I never in the 15yrs in NY or the 20plus in FL. Have I ever needed to use laundromat services. So this is a pretty new experience for me overall. But I must say, its very clean, convenient and comfortable. So, I would imagine its typical depending the area you live in. The attendant on duty helped me and was very cool. No Problems, No Worries, All Good👍 Update: Except for the homeless people constantly begging in the surrounding area, the place is very convenient.

It was busy. I like it cuz its clean and good price. People who work there are usually Hispanic though and not friendly to Americans. Makes the energy there yukky for me but it is clean

Clean and spacious space, the machines are clean and dated. Friendly and helpful staff. There’s also a coin changing machine, vendo that sells food and drinks and one TV. I learned that the quick wash cycle on the biggest washing machine is about 18 minutes for $6.00. Big dryer is $0.25 for 5 minutes. I finished my laundry in less than an hour.

Clean machines, but removed my clothes from the washer after sitting for a few minutes.

This place is clean but not spacious enough to wait while you are doing your laundry... some machine are good some are not...

Cant say how wonderful Lucas is! He handled my small laundry emergency with expertise and efficiency. The laundromat is very clean too.

This place is awesome! This was my first time at a laundromat so I wasnt sure what to expect but this place came highly recommended. The machines were easy to use and I only spent a grand total of $5.75 to wash and dry A LOT of laundry. Very clean and spacious, the woman working was friendly and offered help if I needed any.I will be going back!

Opens at 7 am, arrived shortly thereafter. I appreciated the door that opens when you move towards it, especially with laundry and detergent in hands. Clean facility, washers and dryers available with No wait! Floors were clean and attended to while I was waiting. Small washer starts at $2.00 per load. Dryer was .25 for each 4 minutes. Female attendant greeted me when I came and left, Thanks! 😉Bathroom was clean. I wanted to do my laundry while on an extended stay in the area. I definitely would come back. McDonalds was less than a 1 minute drive for a cup of coffee after I left. Vending machines were available.😁

This place is great. Clean and good machines. Staff is constantly cleaning and wiping down machines a d folding areas. The coin exchange took my 20 and I just knew I was out of luck, but I decided to let the staff know and they Glady gave me back my money.

Immaculately clean, plenty of new machines in a bunch of different sizes. Lots of chairs. Prices are very reasonable. There are two vending machines for snacks, and the attendant sells laundry supplies. Bathrooms are clean. There is a change machine that takes up to $20 bills.

Very clean, new machines and very spacious. When we walked in we were greeted. I was too petite to reach the area where you insert the laundry detergent and the lady who worked here overheard me talk to my friend and she brought me a step stool. For someone who works at Disney World, this is great customer service and Noemi exceeded our expectations. She had a great sttitude and a warm and friendly attitude. We will be returning!

Disgusting customer service. I went on 05/13/2020 at 6:45pm and the Spanish lady on the front desk was so disrespectful. She talked very sarcastic and nasty to me for no reason. Of course I told her that her attitude it was totally unappropriated and she just answer very disgusting to me like she dont care about nothing than her salary. Im so disappointed.

Not that many machines for a place that fills up quickly with people, there are too many folding tables making the space tighter.. . There are signs everywhere that you cant wash ANY rugs and you will be responsible for any damage... First laundromat I ever went to that wont allow people to wash any rugs- lots of laundromats in Orlando, Ill just go somewhere else next time.

Great service, fast and the staff very friendly. I dropped off at 5:00PM Friday and back by 4:00PM Saturday about a $1.00 a pound wash and fold you cant beat that! My clothes were fresh and folded as I like them.

Its okay youre just doing laundry youre not living there but it is a lot better than some places I have been to

Great place to wash and very clean

The staff is terrible. Extremely rude. Especially the lady with short brown hair that is a boyish cut and she wears glasses. Refused to give me her name to complain to her manager . She spoke English until I complained. Dont go here she takes your laundry out when her friends come and claims its cause your not moving fast enough even though the close were still wet. I spend well over 100 dollars a month . Will be taking my buisness else here. Nasty nasty people.

Decent place. They have lots of Machines all more modern in very good shape. Many different sizes. they offer folding services and have detergent and such on site to purchase if needed. Always someone there.

Washing machine number 15 ate my money ($3.00) I tell the associate she tells me oh well I cant do anything about that. I say the video camera is right above and she tells me I still cant do anything. Please be careful folks. Also it was over 85 degrees in there I cant even take it. Poor excuse for a Laundromat.

The attendant has to idea what customer service is. The motto is if you spill something you clean it up and she brought the mop and had me dry the floor. I havent felt so angry in years, FYI Im the patron and I pay for the service, its Not Free! I can take my business somewhere else and I will. If patrons dont come you wont have job get your facts straight and this also goes for the owner as well.

Owner didnt want to return $8.50 the machine took from me horrible service I didnt even want the money back I just wanted to wash my clothes. Then he says I cant talk to him I have to talk to the attendant. Like he is someone special. NEVER WILL I GO BACK

I found myself in a laundry pinch and this was the only laundromat close to me open on Sundays. I hadnt been to a coin laundry place in MANY years and wasnt sure how things worked, what I had to bring, etc.After reading reviews on Google and then calling this business for more information, Ill be honest, I was slightly nervous to even try them. When I called them, the attendant simply... inaudibly grunted? No sense of customer service or attempt of it; no Hello, no Thank you for calling, not even a Can I help you? The person literally just... grunted. Having literally no choice, I went anyway.The business wasnt exactly friendly nor welcoming, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thomas Laundromat exists in a shoddy side strip mall off of North OBT and was simple in decor and design but was fairly clean. Id say its an average sized space, and weakly central air conditioned but the industrial sized fan helps circulate the air. I thought it would be miserably hot - it wasnt when I visited.BTW, the attendant (whose name was never revealed) was actually pleasant, when you could flag him down.Washers range in size: Small ($2), Medium ($4.50), and Large ($6) capacity. Dryers are all of a same sized, larger capacity ($0.25/5 mins). Bring cash (small bills). They have a change machine for quarters but you can only get change... in quarters.Also available onsite for a fee: Vending machines with soda, water, candy, etc., and laundry supplies (Tide and Gain detergent, Downy fabric softener and dryer sheets. They even sell mens cologne?

Would not recommend this laundromat. Poor customer service, the attendant has a poor attitude and will not help with machine use. They close early. I accidentally put money in a machine and did not use it and the attendant was not helpful at all with a refund. Costing me $8. Stay away!!!

9:01pm owner kicked us out very rude. Asked him for a few minutes( folding the last few clothes we had) He told us that we do not pay the electricity bill or his employee after 9:00pm to put the clothes in the bag and to fold them at home. Extremely rude to us and his employee he was yelling at the employee as well. Crazy business owner with no sense of customer service

I have several laundries nearby, but I like to go here ... It is my favorite. So much for good care, hygiene above all. If there are people who express themselves badly, I dont understand why ??? For that matter, a young lady who arrived after 7:00 and had 3 bags full of clothes ... Just because my friend told her she was a little pokito late, she started insulting her. We should not underestimate the work so great k They do Shes why one feels good in that place. In my opinion it is a loundry at 💯.

He does not see that many people are not protecting themselves from the virus, they are not distancing themselves from the closing times, the employees washing clothes to the clients, this should change to protect clients and work personnel.
