I have been coming here a few months. Sometimes it’s really busy but overall a great deal. Most of the staff are very helpful not all but most! There is one older Spanish guy with a bald head he’s always in the parking lot. He is always friendly to us and everyone around, makes us feel like not just another dollar, you really should train all your staff not to treat patrons like another dollar. Over all great place though

Really liked it here. The machine wash is good but the best part about it is the free vacuum (unlimited time) and the bug wash and dry towels they provide for you to detail your car completely. And the guys are really helpful and friendly. Recommended 100%

Amazing car wash! Definitely the best automatic car wash I have ever used. It has everything in it to wash and dry your car. Sure wish we had one here in Clarksville. When Im back down that way again I will definitely use it again. My brother even said the same thing.

When I 1st saw this car wash, I was excited to try there services but immediately became turned off the day I drove by the get my car washed on the weekend. It’s was like you’re driving into a club. People BLAST their music with heavy bass in their vehicles that you can hear it from a far distance. The employees allow such disturbances. One of them even dances to the loud thumping music from the vehicle’s. To the owner, If you want to attract more business, keep it professional and let the cleaning speak for itself. Please monitor your employees on the weekends because it gets really trashy over there with the obnoxious over the top music.-From a customer who drove away.

I have been washing my car for the last couple of months and I love it. For the price it cleans well and free vacuum and they have baskets with clean and dirty towels 👍👍👍👍 I highly recommend and on Wednesday they have a special. Thank you for all you do. Young people work here I praise them.

They have everything you need to get the job Done! I bought a monthly membership for $20, best plan if your on a Budget. They do offer other monthly packages that offer more services as well!

Overall great place to get your car washed quickly. If your car is covered in the pollen currently all over thenplace in Central Florida though, the best wash package cant get it all off. Best to manually clean that yourself.

The place looks nice, clean, and staff is friendly. However it can be a hit n miss. Sometimes my car looks amazing, other times, some parts of the car still look dirty.

Paid for a 20$ wash, hoping to have the bugs removed, took my moms car for a wash, got to the tunnel, the guy there named Alvin poorly washed my car, he didn’t even brush or anything like the other guys who usually prep, The manager was helpful in giving me a rewash and scrubbing the bugs off, but after the wash i brought my matt to be washed at the tunnel since the matt machine is broken, and was then cussed at and threatened for having complained to the manager.

This is an excellent car wash, the monthly plan is a great way to afford getting your car washed every week.

This place cleaned my car well and being from NY, I love how efficient and fast it is. It is a pretty good deal if you get the monthly plan. One suggestion is to add RainX to the end of the wash line. Also, Gary who helped me out is friendly and knowledgeable. I wish we had car washes like this in NY 😞.

Close too early on sundays, according to their schedule says 7 but when you go there they close at 5pm a line of car waiting to go in and they cant cuz is closed.. unreal

The Car Wash Palace was okay. The pay machines can be updated & more user friendly. The car wash could be a little more upgraded with different varieties of washes. However, the vehicle is wash to were it is clean. There is also plenty of spaces to vacuum your car.

The vacuum section is free if you get a car wash and they have an air gun also to get dirt out of tough spots. The car wash also was very good for $11. And the workers were smiling and waved hello.

Really awesome place. The best wash I’ve used in FL. The equipment is new and well maintained. Car comes out spotless. The real star is the vacuum and detailing area. The vacuums are the best ive ever used. Nice high pressure. They also give you two different heads. A narrow one for nooks and crannies and a large flat one for large surface area. They also give you clean towels.

The best automatic carwash Ive been to in years. No exaggeration! Purchased the basic wash and was pleasantly surprised at how clean my car came out (even the rims!) Vacuums are strong and complimentary glass spray and towels to use! Will definitely return in the future.

