All my shirts where shrunk allot. My sleeves about 2 inches. I would not go there period. I have given them several shots but this is the last one. You name it they did it to my clothes.and all negative. Go anywhere else.

Wjust nowBEWARE. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!I brought a cream colored blazer and WODs leg suite slacks to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick them up they were a light pink. They said they could fix it. When I picked it up for the second time it was STILL pink. In the same drop off I was given a pair of slacks back only to find the matching belt was never returned with it.Not once did the owner address my situation, reach out or offer to reimburse me for the damages. $300 worth of clothing items are ruined. I would have been better buying a self dry cleaning kit and doing it at home. I WILL NEVER use this dry cleaners again.

I had a great experience at Kleansmart last week. I could see thru the hanging clothes how they press the pants on a machine, then hand crease the legs. It was pretty cool. The staff saw me looking and took me all over the shop showing me how the shirts are pressed - AMAZING - and how specialty items are handled with care (by hand). I saw the HUGE dry cleaning machines and learned that everything they do, except for leathers, are done in house!! The manager was super friendly as was everyone. Thanks guys for my impromptu field trip around ur shop. You guys do a GREAT job with our clothes and at a reasonable price. Thank you Kleansmart staff - we really do notice all the extra care you take!! :)

Had my dress embellishments completely ripped off. I was very calm about it trying to see how can it be resolved. They took advantage of me not being pissed of ( and i should have). Manager promised to check for embellishments in the machine and call me. Never called, never apologized. Said it happens. So i would never go back there and would tell anyone else to watch out for careless irresponsible staff. Shame on them !!!

Good staff - horrible service. They lost one shirt then the next week gave me someone elses shirt. A few weeks later shorted me a shirt, I went back immediately and they found it. Lastly, there were burns either from the heat or chemicals that stained another shirt. After 4 incidents its time to find a new dry cleaners.

Terrible! Shame on ME for going to them 3 times and being let down all 3 times. I still have to iron my clothes because they press/steam wrinkles into the clothes.. They also mixed my same day service Travel clothes with clothes that I did not need and I practically had to wait for them to correct the mistake.

Please please stay away from these guys. They have completely ruined my uniform shirt. I got my shirts back and they are two tone now. Very upset. I will wrote a review everyday if I have too to make sure you stay far away from these guys.

Excellent job! I have been their customer since Jan 2013. Once they know your preference of services (starch and crests) you wont be disappointed with them.I recently moved out of the Lake Nona area and after 9 months dealing with Green Dry Cleaning (GDC) management rudenest and their poorest Service, I have decided to go back the Kleansmart Corp. While at GDC, there was not a single order correct. Every time I asked for crest on my sleeves, I never received that service. I decided to ignore the first incident, press the sleeves the 2nd & 3rd time, mentioned the 4th time to renter my preferences in their system for the 2nd time) I took the 5th service back and their manager rudely told me that I already paid for the service and walked out of the place (really?, where are your customer service woman)...These are the reasons Why I decided to leave their place which location was conveniest for me but their service and customer service not...Bye bye a GDC. WELCOME Smartklean Corporation!!!
