I really think this is the best place to get a last minute room.They helped my family get a 2 bedroom, 5 STAR nice place, a lot cheaper than 2 rooms. About the price of a nice hotel, and they got a kitchen and so many amenities! to buy tickets for the parks in Orlando, Disney, Universal, sea world, water park, attractions all best prices, Jose really explained the parks and different tickets available. And I searched, they do have the best prices also as best service. Any information they KNOW, nice people great service... Right on the wall, they been open since 1991, great job!!

So happy we stopped here to get some information. The gentleman that helped us was so knowledgeable. Asked us what we wanted to do and didn’t have us purchase anything that wasn’t necessary. Also told us a lot great restaurants and gave us coupons for restaurants. Just an overall nice experience. I would highly recommend stopping in.

This is the first place you should visit when you first come to Orlando. Longer stays are of course welcome as they have everything you need in town. Best rates and friendly personal customer service. Amusement park tickets, attractions, hotels, rental cars or just questions, they answer it all!

We always buy our tickets online and pick them up at Know Before You Go in Orlando. Convenient location. Restaurants, things to do all in walking distance. Suggestions are welcomed and affordable. Staff has always been very friendly and most helpful in things to do. Walk the Main Street, bike, bus or trolley. We prefer to walk and see the shops and things to do. Great day trip. Much to see!

Being in Orlando for the first time, my wife and I were able to have the experience of a life time thanks to this establishment. The staff was extremely helpful, and provided us with all of the services we needed while there. we were able to rent a car with their help, visit the theme parks at a DISCOUNTED price, and most importantly we were able to have a Florida experience that extended beyond the theme parks. We got to see gators, take some tours, ride and air boat, and these were just simply the best 14 days. We definitely recommend visiting Know Before You Go if you want a great time in Orlando.

Really good discount on disneyworld tickets especially christmas season and new years time. They also have very knowledgeable staff! You can count on them for really valuable information and great deals! We also got coupons for good restaurant deals and recommendations on great sightseeing. Amazing customer service! They are also able to assist customers speaking French there! Keep up the great work guys. Worth stopping by if you are new to Orlando and its attractions.

Great service and very friendly

The staff here was extremely helpful when I needed it most. During a visit to Orlando I ended up stranded after walking all day. This place gained nothing from helping me, but they went out of there way nonetheless.I needed to print out a trolley pass to get back to my hotel. Every shipping or printing place I went to would not help me because I had the tickets in an email attachment & not on a USB drive. As a last resort I asked these people and they came through.In a place as unhelpful as Orlando, it’s good to know there are still actual human beings out there. If I ever come back to international drive and need any kind of info or help, this will be the place I go.

Very helpful staff, we were looking for tickets to go to the main parks and they went above and beyond giving us maps, coupons, and helping us set our fast passes. Not to mention, that the manager speak multiple languages and he could help me translate all the info to my family.

Charged $20 for a GoLynx Bus pass. Pretty sure that the price is supposed to be fixed at $16. If youre a tourist and you want to buy GoLynx bus passes my advice would be to go to ABC supermarket on Carrier drive, just a 5 min walk from this shop.

Rude staff. Overcharge you for standard price 7 day lynx tickets by 4$per ticket....tell you tge dont have child options and over charge you at 5$ for all day pass....even though again tgey are only 4.50 on board children 7 plus are 2.25......they just get rude and defensive when you ask why they charge more than anywhere else

The place was small but the supply was large. Here you could find information on just about anything like traffic rules to hotels and theme parks or even buses. Until the morning, there were two slightly older gentlemen who were really friendly and helpful. These gentlemen did get the best price offer for these gentlemen tickets (at their request we did a price comparison and eg our hotel was $ 80 / day higher)! I would definitely recommend you to visit and inquire and get acquainted. The place does not dabble in anything but still provides a lot of information!
