The staff was caring and professional in a time of extreme emotional distress beginning with the employees who can to pick up my mother. She had been manhandled so badly by the officer who responded to the scene I was distressed even after being a nurse for over 37 years. The gentleman were so kind and reverential I will never forget their kindness.

Kelly was so compassionate and helped my family through our most difficult time. Her attention to detail made my mothers funeral beautiful. It was an amazing representation of my mothers life. From the memorial table to the flowers to the set up of the tables and food for the guests, the attentiveness of the staff was impressive. Everything was nice. We had a 2 hour time slot for the funeral. Once it was over, we felt that we were being pushed out. Other than that, cant complain.

2019 has been a rough year for my small family.Three of my close family members died this year and I had Baldwin Fairfield take care of each service and I was beyond pleased with time, care, compassion and personal touches they did for each of my family members. I highly recommend them for your loved ones wishes.Katie went above and beyond my expectations along with Jan & Terry. They did not deal with me like business as usual, they treated me with dignity and respect and like their own family member. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need them again but when another unfortunate day occurs they will be my first call to take care of whats needed. Jan the administrator and Michelle the funeral director at this facility were very professional and compassionate. With endless questions after my mothers passing they were available and patient with us before, during and after. The funeral services were wonderfully executed not only at the funeral home but at the cemetery as well. My family was very impressed with the customer service all around. Although losing a loved one is emotional and challenging to deal with at the time, we would highly recommend this facility.

Jason made me feel so comfortable in a funeral home where I had to make final arrangements for my beloved husband. He patiently took notes and asked vital questions about me and my husbands life.The viewing was beautiful! All who came were pleasantly surprised for the smile on his lips. I bought a pre need burial plan with Simplicity Plan. When Dignity bought them out, they didnt buy both contracts so I have been fighting back and forth to get the situation handled. My mother died on 7/19/19 and its 8/18/19- almost a month has passed and I havent been able to bury my mother. Im so upset that I have had so many issues. I bought the pre need so that at the end I wouldnt have anything to haggle with.

My dear friend went out in style they even provided a limousine for her cremation.My Christy loved Butterflies & thats what she got..We celebrated her life...If you want a exceptional celebration of a loved one passing...Baldwin Fairchild is the one....
