Been using their bays for the past 6 years and now I think they finally shut down ( taped off, everything shut off ). The drive-in automatic wash was a waste and neither side dries your car to the specified time. The self serve bays are inconsistent in terms of quality and pressure ( always used the bay closest to the vending machines for best pressure ). Sad to not be able to wash my car 24/7 but have a feeling it won’t be missed much.

I paid the machine started but stopped in 20 seconds.. I lose $10, nobody here for help me.

Waste of money i went there twice i spent like 9 dollars wssted both times the self car wash is a total joke... the system seems like is rigged for u to keep on putting coins the soap stops working every 1 seconds to make u wait more and put more money is fustrating is not worth the stress you will have a bad time go somewhere else where theres no drama and just works

I put my dollars in the machine it gave my a $1 coin. I place the coins in to begin washing my car and it doesnt work?! Should have just went to a detail car wash.

Ive been going there for little a year now..and this is the 1st time Ive been there and had no soap coming out the brushes..last $3 because I had to use another station..but still like the area

My truck was actually filthier leaving the car wash, than when I entered! Be aware of the brushes in the self wash stations, as the one I chose was covered in oil! An upgrade is badly needed at this location!

Fine if your car has light dirt. Useless for love bugs, also the payment method doesnt work well. 8 bucks I paid for 6 mins of jet wash.

You wouldnt think the vacuum would be that powerful, but it is. You wouldnt think it would be so fast to clean your while car, but it is. You wouldnt think a car wash would be open 24 hours a day, but it (thankfully) is. Easy, accessible at any hour, I am a FAN!!!!

DO NOT STOP HERE! Water pressure is abysmal! Better off using someone’s water-hose at home. The soap applicator literally spits out soap wasting time on the clock.SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Its rare that I go here and the nozzles actually dispense any soap.

Its as good as any automated car wash. $6, $8, and $10 programmed choices for fast-washing your car. At the end theres an area to finish drying/detailing your car with coin-operated vacuum cleaners.

If all the machines worked I would give 5 star its fast easy and Ive yet to have a problem

I love an old coin operated car wash, they need to fix some of the equipment but overall a very pleasant experience for me.

Pros-The self-service portion takes credit cards so you dont have to feed the machine with quarters! The after-care area is actually pretty decent and covered.Cons-Absolutely everything else! Half the time the water pressure is horrific depending on which bay. The soap is barely usable as they must mix it so lightly to preserve soap and make more money. Its a joke. And a waste of money. It doesnt actually even wash the car.If you care about washing your car yourself- find another place. This place is laughable at best. A big disappointment!The hand car wash behind this place- youd think was there so once you realize how horrible US Wash is, that people would just spend the money to have their car washed properly but at higher cost- but in reality- the hand car wash behind it is not affiliated with US Wash and Ive used them several times and they do an amazing job. Just dont get them confused with the self-service wash in front.Unfortunately, with Orlandos horrible weather, sometimes you just want to do it economically as you know its going to downpour in an hour or the next day so having the self-service option is a great idea. Saving the good hand -wash for more thorough cleaning when the weather might stay dry for more than a minute!! Unfortunately however, US Wash falls decidedly short of expectations!

Charged my card $10 for a $2 vacuum. You can just look at this hell hole and tell you can’t trust these machines. Replacing my debit card immediately what a pathetic way to live!

Super cleaning power

This place just charged me $15 to wash my car by hand. My hand that is. Only thing that worked was the soap. The brush had nothing coming out, the wax was just water, the clear coat protection took 4 minutes to cover my car because it barley comes out, tire cleaner had nothing coming out.. Basically like i said nothing worked. There is no way to contact the owner or anything. °°DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NO WAY TO FILE A COMPLAINT OR GET MONEY BACK.°°°

Left a aluminum water bottle out for 5 minutes while I went across to buy a rag and it as stolen just like that. Along with the vacuums and machine completely suck. Never coming back again.

For starters their change machine only gives you dollar coins not quarters. That’s a problem. High pressure soap/high-pressure Rinse … There’s nothing high-pressure about either of these. You spend dollar coins to wash your car and it’s still dirty because there’s no pressure. Extremely disappointed waste of time and money.

Vacuums indicate $2 but charge your account $10. I complained to the attendant and he said give it 4 hours. I did and still $10. No signs to call and complain or anything.

Tried this place out. This place charges 3 bucks for 5 minutes to wash with their detergents. But Low pressure prewash setting wasnt working and i ate up my time most of my time trying to get it working. The stop setting didnt stop the clock either. Tried to get a refund but they only offered wash credit. Pass.

The vacuum had no power, I feel that if you are paying for a service you should be satisfied.

This is a NO STAR. Horrible. Your care comes out dirtier. They seem to reuse dirty water or are using reclaimed water. Dont waste your time. Go to the car wash on W Colonial and Maguire

Tried to wash my car here and had a horrible experience. Swiped card, it charged me 10, but the display was broken and did not show any countdown. Worse, there was no soap coming out while using the high-pressure wash. My car looks almost as bad as it did when it went in. No number of email anywhere to report issues. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I went to this place just to vacuum my car, it said $2 dollars and my card got charge $10...Don’t use your credit card in this place

Went to just get my car vacuumed I used my card to pay for a 2.00 to vacuum my car and they took 10.00 off my card for a car wash that I didn’t even purchase never coming back ! There was no one available to speak with to help with my problems bad customer services !

A word of advice: pay in cash, because by card, you cannot stop the debit, in the end $ 10 instead of $ 3!
