DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau of Orlando FL.I was told by an employee We dont really care about the inside of the vehicles, just what the outside looks like. Quite apparent from the vomit stains and smell in the back seat on the day of pick-up.Advertised that the rental vehicles are available to be picked up at MCO airport. You have to take a shuttle from the airport to their building, which is about 15 minutes from the airport.Fast talkers and scam artists. I had it explained in a very hurried manner that a $330 deposit was required and I would be refunded $250 upon returning their vehicle. And this is after I have already paid $215 to have the car rented in the first place! I questioned the manager twice why he was not refunding the full amount, to which he changed the subject and ignored my question. I finally got it out of him that the $80 is being kept for a toll pass. He then tried to bully me into believing Florida tolls cost $25. I argued that I had driven a truck for 6 months and have never seen a toll more than $2. He then says Well yes, but the late fee for not paying is $25. Late fee and toll are two very different things. Do not be gullible and let them fast talk over you, because they will.Upon arrival back to the drop-off location, one of the employees actually met me outside the SECOND I exited the rental car. He motioned for me to go away and said the shuttle is right there, get on, quick, its about to leave to the airport, I will take care of everything. I had not gone inside, I had not spoken to anyone, I had not yet turned in the keys or recieved any kind of receipt or paperwork. This employee told me paperwork was unnecessary, and that he would see to it that things were in order. He was advised that I myself would square things away, and that yes in fact paperwork was absolutely necessary. When I made it inside, I was told there is no paperwork. No receipt. No confirmation that the vehicle had been returned undamaged and properly filled with gas. It took over 20 minutes of listening to their stubborn scam artist jargon before I was hesitantly printed a receipt.Deposit is not returned to you upon the companies receipt of the rental car. This is the single most incredulous scam I have ever witnessed. I understand putting down money insuring that I will bring back the vehicle, and I did so (ignoring the toll pass scam for the moment.) However, upon return of said vehicle my money is now my money. I was advised that if you elect to do the toll pass, the refund will come in within 2-3 business days. However if you do not get the toll pass, it can take up to a week. A scam within a scam. The refund being delayed is absolutely ridiculous, as 99% of their customer base will be on a plane flying 2000 miles away, unable to be in person to argue and get their money back when they fail to refund it. (Spoiler alert it happens to me.) I asked (to be fair, I demanded at this point) written confirmation that my $250 refund would be processed and returned to my bank account. No surprise, I was again told that no such receipt exists. We arent allowed to do that. More arguing, and some crude document was finally produced with a -250.00 charge typed on it.Vacation was 2 weeks ago. Thats 14 days, 10 business days. I returned home on a Sunday evening, leaving the following Mon-Fri available for the refund. I still have not received my deposit. I called their office and was advised Theres a note on your account that you demanded the refund be issued as soon as possible. I dont know why it hasnt been taken care of yet. Kudos to their articulate data entry clerk; however I did not demand a hasty return. I demanded proof that my money would in fact be refunded, as I would be 2000 miles away unable to come back in person if the refund had not been issued. And lo and behold, here we are, 2000 miles away, with no deposit in hand.

So far my experience was great. I had only one issue which was the car i originally reserved. But i went from an SUV to Minivan. But he upgraded me at no additional cost. Now if my deposit comes back in the 7-10 days it will stay at 5 stars. If it doesn’t I’ll drop it a few stars...***UPDATE***Its been the 7-10 days and i got my receipt saying my deposit was sent back and my credit card company says it hasnt posted yet. So it seems like they blowing smoke. Id hate to go and dispute the whole charge, but thats what it seems like Im going to have to do. I dont like you playing with my money. you didnt hold it when i swiped my damn card. why should it take so long to credit back MY MONEY..... Lost some cool points with me.

John, Heather and Jonathan have always been great. I always rent here and they always give me excellent fast service. I prefer to come here than most other mainline rental agencies as they always take care of me so well. I work for the airlines and rent cars all the time and will continue to rent here!!!

If I could give this business zero stars I would, but since I can’t and feel like I need to warn other consumers I’ll give it one star. My girlfriend found a deal on Priceline on this place and decided to book it. The first thing you need to know is that this location is not in the airport but is about a 7-8 minute drive away. We arrived to a small run down building in an industrial park with one window covered by plywood, a two foot piece of broken off pipe sticking out of the wall in front of the sidewalk and at least half a dozen people waiting outside with their luggage. Some said they had been waiting a half hour and others warned us that we should go somewhere else. Inside was another family waiting with their bags (roughly 20 minutes for them) and a line with 4 others in front of us. I knew we were in for a treat when the first person in line was arguing with the employee as soon as we came inside. While waiting in line we were told by the employee that they charge a $250 deposit by bank card only (no credit cards so that should tell you something) at the time of rental - which was twice what our rental was. A few of us in line began to look up reviews on the business and all over the reviews were complaints that deposits were not returned. While waiting two of us in the line decided to go back to the airport and rent there. One from Avis and one from Alamo. We both had great experiences there. Fair warning - do not rent from this place.

