I submitted a form online requesting information about your prepaid funeral program. Kevin Reynolds contacted me to set up an appointment and to send information and forms for me to review and fill out. We set up an appointment, but I had to reschedule and Kevin was extremely accommodating. During our meeting, Kevin was very professional and kind. He has a very pleasant demeanor. He listened to what I was looking for and explained the different packages to me. He helped me through the electronic process and checked back to make sure I received everything I needed. I was and am very pleased with the outcome of our meeting.Thank you kindly Kevin.

We contacted Baldwin about prearranged cremation services. Kevin Reynolds assisted us. He was polite, not pushy and knowledgeable about the items we required, it made the planning easy. We especially liked that they offered The Travel and Relocation Services option that he explained to us and the fact that one call at the time of need will take care of things.

Just finished signing up with our planning counselor Matt Tuccisrelli. He was very professional and informative. Definitely was not pushy. We are glad to have this accomplished so we don’t put this burden our children. Definitely a reasonable price.

I met her at the seminar she conducted in 2020 which was quite an education for me. i signed a contract with Baldwin Brothers. i am encouraging my friends to do the same and probably would have managed if it had not been for the Covid. Today, my husband and I met with Tom Hoffman, from the Winer Park office, to plan our final arrangements. Tom was very professional, listened carefully to our needs, and answered all our questions to help us reach a plan that worked for us. The plan was very reasonably priced and we are secure in the knowledge that our wishes will be met.

We preplanned services for my parents and Kevin was helpful and caring. He made sure we knew all of the options and accommodations to ensure everyone’s final wishes were covered.

I met with representative Dawn Fields last week in Fort Myers. (Did not see it in your list of locations). What a professional, thorough and polite representative for Baldwin. Options were explained, no up selling, just an explanation of options and their costs. I met with two other company reps that were also good but Dawn was at the top. This was something we all should do but some apprehension is involved. Thanks to the representative at Baldwin, Kara Leatherman, It wasnt too bad an experience. I thank her for her professionalism and friendliness.

Unfortunately we have had to bury two of our loved ones in the last 6 months and the first was a Dignity Funeral home, and the second was with Baldwin Brothers, so we have some perspective we can share. Baldwin Brothers was much cheaper and the service was just as courteous, prompt, and professional. They lacked some of the premium included benefits you got at Dignity (like a memory website, signature book, etc) but we found the Baldwin Brothers funeral to be all around a much better value and didnt miss any of the extras we were paying tons more for. You wont walk away saying wow we spent a lot more than we needed on that... which was basically how we felt after our first funeral with Dignity. Great value for the service you get... highly recommended.

When i arrived at the funeral home, Mr. Victor Lopez greeted us with a big welcome. He was very professional and friendly. He oriented my father and I with all the services that we could afford. After reviewing all of the services we found one that matched what we could afford and proceeded with paying for it. My father and I felt really comfortable being at the funeral home. They have excellent prices, and a funeral home with all of the resources. I recomend this funeral home to everyone.

My aunt had made all her arrangements with Dove. When she passed, I called them immediately (at my dads request) and they were extremely difficult to deal with. The first person I spoke with wouldnt even tell me who the designated person was to handle all the details. Everytime I called there during the week between her death and her funeral, I got nebulous answers to all my questions. Every single person from Dove that I spoke with (and there were four different ones altogether) was borderline insolent and spectacularly unhelpful. The funeral was a graveside service and, although they were the funeral home entrusted with the arrangements and delivered the casket to the graveside, they refused to receive and bring any flowers from family & friends. Contrasting this experience with my mothers funeral at Baldwin Fairchild was night and day.
