Searched for weeks to rent a Tesla X. I tried 6 businesses in Florida and all got me on the bait and switch and they never had the car.Then I found American Luxury Group. I cannot express how happy I am with the service my family and I received when I rented an exotic car for my fathers 80th birthday. The day was rapidly approaching when I pitched the idea of renting the Ferrari for my father for his birthday. It was met with skepticism from the critics(Wife, Mother, sister). Anyway I stuck with the idea, did my research on a few rental agencies near my fathers house in Orlando and after reading the mostly positive (except for 1) reviews, went with Victor at American Luxury. So glad I did!! My father was blown away!! Never expected it in a million years. They dropped it at his house at 11 am and picked it up the next day. 24 hours of automotive therapy! Needless to say he was very sad to see it go. If youve ever thought of doing this for yourself or a loved one....dont hesitate. Victor and Tibi are extremely helpful and courteous people. Every step of the way I was walked through the rental process as I did all this from my home in NY over the phone. Very responsive, and always ready to answer every little question I had. Of course social distancing had to take place and the car was delivered in immaculate condition and sanitized before my father ever touched the it. Only bad thing was......I was not there to experience this amazing adventure. New baby and Corona kept me home. Oh and my dad actually broke a piece of the rear fiberglass air diffuser. What the hell dad?!?!? Fortunately it was not one of the 1600 dollar each fins!! Or the super expensive carbon fiber section around it. Fortunately Victor did not have to order a new part and was able to have the fiberglass locally repaired. Whew!!!! Anyway Im rambling. Just order the damn car for that special unforgettable day and never look back!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

Two months ago I planned a surprise to rent an exotic car rental for the day. After doing my research I selected American Luxury for the rental as they had good reviews. I emailed the rep and got quoted a price. I tried to put the deposit down and sort out details for the rental and was told to wait until closer to the date. Closer to the date when I phoned, they advised me that they are not agreeing to the miles we would be putting on the vechicle. We were disappointed but understood and they agreed to a discounted price for us to stay local. The one rep quotes me $1100 with the discount of $100 which made sense from the $1200 rental price we agreed to earlier. Another rep phoned me to fill out the information then told me that it was $1300 with the $100 off and in addition I needed $250 rental insurance. At the end of the day it wasnt about the final price if they had quoted me a set price or took the time to understand my needs I would have been in agreement. However when you notice that the price fluctuates and with extremely poor customer service and organizational skills, they left me no choice but to back out of the rental with not enough time to find another company. Please dont waste your time with this company and if you decide to go with this company, understand you are taking a risk of unreliability. I have every single email and log of our conversations. They proved to be dishonest and untrustworthy.

My family and I took a last minute trip to Orlando,FL and decided to rent the new G - Wagon with the manufaktur paint for the weekend (My Hopes was to test drive it before buying) and I must say the vehicle did NOT disappoint. I am very surprised when American luxury auto group in Orlando is given one bad review due to the fact The client refused to pay insurance when her insurance did not extend. We even gave her a discount off the daily rental rate. I can fully confirm that the service the company is top of the line and we extend excellence in our cars and service. Rented the red BMW i8, and it was a beautiful car to ride around town. Tibi and team added positively to the overall experience. The price was better than other places I talked to and they are truly local (i.e. didnt require the 3 day notice like a rental company from Miami). Their inventory is phenomenal. Were happy we splurged on an exotic car and plan on doing it again in the future with the same company. Maybe a Lambo next time???

I rented a car from American Luxury Group for the weekend in Daytona Florida. Victor and his team were very professional and helped me choose the orange Lamborghini Huracan. The car was perfect, and Victor face timed me, so I can see all the car selections they have. He delivered the car to me in Daytona and he took the time to go over all the details of the car.