Omar is a great customer service representative and took very good care of me. He got me a better deal than what I walked in with, and upgraded my car. You have fo remember that Executive Car is an off site rental agency and it takes a shuttle to get to their office. If you signed up for that, don’t beat them up for it. They sent me on my way with two bottles of water and a smile on my face. Check in takes time, again because they are off site. Just know what you are getting into and you will be happy.

Like other reviewers we were also charged an extra $250 for some reason, and still havent received the money back. They said it would take 10 days, but its been almost a month.Edit- Ive called the rental company many times and no one ever picks up. I guess theyre trying their best to rip people off.Edit 2: I changed my review because after a few attempts and about 6 weeks we finally got our $250 back.

I rent cars often, and I can say that this was one of my best car rental experiences. The car they gave me was EXCELLENT and clean. The guy who processed the reservation was nice and thorough regarding policies and he took the time to explain things (vs. other car rentals where they ask you initial here, sign here without explaining anything for you). The shuttle came quickly.

I had a great experience with them. I have used several car rentals and this is one of my favorites. I did go ready with proof of insurance so I wouldn’t have to pay the insurance they offer. I chose not to get the toll pass because I was staying local, I just changed my map to avoid tolls and all it added was an average of 5-6 minutes to the toll route. If you plan to drive long distances, I do recommend to get the toll pass at $9.99 a day, remember that’s unlimited tolls per day; or I heard you can purchase a sunpass at a low price and add money to it. Price was GREAT. Car was clean and great condition. Customer service was great as well. Definitely will use them on my next trip.

I have been reserving a cars every week since January with no problems to report from the Shuttle ride and during the rental process. Most of my reservations are often last minute and they always find ways to accommodate me. The cars are wonderful and the rates are excellent. I highly recommend Executive Car Rental.

Do NOT RUIN YOUR TRIP! Ive traveled and rented many cars in my life and this was hands down the absolute WORST experience Ive had. My family and I landed early in Orlando and were excited to get our trip going. After realizing that the check-in counter is not actually in the airport, we waited an hour for a shuttle. We called a couple of times to check on the status...no answer. Then we arrive to the shady looking place and there is a line of 4 with one manager working, which is fine. Each customer took close to 1/2 hour and was either unable to rent a car or VERY dissatisfied with service...no lie. The manager whispers so that the next customer cant hear the lies and trickery he is spewing out. He wouldnt allow me to opt out of collision insurance. He then called my insurance company even though I showed him my insurance card as proof that Im covered. He offers water bottles when he notices that your getting upset. I didnt catch the 🐍 name, because after a total of 3.5 hours from beginning to end, I walked out with my children, called an Uber and rented a car from another company down the street. And to top it all off, it was my birthday!

We rented here because it was less expensive. Boy what a mistake that was. It all started upon check-in when they charged us a $250 deposit which we had not been told about. 11 days after turning the car in we are still waiting for that $250 refund on our credit card. I just filed a claim with her credit card company. Then they tried to sell us their insurance and fault very hard but we were able to not buy it. Then they try to sell us the total package which we refused and told them we would pay her own tolls. Has her went to pay our third toll the lady at the toll booth told us that we were being charged for tolls even though we had told the car rental place we wanted to pay our own. When we called them, they were very rude and told us thats just how they did business. We called back about it and they put us on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up on us. They were very rude and very unprofessional. I tried emailing their corporate office only to have very condescending unprofessional emails return to me. I would give them 0 Stars if it were possible

If I can, I will give zero star. I booked the rental car and plan to pick it up around 12:30 pm. In case something might happen (flight delay), I called to ask whether it is fine that I am a bit late to pick up the car and was told even a grace period of 30 minutes wont be allowed - I run a risk of not having my car. After talking with the agent in vain, I cancel my reservations immediately. Avoid~

Not to sound melodramatic, but they ruined our Disney vacation. Called ahead before our trip to confirm the rental time and date, and patiently waited for the shuttle upon landing.Will be here in 15 minutes, the airport staff said. 15 minutes turned to 30. By the time an hour passed, I had already called Executives phone line several times. Finally, reached an agent who assured me a shuttle was en route.Another two hours and many calls later, I was told my reservation was canceled due to overbooking. No cars were available, and the shuttle was never scheduled to arrive that day at all. I had just confirmed in the morning before flying out! Thankfully, we managed to get a full refund; a conversation that took another hour from our day.Our first days itinerary was ruined. We were not able to rent a substitute and instead relied on taxi and ride shares with very high surge pricing. Our entire trip revolved around having a rental car, and instead we lost several hours each day waiting for ride shares that could accommodate us.I really wish we went with a reputable company like Enterprise, Hertz, or Budget.Ignore the temptation to pick these guys from Priceline. The lower price is not worth it. Never use them, never let your friends use them.

Waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle bus. I have never gotten my refund for my security deposit and a recorded message tells you to send an email to an address that was kicked back to me as undeliverable. Save your money and rent from a reputable car rental.

Have rented many cars in the past from other companies and never had any issues like this place. would not suggest using them ever. they ask for a copy flight itinerary which they do not need to know but would not process our paperwork without it. we were returning the car at 5:00 am and asked if there would be a shuttle to the airport. they said they shuttle every 15 minutes. When we arrived to drop off the car and get the shuttle there was no one there to take the car or a shuttle. we had to call Uber to get to the airport. they also wanted a copy of our insurance we do not usually carry with us on a plane. but again they would not process paperwork without it. they pushed very hard for us to pay $10.00 per day extra for toll booths. I told them I would pay cash or avoid tolls. they told me I could not do that. I was able to get them to take that off and i did avoid all tolls. that was an extra $70. they tried to charge me. They also have a $250 deposit they do not tell you about that again will not process paperwork until you pay it. they said we would get it back in 5 days after car return. It took six weeks and multiple phone calls to get the money. On every call we were told they processed it or blamed us for not getting it. When we picked up the car they told me it was full of gas but it was not. When I went back in to tell them they just shrugged their shoulders and told me to write it down somewhere. I did return the car full in hopes of not having a problem with my deposit. Absolutely the worst rental experience and customer service I have experienced in any industry. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

First, you will wait for their shuttle for quite a while.Second, you may not always leave with a car. I didnt. I was asked to provide my insurance policy and information about the car I drive. I asked to be taken back to the airport and rented a car from Hertz for several dollars more... In 5 minutes. Dont waste your time time to save couple bucks.

Although it took greater than seven to ten days for my refund, all throughout each phone call those providing assistance were polite, professional, and encouraging that the refund was coming and it did. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL SERVICE! I made the mistake of thinking it was a cheaper option than the competing services, and I regret every second of it! I’m a pretty understanding kind of guy, and I usually will read a review and think, “it can’t be that bad” but trust what I say, they are the WORST business I’ve ever come across! I NEVER write reviews, but other people deserve to be warned about how awful this place is!1. They charged me more than what was quoted when I reserved online2. Their shuttle driver was a MADMAN! We almost got in 3 different accidents on the way there! He barely spoke English and was swerving all over the road and pulling out in front of traffic, it was insane! I’ve never experienced that sort of thing before.3. We waited for almost an hour to get our car, and when we returned it, it took another hour to wait for them to complete the return.4. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR $250 DEPOSIT BACK! They tell you 7-10 business days. That went by and I called them. They “manually” refund your card, but THAT takes another 5 business days. It’s been another 7 days(3 weeks total) and I STILL haven’t received it! 5 phone calls later and now I’m going to have to dispute it with my bank to try and get it back.

I am very disappointed with this location! I foolishly left my prescription glass in my car rental. When contacting the manager who gave his personal number if I needed anything. I text him stating I left the glasses. He text me back and he found the glasses! He asked that I send an envelope to send them back, which I did. I spent $35.00 on the UPS envelope which showed that they received it. Its been over two months and no glasses! I have called numerous times and sent texts and still have gotten no responses from either the manager nor the operator who took my information and said she would get back to me which did not happen! I had to buy new glasses which cost $270.00. Unbelievable ! Very disappointed and would like to get this matter resolved!~

I rented a car on 11/14/18. I waited for their shuttle at the Orlando airport for over an hour. They never answer the phone. The location is kind of far from the airport and its dark and ugly. I had no one in front of me and it took about 45 minutes to do paperwork. I purchased insurance and they say that they do not honor 3rd party insurance. They took an additional $250.00 from my credit card. I only rented the car for 1 night. They still have not returned my money. They never answer the phone and when they do, its after attempting for over an hour. I returned the car on 11/15/18 and today is 12/7/18 and my deposit has not been returned. This service is a scam...

