For those who’s pet has passed away… this is the best place to take your pet, for you to take him with you wherever you go and have a fond memory. My experience with Animal Kingdom couldn’t have been any better. The owners were so very kind from the beginning, even taking the time out of there weekend to rush over to the shop just to help us out. They cremated my dog Sasha for a fair price and it came with all kinds of cute keepsakes and was packaged beautifully and with care. Even delivered it to me hours later on the same day. Could not have asked for better service on such a hard day. I would recommend 100%

We recently suffered our hardest pet loss ever with Lil Puff, our beautiful Russian blue we had for 18 years. We were recommended Animal kingdom through our vet, and glad we were. Animal kingdom showed the utmost compassion for a pet they had never known. Outstanding service and quality. They treat you with compassion and concern in your time of grief. The facility is clean and quiet and you can be with your pet until they are cremated if you wish. The little touches are so nice when you are grieving and show how much they care for you and the dignity of your pet. They have a flower garden they have created there in case you do not wish to take the ashes with you. Not too many businesses have created such a wonderful atmosphere in this time of big corporations, it really goes to show how much more special a small privately owned business can be to those who care so deeply.

Jenny and Chris were very empathetic to the loss of our beloved cat and very accommodating to our request of having a private cremation and explaining each step with heart-felt compassion. It was very hard losing our cat but Jenny and Chris made it easier to say our final goodbye and helped us and our cat find out peace. We 100% without a doubt recommend this place.

We lost our beloved pet rabbit Whiskey the Sunday before Easter. I communicated with the staff via Facebook messenger Sunday after researching and deciding not to go with the company the vet used. We took our fluffy boy to them Monday and they had him ready to come back home just a few hours later.Jenny and Chris were both very understanding and allowed us to take all the time we needed, both while choosing our options and saying a final goodbye to our boy. We had ample options, and ultimately chose to go with private cremation and the Forever package. No one ever wants to go through this, but they handled everything with care and professionalism, and we were shocked at how affordable they were. 100% highly recommend.

Len and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for all that Jenny and Chris did to support us throughout the loss of our precious dachshund, Marcel in February 2020. When I first spoke with Jenny back in the Fall, I knew that Animal Kingdom would take good care of us when the time came. Marcel passed away on a Saturday and Jenny personally came to our home to meet with us, then worked directly with our veterinarian to finalize the plans. We later met with Jenny and Chris at Animal Kingdom to pick up our beautiful remembrance package so that we could have an interment site at our home. My dog recently passed away in the middle of night. They answered the call and came out to pick him up very quickly, at 3 AM. He was respectfully placed in the bag to be taken away and was returned the next afternoon. I couldnt be more pleased with the service. I am thankful for having chosen this company and for all the little keepsakes, especially the little pouch with his fur. Definitely recommend them for when that inevitable time comes for our beloved pets.

They wanted to charge $280 to cremate my mothers Chihuahua that weighed 5 lb

I was beyond pleased with the way Jenny and Chris handled the private cremation of my sweet little furdoll Dorothy. Having seen their facility gave me peace of mind knowing that the remains I received were my dogs..

I am devastated over the loss of my cat Whacko, but the staff at Animal Kingdom Pet Services helped me through this tragedy with endless empathy and compassion. They spoke with me over the phone in the last hours of my pets life, when I was absolutely hysterical, and were so kind, patient, and gentle in talking me through each of the packages they offer. You can tell when a business is owned by animal lovers, they really understand what youre going through when youre losing your furry best friend. The staff even retrieved my beloved pets remains from the veterinarians office free of charge. Their bereavement packages are presented beautifully and the staff really listens and relates to you about your feelings of grief and loss. My package included a cherrywood container for my pets ashes with a place for a photo, some clippings of my gorgeous kittys fur, and a wonderful clay disc where they made an imprint of my babys pawprint (as well as very kind bereavement letters and wildflower seed bookmarks). They handled everything with the utmost respect and care. Thank you, Animal Kingdom Pet Services, for making one of the worst days of my life just a little better knowing I have preserved my pets memory in a beautiful way.
