You can use debit with all the machines with the help of a tablet. The manager was very helpful, respectful and honest. It was a pleasant experience

If you have bulk loads of things to wash then this is not the place for you. You will end up spending more money by using more machines when you could’ve easily done it all with 2 somewhere else. Also not enough carts to go around for everyone.

Only a few places like this in Orlando. This place is nice and clean. Machines are in great shape and clean. I have only encountered one person that works here and she is super nice. I have come here about 5 times and will continue. Cash or credit card accepted. Area is good too.Best i have seen and i looked around on internet as i had never had to come to one before this. Its worth the drive if you need to go to a laundromat. 5 stars!

I am a handicapped woman who walks with a cane. I saw no signs stating that I was only allowed in the building long enough to put my clothes in the wash. Then I was asked to leave while others were allowed to stay. The others allowed to stay were there folding the same pieces of laundry for the entire time I was there. I was told that there were no handicapped accomodations. Was allowed to come in to put them in the dryer. Then made to leave again. This was after I had spent $40+ in the establishment. Then was told that I wasnt allowed to fold them there either. Then I get home and begin folding my laundry only to find out that I am missing several items that had been left there unattended due to the staff forcing me to leave the building. They will definitely never get my business again.

I’ve been using this laundromat once a week for the last few months. It’s very clean and not usually busy when I go during the week. The attendant that is always working is very nice and helpful. I also appreciate these machines have a card reader. They also follow mask mandates which is very respectable because not many places do now

The machines were functional and the prices were reasonable, but there is no place to sit, and while your stuff is washing and drying, you cant wait inside - you have to wait outside. Hard to see the point of the Wi-Fi if they wont let you wait inside to use it. Good thing it wasnt too hot.

Usually I avoid laundromats because they have some sketchy characters inside but this one is very clean (not sketchy at all)and encourages customers to wait in the car while doing laundry to be covid safe.Very clean, very helpful staff that assisted everyone that looked like they could use some help.

This was our first time to go to this place. The people working there were very helpful and accommodating. It was very clean and had large machines big enough to wash our King size comforter. I recommend checking them out!

The supposed owner does not allow to fold the clothes. it is always the same excuse. I always spend $ 50 when I go and I always come out with boiling blood because of the same excuse of the supposed Chinese woman and her cameras.

Cant fold your laundry while packing it, (understandably not on the table) even when it’s fresh out the dryer. IM CONFUSED WHY THE Xs are there?? RUDEST manager or whatever, will watch you like a hawk for no reason, misery loves company huh. Don’t waste your time like I did mine cause my clothes are wrinkled lol

I was a little nervous to go at first since my dryer stopped working and the cat pooped on my sheets. I went inside and the lady was super helpful and nice! They machines work really well and its a reasonable price!

I hadn’t been to a laundromat in years and was a little intimidated to go after my dryer stopped working. Maria immediately ensured I was taken care of and showed me which machines would be most efficient for the amount of laundry I brought with me. She was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I left with the impression of the laundromat actually being more convenient than doing laundry at home!

They stole my close have a case pending people are unreasonable with there job give my clothes to the wrong person and still waiting on a respond

Can’t fold your clothes something to do with people being around what ever that means but for their customers that drop off their clothing they sure as hell can fold their clothing. You will have to wait outside while your clothes is washing/drying mr employee of the month has a big ego so watch for him wouldn’t recommend it to anyone sure it’s clean I give them that but that’s it

Its been awhile since Ive been in a coin laundromat. My dryer stopped working and I found this place nearby. I called to ensure they would be open since the pandemic has been closing so many things down.The person answering the phone was very friendly and explained the protocol of 5 people, max, at a time and wait in your car while the laundry is washing and drying. I decided this was the place for me!First, its very clean. The ENTIRE time I was there (and watching from my car) the attendant was cleaning and sanitizing every surface. You could tell the place is usually kept very clean, too. I felt a little silly using my wipes to clean the areas I was going to be touching - it was THAT clean.Second, I had an issue with the coins and the attendant came over immediately and helped me. He explained how best to operate the machines and how to handle it if it happens again. (I was inserting the money too quickly.)Everyone was courteous, including other patrons. Ill happily keep coming back until my dryer is repaired or replaced. I also plan on returning here to wash our large comforters. Thank you for the friendly service and for keeping everything so very clean. I WILL be back.