We arrived to the pickup area and waited for there shuttle which never showed up. We tried to call but the phone went to a general service message telling us where to wait for the shuttle. No place to leave a message or emergency number to call. Ended up renting a car from another place because I needed to get my family out of the airport. I would strongly recommend never doing business with this company. It seems like a better deal online but you dont even get what you pay for.

We rented a car here last week. (Spring Break 18). First of all the hospitality was outstanding! We met Hugo, and were instantly relieved by his customer service to us. We then met Raphael, he was just as pleasant! Raphael was just rear-ended in the shuttle which explained the long wait at the airport, because of the minor inconvenience, he rewarded our patience with a nicer vehicle than we originally rented. I will certainly recommend! I told them I was leary because of their online reviews, they immediately explained this was due to the old management, and that everything had changed. My experience proved that, and I will be back! We come down twice a year! Thank You Hugo, and Raphael!!!

I recently rented from them the end of September and upon arrival to the airport I waited nearly an hour for the shuttle . After taking two buses to arrive to their location I was met by a single gentleman in the lobby with a line of about 12 people . He emphasized to have drivers license and payment, insurance ready. After waiting nearly 40 minutes I received my car . After doing a video walk around it was noticed of about 10 scratches an odor in the car, dirty seats and filthy windows. Upon return of the rental car the process was easy and a shuttle to the airport took us quite quickly . Now the crappy part I am a flight attendant travels over 200 nights of year and I use my debit card everywhere. They have posted that it will take 7 to 10 days to have your deposit $250 returned if you used a debit card . I’m going on 15 days and my funds have not been returned . The rude lady at the call center in Fort Lauderdale answers the phone but hangs up or put you on hold and never comes back to the phone . She said it will be 48 hours more . I think that this is some sort of fraud and I would highly recommend everyone renting from a better company that’s at the airport. I am posting on all social media About my experience and not to rent from this company at any location .

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE! Waited 45 minutes for “shuttle “ to pick me up at airport, then another 15 min drive to a sketchy, dimly lit bus depot that was also the “Executive” car rental lot? My online reservation confirmation said $128 for my rental and NO mention of a deposit. I was charged a $250 deposit on top of my quoted price. Attendant pulled my car up and gas tank less than half full. I drove to the nearest gas station and was able to then see not only all of the previous renters trash and milkshake cups left in the car, but undeterminable stains on the seats and drips down the doors. It was disgusting. I was too embarrassed to let any of the family I was visiting ride in it.It’s been two weeks since I returned the car and still don’t have my $250 deposit back. No response to my emails or calls. I work for my bank, so I’ll be disputing the charges to my debit card and filing a complaint with the BBB.So frustrated and disappointed.

This is the worst car rental I ever saw and brought me a horrible experience that I believe no one will even have. My wife and I planned to have a nice trip to Orlando to escape from the cold winter in NJ and also to have a wonderful anniversary in Disney to cross the New Year. But this awful Executive car rental ruined everything!!! They gave a car that has an expired registration, and of course this expired car got towed to nowhere. Once we tried to contact the Executive, we found that there was no way for us reaching out to them. Their phone does not work at all and no one replied the email. Thanks to their Neighbor the Red Coach car rental, we indirectly reached out the Executive. But who knows that was just the start of terribleness. The staff in the Executive said they would take care of the expired and thus towed car, but they put everything in a negative way and did not give us any positive, even neutral feedback at all. The only response I got is I am talking to my big boss to take care of the car. The big boss will fly in to take care of it. OMG, who can believe such nonsense reply was sent three days after the car was towed and they never sent another car to us and even never say sorry. Until now we are back to NJ, my belongings in the towed car are still nowhere and the Executive does not reply at all. Even worse, they charged me a fee more than 3 fold higher than my rent for no reason!!! I cannot believe how the Executive runs their business. Do they just hack the money from tourists? I am pretty sure if you give it a try, the Executive will never disappoint you because it must be the worst experience you ever have. BTW, as I have to give a star for rate, otherwise I would rather give negative points for the worst of the worst.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Rented on Priceline (which was zero help) - the site said that Executive was in the airport. They are NOT. They are a 20 minute shuttle ride - 5.5 miles away. LIE #! Then, we got there and they told us that we were required to take their insurance - company policy. LIE #2 Then they told us we could not take the car out of state because it was a state law. LIE #3 Then they kept our deposit. LIE #4 Now, over a year later, they have filed a claim against my insurance for an accident which never happened. LIE #5

I wish I looked at the reviews before I rented using price line. This company has horrible service. I started out with a dirty car & my gas tank empty with the gas light on at the Orlando location. The price was more than quoted at Priceline. I had to pay a $250 security deposit & I was forced to pay for toll service because it’s either get charged $20 for each toll or pay the daily fee so it’s either pay for the service or avoid tolls even if you pay for the tolls. My car broke down & I was not able to call anyone. The phone just kept on ringing & no answer. I connected with a different location & they could not call anyone else. They finally contacted someone & they had to call me back. I had to use my own towing service & the tow truck could not even find the Tampa location to drop off the car. I got a replacement car & I was charged an additional $200 because they say the key was damaged. I will never use this company again.

