Love the place, ive been coming here faithfully for months, washer and dryers work great, excellent customer service and its always clean, the only thing i dont like is recently customers are coming in without masks on and there is a sign one the door, its starting to make me feel uncomfortable, i wear mine and would hate to stop coming here just for that reason .

So I went to this laundromat thinking finally I found a place to do alterations and dry cleaning only to be greeted with unprofessionalism. I brought my suit jackets to clean and alter on Saturday and I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. I came Wednesday and I was told off by the person working there.

Kind of expensive. Very clean and roomy.

Looks pretty decent... well lit, good machines, no issues.

It was OK they really need to do more cleaning and clean off the washers especially the tops of them and the sections that the laundry detergent and softener are placed in and have the TVS on ESPN most the time they are just sitting behind their desk doing nothing.

Clean laundromat and they have good, hot driers.

I have been going here for years. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Enjoy the music playing. Machines are well maintained and do not cause damage to my scrubs.

I have been here several times and it’s always so clean the people that work there are very friendly. I have never seen it dirty the guy that’s is there all time Is always sweeping and cleaning on top of the washers. I recommend them to everyone.

I dont really need a laundromat but Im working in the area and found them to be a fantastic place to break away from work.Better vending than the library next door; drinks and snacks, gumball machines, some sundries too. They do both, dry cleaning/laundry services and have a good number of self service machines of varying sizes. Theres two full body massaging chairs - wowee wow wow, a few old school arcade games, and even a working pay phone out front!!!Honestly, driving by you might think this plazas worn out and dead but its actually quite vibrant with the Post Office, Library, pizza shop, real estate school, and Chinese market.

The dryers dont heat as well as most as other laundromats out there. I go to a laundromat to utilize the higher heat.

Just moved to this area and usually I wash clothes on John young but wanted something closer to home. So before I came here I went to another place just down the road and boy was it a shocker the place was gross not kept so I set out to find another place and HIT THE JACKPOT.. This laundry mat is high, clean, customer service is excellent and helpful.. I recommend this place with 5 stars...

Plenty of machines that are reasonably priced. The lady that works at the front desk on Saturday mornings needs an attitude adjustment. She seems more interested in her phone then in customers.

I use to go here Years ago when my boys were young and it was a good place to go. No Ive move Lockhart and I have laundry rooms in my apt complex and still go here. Its clean, the price is awesome, the employees are pleasant.The washers and dryers do an awesome job!! Whats crazy is there are 2 other locations kinda in the same distance that are very old, not kept up, filthy, hot as heck.. Its a blessing to have something close and very well maintained. Keep up the awesome work.

Locked the doors when I only needed to dry cloths at 9:30. Hours of operations online says 10:00pm. I had less than 30 mins of drying and clerk wouldnt even come to the door. bad business practice. Never coming here again

No sense of decency. People leave their clothes sitting in washer or dryers and leave. Some sit for hours and cant be removed per Corona guidelines. Lol

There are plenty if washers and dryers here. The air conditioning works very well too. ;) Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Im in a difficult situation and she went out of her way to be helpful and understanding.

This place is awful!!!! My dryer wouldnt work but i have to work tonight and need things dried. I went to Google maps and found this place only 2 miles from my house....they are indoor and well lit with tons of machines. I went inside and was immediately yelled at by a huge black man that there is no use of machines after 9:15pm.....it was only 9:08pm....i told him its already washed just needs to dry as I put my stuff in he continued to argue with me. I said fine note to self find a different laundromat for future use. It is now 9:34pm and my laundry is dry....really?....they dont close till 10pm but he starts scaring customers away at 9pm....if i owned this business I would fire him....that is no way to treat customers!

I have used this laundromat for years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Any issues that I have had with machines (there havent been many in the past 7 years) was rectified immediately.

The Ghetto...Let’s start with the fake Rasta at the service desk. TRASH. Her attitude is a total reflection of her upbringing and her manners are non existent. No customer service whatsoever. Instead of checking for lint and cleaning, she’s on her tablet trying to keep up with the Kardashian’s 🙄. First and last time coming here. Been going there for year but today the gentleman behind the counter decided no to exchange my Clorox bleach to clorox color because it was to much work to return the item and give me a new one. Are you kidding me !!!

UPDATE: Although the dryers are coin only, most of the washing machines can take credit card which saves you lugging a whole coffee can of quarters. Nice!Very clean and the machines are always in good working order.

My father is a partial amputee and immigrant that wanted to go out and wash clothes in this establishment. He asked the attendant serving on Monday, October 23rd at around 2:30pm EST, for change. She took his exasperated sigh from walking with two partially amputated feet, as a sign of disrespect, walked away from him, ignored him, UNTIL I arrived. She then took her frustrations out on him believing me to have no connection to him. I told her she may be mistaken about my father being rude, she said he was and doesnt need to take guff from me. Not an experience Im happy about, and one ill make sure is broadcasted to the Veterans Affairs bureau to make sure none of us have to deal with that womans complete lack of couth.

The Giant Load saves me a lot of time and there is always an option if those are being use. The store is always clean and they have good customer service

The dryers took more than one time to dry my clothes and the some of the people there were rude after I accidentally went to one that was being used. Havent had a chance to have them clean my clothes because I did them myself, but so far not really liking it because of the dryers. They do have a snack and change machine as well as detergent for sale which is a plus, but a disappointment none the less.

It can get crowded on Sunday’s especially but overall they have good prices and sometimes you may even catch a free washer

I always use this laundromat my only complaint is the night time attendent has the TV blaring so loud that you cant even hear yourself think.