If the bathroom is lock is for our own safety, all one has to do is ask for the bathroom keys. I love going there, the staff are kind, respectful, always ready to give a helping hand. Great place to do your clothes. The tenant there is a blessing, caring for the customer. I wish I had gotten her name but I will be back. It was a busy weekend but she knew her stuff and guided me on a quick in and out process. The machines are powerful. Some take debit cards but FYI not all do so bring some bills in case. Reminds me of the laundromat in NY with TV and stuff. Thank you!

I go every weekend usually on Sundays to do wash the staff is nice. It is not packed in the morning so when I go I am usually out quick.

Specifically picked this laundromat because they had Wi-Fi. Elll due to covid you cant wait inside while your clohes are washing or drying. You also cant fold your clothes. You really need to update their website to give people this information. I decided to only wash here and Im taking my clothes elsewhere to dry

Nothing fancy to speak of but mostly all the machines work and are in good shape. Fair prices an d there is someone present to help you with whatever you might need. Clean and decent place to do your dirty duffs.

They have machines that accept credit card payments which is convenient.Their machines are in good working order and the place is cool, clean and comfortable. The attendant is very helpful.I didnt have bad things to say but just as an fyi, there are no restrooms in here available for the public. This place is in a plaza so Im sure one can go to some of the other businesses nearby.There are snacks and sodas available on sale as well.

Dryer sensor at home went out, so took last load to this launderette. The staff were very nice and patient showing me how to use machines. They have multiple washers and dryers which accept cards -- for those of us who never carry coins. Inside was very clean, well lit, and air conditioned.

Clean location and always has available washers and dryers. My review however is 2 stars because after reviewing my bank statement I have been overcharged on several occasions by the card reader. I am charged $7.00 for a wash load that is $5.50. $11.00 for a dry load that is $2.00. I have submitted disputes with my bank and hope to have the charges reversed however I would like to warn anyone who uses the card reader to check your bank statement. I will be looking for another laundromat in the future.

This place is clean, air conditioned, and had various sizes to choose from. Additionally, the staff is super helpful and professional. Due to all these things, make sure you understand their peak times.

Dont go here unless you want to fold your clothes in the parking lot. I was told that you cant fold clothes inside, even though there was only 1 other patron there besides me. Machines are pricy too.

I am satisfied with this laundromat. The workers are nice if you ask a question, keeps the place clean. Also my comforters get washed pretty good.

The attendant was very nice, and the facilities are nice. I did like the biggest washer (even though it was 7.50), but the Dryers are absolutely terrible; After almost an hour my clothes were still wet, and I do not overload, if anything I under-load. I put two tank tops by themselves because they were still wet after almost an hour, and after ten minutes they were still damp. Also one of the dryers left rust marks on one of my white tank tops. The small washers have a terrible spin cycle, my clothes were drenched when they came out, and again, I DO NOT OVERLOAD. It is also a little overpriced. This is too bad, because the facilities are nice, the equipment is newer, and they take apple pay, just need better dryers, and to fix or replace the smaller washers.

Been going there now since November 2015 and Ive been nothing but satisfied. I usually go before 3 pm at least once a week and it has always been VERY clean and the staff is VERY pleasant and helpful. Its the ONLY laundromat I ever want to go to.

Great place. The lady was an hour away from closing and i wasnt aware she was closing early that day. But she still let me do my laundry and even stayed 10 minutes after so i could finish.

This is perhaps the best laundry room in all Orlando. The place is very very very clean, including the bathroom. They have free wifi and the machines accept debit card, although slightly more expensive, but cash price is less. I dont think convenience should be cheap. Drying cost 0.25$ per 6 minutes increment. I love doing my laundry there.
