If I could rate no stars I would. The only good thing was there was no wait compared to the other rental places. I reserved an SUV. There were only vans left. Luckily, I was able to get the last car similar to something I would like. The car was not properly cleaned or sanitized. However, they did have disposable wipes for the customer to wipe down common areas. The car had scratches on it. Customer service was not any help. When returning the vehicle I was charged an additional $250 cleaning fee and accused of smoking in the vehicle when there was no smoking in the vehicle. Customer service accused of us smoking due to us having an unlit cigar in hand while exiting the vehicle. The customer service representative was argumentative and disrespectful. The manager did come out, but was not helpful. However, he did state he would investigate. Although it was clear he was trying to diffuse the situation at hand and not really concerned with the issue. The rental went from $230 to over $536. Not to mention I was charged for fuel up when I brought the car back full. Complete scam. Wouldnt recommend it. I would ride a damn bike with my luggage on my back before I ever rent from enterprise again.
I rented a car here on 9/24 AM for a quick weekend get a way and again, I always have great service. But I wanted call out Jose . He was very professional and kind. They were busy and he did a great job setting me up .
Easiest rental I’ve ever used. We originally reserved a compact car but unfortunately some people that were traveling with us forgot their license so we had to share a minivan. The assistant and the desk made it super easy to upgrade and was very quick with everything. We waited in line for about 2 min and were driving away in 10. They even let us choose what mini van we wanted which was awesome. Would definitely recommend to any and everyone !
Moved to FL so the luggage was extra heavy and we had a bit of it. Just my pregnant self, my mom and toddler... also two cat carriers! We couldnt find someone with a larger cart to help us with our stuff so we were just going to figure it out and get us and everything there ourselves. Jose was at the desk to help us and he REALLY helped us! He stepped away and helped us carry some things to the car lot. The car seat and our working attempt to secure larger and heavier bags of luggage on a small cart. He even helped us find a car that would fit all of us and our stuff better. He was an absolute blessing and we are SO thankful he took the extra time and effort to help us!!
Quick and easy rental. Save yourself the headache from renting from other companies here at the Orlando airport just to potentially save a few dollars and just rent with enterprise. You can see for yourself here on google the nightmare wait times people go through on a daily basis at the other rental companies. Enterprise I was in and out within 10-15 mins.
Really easy when I called over the phone. Spoke to a live agent quickly. We made a change to the original purchase. Just overall easy. Haven’t dropped off the car yet. Will make an update if I see fit to it. But overall great experience while I visited Orlando, Florida
Great staff, they always seem to be enjoying their work. The car options and upgrade availability is awesome. The line was pretty short compared to the other car rental companies. Vanessa Vidal-Ramharrack, one of the station managers, was very help. I flew back to Orlando 2 weeks in a row and she was in the garage to assist me on both occasions.
Their amazing and quick. PERIOD! Great prices if you look on Priceline during mid week. Great cars!!!
Wont rent from here again you have to have a $500 deposit deposit on a credit card. Never had problems using a debit card before,
Got a Nissan altima. It was in excellent condition. The wiper fluid smelled like something dead but it got gunk off pretty well.Getting the car was easy, returning was similarly easy
Standing in the line at the airport was CRAZY! JUST TOO LONG TO WAIT. I didnt know how to use the kiosk. If you can do that, the process will be very fast. Put in your reservation information and go out to get you vehicle.I was able to choose from several. Then jumped in and left. It was that simple. The staff is hilarious! They had me smiling and laughing so overall it was a good experience. If they had someone help with using the kiosk, I would have given 5 stars.
Clean car. Like new. Friendly and efficient service. The french guy who helped me choose the was very knowledgeable. Car seat was new and clean. I love enterprise!!!!
Best car rental experience Ive ever had. They were organized, communicative, and even hands on with helping us get the car seats and getting set up. I know it is tempting to go for a cheaper car rental place but those lines are always long and the check in process is painful - pay the couple extra dollars and go with Enterprise. We worked with a man named Patrick, I think, and he was great. I asked for a card but of course lost the card before I could write this but bottom line - best car rental experience.
Best car rental experience I have ever had. They were friendly, polite and professional. Will not rent from anyone else in the future
Very nice staff. Convenient at the airport. Got to choose vehicle. Process was painless! Enterprise had shortest lines. Vehicle was clean and reliable.
Staff was extremely nice. The cars they had to choose from was great and I ended up with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Very clean and well maintained.
Great Selection, Amazing Service, Friendly Staff. I had a transmission issue and they replaced that vehicle with an even BETTER upgrade. Cool!
