This place is a Joke. NEVER RENT A CAR WITH THEM. They are going to steal your money.Our story is, we renta a car from Thursday to Sunday and when we got to the airport the didn’t pick us up… they where close! How in the world!!!!We ended up going next day in the morning and they told us they didn’t have a car!!!! Omg for real?The guy who speak to me was even able to say that my banc wouldn’t even refund my money!! And guess what they are doing that!!Why? Because this place is a joke and they are even able to steal your money without any service done!NEVER RENT YOUR CAR HERE!!

I will never rent from your company again. My family waited an hour for a shuttle bus. Called your company 7 times no answer. Had to take a cab to you which was $18.70. Asked the front desk lady about the shuttle and how we waited an hour. She made it seem like it was my mistake. Asked to speak to a manager who was very rude. Tried to explain the situation to him and he repeatedly cut me off asking for my proof of insurance. I asked to be compensated for the the taxi fare. Never did, said he will put it in my notes and I will get a credit once I return the car. Never did! No credit on my card to date! No one showed empathy nor concern that a shuttle bus never came. This was the worst rental experience I ever had. I will never rent here again. Also, they needed to put a $500 hold on my credit card and was told it will be removed 3 days after returning the car. Lies!! That $500 hold was on my credit card pending for 3 weeks. My credit card company couldn’t do any thing because it was pending. You have been warned. It goes to show when you buy cheap you get cheap. Priceline should be ashamed of themselves for having this horrible company listed on their website.

I rented a mid-sized car, months in advance, and they gave us a large minivan- there was just two of us. Definitely Not an upgrade to me! Where was the car I reserved?!? They refused to come outside to inspect the vehicle for damages and even when we found some very minor ones, we asked them to come note it and they said no. We took plenty of pictures just in case! The vehicle was filthy on the outside and had many sticky drink splatters on the inside as well.The driver that picked us up from the airport didn’t even acknowledge us but had a lengthy conversation with another couple in the van. His driving was erratic and extremely fast! To the point I was bouncing around in my seat.The driver who brought us back to the airport appeared to not be able to really communicate in English very well. He drove very fast as well and played Christian music rather loudly the entire time which, personally, I was put off by.Finally, they put a $500 hold on my credit card stating it would be released the day I returned my vehicle. It’s two days later and it still has not been released. They said I had to get the sun pass as there are tolls between the business and the hotel we were staying at. I specifically asked, “is there any way to get there without tolls?” And he stated no. Come to find out, there were directions we could have taken to avoid them. I am very displeased with the lack of professionalism and integrity of this branch and would never recommend them nor use them again.

Used Green Motion in Orlando last week. Very impressed on how quick and easy it was to get our car. The rental location was very clean and the car was in great condition. Very polite and helpful staff. Never hearing of the company before I was worried. However it was a smooth experience

Easy check in.. Brian upgraded my car with no charge! Definitely happy about that. Answered my questions.It would’ve been nice if the car was brought to the main entrance since I was traveling with a child and had 3 big bags to carry, as a courtesy. I was waiting at the main door thinking it would’ve been brought to us LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️ But the drop off was AMAZING. Super easy and and QUICK. Nice man carried me and my sons luggage to the shuttle. Got my invoice via email after drop off. I think for a peace of mind it’ll be nice for someone to insect the car with the customer. That’s how I thought it was done? Anyways, I was glad with the service! Definitely renting here again!

Avoid if you can. Cheaper is not always better. Have them put everything in writing. Very bad experience from start to finish. I was told we did not have to pay for the tolls. That was a lie! They are billing me for tolls in September from my rental in July! Called customer service—ZERO help! Avoid this Rental Company!

Everything with the rental was fine checking out and In... Workers told me everything was great the day we checked in and they said my deposit will be back 5-7 days . Its been 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO DEPOSIT BACK ON MY CARD AND IVE BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. I cant believe their scamming me like this. Very Unprofessional, Im not going to stop trying to get my deposit back, but I highly recommend to try another place instead.

My wife & I are relocating, needed large truck and carrier to tow the car. We’re doing a large move just the 2 of us and the long trip and towing the car,...... super super daunting. 😬 But NORBERT ( I hope I spelled it right) was helpful and attentive and concerned about our experience and our time. The other gentleman behind the counter whose name I didn’t get, was very friendly and helpful too 😊 I mean these guys were dressed in their finest office environment attire, dress shoes on and all, showing me and the Mrs. how to latch, secure and tow the car in a parking lot under the Florida sun!! Norbert, you’re a god send. Blessings to you. Very very pleased with Green Motion! will be referring everyone to them. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thanks guys. Worse experience in renting a car. Since when is a Nissan Sentra comparable to a Toyota Camry? More like a Toyota Corolla. Paid the price for a Camry or similar and seeking a refund now. Clearly shows on their website separate category car and price. Attendant said it’s the same class as a Camry. Terrible way to start our family vacation. The Sentra has dents on every bumper, passenger door barely shuts, and chips in windshield. Looks like it’s been beat to hell and shouldn’t be used as a rental. Beware of the bait and switch. Zero stars but not an option.

