This place used to be ran quite well, Ive done buisness here for a little over 13 years, Ive used there product even after all the coil problems for the past, lennox was my favorite brand and is in hopes to still be my go to. Lets just say the counter guy that I ran into gave me quite a problem one day and this might be a isolated incident. Though some miss communication, happened. Ans the guy straight gave me the worst attitude and acted like I was someone that didnt belong there, Ive spoken with the lead tech Tyler a number of hours, as well as taken classes at this same location, Ive been in this store a number of times, this incident has me wanting to go some where else with my buisness. And I hope they get there counter people a little bit of a humbling experience. Ita tuff enough trying to do this career. To have a guy at the counter give you a hard time because your trying to purchase they product, that under warranty.

She went over and above to help me get my issue resolved! She is awesome! What an Asset to the company!!!

Helpful only if you’re lucky enough to get the right person (few and far between) or catch them on a “good day”. Otherwise, be prepared to block off 2-5 hours.Even if you use the app or web page, planning ahead to actually have the items you need on hand when you arrive is basically pointless.If the equipment happens to somehow make it past the warranty period, the on-site service leaves much to be desired and ends up costing more in time than if you had just chosen another manufacturer/ supplier to begin with.
Jeremy at the NW Windfern location has always been a big help with getting material and equipment out in a timely manner. From the front desk to the warehouse personnel at the NW location they put customer care first thank you all for your help !!

It says they dont open till 7:30, but I got here at 6am and was able to get a dock door right away. They started unloading my trailer about 6:30am or so. Good service the guys that do the unloading seem pretty cool, they never gave me any attitude. Its 7:10am and Im unloaded now.

We installed a new lennox package unit on the roof at our office. It worked for 3 days and then began freezing up. It has a restriction. I have reported this to lennox and they will no longer return my calls. Horrible customer service. I will never sell a lennox product in Houston ever because of this. Garbage equipment.

Not homeowner friendly. Just wanted to buy a FAN....no freon.nothing crazy...the fan on top of my compressor unit broke. On hold forever to only be told I need an EPA number.........for a fan? Transferred me to another number, Consumer Affairs, where the recording said 15 minute plus wait time. Did not stay on the phone for the 15 minutes plus.