Do not under any circumstances uses this place. I’d give it 0 stars it I could. We had to reach out multiple times to get deposit refunded and refused to pay $30 of it. They wanted to charge us $300 early return fee because we returned in an hour before return time which we had to fight. We were never picked up from airport had to get a cab. Took forever to get us the car. Go anywhere else it can’t be worse then here!

Worst car rental weve ever tried. The price was great and we thought that we got a deal. But I would better pay more for the car and go with another car rental. We waited for shuttle about 30 minutes, called twice and after another 15 minutes shuttle finally arrived. The car that we got was awful, to be honest.Never will use this service again. Next time will read all reviews before booking.

I hope that whoever is reading this thinking about renting from them turns away. All these negative reviews are CORRECT. When I went, we called for the shuttle and they never answered. After waiting for 25 mins we took a taxi to the place and the shuttle never left. Our checkout was long process too. Omar accidentally overcharged me and said it would be returned to me, along with my deposit withing 5-7 business days after we return the car.I waited 14 days and never saw the refund plus deposit. I called and the lady said, oh yes, no one put it in the system as I will now, so wait 48-72 hours for it. I waited 5 days and still nothing. Next day I called and was told a manager will contact me within 24 hours. I waited two days and nothing. Then I went on google reviews and saw that they kept people deposit. I called everyday for 5 days asking them what the excuse of the day was for not returning my refund. They just apologized and said they were working on it. I read that someone filed a claim with their credit card so I did that. The last time I called was 2 days ago and I said that I filed a dispute with my credit card company and the lady said, oh then if you filed a complaint then theres no reason to be calling us and hung up.If you read these reviews and still go with them, you are on your own and may the odds be ever in your favor!!Oh the car was clean but it sounded like it was about to die on us while driving.

Had a reservation here for several months through Priceline. We get to the airport and followed the directions to the pickup spot and waited for an hour for the shuttle that runs “every 15 minutes”. The shuttle never came. I tried calling but the phone rang for over 3 minutes without anyone picking up. Thankfully, since I booked through Priceline I was able to call and cancel even though it was the day of my registration. We then booked a car for the same price with Thrifty and it was great from there.

First of all I missed the shuttle so I had to call and ask for the shuttle it came back around 35 minutes later, came to the office talk to Omar Haq he was very nice and helpful he explained everything to me and why was the shuttle late offered me water while finishing my contract as soon as possible.He acts very professionally and know how to handle customer, for sure I’ll come back just because of the ways he treated me. Start off with, waited on shuttle for an hour, supposed to come every 15 minutes... get there and they didnt have any mid sized cars, that is what I reserved... wanted to give me a compact car or a mini van .. then they didnt hold $250 plus my rental cost.. they charged both together as a full out transaction.. guy at desk was very rude and didnt seem to care or apologize for any of the above.... HORRIBLE!!!

If I could leave less than a star I would. We booked two cars.Their shuttle service never showed despite telling us it comes around every 15 minutes. Waited forever for airport pickup. When reserved made clear that 530am drop off was necessary since i had a 7am flight. Was informed on my way out with key in hand that they open at 7am. Inconvenient since i was depending on ride to airport but I figured it out. Returned car in immaculare condition and left keys at desk as instructed. Two months later I receive a liability claim for over $2500 worth of rear bumper damage. I am currently fighting this false claim with insurance company. I cant believe how deceitful this company is. Stay clear and do yourselves the favor. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.

Rented a vehicle over 2 weeks ago (15 days), still waiting for our deposit. We’ve called multiple times, and they tell us that it has been processed. We call back again a few days later, and we find out nothing was processed. The answering service is not up to par, and the management does not call you back. Save your time, money and a headache and don’t deal with this place. On top of it all, they ask for you to leave a good review on google and yelp, haha again they ask you to leave this before you have to deal with all of this.Oh yeah, expect to wait for the shuttle, they only have one, and this place is NOT on the airport property.Update***Been calling for 3 days now, no answer. I am very big on customer service and these people are the Spirit Air Lines of car rentals. Their people are extremely rude, condescending and have no respect for the people they are ding business with. If you call them you will wait 20 minutes every time you call them. I have been waiting for my deposit to go back into my account for 14 business days now for something they said would only take 7 business days. Not happy at all with this company and their professionalism.