My wife and I flew late into Orlando and were only waiting a short while before a very friendly shuttle driver arrived. He took us promptly to the rental car hub. When we got there well after 11, the counter attendant was incredibly friendly and professional. He got us squared away in a brand new car with only 12 miles on the dash board. We had such a pleasant experience, I would gladly and happily go with these fine folks again! Y’all were superb! Keep up the great work!

Awful experience. I booked a rental car a few days before arriving in Orlando. first bad experience was that I waited 40 minutes in the heat with no water for the shuttle at the airport to pick me up, once I finally got there they claimed there where extra fees they needed to “tack on” so I said whatever and told them to do it. They “refunded” me my money (which was on a credit card) but the original purchase was still pending so when they re-charged me for the “corrected” amount it declined. When I tried explaining to the employee what happened he said “that’s weird, call your bank” but obviously they can’t do anything because it was pending. I ended up having to walk down the street in 106 degree weather to rent a standard U haul pickup truck witch happens to be $100 for 4 days instead of the almost $600 they where trying to charge me; much better deal (I’d recommend)It’s been 4 days since this happed. I’ve yet to see a refund of my $600 and I hope I do soonUPDATE: 11 days with no refund.

Horrible service if you get into an accident. They do not respond to emails or phone calls 90% of the time and when they do they are not helpful at all. They also do not work well with the insurance company they offer at the counter either. My insurance has been trying to contact them for 6 months now to cover the damages and to get my $2,000 back which is what Green Motion charges with any damage even if it wasnt your fault. They may be a good company if all goes well but in my situation they are a horrible company to work with. If I were to choose again I would go with a company based in America that is more popular. Much less of a hassle

The worst car rental place ever. I picked up my car and did not receive good customer service. I understand were busy but the agent should of taken his time with explaining everything to me. When I left, I called customer service to get a few of my questions answered and they never answered. I left 3 messages from July 1st and have yet received a call back. Long story short be aware of their hidden fees. Please think twice before renting here.

A group of pathetic loosers, liars, and scammers! Zero customer service. Extremely unprofessional. WATCH OUT!!! Their business strategy is to rob and run. They obviously dont want repeat customers.Was skeptical renting here after reading many bad reviews and turned out they are accurate. Ive been renting cars every time I travel and never had an issue picking up a vehicle. Presented my personal insurance as well as my credit card insurance which covers rentals and yet they wanted to charge me more than double the initial quote on top for additional coverage and other bogus fees. Ridiculous policies. I immediately told them to cancel my reservation and went to Hertz at the airport and picked up a car without a single issue in 5 minutes.While at their facility I observed at least 5 other customers being super frustrated with them and their service, and I literally saw how their associates were laughing in the background.They told me they cancelled my reservation and I will get refund but priceline informed me that green motion never provided a refund. I called this company again and was told that they will make an exception and refund me the booking fees only to later receive an email telling me that its non refundable.I truly hope they go out of business or go to jail for scamming people.Response to their stupid generic comment below: I already emailed your company and the location multiple times and called several times. Over the phone I was told Ill get a refund and by email I was told no refund will be provided so I filed a claim with my credit card because you are a bunch of liars.

We had the BEST experience! Employees were friendly, they upgraded up for free, they charged my credit card $500 but it was stated in the fine print. They said we we’re definitely going to get that back! Not too far from airport. Shuttle came very quickly. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company!

I don’t usually do review. And I hate to leave a bad comment but this place was the worst part of our family trip.If you can find a different car rental place, PLEASE DO!! It will save you a headache and will start your vacation with a great introduction to the city. I booked through priceline and thought the deal was AMAZING. I payed online, so $0 when I went to pick up the car. When I got there after a 12 hrs flight, The front disk lady was rude and unwelcoming. It was 10:30pm and she was like “we close soon so are you going to take the car ?” This is the first car rental place that Iv been to that only takes “full coverage insurance!!” So if you don’t have that be prepared to pay $100+ a night for insurance, not including your car rental. They also took a $200 deposite for incident fees that is suppose to be returned when you return the car. In total I payed 970$ for 5 days for a small basic SUV. ITS BEEN 3 weeks and they still haven’t returned the $200 deposits. Iv literally called everyday the past two week and no one answers. Iv left voice messages to be called back and no call back.It was a horrible introduction to Orlando. But thankfully we had a great time because of everyone else.Also if you’re going to need a ride back to the airport be there 5 hrs early because their shuttles take 45-60 mins to pick you up and a 20 min drive to airportAlso the Bluetooth in the car doesn’t work, thank god I brought my Alex echo

Recomendad many times to friends an clients. This last week a friend reserved and only charged him $127.00. Went and tried to modify reservation told us that had to call cuates service and when we called a voice message to leave a message and call back, something that never happened.Then when came to puck up the car because he was from another country made him pay $330 plus a $200 deposit! He said his American Express car will cover some of this insurance and according with the representative they dont take American Express cards, REALLYYYYY? So they had to buy for the insurance. By the way; Insurance was never offer during booking!!Horrible service!!!! Horrible conditions and they became already like the other small companies next to it. I never recommend this place EVER Again!