I went to go get a car wash they close at 4:30 last car and I arrive here at around 4:25 and wait for about 15 mins before they can take me in. Last time I use this place. I live about 50 mins away and this has happened twice. Online it says y’all close at 5p

Very impressed with a 5$ basic car wash and free vacuums!!! Vacuum area is covered to avoid strong sun and is equipped with glass cleaner and plenty of towels to dry your car. I live within seconds of their competition but I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to come here!!! Their membership plans look unbeatable as well!! Highly recommended.

When they opened a year or so ago it was $5 for basic wash. Great location so it’s always packed. They recently raised the basic wash to $7. Greediness at its best! $6 would’ve been acceptable. Take care of your loyal customers as most people that go here are locals. Greedy!

Really good value for your money and one of the best tunnels in the Orlando area, well equipped and maintained. Their tunnel cleans your car better than most, if not all other car washes in Orlando. Also, the covered vacuums are a plus.

This place has the WORST employees ever. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond belief. I use to visit this place every single day to wash my car and I had to cancel my membership because of the level of Disrespect I recieved from the persons working here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Tried this place last week, excellent service at a great price. I chose the $5 (the lowest price option) because I was really interested in the vacuuming. They have the most potent vacuum I have ever used at any car wash. Having free towels for drying the car off was a nice touch too. Quick and easy in and out.

This place has started out amazing problem is they are already going down hill I am an unlimited royal wash member which means I get bug remover sprayed a hand wash where the machine can’t get to an i also get a pressured soap as I enter the tunnel the bald white guy hits it every time without failure but the others don’t seem to do it anymore and they haven’t cleaned their tunnel rollers since this place OPENED!!! Now I’ve had 2 windshields scratched in this tunnel they say it clearly on the website they are not responsible for this fair enough I have full coverage which makes the replacement free again fair enough but the biggest problem is the towels THEY ARE NEVER DRY!!!! I do not want a wet rag to clean my window it creates streaks the fact that car wash palace has this issue at everyone of their properties has made me contemplate cancel my membership this month needless to say this isn’t the place it used to be and it’s only been a few months I’d hate to see it in another few months....

Keeping my car clean! Free vacuum after the machine does a great job on the exterior. I got the membership with the midrange upgrade so the tires shine.

Car shining, vacuums are super strong, they even have an air blow hose and I finally reached the deepest spots in my interior. Highly recommend add HOT WAX to your washing cycle it makes car shining and water repilient.

If I could give the a negative I would. So I went here on Saturday. My bumper was filled with dead bugs. I paid for the $10 wash and to my surprise it doesnt include the bug wash. There is no sign no nothing. The car in front of me got her entire car sprayed. And even they scrubbed her windows. To their surprise she was family to me and she spent $10 and when I went to roll down my window to talk to the guy, he yelled and told me No. They didnt even pass the soap on my windows. When I finished and went to use the vacuum he heard me complain and said that you have to spend $15 or more to get the bug spray. Funny thing was a punk of a manager was walking with him and didnt even say anything. All he did was laugh and walked away. When I said that they sprayed my families car and not mine he laughed again and said oh well!!! Ive been calling the number and left 4 messages and no one has returned my call. I will see to it that my family and friends and business do not use this car wash. Terrible customer service!!!! Im reporting the to the BBB.

Lots of extras here. Towels to dry your car or wipe inside down. Little air gun to blow out cracks and crevices. Vacuums are strong. They have a wide one and a skinny one. And Wednesday the y are $2.00 off. Great deal.

This is one is by far the best one they have not like the one they have at Kissimmee it will drive the extra mile just to come to this one instead at the other one.

This place is great, $5 for basic car wash. Because my car was so dirty before I went through, one of the workers noticed bugs still on the front of my car and sent me through again. Also very convenient vacuums. Definitely will be back!

Car was sprayed some kind of brown stuff over my xar they did nothing about it. Had to go to another car wash to get repaired

This car wash left the front of my car dirty, even though the attendants pre-washed the front to get the bugs off there was still dirt on the car at the end. Also going through the wash, the brushes were very rough against the car and there were some issues with the track as well. They should service their equipment.
