The best car wash Ive been to! Its in a convenient location and the service is always excellent. They do a quick but thorough job! I recommend them to anyone who asks!

Pay for Monthly Speedpass for 2 vehicles. Third time using it on my car. The tag never works on my vrhivle. Its never connected. You wait for the rude workers to check your account and they get sassy for you discussing their attitudes for wanting what you pay for. I had to discuss customer service with the guy as he shrugged his shoulders and turned. Didnt clean the front windows, nor the back trunk area of my vehicle and must have pushed to give me the cheapest clean. My car was still dirty when I drove out. Well see how it goes next time before I cancel. Weekend crew is more efficient and friendly.

This is now a Top Dog Car Wash. We have taken pur car a few times and have always had good experiences.

Gets car clean enough I just wish they would go back to a quick brushed pre-wash.....car wash alone does not get everything off....

Started out good but slowly the little extra services stop and closing early before time. Now I see why yall so cheap.

Have gone here multiple times with little issue. Usually there are about two or three workers there at a time, handling cash or wiping down the car before it goes into the automatic car wash. Today I exited the carwash and discovered three new scratches on the front part of my car. I wipe down my car after every wash so I know this isnt from a previous wash. There were also other minor scratches. If this is going to be the new norm, i will be looking for a new place to wash my car. Also workers were not wearing masks.

They went away with the brush down and depending on who is working the tunnel they half a$$ spray down your vehicle. But its the best in my area. Way east colonial!

Why did yoy take away the scrubbing of the car before the wash? The car wash doesnt take the bug off windshield. Was td theyre not allowed to.. I pay the higher price you should do that!

As is very common with most car washes with free vacuums, the vacuums available to use without going through the car wash first are constantly in a state of disrepair, broken, or totally switched off.

Got in line to pay. Only one line was open. Waited on car in front to pay. Watched them open second lane. Let 4 cars through. Told me to back up due to car in front of me. Watched more cars go through other lane. Nothing like watching others go ahead of you when you should have been next.

Really love to come here when I need to do a thorough clean and vacuum of my car. There’s so many vacuums and trash cans that even if it gets busy, you can find an open spot. I’ve used the car wash a couple times and have always left satisfied with the clean. Almost forgot to mention, the vacuums are FREE!!

I love this car wash. Free vacuuming with 2 different size nozzles so u can get those tight areas..The guys do an awesome job detailing outside as car automatically is pulled forwards.Price$ gr8... Ive seen many in Orlando charge upwards of $30.00 for less.Absolutely a must go to...

I will start by saying its not Blue Water Anymore. Its says now Top Dog. They corrected the vacuum issue( which didnt have enough suction before). They jack the top wash price to $25. Which I can understand but as part of that price you are suppose to have the attendants pre-wash the front end and the rims. That doesnt happen. Specially if the line is backed up.

Free vacuum and a pretty fair priced slot of options. I like that they also had an option to get unlimited for a month options as well.

I believe they are under new management.... Either way ... Spent $25 on a car wash, was expecting to have at least good suction vaccums..... Majority of them dont work well -- have to go over the same spots a few times to get a semi good clean.

I got the monthly pass and I swear they know my SUV because I come at least every other day.

Pay the extra for the top dog wash its worth it.

Its a great place to get your car washed.i typically go here a few times a week to get the bugs and grime off of my truck as i commute to west palm a few times a week. every time i go no matter what is all over the hood of my truck, they get it out.they recently added window spray and rags, which is nice. there are other really good car washes in the area that offer a bit more services, but ill stick with them as what they offer is consistently great.

Used to be my go to car wash. Now they pretty much double the price, menu is not easy to read as before. This car wash is not worth your time or money. Extremely disappointed in what it turned into!

Horrible it does not wash good or dry the vehicle good the vaccums do not have enough power to vacuum vehicle

Monthly or individual packages available for purchase. Does a good job but doesnt take off all the bugs on the front of the vehicle. The employees could do a better job on the front. Free vacums dont have great suction as far as getting dog hair or dirt out of carpet but do a decent job on lose debris.

The vacuum actually works pretty well. I wish they had carpet shampooer but they have everything you need for a shiny car.

Great car wash at a great price! I love that they have free vacuums that you can use (Even without washing). The car wash prices are pretty cheap, I think 6-8$ for basic, however, Ive gone through a few times and still seen quite a bit on my car. Maybe I should spring for the deluxe next time.

No towels available.

Bring an extra towel, or 2. The dryer always leaves my cars wet and with soap on it, especially the hood and on the back of the car. Buying the wash upgrades is hit or miss, depending on if the employee puts any effort (usually not too much effort). I only go here sometimes because its the closest to me. I would recommend Mr.Car Wash, their machines at least dry the car better.