Disgusting!Although the SUV we are renting is decent, i have absolutely ZERO faith, did i say ZERO faith that this car was cleaned after the last customsr used it. It was half vacuumed at best.I must say enterprise is getting lazy with their rentals. They dont even do walk arounds w the customers anymore. This truck has long white scratches on the car which werent mentioned by the rep????. Enterprise you can do better. This is disgusting..
Very easy to get your car and get going. Return process is also very simple. Some cars the classify as full size Im not sure about. Best to make a reservation.
Was a quick and hassle free to pick up and drop off. Enterprise has been my go to for rental cars. You might consider paying the fuel pre pay. The closest gas stations to the airport were shockingly high price gas
Great!!!!!! Johnathan is the BEST!!!! I was so stressed after reserving somewhere else and it didnt work out. Regrouped and booked with Enterprise... in and out in 10 minutes... never again will I book with anyone else. Suv was super cute..very happy
Someone needs to inform Laney who is currently working at the booth, to fix her attitude. People are paying for a good, that pays her. Being rude and over talking a customer is not how customer service works. If she doesn’t know how to talk to people, maybe she needs to find a desk job that doesn’t require interactions with people, it’s clearly not her strong suit.
Great experience, cancelled my budget reservation and paid the 50 fee to change to enterprise. Best decision I made yet. Went in and was out in 30 min with my car with my decision of which mid size car I wanted. Customer service was incredibly efficient. I recommend this company at mco over all of them.
Got a red minivan. Twas nice, it rode nice and had enough storage. It held 6 of us, quite comfortably. We got to test out and try our own minivan (actually any vehicle we wanted).
I had a horrible experience with them, I paid for a L contract didn’t even get the car I paid for, when I got to pick car up they said they don’t have it, they won’t give me a discount or reimburse for the car I got stuck with! I was supposed to be on the road at 8am didn’t get to leave until 8pm, My trip wasn’t fun my back hurts! I ask to talk to manager they said they couldn’t help I asked for a corporate they refuse to get in contact with corporate for anything I pay $2200 for a car that I did not have and I am very unhappy and I will not be dealing with enterprise ever again and I will not recommend anyone to deal with enterprise please stop dealing with enterprise they are ripping people off and taking people’s money,!Wow out of town I have talked to a few people so he got cars for enterprise to and they said they had a horrible experience getting a car
After the HORRIBLE experience I had with Thrifty, I went to Enterprise to try to get a car for the week. We waited 3 hours for no car from thrifty and 20 minutes to leave in a car with Enterprise. Courtney was extremely helpful and understanding and took great care of us. So thankful for her!
Kavon in the A terminal Returns, was Wonderful..He made my Exchange of cars Smooth and Easy... 👍My wife and I are on Vacation and this could have been a Major inconvenience,
This was hands down the easiest car rental i have ever done. Now mind you, this was 7am, but still. Staff was very polite and courteous. Had me in our rental within minutes and off we went. Time to enjoy Orlando!
We had a luxury SUV reserved for months in advance before our family vacation to Florida. We landed at Orlando Airport and were looking forward to our rental experience. We were disappointed to find that they had to borrow our rental from another company. Unfortunately, the other company apparently does not take care of their cars. We were given an Infinite QX80 with low tread on the tires, low windshield washing fluid, and the car was not cleaned well after the previous rental. Enterprise has always been a go to for us, but this was a bad experience for us. Might reconsider next time as it did not feel like a $1000 car rental experience.
Short review: AMAZING! Don’t rent from anyone else @ MCO!Long review: I wish I remember the person’s name who helped us, they were just a delight! We arrived late on the night of July 16th and witnessed a long line of grumpy people take all of their frustrations out on the person at the counter. (They were more than likely upset because they were out of rental cars and did not make a reservation in advance.) we had made our reservation months ago and the process was seamless, as mentioned above the person who helped us was very friendly and personable despite getting yelled at by everyone who came before. Drop off was easy as pie. 12/10 would rent from enterprise again at this location. Unlike any experience I’ve had with a rental company.