Im not going to lie I was extremely nervous about this company after reading the horrible reviews online. Please see things for yourself because you go in with those negative reviews on your mind ruining your experience at your own accord. I flew into Orlando Airport 2 hours late and was worried because of the reviews I read that I would not get my rental. Well I did with no problems, and there are no hidden fees. There is a $500 deposit and $58 sun pass fee for unlimited sun pass use. Had I not gotten that sun pass and went through 1 toll with that rental I would have paid $30 bucks. You do the math. They do require you to have full coverage on their vehicle which every rental car has, I just used my personal full coverage and did not pay anything outside of what I listed above. Any rental car you go to will try and upcharge you but my representative was straight forward. I even inquired about a car seat and told me to buy one from Walmart as it would be cheaper then renting from them directly. I promised the guy I would write a positive review so here it is. I really wish I rembered his name but

Lousy rental company, beware of surprises when renting your car. None of the cars have toll equipment, they say that if you leave without the toll device, you will pay fines for it and every toll you pass will get a fine of $30 dollars and they offer you a service of $105 dollars if you dont want to take these fines. but if you pass the tolls the values ​​are $2.25, why dont they put the transponder on the cars? and they want to charge us $105... this is really ridiculous. Other than that they charge a security fee of $500 on your card, that is, I hope you have this limit... because if you dont, you will have big surprises.

Update 08/01/2019. Green Motion still hasnt refunded my $500 deposit, 4 weeks later!!!!!!!!!Horrible!!!! Vehicles arent ready for customers when you arrive. Instead of having vehicles ready, they do the inspection, and cleaning, only after you arrive. Only one person washing cars and doing the inspection. Also, I mistakenly assumed the car parked in front of the receiving area was our rental car. It was the same make and model. Turned out it was a car parked for airport parking that was completely unlocked. Had to turn away the car they brought. Stinks, full of stains, and damages.

Extremely over price.....if you go through a third party they will beat you over the head... i pay for insurance and collision still had to pay a extra $500 for liability.They dont say that on the web site.I had to change the car 3 times. This place is a Scam. We had paid for everything or we thought everything through Priceline with our airline tickets. When we arrived they told us of a deposit that was never mentioned before. $150 deposit which we had no problem putting on our debit card because they said it would be refunded automatically when we returned the car. The lady in front of us had to put down $500 which she had no idea of but she had to in order to get a car. We used our own insurance on the car so they said that’s why we only had to put down $150. We returned the car July 13th it is now the 26th and still no return of deli. We have been calling a few times a week since returning. Some employees told us our return would be on there in 5-10 business days. Now a different employee says that was just a hold that they didn’t actually take the deposit which they did because it came off automatically and I get a text alert with every transaction. Beware of renting through here because you can’t ever speak to anyone and you won’t get your deposit back. Double check when booking through 3rd party sites that it’s not green motion your renting through!!!!

If I couldve left no stars I would. Make sure you bring you insurance card!! All of our info was digital they held a extra 500 because of that and if you took there insurance it was another 100 plus. Which is not stated when you book. And the customer service sucked! Never again I rent all the time and the digital card is always accepted!

Would assign negative stars if possible. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Horrible service, hidden fees, unreasonable policies that are inconsistent with all other rental companies. There is a reason they have such low rates - they will nickel and dime you until it costs you more than a reputable company that is actually located at the airport (as opposed to waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive).

Was charged additional $25 per day for using my debit card. $100 for 4 days? I didn’t get my credit card ready, and it would take another day to pay it off. And I am sure I wasn’t the first customer who was charged that fee, next time maybe they can try to let customers know about it. Like “hey customer don’t forget to have $500 available on your credit card otherwise we will screw you”Someone will probably reply saying that they are not obligated, but I am not obligated to leave a good review.

I highly recommend this company for your rental car needs!!! I rented from the Orlando Florida location and was highly impressed! The shuttle picked my daughter and I up from the airport and the driver loaded our luggage up for us & quickly drove us to the Location where we picked up the vehicle. The sales associate who assisted me was named KOOL & he made the renting process a breeze! He was very professional, fast, friendly & was dressed nicely! He rented me a Nissan Rouge which looked brand new! When he pulled the vehicle around, he adjusted the seat to my height, had the AC Blasting (it was very hot that day), and loaded my Daughter & I luggage for us which I thought was extremely nice of him seeing as how I rent cars all the time & never once has anyone offered to help with my luggage at any other rental car company. He went above and beyond! KOOL definitely made a return customer out of me for that simple kind gesture which I greatly appreciated!! 10/10 would recommend!

