Three tries to get clothes to rinse. All triple load machines broken. All customers here complaining about same problem. Waste of money

Im here now just spent $11.50 on 2 machines. Placed my detergent and fabric softener went to start and theyre not working. And the # to reach the facility is out of service. This is absolutely absurd. And we pressed the button for service, NOTHING 😔

Its a nice place but its small. My only con is that they have only 8 carts but I liked the place.

This is just one of those places you can sit and inadmissibly think about your bleak, but oh so bright future. As if you could Luminate every moment in a subtle fashion. Every single second is another chance to add more color, more features, more indistinct detail due to clarity.

Im a little disappointed. I started coming to your laundromat because is clean and 24 hours. I cant understand why you guys allow customers to leave their laundry unattended and leave. Everyones time is valuable. But, I respect others and for that reason I remain in the building or in the parking lot and remove my clothes. That way others can do their laundry. It also makes you lose business. Every time someone goes home and leave their laundry in the machine tales money from you. Ok, I have traveled to your laundromat 30-45 minutes after work because Saturdays and Sundays is packed. Why I am writing this review is because if we are going to wait for laundry we would like the restroom to be open so we can urinate. It makes sense to me. Your machines are in good shape. Facilities clean but no fair to your clients to allowed disrespect from other customers. In addition, bathroom locked. I might have to start traveling longer to Titusville. Thats all.

The place is clean and have never had an issue with machines that are out of order and not working. Been coming here for years and the price is reasonable. There is a sign in the door that mask are required but this isnt followed by the customers and because there isnt constant staff present this doesnt get addressed. Also I used to go at nighttime and there are often homeless people and/or intoxicated people just sitting in there. A good place but doesnt feel the safest unfortunately.

This is not a sports bar! Listen if I go to a famous restaurant at the same time I was in you laundry location I can have a special menu with 3 or 4 different TV channels for less money between your washer machine and your dryer machine altogether, and I can be hours enjoying a clean and better atmosphere4. What type of free Wi-Fi you’re advertising to the public not everyone has a spectrum account, hello! Wake up and smell the coffee.5. You say: There is a sink in the bathroom.Exactly how you going to reach the sink if the bathroom is lock6. You say: Most laundrys no longer provide sinkThere’s still a lot of laundry out there that have a better understanding when a washing machine do mistakes.7. You say: outside sinks for some people take advantageExactly those type of things happen when there’s no supervision inside the location8. I like the laundry place and I love it is 24 hours for people like me that like to go at night time. The only thing is that because is 24 hours and no employee is there late at night it gets very dirty. There’s a lot of trash on the floor (people sometimes are very dirty) but if they can at lease clean before the last employee leave the place it will be great!

Ive been using this laundry mat for over a year and today I was very disappointed in how uncleanly it was so I decided to take it upon myself to clean the laundry mat that I use because I would rather do my laundry in a clean facility if youre one of the individuals that you use this laundromat clean up after yourself your mother doesnt live here...

Expensive, but takes card, so convenient (but not convenient enough). Spotted a roach or two. After looking through the reviews and the owner responses, it just seems like the owners deflect a lot rather than take responsibility for any faults? But thats only based on reading about other peoples experiences. This place got the job done... but I definitely wont be coming back.

I dont like this place but there is not many laundromats around and i found this one the best of all. Its not cheap eitherHere is the thing. Every laundromat should have a restroom. This one has it too but unfortunately is always locked. you will have to ask for a favor the bar next door

Well I went to do about 8 loads of laundry here and it was crazy busy and I happened to accidentally leave one load there by mistake which I understand is my fault but I have called and messaged this place more times than I can count to see what they did with the load I accidentally left there. I was hoping they hold the clothes for a certain amount of time before giving them away or throwing them out but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. so I guess Ill never know where a good portion of my clothes is 👎👎👎

The hotel I was staying at didnt offer laundry services so I had to venture out and this was the closest place. It was late at night, but still quite busy. Using a card there hit with a fairly large hold, but the signs there indicated that this was the case. Overall the machines did what they needed and the prices were reasonable for everything. Not super clean, but not horribly dirty. Id go again if I needed to.