As other post on these reviews my family and I had to wait for the shuttle for over 30 min for the long trip off the airport grounds to the rental place. Once there lets just say not the most customer friendly staff, what a way to start a vacation. I am giving 2 stars only based on the price nothing else. After turning in the car was told 7-10 for the refund on the deposit, had to call and was told something went wrong with the refund and she would request request to get my money back as if they were not. They didnt have the right car. I had to have a copy of my car insurance (which I didnt have). I had my car insurance card but they called the insurance company to get more information. It took 45 minutes to rent the car once I got to the counter. I had to pay $250 security deposit which I had to turn into my credit card company to dispute to get back. I did get it back. I heard multiple complaints at the counter when I was there. I think the operation is dishonest.The only saving grace here were the shuttle drivers who were both great.My advice is dont rent cars from here.

Upon arrival I waited 45 mins for the damn shuttle to come to the airport. Never again.Had an early flight leaving so I had to drop the car off at 6am. They don’t have a drop box and they don’t provide a shuttle because they don’t open till 8am. I ran across the street and got on the shuttle at the hotel.The lady at the counter was very nice. Secondly we were told to make sure we take pictures of the vehicle and when returning the vehicle thank God we did because they tried to come up with some scratch that was ALREADY ON THE CAR. Horrible experience, no signs to tell us that it was an off site rental company, no way of knowing where the shuttle would be to pick us up all other companies had signs...waited over an hour for said shuttle, when it arrived no help with our luggage had to load ourselves, during that hour we saw all the other off site companies 2 or 3 times. When we arrived at the location they are running 2 businesses out of the location, looks shady, systems were down making it difficult to get our car, employee flustered only one working, Didnt seem to be able to handle the stress, was more worried about telling all the frustrated customers about at midnight he turned 21. He stopped in the middle of the explanation of the contract to help the previous customer who had another issue, so the contract was only half explained to us, specifically the part about no smoking in the car. Which when we returned the car the associate argued with us that we should have known about it as it was in the contract they emailed us, like I am going to read the contract after the horrible experience getting in...then not checking into my hotel until after 10 pm. The associate was not helpful nor could he do anything about our disatisfaction referring us to call the corporate number. You better be ready for my wife Executive!!

TL;DR - It is true, they will scam you out of your deposit and they will nickle and dime you at the counter-- with smiling faces.-------When I arrived at the Tampa Airport my travel companion came across the negative reviews and warned me about it. Having the rental already placed, I did not want to incur a cancellation fee and went about business. During the check-in process I point blank asked, hey, your reviews said you try to scam people out of their deposit, how do you suggest I not get scammed by the company? The associate giggled and said it was true, and all I needed to do was call and ask them back for it. Which I did. Several times. I even left a message. I emailed. Everything. Still, no contact from the company. I called this morning to get a reversal on my account with my card.Since Im writing this anyway I will say that the service at the airport was delightful and by far the best part about my experience with the company. However, the check-in process did take over an hour in addition to being upcharged for nearly everything on the spot. So if youre looking into these reviews before bookin, my advice would be to add about $150 to the rental cost and then plan on never getting back your $250 deposit. That would be a far more accurate price than what you have/will reserve for. Good luck!

They refused to rent me a car due to my flight itinerary did not match the car rental time. I explained to them I;m vacationing for a week and the next 4 days I have a conference and would not need the car. This was not a change I booked it through price line for those dates. What do they care about my flight info anyway? I;m paying for the rental.........They have my Credit Card info. ...... I booked thru Price line (Who by the way so far is awesome) . And read through all the terms and conditions for Executive on the price line agreement and this rediculas stipulation was not in there. I had to get a ride back to the Airport after he supposedly spoke with his manager VIA TEXT. The Manager would not even call and talk to us. Another couple returning a car said they had issues as well and would never come back or recommend this place. Very frustrated today.

The rep (possibly the owner) was very unthoughtful. Waited 30 mins in one line only to get opposite of what we wanted. We reserved an economy car and were only offered a mini van. The They say the shuttle comes every 15 minutes however we waited 30 minutes to go to the airport. I think they only have one shuttle. Spend the extra 20-30$ for good peace of mind. We booked through priceline. Called after waiting 30 minutes at the shuttle pick up and the manager said they were 5 minutes away which was inaccurate as it took another 20 minutes. The staff were very polite but we were surprised by the $250 deposit and the toll tag as mentioned in other reviews. There were no problems with the rental but we took many pictures as proof of every mark on the car. Upon returning it, the manager said we would receive our full refund and he would email the receipt within 30 minutes. 10 hours later I had to call to obtain the receipt which he sent but then said it would take 2-3 business days to process. It has now been over 10 business days and we have not seen our refund. PLEASE consider booking somewhere else. PLEASE get proof of your refund if you do happen to book with them. I wanted to support a small company but unfortunately, this small company is not trust worthy.