Can someone give me an update?I am one that tends to stick with Enterprise. The experiences I have had with Enterprise in the past has made for a very smooth rental.Unfortunately, I may now be making the switch.I returned my vehicle to MCO on June 14th as agreed to during my rental. As there was a line entering the parking garage, the employees at the entrance of the Enterprise return section was informing drivers to park the car and leave the keys on the dash. The employees stated to drivers that the rentals will be closed out and receipts will be sent out. I advised to one gentleman that I would prefer to obtain a receipt now instead. He informed me to pull up to the next lane and I could get one. As I parked, I noticed a two employees speaking next to the lane and checking cars in to the system. As I approached the two, I asked if it was possible to obtain a receipt for my rental. At this point, one guy in the conversation walks off and the other says that he will have one of his guys check the vehicle in as he was a manager. He asked if I would be okay with an emailed receipt in a few minutes. He said it would not take long to receive the receipt. Well, that was not the case. After not receiving anything, I called in 2 hours later and was informed that it was not uncommon to not receive the receipt. The customer rep stated that she will send a message to the airport. The customer service representative stated that this will get a response in the next few hours.I did not receive anything and attempted again 2 hours later. This time the a different representative said that I should get something sooner but said it appears the message was not opened. He informed me the rental should be closed out soon and if not try again in the morning.9 hours after turning in the car, I come to the reviews and see the email address that was attached from previous emails from Enterprise. I email the address trying to obtain a receipt as it was 9 hours since turning in the vehicle and it still showed that it was open.Well, it is now morning and guess what? The rental is still open, no receipt and no contact. This is troubling to see as the rental still shows open and I do not have the vehicle. I have not received any update on this issue. This is not something I have experienced from Enterprise before but this could be the turning point.
I had just rented a car here. Firstly I want to say when I went there there were two men a manager whose name I didn’t get and Mike. Both men were ignoring and running around. When I showed my paper to Mike he told me to go to another building. Then I was sent back after no help. When I can back they tried to give me a Audi when I had gotten a bmw or something similar. Then when I said I don’t want Audi they tried to give me a Jaguar. The men thought I wouldn’t say anything and acted dumb. Horrible service. It doesn’t end there then to change location from Orlando to Miami cost 2,000 just fir a change. Never ever again this is the worsttttttt.
Great selection of models. Drove out with a Dodge Charger. Enjoy selecting the vehicle I like.
Got to enterprise no one was there and an Alamo person had to help us. Was told to go to the full size cars on the alamo side and I asked if someone was going to inspect it. No one inspected the vehicle I checked for any scratches and dents myself but no one ever did anything not even when we drove out. I returned the vehicle with no damage! Was told to park it there was no one there to inspect it with me at return either. Then I get and email that my car was checked in and we were good. 13 hours later I get an email saying there is damage to the car! Which is not true. I call the next day and was told that a manager would call and no one called me! I called the DRU from the email to see what the damage was supposedly and they said it was the alignment!!!!!! How I’m I supposed to check the alignment and that’s not something that I would of known to inspect. This whole situation is stressful and unnecessary for a customer that has been loyal for over 12 hrs. Thanks for making never want to rent from enterprise again!!!!!
After landing in Orlando the plane didn’t have a gate and sat there for 2 hours. Then waited another hour for bags. So by the time I got to the Enterprise checkout I was beyond tired and annoyed. I think it took literally 3 mins to check out and they upgraded me a car size without hesitation. Great customer service.
I had a car for 3 days. I pick up my car at the Airport drive to orlando I stopped. When I tried to take a road the car doesnt start because of a key fob battery error. When I called they said I would have to wait 4 to 6 hours to bring me an another car because AAA cannot resolve the issue. I go to the Airport to pick up an other car. I explain to them because im already late to my destination. Ill take a flight to Atlanta and Pick up the car from there to got me close to my destination. The Manager reassure me that it will be not an issue to give me an other car. And send me an email to confirm that. Arrive in Atlanta they denied me the car because they said I should bring the breakdown car from orlando to them to be able to switch even the car wouldnt start. I dont know how. Also they refuse me to make a new reservation. They dont even tried to help me out. When I called customer service they put transfer me without answer. I hope I had a different experience. Unfortunately, but the way they treat me in Atlanta was not what I expected from an successful company like enterprise. I think they can do better.
Review from a Platinum elite: Flew to MCO right into the teeth of summer travel, and it was a madhouse. The wait for self-checkouts were 3-5 people deep, it took 14 minutes to finally be on the way to the car. There was a paucity of car selections, almost exclusively typical Camrys/mid-sized. The car was sanitized and had 20K miles. Return was a bit easier, not a huge crowd. What I would love to see is more distinction for elite members, with a dedicated check in and better selection of cars, especially low-mileage.
Excelent service! They save me at Orlando FL airport when my reservation with another company failed when they asked me like you dont have enough credit to rent a car think that they never ask before, i was so frustrated, but thanks to Interprise Rent-A-Car, i recommend them!