Went in today for the 2nd time, and like the first, the place was dirty and smelled like there was standing water, it had to be there for days. We took everything out of the car and put everything back into the car because of how bad it smelled. Hopefully next time its a bit more clean. Always hopeful!

I have been coming here for a couple of months. Its one of the nicest and cleanest ones I have been to. I dont mind the prices since the machines leave my clothes smelling nice and not this burnt nasty smell like the others. Bathroom is always unlocked for me when I go here. Only issue I have is the card readers on the machines. They dont seem to like any of my cards. So I usually have cash when I go. When I was in there today, I had already paid for a machine in change and it was running. Bad read kept popping up on it.

I visited this location on a weekend late night (dryer went out suddenly). Its clear but expensive. A lot of riffraff hanging around which may seem unsafe at times.This is a College area so teens & young adults are everywhere (drinking, partying at the bars which are in close proximity) There was a strong odor at the time I visited (not sure what it was)

Really bad, expensive to wash here, driers takes only 150 to start, not by quarters. If you are pissing you will have to go to the Patio because they never have the bathroom available for their customers.

I read the reviews before coming here and thought maybe some people were just rude and unpleasant. So here is my review of this laundromat. In previous reviews there was mention of the prices being too high. If this is supposed to be a college laundry then the prices are way too high for the average college student. I deposited $5.75 for a 32 minute wash. Thats $2.25 more than the regular one I go to. Also I noticed a lot of talk about the bathroom being locked and sure enough, it was locked. You think that after enough complaints from people about the bathroom being locked the owner would change it to a locking bolt on the inside and remove the knob lock. With that, customers can still lock the bathroom from the inside but it would remain unlocked while it was not occupied. Other than the high prices and the forever locked bathroom door, the laundromat was clean and comfortable.

Takes advantage of students since these are higher prices than other laundry mats. If the prices were lower I would assume the business would increase, since prices are a sure deterrent for students who cant afford a washer or dryer, why would they spend about 20 dollars to do 3 loads of laundry? the large washers should be 5 max, or promotion hours like other laundry mats so there would be more incentive to go to this laundry mat.

Washers are kind of expensive, they start at $3.25, and there are not as many washers as Id prefer.I checked today, the restroom is definitely locked, 1pm & several ppl have tried to use it but its remained locked all day ☹But i do Luv that these washers and dryers accept card.The only thing i HATE is the dryers are a minimum of $1.50, reguardless of how much time i want, and even if the machine dosent work i have to insert at least $1.50.Its Not a bad laundromat, its just ok, but finding a 24hr one where the machines accept card directly is very difficult, so that i do really appreciate

Somewhat expensive, but the facilities were fine. Be aware that I went on a Friday night and the dance music from the bar next door was very annoying and the bass echoed through the entire laundromat.

The bathroom has NO toilet paper and on ALL 3 times I’ve been in here on Sunday, there has been NO hand soap so that people can wash their hands after using the restroom. The machines work great, but is the bathroom hygiene the reason why I’ve gotten sick after my visits here. On temp duty to Orlando for 1 month. There is NO phone number on site so that an easy call is available for restroom service. FIX it! Bathroom Smells like Adult Urine & Stinky Dirty Baby Diapers! Nasty! I had to look the number up and it went straight to VM. How are you supposed to get the bathroom serviced, if you can’t reach anyone? Hand Sanitizer at least, come on?

This place is TOOOOOOOOO expensive, save your money else where. I too have never seen a the bathroom opened even once. If you have a problem with the machine, good luck on trying to get a hold of anyone. There is no number posted anywhere in the building and the number on google will just hang up after 2 rings.Btw the power went put while washing my clothes and your clothes will get locked inside the machine. They have no backup or anyone to unlock the machines. I suggest finding another laundry mat. I have officially wasted 2 hrs of my time WAITING for the machine to unlock . The clothes arent even done washing either. Worst laundry mat ever.

4 stars bec its 24hrs in a good area clean and cameras everywhere. Its more expensive than other laundromats in the area but I end up here out of convenience. Late night theres always a tv on but no bathroom. Next to a college bar and plenty of places to eat even at 1am.