I paid $16 for my Sorento to have watermarks all over my windows and still have dirt and dust on my back window and in nook and crannies. Im disappointed.

I got a car wash for $10. As I’m pulling into the actual wash, I ask the guy to get my windshield good because of the lovebugs. He said yea I got it (never did). Meanwhile 2 guys on the right not lifting a finger either, just talking away as if no vehicles needed attending to. So needless to say I still have bug splatter all over my windshield. Very rude!! Will be going to Mister from now on!

Broke my mirror and they wont replace it. Wait until they see how badly I screw up their reviews boards, horrible people. Asked me to leave after saying I need a new mirror. No value in their customers. We cant let places like this continue to take our money for a service and have no accountability.

I have been taking my car here since I moved to Orlando in August. I decided to spend a little more than the $5, and get a deluxe wash for $10. As I was entering the wash, the attendant said, whats so special about this car? Its just a Honda accord?! I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Great car wash only thing is the dryer doesnt completely dry the car. Bring something to dry it off or youll have water marks left.The included self vacuums are awesome have a lot of sucking power to them.Definitely recommend. 👍

Paid for the Manager Special, and the wheels were left pretty dirty and the truck still had dirt spots around. Also the machine doesnt dry very well, and you end up with water spots. Wish I had done a little more research and read other reviews before spending $20 there. Would not recommend.

It is a good car wash. However, if you pay for bug removal it is not always good. It all depends on the people that is working at that time. Sometimes, you get someone good that takes the job seriously. Other times, the barely pass the brush on the vehicle prior to the wash.

Absolutely horrible. Do not use this place. When I pulled into the place it gave the impression that it was a full service place. If Im going to pay $20 you better vacuum and clean the inside. Instead I have to do everything. Outside wasnt done properly either and I was told I could pull to the side and finish the cleaning myself. Since the Manager said no refunds I had to do a chargeback.

My first visit. Wow! I got the ultimate car wash and I was very impressed with everything. The car was very clean. Free vacuum, I think that is idealed, due to the much needed time I required for inside cleaning. I would spent over $5. along in vacuuming. After the wash you pull around to the right and complete your cleaning. I did notice the workers came out to help, and clean the grounds. Things were comfortable and I felt safe. I recommend to visit.

My son and I did a mom and son car wash..his first time ever...we got both cars cleaned and we vacuumed them out at the end...both car and van happy.

I frequent here a lot with my everyday car. Not bad for the price I only get the basic, you really need to dry the car yourself, the dryer there doesn’t work well but that’s fine. It cleans pretty well, I’ll keep attending.

I dont know if its something in the water or not, but I get a car wash here everyday, as it is the closest place to my house, and I continue to have water spots on my windows and windshield. Spot Free Rinse does not seem to be working. But I will say that this place has the best vacuums anywhere!!! They seem to be the only vacuums that actually work in the entire city of Orlando.

Was not impressed with the $10 wash. I still had massive amounts of bug residue on the front and it felt very rushed. I have been to places for less $ and they prescrubbed the front prior to the entrance or had an available brush for you to use. This just puts you on a rolling line and zips you through and i mean in less than a minute. Sorry, but one LIGHT pass over on stuff that is sunbaked on the car is not coming off. The nice thing was my tires shined, the rest of the vehicle was cleaner than before, and the vacuums actually sucked really well.Suggustion, slow the line down and let the car wash do its job.

Great place to get your car clean. Not only that, the workers are unbelievably hard workers and so caring. I actually locked my car keys in the car and they came to the rescue.

Quick automatic carwash. They removed the lava shield part of the carwash when they changed to $6 from $5, which I thought looked quite nice. Still looks good though.

Other than those other people reviewing will give it four stars for pretty lighting. Vacuum cleaners never work. And when I paid $20 for the ultimate. My truck was left Sophie. When I asked the nose picking manager he literally took his hand over the vacuum and tested The suction about 12 times. When I asked him about a refund for the bad car wash he just looked at me blankly. I had to turn around leave or I wouldve broken his nose

Paid 20 bucks for the best wash and came out looking just as dirty as before. Wheels dirty, hood covered in the same bugs, windshield gross. Never buy more than a basic here.

Good car wash except that I still had Love Bugs on the front of the car when I reached the end!

Pros here are the free vacuums, but the car wash is subpar. If you need a quick was it does a bare minimum of being ok, but it wont deep clean your car or even catch a fair amount of surface stuff that can easily be wiped away. I dont recommend paying extra for the bigger packages, just do a basic wash and only come here for a quick general wash.