Friendly staff. Little odd about American Express... Can make the reservation with it... But needed a different card at pick up. This location is OFF SITE from the airport. But they have a free shuttle that seems to be pretty quick, and you dont need to call for a ride. The cars dont have a Sun Pass but they said they handle it by Licence Plate. Car was clean and brought out quick. Return was quick and painless to.

Bad customer service. We came from Philly and rented a car at Green Motion. Unfortunately, our flight got canceled and we called them and left messages, no one returned our phone call. We were able to pick up our car only the next day. When we reached there, no car was available for us, they simply canceled our car! Even explaining to them that this was beyond our fault, they didnt want to help us out with a rental or a refund. After days with the customer service, we finally received a refund.

Upon arrival at Orlando, we had to wait +60 minutes to get someone to pick us up from the airport and then an additional 20 minutes to get a car registered to us. The return of the car to the rental establishment and transport back to airport was good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!ITS NOT WORTH IT! Took my deposit because they said there was dog hair in the car. Tried telling me it cost $150 to vaccum the car out. Also was told when I returned the car everything was fine and I would be returned my deposit. Then was charged the deposit amount the following day with no notification that such was being done.As if it wasnt enough that I was charged $600 with all the fees and everything for only 5 days they had to take my $150 deposit too. When I finally got ahold of someone the guy kept mocking me on the phone. Very unprofessional!!I have used enterprise in the past and never been charged over dog hair! First clue is the fact that nobody ever answers the phone. Second clue was a 2 hour wait to check in when only 4 people were ahead of us and every single customer was more than mad. Heres the scam. They require a $500 deposit which is twice as much as other companies. Make sure to bring a credit card not your bank/debit card or pay a huge fee. Be sure to bring your car insurance policy that clearly states you are covered to rent a carBe sure to inspect your car like a hawk down to the tiniest scratch. These guys are shady. Bad experience in what should be an easy process. There are better companies.

By far the worst rental agency I have ever experienced or heard of in my life. The car they gave us was in horrendous condition. AC was broken, windshield wipers didn’t work, dents and scratches all over the outside of the vehicle, inside was dirty. I called and they lied to me. They told me they would drive us another vehicle to where we were staying and pick up the one we had. They never drove the vehicle. They never called back to explain. In fact, they stopped answering my calls altogether! I am surprised that this place is still in business, and I highly recommend going to literally any rental agency other than this one. Read the Yelp reviews and do not let the reviews on Google fool you. They have hundreds of 1 star reviews on yelp, which is fitting for how terribly horrible this company operates at every single level. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.Update: One week later I received a call stating the car we used was decommissioned; we also received a full refund. I did not update my stars given, as the experience during the matter was still one of the worst Ive had, but the lady that picked up the pieces after the fact was professional and apologetic.

I almost never leave a review, good or bad, but I read the reviews on Yelp and got worried about about our rental we had for Christmas night to Orlando with Green Motion. Our flight was originally planned to get in Orlando at 9:15 pm and they closed at 11 pm. I thought I was good until Spirit delayed our flight for 3 hours. I called Green Motion and they said we could pick up the car the next day, if we did not get in until 11:45 pm. I spent the whole flight worried about how my family of six with four small kids were going to get to our hotel with everything closed on Christmas. Even all the restaurants in the airport were closed. When we landed I called again to let them know we still needed the car. The young lady who answered said she was waiting for me and was sending a driver to get us. They arrived 10 minutes later and had a nice Dodge Durango waiting for me as we rented a car that holds 6+. The reviews said cars are old and people are not friendly, thats why I am writing this review - this was not the service my family had. The car was nice and the lady at the counter was great. Thank you for your service and for waiting for us on Christmas, it truly took a lot of pressure off my wife and I while making this trip. 12/25/2020

We had a very late night and the shuttle arrived 30 seconds after us. When we got there the employee was so friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I have for customers is review the fine print on the contract for acceptable forms of payment. Great place to rent a car.

Terrible place. Charged me double for deposit fee even after triple checking with the staff member the charge amount. He assured me I would only be charged the amount we had discussed and the documents provided to me for authorization only disclosed 1 charge amount. When e mailing the company regarding the issue, they sent an authorization form I had signed which did not provide any additional charge information at the time of the signature request. Dont trust this place.

