Our nephew passed away on August 7,2021 we found the funeral home on google. We met with the funeral home director Aaron. He explained everything to us and made us feel so comfortable. The viewing was 8/21/21 and funeral service was 8/22/21. They did a wonderful job. We used the minister they chose and it was an excellent choice. I want to say THANK YOU for everything.

I have had the unfortunate experience of choosing a funeral home and the people who work here are so friendly, accommodating and understanding. I personally had a medical emergency while finalizing the arrangements for a loved one. While waiting for the ambulance to arrive “Naole” the office manager sat with me and rubbed my back and Consoled me. John and Scott recently help my sister and me make arrangements for the untimely death of my nephew. Their pricing is very fair and ala Carte so you make choices that fit your needs. I like that my loved ones were cremated on site. The were not shipped any where else. If you have the unfortunate need to choose a funeral home, I would highly recommend them.

A year ago, my dad passed away and left behind zero instructions on how he would like things carried out. After I called numerous funeral homes and got a bunch of cold, short and almost annoyed responses to my questions- I found A Community Funeral Home & Sunset Cremations... They were my last call to make and I told myself that if I couldnt get anyone to just walk me through the steps, I would have to hand over this responsibility, because the stress was too much- especially living in another state. I spoke with John Madigan and he was so kind and so helpful. I felt like I could finally breathe! This funeral home literally did every single thing for me, stayed in constant contact and every staff member I interacted with, was beyond kind. This is the strangest review I have honestly ever left- but, if ever you find yourself in a position like this, or just trying to handle a loved ones death... I can not say enough kind things about this funeral home and the people running it. They removed so much stress from my life. Though they do this stuff daily, I hope they understand just how much they help, in more ways than just providing a funeral service/cremation.

From the moment I contacted and met with A Community Funeral Home staff, I was put at ease and felt understood and supported at every stage. I live in Springfield, Virginia and my husband was stricken with the COVID-19 virus, which killed him. His wish was to be buried in Orlando, Florida where he grew up. I contacted A Community Funeral Home & Sunset Cremations and am so happy I did. Eddie took care of everything. He guided me, long distance, through all the steps that were needed for the funeral. He arranged for transportation for my husband to be flown to Orlando and let me know when he arrived. He gave me a website which I could use to pick out, and customize, a casket. He took care of every detail for my husband as though he were a close family member. On the day of the funeral, I met all the staff and they were so thoughtful and supportive. COVID-19 had taken a toll on my husband, but at the funeral I was happy to see he looked relaxed and peaceful. I could see he was treated with care, dignity, and respect. Eddie is now helping me design a grave marker. I definitely recommend this funeral home to anyone who has lost a loved one, even if you are from out of town.

On January my brother Ruben passed away unexpectedly. Since the beginning of that difficult time. I have to say that Eddie, Sarah, Giovanni, all staff where great with us. They help us thru the difficult process. Explained everything, took care of everything and was at a very affordable price. Compare with others. They treated my brother and us with respect and understanding. I really recommend this Funeral Home. My brother is with God since Jan 18, but A Community Funeral Home help us in our grief process. Eddie, Naoly, and the hearse driver were very helpful and professional. They were very attentive to my requests and concerns. Burrying a loved one is a horrible experience, but they made it more bearable.