I would give Minta 5 stars! She made the best of a difficult situation.The company however is not one I will ever rent from again. BUYER BEWARE: this is a privately owned company, so they operate differently from what you may be used to.READ THE FINE PRINT.They took an additional $250.00 from my account and I was told that I would not get it back until up to 1 week after my rental. FLORIDA RESIDENTS: the security deposit is $2,500.00.They have installed Surpasses in every car. The charge to use their Sunpass is $10/day - that is IF you agree PRIOR to taking the vehicle. If you do not agree prior and go through a toll, they will charge you $20... I dont know if this is each time or per day. FYI - you can purchase a Sunpass at a local store for about $5.00 and load it with however much you want.If you do not want to pay an additional $10.00/day or $20 per, set your GPS to avoid toll roads. It will take you a few more minutes, but youll save a lot of money!ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR THE SHUTTLE: we were sitting in the shuttle area waiting for so long that drivers from other rental car companies had come and gone with their passengers multiple times - a couple of these drivers had noticed us not going anywhere and actually stopped to ask us who we were waiting for. Before the shuttle arrived, we did receive a call from Minta letting us know it was on the way which really did make us feel better.

I was scheduled to pick up my car at 11:30 a.m. My flight into Orlando was delayed by about 30 minutes but as soon as I got to the airport and picked up my baggage I called Executive and listened to their recording regarding shuttle pick up location & times (supposedly every 15 minutes). At this point it was around 12:25. I sat and waited at the designated pick up zone until 12:40 and finally called the company to talk to an agent to see if a shuttle was on its way (an agent happened to call me while I was calling them but I will get back to that...) I was told that since I was late my car was no longer available and that they tried to reach me and left me a message. At 12:41 they did call and leave a message that my car was no longer available. They didn’t bother to call to confirm that I would still be needing the car - if they had they would have found out that I was following their recorded instructions and was waiting for their shuttle to arrive to pick me up. Never again will I book with this company.

I gave this company 1 star because I could not give them less.The shuttle that takes you to and from the airport is not reliable. All the other rental shuttles came and went while we were still waiting. The rental car company is also far from the airport. The people at the counter have a lack of courtesy. And the worse part is the price. If you think you are getting a bargain. Don’t count on it. The credit card hold is an issue. I called up and asked about why I had not received it. I was told that they are waiting to make sure you haven’t gone through anything tolls. I was told that I did not go through tolls and would receive the entire credit card hold back. So this did not happen.

This is by far the worst car rental place Ive ever rented a car at. So I rent my car on Priceline. It was like $148. when I got to the place to go pick the car up they say I have to put down $250 deposit then on top of that pay a $10 toll fee per day. I ask them why was all of this not in the terms and condition. they said it is so I ask them to price the terms and condition off of Priceline and little do you know those fees was not in it. I went ahead and go the car because they said I will get my deposit back 5 days after I drop the car off. I drop the car off on 7/2/19. I got an email on 7/4/18 saying I drop the car off on 7/4/18 so Im getting $179 back from my deposit. so I called them and they said they are going to check it out and provide me with my full refund. a week later I havent seen my refund back in my account. I called them and every time I called them they will always tell me my refund will be in my account.3 weeks later no refund so I decided to dispute it with my bank. 2 weeks after I called them again and the lady told me I will get my $250 back on that day. I didnt get it till the next day... Im so over this company. I will never rent from them again

I want to preface this review by saying that I am an expert when it comes to the rental car industry. I used to work for a major us car rental company, and I know all of the tricks and scams that they pull day in and day out. Many of the reviews for this car rental company is consistent with my experience trying to rent from here.Here is my story:I came to rent a car here for one day back in January 2019. I desperately needed a rental car because taking Ubers to get around Orlando can add up very quickly. They were advertising a VERY cheap rate on Priceline for $5 a day all for a grand total of $50 all in. I interacted with Christian (the manager of the car rental location). I wanted to rent a car with Supplemental Liability insurance to protect myself (as per Florida law where drivers need liability insurance). Christian attempted to force me to take the Collision Damage Waiver and went as far to tell me that Liability was included. He was telling me that due to company policy, they do not accept any Credit Cards Collision Damage Coverage as primary coverage for the rental vehicle. He was forcing me to take the waiver by trying to make me think I was fully covered and had Liability Insurance built in.When it came time to sign the contract, I noticed that Executive Car Rental attempted to shift all potential Liability to me if I were to get into an accident if someone gets hurt, or property damage occurs god forbid. The contract Christian wanted me to sign showed that I declined Liability Coverage (not true). However, only Collision Damage Waiver was accepted. I refused to sign the contract (which I will attach to this review so everyone can see how they get people). I decided not to go through with the rental. Christian tried to give me a BS excuse claiming thay all refunds had to come from Executive Car Rentals head office in Michigan.I never got my $300 refund ($250 deposit + $50 for the car rental and worthless coverage) until I disputed the charge with the credit card company. They tried to get me by making a fake car rental return receipt. However, I was able to get my deposit back.Do not rent from here if you value your hard earned money. They are a bunch of frauds.

