**DO NOT GO THERE**For an establishment that just reopened...there is a great lack of available machines(washers and dryers).there is no attendant to assist. There are 2 change machines..one does not work and the other works but do not follow the directions (need to insert dollars upside down...thanks to someone that found out from someone else)..there are no # to call. Found # listed on a HIRING sign...called and was told she has nothing to do with the functionality of the place...to call owner...called and of course reached an automated voicemail.left message and NO CALLBACK.there were a few questionable characters in here(looks.like they were not there to use the establishment for laundry).garbage (dryer sheets sheets and empty containers)were on the floor.

Okay so I went here around 7 in the morning it was only me and 2 other people. There were like 2 homeless people in there catching some air from the fan and chilling . They left in under 2 minutes . The small washer was 1.75 for warm. It is an additional 25 for “hot water “. Not necessary my clothes washed just fine .. it’s a 24 minute wash and then the dryers are really hot I put in 30 minutes worth and my clothes were done with 18 minutes remaining . I let someone use the rest . It’s a okay laundromat if you can’t wash anywhere else but too many random people just coming and going not doing laundry .. if they tighten up the staff and maybe monitored the place a little better .

Clean very few people in the middle of the day. In and out just like I like. On complaint they only have one laundry cart.

Its great because of the convenient all night wash and dry. But some of the people that hang around the laundromat are questionable. But other than the people its an ok place.

Had to give 1 star but they dint even deserve that! Rude attendants, no air conditioner, half dryers dont even have doors! Dont waste ya energy or time there!

I sort of have mixed emotions on dealing with this laundromat. I like the fact that theyre open 24 hours a day. I do not like the fact that they do not have an attendant 24 hours a day. If youre here the first couple hours in the morning after 7 a.m. theyll have people here cleaning and maintaining everything. Love you hear at night youre on your own... Homeless people sleeping on the tables and Beggars asking for money. Also dealing with the pricing they lead you to believe on a chart on the wall that its $6 for one load in a 60 pound machine. But$3 between midnight and 6 a.m. And 6 a.m. to midnight is $4.50. Kind of misleading it never is $6. They just want you to think youre getting a deal. Now as for the pricing... This is kind of deceiving to because none of the machines have hot water. I learned this from one of their employees. you have to pay for hot water on the selector switch for the six-time loaders... So basically youre getting ripped off. The washers are pretty nice you rarely see one broke down. But the washers on the other hand are constantly breaking down I walked in last week and there was eight machines down. It takes an average of three quarters for you to dry a load of laundry. Based on a single load of laundry in one dryer. They really should make the price on all machines the midnight to 6 a.m. price. And notify the public that there is no hot water... Or at least remove the charge for the hot water since its not hot. Again and employee of their company told me that there is not a water tank that can display hot water to all machines. So this is verified by one of their employees. I used to come to this location all the time... But now I only come when I have to. Definitely some issues that need to be addressed due to lack of proper management or ownership. This is why I only give it a two-star.

Do not use this place I had clothes to get messed up in their machine and they said they were not responsible for it. But you have someone wash clothes with paint on them and your attendant paid no attention to the machine so therefore it was not cleaned out .

Laundromat facilities like the Imperial laundromat are essential for those without other means to do laundry. Like so many other similar locations, Imperial laundromat seemingly takes advantage of their customers by providing a worm down, poorly maintained facility stuffed full of over priced washers and dryers in a filthy store front. There are other, better kept laundromats in Orlando and I would recommend any of those over this one.

I wouldnt go here again, its like the nighborhood hangout. The attendent to busy .socializing, and hanging out to pay attention to the customers.... super supwr hot in there. Even tho they had big fans not one was on. The washers a dryers are great