Sketchy. Told me I legally had to pay for insurance unless I showed them I had full coverage on my own personal vehicle at home. Tried to rip me off with toll passes. Came for a team trip and multiple people on my team used them and we all had crazy different bills for the exact same cars and dates. Car was not full of gas when I picked it up, and was very abused. They didnt mark all the car damage on the car and I had to go back inside to show them things they missed so I wouldnt get charged. Would go elsewhere.

The pick up, and drop off, with this company transporting me BOTH ways, was spot on wonderful. I will definitely be using them again. Horrible experience, lack of care or concern from the lady at the counter. Booked a rental via Priceline using an AMEX card, got to the rental place after waiting 45 minutes for their every 15 minute shuttle. Waited on line for another 30 minutes only to be told they dont accept Amex as deposit for their vehicles. No one cared, no other viable option given. Waited another 45 minutes for the shuttle to go back to the airport and lost a total of 4 hours of vacation time. Went to Alamo and got a car within 25 minutes!

Worst car company ever!!! Beware they close at 11pm! They charged us an additional $300 for picking up the car a day late because our flight was delayed. We landed at 11:30pm, tried calling them and they didnt answer. We picked up the following morning and were slammed with charges. Had an amazing Easter weekend planned in another town that I am getting married in and this horrible company cancelled my rental. They admitted that other customers were paying a lot more and they were important. Lesson learned to all. Do not, do not, do not rent from this 1 star trashy car rental business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Live and learn - dont make the mistake we did..The transport driver who picked us up from the airport arrived in a beat up Mercedes commuter van and drove like a maniac (speeding, tailgating, changing lanes without signaling, almost running red lights).Upon arriving at the rental office, another customer was already having an issue with the agent and was clearly not happy - as to what the issue was, Im not sure.Agent marked a few notes on the white sheet of the Inspection Report, then provided us with the yellow carbon copy without even looking over the vehicle with us. He advised for us to simply take pictures and everything would be fine.Upon looking over the vehicle, it was over 2 years old with many dents and scratches both inside and out. Additionally the vehicle was disgusting and had not been well cleaned.Due to some confusion and wanting to be sure that the inspection was done properly and we were not charged for pre-existing damages, we went back in to ask the employee. He proceeded to tell us again that taking pictures would be just fine and the small yellow sheet was the only inspection report they had. When asked why the inspection report did not come close to resembling the one in their videos, he walked away into a back office, came back to the desk, did a circle, went back and sat down at the desk and said nothing, I asked if he was looking for something or if he had not heard the question, he advised he had already helped us and had nothing more to say.Customer service was absolutely the poorest Ive experienced in a long time - no smile, rude remarks, ignoring questions, raising his voice, and failing to do routine parts of his job.I would highly recommend not giving this company business unless its all you can afford..

Stop, If you are in the Florida Orlando area did not rent from this company. They do a poor job of sharing information with the customer. Once you pay for the vehicles thru price line and get to the desk .The company start charging you for other services and protection that they do not tell you up front that’s mandatory.For example, they will charge you $20.00 a day if you us debt card to pay what they call a umbrella. The umbrella is to cover the the deductible of your insurance. However they won’t you to show them you have personal insurance on your vehicles. $500.00 if you use a a major credit card, however they do not take take American Express . You will get the $500.00 back eventually. Another rule is that you must pay for Toll service a charge of $40.00 one time fee or If you use a toll there a 30.00 dollar charge for each violation. Lastly and more important all credit cards have to be in the same name ... which was a issue for my family because some cards or in my spouse name . Lastly i have no issue paying for service I just don’t like when companies are not transparent in there business practices.

I have been waiting at the airport for over an hour for their shuttle. I’ve called twice and haven’t been given a definitive time, the ONE time a driver came by it was with a full bus.I would have rented another vehicle or used a ride share had I known it would be this long of a wait with zero updates.

I would make it a No Star review if could but apparently you cant. How can a company take your money but not have any cars available? Caled Expedia to get my money refunded but Green Motion didnt feel it was necessary!!!! Really? You dont have any cars available for my daughter that already paid in advance to get herself, husband and a seven year old and 1 year old to hotel in Disney (their first trip on a plane and to Disney)! So had to put out more money to get a ride to hotel. What kind of business is this?????

Im glad I went off of the airport to rent at Green motion. The shuttle comes regularly and the ride is really short . My reservation was ready when I arrived, in the agents were so accommodating! It was the best price of all the rental companies without cutting any corners. I will definitely use again!

We got there at 5:00 in the morning and were told that the 7 passenger van that my wife reserved was not available but heres this 4 seater sedan. I asked how all 7 of us, with our luggage, were expected to fit in a Camry? We waited over 3 hours for a large enough vehicle to become available to accommodate us all. That was our only hiccup with Green Motion.