The staff members were helpful and friendly. Service was quick and the car was very clean. A+ experience!
Almost as soon as we left the Orlando airport, dash light came on for low tire pressure. Before we could even go 0.5 miles, we had a very flat tire.Called Enterprise and had to hold for 25 minutes just to talk to someone. They said they would check to see if there were any other cars available the hung up on us.Waited for 5 minutes with no call back. Tried calling again. Hung up on us 2 more times. Finally got through to someone and was told we could change it ourselves or pay $50.We could not change it ourselves as the spare and Jack were missing parts. Was told someone would be by in 88 minutes. So we have been stranded on the side of the road in Orlando for 2 hours now.No way to talk to anyone at the local office. We were not even able to go 2 miles before the low tire pressure light came on and the tire has a long gash in it.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEUpdate:When we were finally able to return the Chrysler Town & Country to Orlando airport, they told us they would waive the flat tire charge of $55.00. They didn’t, we got charged that. When we got our new vehicle, there was still trash inside it, showing that if it had been cleaned, not done very well at all.
I Always love dealing with Enterprise. They made getting the car as simple as can be, when you check in on line, easy to return, you get to your flight or to your resort ASAP with Enterprise. As a person in the car business, a wider variety of vehicles would be cool, not just Grand Caravans for minivans, and Sentras for entry level sedans, etc.
Excellent customer service. Few issues with the car since it had 46,000 miles on it already. Customer service was 5 stars at this location.
Great professional and courteous staff. They go out of their way to meet your needs. I highly recommend it 100%
We rented a premium car & were kind of expecting it and didnt get it at first but ANDRE TANDAYAG, helped us out and made sure we got what we were expecting really fast and made sure we got a discount as well. I highly recommend you deal with him if youre ever landing at MCO
Only place that I rent a car from always had great experience
Enterprise exceeded my expectations. The staff is exceptional and they helped me with my handicapped daughter, the suitcases and the wheelchair. Employee Wisangelous (3/29/2021) was more than empathetic and kind to me. Excellent person, thank you very much.
Good experience, enjoy the fact you can just go pick a car in your class like their sister company National. I wish all Enterprise locations did the same
Have used this location a few times without an incident. This time was very disappointing. The first car they gave us stunk like marijuana and upon further inspection it appears as though someone used the cup holders as an ashtray and they were full of ash and remnants. They gave us another car and this one stunk of cigarettes and it was filthy inside and out. We ended up taking it to a car wash and then loading it with air fresheners. When we returned the car I reported the problem and I was blown off. Not a good experience.
As you can see the car they tried to give me was completely destroyed and a mess inside. After walking around the parking deck for 10 minutes we just said ok to this car. Once we loaded everything in I just wasnt happy with what I was given. After informing the manager they did give me a different car but I cant believe that this vehicle was even in service. I will be back down in April and currently looking at other rental places for my vehicle. I was already frustrated with my experience since I did have reservations multiple months in advance and was told to check in at the kiosk. After completing this process I walked over the parking deck and was asked for my ID and credit card again. The person then walked into the office looked at something and came back out. Im not sure what they did but it was really weird and made me feel that I did something wrong. They informed my wife and I that they just gave out the last Acadia. Not to mention that when I booked my vehicle I even put my airline info in and the time I would be picking up the car. So this pointless and makes no difference as a car was not ready for me at my scheduled time.
Great service. Quality car. No issues.
Wow !! Best experience ever renting a car! I was glad I downloaded the app and entered all my information ahead of time . ( I recommend taking screen shot of reservation -which I did)Less than 10 mins and no pressure of additional insurance and off to parking lot to choose vehicle of our choice. A very nice young man walked us to our choices . We chose the Toyota Highlander (only 2300 miles!) and it was much better than I expected in a mid size SUV . I did a quick video of the exterior for proof of any prior damage in case I needed it later . Which was never an issue at the return. And that was also a very good exchange and experience! Thank you Enterprise for making this experience wonderful so we could enjoy my son’s wedding without added stress!
Efficient check in at Ft Meyers. Clean car. We did the online checkin and skipped the counter and were on our way in mere minutes. We dropped off at Orlando which was wired for efficiency. No problems at all.
The best Enterprise service I have ever gotten. Staff was very helpful and receiving the rental was fast and super easy! Picking out my rental was really amazing too. I actually got to pick my rental. SHHHWEEETT!