Showed up in Orlando, phoned the company and the automated voicemail said that the shuttles arrive at the airport every 15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes, called the company back they said somebody would be there right away. Waited another half an hour and then walked over to Hertz to book another rental. Called the company to cancel was told I have to call Priceline to cancel. Called Priceline they told me I had to call the company to cancel. After booking the hertz car I saw the executive shuttle show up so I went out and told the guy that I wouldnt be going with him because I had been waiting over an hour. The shuttle driver then told me that I was lying because he had been there several times. when I told him that I had been sitting there the whole time and that I had called the company an hour ago he then proceeded to blame his lateness on the rain. I told him that I had been there since well before the rain has started and then walked away and picked up my rental from Hertz. Heres how the Hertz rental procedure works, book the car pay for the car walk across the street, you choose the car you want from what on the lot and drive away. I will never use Executive Car Rentals again.

Lets see, where to begin. Lets say that this is an experience that will likely see the inside of a court room. First, I waited almost 45 minutes for their shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Then, it was well over an hour before I was able to get into my vehicle. The guys doing the checking out process seemed lost and unsure of the proper procedures. I finally got my vehicle and got underway. While I had the car, I picked up a screw on the roadway and got a flat tire. I put the donut spare on and continued underway. I called and spoke with a lady who said that I could return the vehicle and get a new one, but they were over an hour out of my way. Since I was returning the vehicle in the morning, I opted to just keep it and return the car on time. I showed up on time and the guy there said I needed to fill out an accident report. I accomplished the form he asked and then he proceeded to tell me I needed to file a claim with my insurance company and that they would collect the 500 dollar deductible. This was highly strange to me, so I called my insurance company (USAA). My insurance company is highly reputable and they told me this was very irregular and they had not ever heard of this, for a simple flat tire. The clerk at Executive said he was just doing what his manager told him to do and for me to just claim it on insurance and my insurance company would refund my deductible. All this seemed very SCAMY and I knew that something was not right. I told him that I would not pay the 500 dollars and if they felt necessary I would pay to replace the tire, but that was not going to be 500, or even 250 dollars of my deposit. My insurance company said that tire replacement should be somewhere between $75-150. This was a dodge journey with cheap tires on it, not some high end sports car with expensive tires. So, not only did they keep my deposit, they tacked on an extra 500, just to add insult to injury. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at this company.

Rating for this company should actually be a negative number. We waited at the airport for the shuttle for 25 minutes. When the reservation was made it stated the car rental was at the airport. We have been in line for an hour and 15 minutes with still two people ahead of us. There is insufficient staffing. The company misrepresented themselves they are not at the airport and with three terminals only one them has primarily been staffed since our arrival.

We cancelled the reservation and went with one of these rental places at the airport for the same price. Omar was very professional and even got us an upgraded vehicle for my family. He serviced me and my father with separate reservations and ensured all issues were handled. However. this company likes to keep the deposit. U have to call for deposit so it takes like 3 weeks to come back. I guess they hope ppl will forget about that $250 smh never again.

ZZZeeerrrooo stars, i booked a car through expedia, usually i check the reviews before dealing with a new companies. This time i did not, BIG MISTAKE, around 90 minutes to get the car, they tried everything to add some (extra fees), the guy behind the desk almost threatened me as a try to buy their insurance + tolls services. eventually they were able to steel my $250 security deposit. i filed a claim through my bank. i wonder why is this place still scamming the people!

I rented a car for my family for $60 on their car. We drove 1 hour to the airport, and spent about 2 and 1/2 hours there trying to spot their office. After so, we asked them for the car, and they said they weren’t allowed to give us the car. DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE WERE NOT TAKING A FLIGHT... I was totally unaware of this matter. Basically, we lost $60 and they told us they could not run a refund .