If I can give this place no stars I would. You have to call to schedule your shuttle. This place doesn’t answer the call they give you a generic text. When we got to the rental building we were told our reservation was cancelled because we weren’t there at the exact reservation time but our flight was delayed and they don’t answer their phone. We were told they have no more cars (but we had a reservation for one?)They couldn’t give us a refund and tried to set up a rental with another place but jacked up the price to close to $1k for 3 days non-holiday weekend. This place is a scam don’t fall for their cheap rates.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is horrible!! I wish I read the reviews before going thru them! However, I booked thru Expedia and assumed everything would be all right. A mistake I will never make again!! Let me start by saying that Brian is amazing!! He was very patient and nice when we went to pick up the car. It’s not his fault he works for a horrible company!! That being said, I booked my rental from April 28th to May 3rd. Wasn’t informed of the extra $25/day if you use a debit card. Fine whatever, not going to let it ruin our trip. Was told to pay $186.46 in cash and then $172.50 went on my card. I was told we would get the deposit back on my card in 7-10 business days after we dropped it off. Well today is 3 weeks later and still nothing. I’ve called quite a few times before today and never get a person. Every time I call it’s an answering service and no one ever seems to want to call back when I leave a message, strange to say the least. I FINALLY got in touch with someone today and this woman had the audacity to tell me I was wrong and I made a mistake. First, she tells me that the amount was for $150 and not $172. Tells me to bring up my bank account, which I do, and it still says the $172.50 like I said. She still tells me I’m wrong and every time I tried to say anything she would just talk over me rude and condescendingly. Also, when you drop the car off they just take the keys and say you’ll receive an email with the invoice. I received that invoice and it was completely blank. Nothing was filled in on the entire thing. Not even our names!!This company is a joke!! Can’t wait to see the stupid, generic response they give 🤣 I have no desire to speak to them at all and could care less because I just called my bank and got the charge taken off. Thanks a bunch Green Motion, you’re the best!! 🙄Oh and after reading more reviews, they keep saying that it’s a hold and we won’t see it come back on our account. Well how about when it still says pending after 3 weeks?!? 🤔

I always travel (business and pleasure) and never once had to show proof of insurance in the U.S. So I had no choice but to pay $150.00 for their coverage. The front desk employee told me to send them my insurance policy via her managers email (which she never sent and I had to look up) and they would take that and remove the charge. So I spent the time to call Metlife and then sent over what she asked for. Nothing - no reply - no removal of the charges. I feel like what was a relatively inexpensive car rental went way above and beyond the larger retailers! If I had known this I would have gone elsewhere. Be careful of extra costs here. Nothing I have experienced before in all of my travels. The manger could at least get back to me.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental agency. We booked our rental with flight. The shuttle ride was scary enough. Heavy foot on the gas and brakes. Taking off driving before I could get my 4 year old at least seat-belted in. Upon arrival to Greenmotion, we met a young gentleman at the counter. Asked for a credit card. I handed him a card. Then he took all of my information along with my second driver. Then at the end tells me that I will be paying my $150 deposit along with $24 per day (6 days), not for the vehicle, but just to use the card for the deposit. The $150 was refundable. The $144 was not refundable. Mind you, I had already paid for the vehicle rental prior. So they are charging me an additional $144 on top of the rental we already paid for because I did not own a credit card. They would not let me use a family members card nor switch the rental to my fiancé’s name for the car so he can use his. The man at the counter got so snippy and rude. Started talking to us like we should just know their policy. There was nothing in the booking that stated this. Otherwise I would have been prepared. I’ve never had such an awful experience. Stay away from this place!

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT rent from this company! Booked a car out of Orlando for a two day rental on a family trip. Have friends that live in Miami and called to see if it was ok to drop off car there. I was told that would be fine. Upon dropping car off I get greeted by the Orlando owner (just very weird the owner just happened to be there when I was dropping car off) yelling at me telling me I can’t drop car off here and I will be charged a lot more which I was NEVER told. They price gouge which is illegal in the state of Florida and find anyway to take your money. I’ve already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida attorney general. Hopefully sooner than than later they will shut your doors.

I wrote an original review and it was DELETED. This company is absolutely horrible. They promised us a full size SUV and gave us a mid size. They told us to go back to the airport if we didnt like it. When we accepted the car, they told us to drive through all toll booths and dont stop to pay, they would bill us later. Come to find out, they charged us $25 each time we didnt stop, so instead of paying the $13 we accumulated in toll charges, they charged us $300. This was never explained to us. To top it off, they charged that $300 to a credit card WE NEVER GAVE THEM, not the card we used originally. How did they get our other credit card number...it was in our wallet the entire time. When we confronted them about this, they hung up and havent answered our calls since.