Currently in a dispute of toll charges that we did not incur. Pretty miserable experience. Partly my fault for not getting toll receipts at cash only tolls.
What a disappointing experience. My husband was so excited to rent a Tesla from enterprise for the week. The communication was poor on there end and some of the staff lacked professionalism. It is the companies job to make this a smooth experience for the client and the first step is proper communication from the start. Unfortunately, my husband had to cancel his trip due to all of the issues he ran into when trying to pick up the car. This experience was so frustrating that we will probably go to Tampa when trying to rent again. Anywhere will be better than this particular airport car rental service. We contacted the care email like we were asked to and the representative was of no help. She emailed us facts that we had are already stated in our email and pointed out that the company should have accepted the capitol one card even though they refused it when we were actually there. No one even tried to reconcile the issue at all. We aren’t trying to get anything free. We just want to rent the Tesla that we originally reserved at the same price and that was not even offered as an option. The lack of customer service assistance is astonishing.
Theyre The Best To Accommodate You. Staff Helped Me @ A Low Point In Orlando Soo Theyve Earned A Customer For Life
I would like to mention that the gentleman whose name is Dave was outstanding in the service that he gave us. We were confused as to which type of car we needed and very stressed out. Dave took more than enough time away from his day to go through all of the inns and outs of what we would need in which vehicle would be best for us. He certainly went over and above in his efforts to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car that we rented!!!
Pretty happy wish there were better deals for veterans and familys but it was a nice van.Bull LuceroUSMC
I rented a 2021 Nissan Versa and did not have the best experience with this car. Customer service was good.
Awesome service here! I would highly recommend them! Checkout and checkin were smooth and easy. It was easy to understand the process.
Maybe the easiest time Ive had renting a car. The basically give you the latitude to pick the vehicle you want (within the class). Tip: Take pictures of the vehicle before you drive off as they do not do a vehicle walk around like typical locations, also take pictures of the vehicle as you return it, its saved me once or twice.
Check-in late on a Sunday night at Orlando was bad.All kiosks were down - see pic, even though my e-mail instructions told me to use them. Then, with those not working, there was only one clerk at the desk. She was very pleasant and doing the best she could.Furthermore, Enterprises signage segregating customers was very poor - see pic. I am an e-plus customer, but not a business rental member. So, I got cut in front of by a guy who just walked up and claimed to be a business rental member. Not so sure. For any business, if you cant be great all the time, especially late on a Sunday night, then you are not great at all. It is not success to be good at peak travel times, but fail at other than peak travel time. Thus, Enterprise is a fail for me, especially since all the time I was standing in line I was watching customers FLY through the near-by Alamo desk...which is where I will rent from on my next trip to Orlando. Finally, the guy in the parking lot did very well too. Its a shame that Enterprises good employees are carrying the load for failed management and leadership.
They canceled our reservation on us after it was booked way in advance. But now they cancelled it and gave it to someone. If you want to not have your rental ready and waiting. I wild highly recommend going somewhere else
Great service specialy the drivers was very kind and polite 👍 😀
Check in was fast and easy. I was surprised when I reserved a car online and was able to choose from a variety of cars and SUVs when I got to the lot. I thought Id be getting a Elantra and ended up with a Nissan Kicks. I give them 3 stars however because I was quoted online around $150 and ended up paying over $350 when I returned it thanks to hidden fees I wasnt told about.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. And especially not from the airport. I used to rent from them but after an hour of waiting and a reservation I left with no car! Never again!
Had no other option but to get a Toyota Rav4, an upsell, because thats what the rental car companies do. All you have to do is stand in the MCO rental garage and listen around you as the rental agents upsell. Their full size autos are no where near full size, even their intermediate SUVS are tiny, forcing a family of 4 to upgrade just so 4 suitcases can easily fit in back. What a racket!!!!
Check in with easy had the rental ready when I got there
As someone that isn’t from Florida and isn’t familiar with tolls, I’m highly disappointed that one of the employees lied to us and told us it was a flat $4 rate a day no matter how many tolls we went through.. we were in Florida for four days expecting to only be charged $12-16 and got charged $32... very disappointed that your employees lie to customers and don’t tell the truth.. we feel robbed, I’ll never rent through this company again!
Limited staff, cars are in need of maintenance and a good cleaning.Good prices, bad deals...
