Car wash is in good condition, equipment is newer and works good.It would be a 5 star place however their membership is a super pain. I signed up because I was frequently visiting Orlando and it was convenient to get my van washed when I was by the airport. Now I haven’t been there in a couple months and can’t get the membership cancelled. They do not answer the phone ever, there’s no way to leave a message, and on the website it directs you to call them for membership issues. So my only resort is to now dispute the charge because there’s no way to get a hold of this business without actually going to it when you live far away. And I also agree with the other guy on the vacuums they are extremely picky of you using them, even harassed me as a member and the guy said I didn’t have a membership but turns out he was keying my Van plate wrong, and not like I was previously used to where they literally have free vacuuming no purchase required at this style of car washes, so don’t expect that here.Update after owner reply- tried calling, no answer. Will try emailing… 😢Update 2- if you have issues, email- they were quick to reply and resolve the issue. Like I said before a great car wash overall just the membership be careful with.

We like this car wash. Their prices are reasonable and their equipment for self cleaning the interior is great.BUT, buyer beware about the scam they are running. They offer a great discount for a one month membership. I told them one month is all I want. Their employee pressed the keys for me to purchase it. What they do not disclose is that every month they’ll auto charge your card for another month!! Several months later after being charged monthly and not using the service, I went in and complained. They said that is our one month memberships work. I told them they need to disclose that to consumers, but they did not seem moved. I guess the money they make from scamming peoples is more important. If all you want is a one month membership you will probably need to see management to get them to not auto charge the card thereafter. That’s what I did.

Great car wash! Greeted by the owner as I pulled in and she helped me choose my wash option. The wash itself is thorough, but slightly abrasive and pushed my driver side mirror back, but no harm done. Most car washes will do this depending on the size of your car. If you have an adjustable mirror, I would recommend folding it in before going through the wash. The vacuum areas are great! Plenty of covered parking spots with very strong vacuums and even compressed air for cleaning the hard to reach areas. Nice microfiber towels and spray bottles for cleaning windows, etc. Overall pretty happy with this new car wash. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends!

A car wash with a great value. If you happen to purchase a membership, be sure to go through the car wash BEFORE you use their vacuums. They will powertrip and kill the vacuums if you don’t do it their way.“…with great power, comes great ability to unplug vacuums” 🤦‍♂️

Oh my car wash gold! 🤤 We live in Nebraska and used this car wash before we returned out rental car. It’s such a great clean and reasonably priced. Plus, free vacuum!! I pay twice what I paid here at my hometown, better have your quarters, and hope there is soap in the thing car wash.

What makes this car wash standout compared to others is the amenities offered after the wash. Excellent vacuums that are available on both sides of the car at numerous stalls. Compressed air to clean small areas like the air vents and cup holders. Microfiber towels and window cleaner. A floor mat cleaner to get all the dust and sand out of the mats. Great customer service too! Will continue to give them my business.

Got the $20 wash. Didnt seem to leave the car shiny. I do like the fact they give out towels to dry. And the option of a do it yourself pre-wash is a plus.

Wish they had these where I live. You put the car in neutral and get pulled through, like the old school ones used to do when I was a kid. Once you exit the wash you pull into stall and use the free vacuum. Each of these stalls has towels and glass cleaner. Worth every cent!

Really cool car wash just make sure you get your car washed first because you have to be a member or get a car wash to use the vacuums free there should be a bigger sign or someone there to inform people before they go ahead and use it.

I drive Mr car everywhere in the state so it gets dirty. I usually dont go to full service car washes because of the price. But this car wash has reasonable prices, but what gets me is they have cloths to clean your windows, window cleaner, free vacuum, a Blower to blow dirt out of your vents. And get this. A FLOOR MAT at cleaner. All complimentary. LOVE THIS PLACE

BEST car wash in town. The bug washing station is perfect for all those pesky love bugs and beyond. Be sure to use the scrubbing brushes found in the buckets. They are made with real horse hair for a no scratch clean. Stop in before the bugs ruin your paint! Conveniently located right off the 528, can’t get any better!

Very nice people working there, but I have gone through twice when the water smelled horrible. Like reclaimed stink water, 12/7 was the most recent.Very tight turn to get into the wash with a full size truck. The rinse cycle does not get the soap off and I have to rinse the truck off at home, and wash the bugs off the head lights myself. The vacuum stations are very nice. But the stink water in the wash was horrible and no way will I go through the wash again.

New favorite car wash in Orlando! My family just got back from a road trip at the beach so my car needed a deep clean. The car wash option that was recommended was the VIP and it left the car almost spotless. A little extra elbow grease had to be used to get rid of the love bugs, but that is expected. The additional features that this car wash provides is what sets this place apart! There are clean towels, cleaning products, and an air pistol to reach the hard spots like the air vents or in the cracks of the doors. Today was their soft opening so they offered free washes until 1 pm and hands down that was the best wash my car has ever had. We are ready for our next road trip now. Thank you kindly for the free wash and I look forward to coming back again in the future. Everything was top of the line and all of the employees were super friendly.

Excellent car wash. Most car wash places leave my rims dirty but not Floris Car Wash. They do a good job. The vacuum is strong and included. Watch out the vacuums will suck up any loose receipts napkins pens and charging cables.Great place I highly recommend this place. 09/03/2020

Excellent wash, convenient location, superb self detailing stations. I am a happy customer and member of the wash club. If you wash more than two times a month youll cover the cost of the unlimited monthly membership, and honestly every car needs to be washed more than twice a month in Florida.Not only that but a pre-treating area is available so you can scrub off the really caked on dirt and bugs from your grill and mirror area and let the automated wash take care of the rest. Afterwards, each vacuum station has clean towels so you can clean up the few bits of water not blown dry in the tunnel as well as window cleaning spray and a pneumatic air hose to easily clean dust and such from your vents and crevices. There is even an automatic floor mat brush machine to run your floor mats through. Highly recommend!

This car wash broke my side view mirror on the passenger side and they had the nerve to tell me that I came in with it already broken. Unprofessional and very rude owners. Be careful you don’t want to spend 10 dollars on a car wash to then have to spend 400 dollars to fix your mirror.

Purchased the $45 monthly plan thinking it was good idea. We entered the car wash and the big rollers that clean the side broke my passenger mirror. I notified the owner and he tried to fix it for a few min then told me that I came to the car wash with my mirror already broken. I explained this was a brand new car with full cover and if I were to break it, I would’ve called my insurance not blame someone else. He threatened me with his attorney and walked away and not even a sorry for the inconvenience. I am beyond frustrated!! What was suppose to be a simply car wash has turned into a major expense out my pockets.

The fact that they had towels to dry your car along with vacuums and other cleaning supplies to use with your purchase of a car wash was impressive.