This place is a fraud! They took my money and wouldnt refund me. They told me i needed extra insurance, not knowing now, my own insurance policy follows the rental. If I could give them a zero, I would. My mom rented a car from this place and she got a flat tire. When she called for assistance, they refused to help. They hung up on her. My mom tried to get the tire repaired on her own and the tire repair shop refused because of the condition of the tire. It was worn to the core and had already been repaired in the past. The car was completely unsafe and I cant believe this company is in business. Run and fast. My mom also noted scratches on the car when she rented the car. She took photos and the manager asked her to stop. They also charged a $500 deposit (yeah, I know warning signs but hindsight is 20-20). Well likely have to sue to get the deposit back, despite the car being in unsatisfactory condition.

The person who checked me in checked me out a week later and remembered why I had to fly in to Orlando and rent a car. She asked me if I’d gotten all my things taken care of at our second home? She was smart, efficient, and went above and beyond with the personal touch of remembering me. Everyone was sharp and friendly. They will be my go to now for car rentals.

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.Got the car and drove an hour and 20 mins to our destination where we were staying. Later that day the car wouldn’t start it kept saying key not detected. Kept trying and finally Got it to work. We went to the store and got a new battery to put in the key fob thinking maybe it was just a low battery, nope still didn’t work. The next day we were trying to leave to go on a boat cruise and the car wouldn’t start again therefore we missed our cruise. I Call the office and before I even say my name or vehicle the kid already knows there’s been an issue with the car but they gave it to us anyway. I asked to have a manager call me back and nothing. When I went to return the car it was early in the morning and we couldn’t unlock the doors, fiddled with it for about 20 mins and finally got in. Get to the rental place and there’s just one kid outside and no one in the office asked again to have a manager call me and nothing. I have left numerous voicemails since and still ignoring me. NEVER AGAIN

If you don’t like your funds being tied up don’t rent here.I returned my car April 14th and my deposit is still pending I was told by my bank that the release date is in 9 business days meaning April 27th. I rented from Dollar the same week and received my deposit back in 3 business days.I must say I learned a lot from renting off airport property, it may be cheaper but there’s a price to pay!!!Moving forward I will only rent from MAJOR rental car companies which are typically at the airport terminal.

We had a really great experience with Greenmotion, our car was brand new and super clean. The building is a beautiful modern design, clean and slick. They have a coffee and snack bar inside and the staff were friendly and quick to pull up our reservation. Only con is that it isn’t apart of the airport, but it’s a short shuttle drive and the shuttle was there and ready for us when we arrived in Orlando! Would absolutely recommend to a friend and will be renting from them again.

Worst car rental place ever! We arrived to pick up our car and because we have our own insurance, they wanted us to sign that we agree to pay $2,000 if anything happens to the car. We did not want to agree to this so the rental clerk said “ok, I’ve cancelled your reservation”. He did not want to discuss it further. I asked if we would get a refund for our reservation which we had made thru Expedia. He said “yes, call Expedia and we will agree to refund your money.” I followed thru with Expedia who later told me Green Motion will not give us a refund. I have now filed a dispute on my credit card.I have tried calling Green Motion only to be hung up on. This company’s customer service is terrible and I will be telling everyone I know not to use them!

Worst car rental experience. I arrived about 9pm and had reserved a Nissan ALTIMA. Green motion upgraded me to a Ford expedition because they didnt have any more small vehicles. My destination was Daytona. Not happy about the extara gas consumption. I also had to go find the vehicle on my own as they were shorthanded. It was late and still had to drive to Datona. The next day I noticed that the remote didnt work, tires were bald, and no gas cap. I figured I bring this up when I returned the vehicle. Unfortunately it was raining when I was heading back to Orlando to return the vehicle and catch my flight. I had to drive slower and cautiously as the Ford expedition was sliding on the roads because of lack of traction. I arrived at green motion, no manager was present and had to rush or miss my flight. I called and also put in a claim for a refund and was denied. Again, worst car rental experience ever.

Had a great experience with GREEN MOTION CAR RENTAL this past week. So many off site places are dumpy- not this one!!! There is a swanky feel as soon as you walk in the door. Our trip had gotten off to a rough start with 4 flight delays and a major dehydration scare. The sweet gentleman at Green Motion gave us water as soon as we asked and upgraded our vehicle. The driver from the airport came within 60 seconds and was so polite and played the best music!!! I wont take a star off for the driver who HONKED AT ME for going too slow as I had barely been in the car 60 seconds and was still getting the feel for it. (He was a younger guy and was different from our sweet older driver who picked us up from the airport) When we dropped the car back off, the young man working was so so sweet and told us invoked amazing and that the $500 cc hold would be returned in just a few days. Highly recommend Green Motion .. 99% of these bad reviews are bc THE RENTER DID NOT READ THE CONTRACT and was unprepared. Also .. FYI - you dont need to show your declaration when you book - some rental companies require it - THIS ONE DOES NOT.

