The day I got the uhaul was fine, they had already rented the truck I needed but we made do. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. But when it came to returning the truck they had chained their gate closed even though they knew I would be dropping it off after hours. They wouldn’t take my calls and still haven’t called me back. They charged me the extra miles I had to drive to return the truck to another dealer because I was NOT going to be charged for another day. The Gentlemen at the Benton location were happy to help me return the truck they made it easy and stress free. Next time I WILL BE GOING to the BENTON U-HAUL NEIGHBORS!!

Easy to reserve here. Fast friendly service. Easy location off the freeway and to hop back on with very little effort.

Lousey made a reservation online go to the pick up location I selected arrive and find it closed with no way to pick up my reserved unit. Call Uhaul for options and after a brief discussion with a lady I get placed on hold for over 15 minutes then I get abruptly hung up on. Quickly canceled my reservation and now Im looking to purchase a utility trailer so I dont need to stress over Uhaul again! Forever a former customer.

U-Hal Neighborhood Dealer Storm #54Terrible Service.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Business hour are 9am to 5pmMy husband arrived at 9am 11/9/2016 to pick up truck since he already had a reservation scheduled.Owner/employee arrived to work at 10:15am stating the he went to bed late because of the elections. (Really!!!) We had people that we are paying to load up the truck and you oversleep because of the elections.!!But it gets better; My husband goes to drop off the truck since we had a drop off reservation scheduled at 10am 11/11/2016He waited there till pas 11:43am and no one ever showed up.!!! We knew this was a 24hrs drop off but how can you trust someone that unprofessional and not get a receipt. but we had no other option then leaving the truck there an leave key and hope for the best. We can not wait all day here!!!With all the things and business we had to deal in the past month this is the most unprofessional business we had ever deal with.!I called the 800# for u-hal and because this person is local business theres nothing they can do.If you need a Uhal go to other location thats all Im saying.

Website said that they are open. And when I got there the gate was closed, so I called them and the a lady answered the phone and said that was closed. If they was closed then why did she answer the phone. False advertising.
