Two stars because at least it was very clean. However its my first time here since I just moved in the area and 4 out of 5 machines in the back had tape on them and wasnt accepting cards. I used it anyway after paying an ATM fee to get cash. All four of my washers didnt show any sign of soap as it washed (I have a video) and the attendant said bubbles arent supposed to show. Mind you I used a lot of soap and its not dollar tree detergent. Once the machines stopped I saw all my white clothes still dirty I couldnt even smell the bleach and the other clothes didnt smell like soap at all. I put a lot of dryer towels to see if my clothes get a good smell and that did not work. As Im folding the attendant is telling someone they dont have time to dry their clothes because doors close in 10 mins. If we enter before the last wash (9pm) then we should be able to stay to dry and fold all of our clothes regardless of closing time. Just a bad first time experience.

I told her tank youuuuu todae mi brudda. she tell me I am jenny da queen I sayyyy oh my god Many blessings. mi brudda tank you com to de mat laundry by Walmart on de street of semoran and it good place vetty clean. I tell her she is beautiful she dont give me de numba tho not happy. highly recommend dis place for all de bruddas and sistas happy place very cleen

Washers and dryers are good size and new. The facility is very clean. They have a reward system for frequent customers that is nice. Washers and dryers take debit cards which is convenient. The Family who runs the laundry mat is constantly staying busy cleaning and being attentive to customers very friendly. Liquid soaps and bleach are a bit overpriced the prices run about $6.50 & $7.75 but there is walmart in the same shopping center so i just walked over there pricing on soaps is high any wash place you go to so it was expected. No arcade machines wouldve hoped for a pacman machine at least.😂🎮 there is one vending machine with snacks and room temperature drinks. Washers start at $2.75 small-medium load for 32 minutes and dryers are $2.50 for 36minutes these are a bit pricey but get the job done right so its worth it. They also have medium dryers $1.50 and small for 25 cents.

Went there at 8pm to wash some blankets. And the lady turned me away saying no more washing. When they close at 10pm ! Like wow I only had 4 blankets smh

I like this place and especially love that the environment was even better because the tv was set to the old, wonderful cartoons! This is such a comfort, as many of us are no longer wanting to hear the news from any source anymore. Way to go with keeping this environment clean and free of any drama!:-)

Went in at 9:30 just to dry my clothes and got denied. All i needed was 20 minutes to dry a small load of laundry that I had and the attendant stated she did not want to stay later and although i advised her i would Leave before 10:00 she still denied us. GO TO FAMILY LAUNDRY IN THE PLAZA OF WALMART

The place is always clean, and the attendee who works there are very helpful. The machines takes debit/ credit cards. I like the fact that there are several restaurant and Publix on the same plaza. TVs inside either playing clean comedy shoes or Christian programs.

I love this place! ALL of the ladies that work here are fantastic! The Latina ladies make you their family and want to know about you and your family.SIGN UP FOR THE FREE MEMBERSHIP!!!! They give you free washes for washing your clothes there.In the summer it gets rather warm and if you stay to fold your clothes in the shop you will work up a sweat. But its CLEAN, the machines WORK, and they arent expensive! I can do a months worth of laundry for $20.Also you can drop off your laundry and theyll do it for you (including folding) anything 12lbs and under is $13 after that its a dollar per pound of laundry. Ive done this several times and even though it costs more but the convenience is worth it!!!

I came to do my laundry and had an emergency wash last minute before they closed, and Debra was nice enough to let me do my wash even though it was past the cut off time. She was very helpful in assisting me and pleasantly nice. She is a keeper & needs a raise! 😁

I love this place. Its always clean and friendly but I do NOT recommend using your card at the wash. It charged my card 15$ and I know I didnt spend thats much the wash was 4.75 & 1.75 and that does not equal 15$

Ms. Jennifer is tuff but we love her she makes that place looking good. She works so hard in there more then others and always is talking to the customers. She is like a energize BUNNY. I been to other laundry mats baby this one is the best because Ms. Jennifer make it that everyone comes back.

Im a regular customer here. The staff here is extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. This place is well managed and well-maintained throughout the business day. Anytime Ive been in there its been clean. They offer you a frequent customer reward card or program if you will.... When you accumulate so many paid washes you get a free wash. This starts over every time you get a free one and it doesnt expire. They do offer laundry services. They have adequate seating and TV for the little ones and for adults, vending machines and a small selection of laundry products.

Awesome place to do laundry. I always come to this place to wash my comforters. They offer many sizes of washers and dryers. It usually takes me 1 hour to do everything. This place is clean, organized and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Its not bad of a establishment but when the Spanish lady is here the place feels nice and cool but she when she not here it feels like hell itself so hot in there lady turn on the bloody AC.

Laundry is a great place Jenny was awesome

Got here at 8 am on a Sunday, 30 min after opening. The maam behind the counter and the customers where all very friendly. Maybe 6 or 7 customers here already. There are plenty of washers and dryers open for a lot of different load sizes. I havent been to a coin laundry since the 90s, and this place made me feel pretty welcome even though I had a twin size sheet full of clothes. Will be coming back.

Super clean. Staff is kind and helpful. They do a great job. I stopped at another place before i came to this one and it was horrible. The guy was rude and it was old and smelled weird inside.. I walked out of course. I continued searching and found this one... Im so glad.

Nice place plenty of washers but the workers just sit in the chairs that are supposed to be for customers. Every time I come its the same 2 ladys on Sunday n they just take up chairs so while ur waiting 45-1 hr for ur laundry u have to stand because they move for no one ..