I would give less then one star. But it isnt an option. My Wife and I are on our honeymoon, and we picked up the car yesterday.. Within an hour of leaving we were rear-ended. We called, and had a replacement ordered.. and magically not a single location around us has a car.. We have been hung-up on 6 times in total. We were sent to a location to pick up a new car and the location was closed... IT even said it on google.. This is Absolutely the worst help I have ever received. I Just want this whole nightmare refunded.. Thanks Enterprise for ruining my Wives honeymoon.
Awesome car easy pick up easy return
Longish wait in line (normal for an airport rental desk), but staff was very friendly and efficiently processed my reservation so I was off to pick up the car quickly. Got to the garage and they gave us a free upgrade from a fullsize car to a minivan!
Always great customer service. When I travel, I always use Enterprise.
I called the Orlando Airport branch because all of the local branches in the area told me to call them because their I will find what I needed, I got a hold of them and I was told by a guy there on 5/16/21 at around 7pm that the SUVs they had available are ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS, and that iam NOT considered a customer because I was through an insurance claim, to stop wasting my time and his time.. worst experience, worst customer service
AC went out in rental in Orlando with temp over 90 degrees. Wasnt happy but the did take off 120 of our 200 bill so ill give them 4 stars for the customer service aspect.
The vehicle was great, but the hour wait to get the vehicle was not great nor were the fees added after the base rental. Additional fees are standard for this industry, but beware!
Easy with a company account. Nice cars
Great customer service. Clerk was friendly and knowledgeable.
I only left one star because I had too. The employees stole my brand new shoes from the rental. When I was attempting to pick up my items I was told I had a confrontation with an employee and they had already looked at the security camera, but the thing is I had no idea at that point that my shoes had been stolen. Why would you look at the camera if you had no idea my items were stolen? I know shoes are small but be careful when you rent from here bc if theyll protect their employees that steal your items, they will protect them stealing your credit card information as well! #THIEVES
Service was fine, car was clean. But the attendant that helped us was in a rush to get the tablet signed without asking if we needed anything. Aside from that, and the hiccup of some of their staff not knowing how to properly assist me in using the mobile check-in, the experience was fine. Drop off was seamless.
I have never had any issues with enterprise in the past and have used them several time. However, this time was terrible. I am NOT happy, stranded in an Orlando dollar tree parking lot! Our rental broke down, so road side assistance sent a tow truck to get the van. Then they said they would send an Uber to pick up all 6 of us that were left stranded to take us to the closest enterprise location to get another car. Ummm, the Uber only could fit 4 people!!! So since I have young kids, they were sent in the Uber with our driver to the enterprise, leaving myself and my husband stranded in the parking lot of a closed dollar tree waiting on a new car that took 2 hours to get to us. Tow truck already came and took the car, so its just me and the elements at this point in a parking lot looking homeless. Customer service tried to help, but could only do what is in their process!? Hmm I am wondering if there are scenarios that might fall outside of process guidelines where you might actually be able to help someone?! And not leave them literally stranded on the side of the road in the middle of no where. I would love to hear how sorry you are for my situation and how you can help because really, how can you help? No problems taking our money when we rented the car, but now that there are issues, suddenly its not an enterprise problem. I guess its just my problem now on the last day of my very expensive vacation.
I left a wide brim golf hat in the vehicle at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Enterprise said they didnt recover it so I dont know where the hat went but whoever has it its probably enjoying it because it was my one of my favorite hat I had a golf insignia and it was basically a program in sign and not very pleased with how Enterprise claim they didnt find it and no one returned it cuz someones walking around wearing it
Nasty smelling, and seats and carpet was stained and smell like old carpet. Its Covid and these cars arent being cleaned and was told it wasnt anymore cars to rent
Good choices of cars, easy pick up and return at the airport
Extremely busy. Very nice staff.
One blonde attendant was a bit needlessly bossy but was otherwise a fine experience and they gave us a nice car.
We have rented through enterprise several times throughout the US and have never had a issue. This time we got to pick our own suv which I loved that because usually they pick it everytime! Everything was great. Friendly as always staff!
Bad Experience did not get the car I reservation driving cross country make reservation 1 year before. Had rental car breakdown hard time get exchanged.
Orlando Airport - Effective, efficient. 20 minutes from kiosk to drive off
Easy in and out, no hassle with reservations and the vehicle was clean.
ReadyPass was not quick at all. I would highly recommend not doing that to get your car. They were short staffed as well.
Easy in and out. Friendly employees.
I would give 0 stats if I could. Its spring break in Florida and they have 1 person working the desk 😡 I have been waiting over an hour and still have not been served. AVIAS line is longer but they have a lot of people working and are getting them in and out. Never going through enterprise again