I made a mistake when I got there and need it to cancel. I understood that the policy was set. When I got there it took them very long to help me and once they helped me they asked me for $500 dollar deposit. Once they gave me the key and went to the car, it was very dirty with cigarette buds and bread crumbs. I notice that when the lady that helped me saw me walking back she went to the back and without asking her for something she “upgraded” me to a different car. It seem that she or they were planning to scam me. Also, when I got the deal it included the unlimited miles but when I got there I had to pay extra. Just because is cheap make sure you read the fine print. Don’t recommend at all, stick with budget or hertz.

Shuttle guy was great, waited 10 or 15 minutes the process at the counter was fairly quick, the car was great for the price just some minor scratches but hey! its a rental. Overall the girl at the counter was great the lady that answered the phone was very helpful. I will definitely come back next year!!!

Green Motion, it pains me to even give them 1 star they don’t deserve that!! I cannot EMPHASIZE enough to AVOID THIS RENTAL AGENCY AT ALL COSTS as another reviewer said they are a bait and switch company and when you’re standing there at their counter and would like to walk away, where do you go from there at 8:00pm at night. I rented from this company online it was a great price, But!!! I was a little leery about them being an off premise rental company and my concerns were correct. I arrived by shuttle around 7:40 pm. First they only had one agent working at the desk on a Sunday night Monday holiday weekend. Then the agent asks me for my insurance card I told him the company i am insured with as I have with many other rental agencies and he told me he required to see a physical insurance card! Never have I had to bring a card with me or was I ever told I had to, the email said bring your confirmation number your license and a credit card in my name all of which I provided. Luckily I was able to retrieve a copy from my phone on my insurance app. Then he told me he ran my credit card for 500.00 and it was declined!! So I asked him to use my debit card as I said it only gets worse with them. So he advises me there is a 129.00 charge to use my debit card. Plus then a 200.00 hold I felt the 200.00 hold was customary and I questioned why he tried to run the credit card for 500.00. He said it was because I didn’t use their insurance. Well not only was it 129.00 To use my debit card but they charged me 151.00 and he told me that was tax!! This place is a scam and they nickel and dime you I would never rent from them again and I am advising anyone who is considering it to think twice about it, you never know how they’re going to try and take advantage of you when you get there, and what are your options very few at that point and they know that. I would’ve paid more for the rental at a different agency if I had any inclination any of this would happen. So they give me a minivan as I requested that was a little scratched up no rear windshield wiper at all and less than a 1/4 tank of gas. And I won’t even mention the smell of the rotting seagull that was next to the rear tire of my rental in its parking space. I have pictures for anyone who thinks I’m making this up, Oh wait I already did oh well just another unpleasantry at this car rental company.

Never ever again. Cant figure out why they listed their phone number three times on your rental agreement. Got tired of calling and holding.They never pick up. Have rented cars all over the USA, Europe on many occasions. The worst....stay away. The other item that upset me is the fact Im a very safe driver but happen to be 70 years old. Thats another $10.00 per day. OH...and clean your bathrooms. Stay away......and not worth it. Recd an email from the company and they asked me to phone them back.....tried but of course back on hold....gave up! Wanted to discuss unrelated charge....garbage

***DO NOT RENT*** This is a 10 minute ride away from the airport. Absolutely appalled by the LACK OF customer service. We paid $250 for a GM vehicle just to find out they didn’t have Any. Took a $500 hold, which has to be on a certain credit card and if you don’t have one, you have to pay another $250 for insurance. If someone in your group has the right credit card that they offer to use they have to pay an additional $90 and be considered a driver. The whole place is just a joke and they just try to screw everyone, which is obvious if you look at any of these terrible reviews.If you rent from here BE SURE TO READ ALL 35 PAGES OF THE POLICY because they will try to do anything the can to pull more $ out of you.Terrible business. Worst place ever to rent a vehicle!! First the shuttle took over an hour to come when it was advertised to come every 15 minutes. Then we finally get there and they tell us our car was given away without a phone call or any notice. The woman behind the desk was very nasty and had no intentions of trying to help us and said they had no more cars left to give us. They left us stranded in their waiting room with a crying infant to fend for ourselves. We had to be picked up and find a different place to rent a vehicle.

This is the absolute worst parking facility and management I have ever dealt with. Please read this post and avoid this facility at all cost.I arrived at this facility to pick up my car from parking after travel. When I arrived, the valet attendant informed me there was a problem with my car.There was a large tear in the side of the front passenger tire and the tire was completely flat. He stated that they hit the curb with the tire and caused a flat. The car could not be driven. We called the manager and he said that they would reimburse me for repair of the tire. However, after repairing the tire, this same manager and his supervisor told me they would not reimburse me. They are now stating that I drove in to the parking lot with a flat tire and this is my fault!!!!In addition, no one from their staff was willing to help me change the tire and I was forced to do this myself.The unprofessionalism from the supervisor, manager, and valet staff was shocking. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!
