up crooked. Its so noisy in there you cant hear any questions they ask you.

The cost of a basic manicure was increased from 12 dollars to 17 dollars.Clear price gouging, using Covid costs for excuse to raise the cost $5!!!!I called around and you can still get a basic manicure for $12. Do not recommend due to price gouging and taking advantage of their customers.

Been going there for about 3 months now had a gentleman say his name was Eric do my nails a few times which I was pleased I needed to get a nail fix so I went in on Friday December 5th and my nail broke on Saturday went in on Monday to get it fixed yes they did not charge me but I always tip no matter what .I wasnt not very happy nail does not look as the other ones do.

Normally I like this place but the girl that did my feet and hands was terrible. Didnt take her time with anything - crooked nail polish on toes. Not very social either.

Me and my friend went to get a full set and my nail tech was amazing she was on 13 but my friend who was at 5 said her hands hurt the nails are super thick and the lady slapped her I had the same one she had last time and I had the same issues

I love going here but half the time they overcharge me from the actual price and when I ask why they act like they can’t understand me and get rude with me because I didn’t pay yet and was simply asking a question. One time the nail tech got bubbles in my gel nails, didn’t even fix it, and rushed me to pay her. I never request anyone and get the same nail tech every time (that evidently is my fault) and she rushes, messes up and doesn’t fix it, and then overcharges me. When I get a fill she doesn’t file my real nails down ever and just does a rushed job for no reason. I’m probably going to switch salons to be honest.

I got a mani/pedi here for the first time last week. (This was written over 6 months ago.)The service itself was great, my nail tech was awesome and she really did a great job for me! The only thing I have to say otherwise is that the entire salon was COVERED in a thick film of dust (and assumably dead skin etc) on the bottoms of all their nail chairs, and also on all of the pedicure chairs. I placed my jacket on top of the pedicure chair out of the way, and there was a thick layer of dust covering it afterwards. They clearly do not wipe down their nail chairs or pedicure chairs, so it leaves me to wonder what else they may not wipe down. Again, service was great! Cleanliness was not.

Take my wife there to get her nails done and pampered. She loves it and her nails are always beautiful.

I guess I always assumed that most nail salons are basically the same with the only difference being employee personalities. Well, i was wrong. The place i usually visit did not have any appointments today that worked with my schedule. I searched Google and selected another spa to go to . JK nail spa is a lg salon with a nice relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. The manicure i received today by David was by far superior in quality and was an all around plesent experience at an affordable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you schedule your next pedi and/or mani at JK nail salon and see for yourself.

They simply suck! For what they charge, you would expect decent Customer Service! Nope! Rude! They speak to one another in their language, laugh n make it blatenley obvious they are talking about u, your feet,toes, or hands or something! Only English they know us to tell u to pay or upsell a service!

They r all ways good but the last guy I had did a horrible job. One I left I saw my paint was all messed up and my nails are not cut straight

I have been going to JK Nails for about 4 years now. But the most recent visit 3.5 weeks ago has me wanting to go somewhere else. Im not sure if its under new management or not but- my sister, mom and I went for mani/pedis and gel. There was a young women there that was harrassing our nail people while they were working. Standing over them, speaking in anger, trying rush them-? Not really sure- The 2 hours was definately not relaxing- the salon was empty and there were at least 6 seats available. My nail lady was trying to ignore her and I felt bad for her- at one point she switched languages and even gave ME a snide remark about my nail color. Ive been trying to out weight the total experiences- to this one but I have a hard time with putting myself in an incomfortable situation such as that willingly.P.s. make sure your chair works before sitting down- Mine did not work right.Make sure if they use new razors...... Like you see them open the package....my mom had some issues after her pedi the time before last.Thank you.

Jk nails have the most unprofessional, rude workers that have absolute no experience. I went there with my aunt and they made my aunts nails look like a literal clowns nails, and then on top of that they were laughing at her as if she didnt know. i dont recommend this salon and its a total waste of money.

Very rude to my mom When she was getting her nails done, they switched people the person who switched in, messed up my moms nails and then she had to pay to get the done again at a better place a couple days later, they deserve 0 stars for that service!
