It’s a small place so you might wait a little if it’s a busy pick up day but they were friendly and helpful when picking up. Use the online system to make a reservation, but realize your reservation is not finalized until you process the forms that will be emailed to you.

Great customer service in helping us get prepared for our trip. At the end of the day we had to cancel our rental due to the changing circumstances of our trip and even in cancellation when we were no longer doing business with them they were very friendly and helpful in the process. Will definitely look into again if I ever need a van rental in Florida, as the customer service stood out especially in an industry such as car rentals where it can be notoriously poor.

We were having issues finding a 12-passenger van for our week long trip. They were able to get us in a van at the last minute at the most reasonable price around. They told me the van would be dropped off at 1pm. Our flight arrived at SFB for 11:30. We got a text at 1:05pm to let us know our van was parked and ready. They ONLY issue is that we had some problems finding the Economy parking lot where the van was located, but this was our fault. Overall great experience

Michael, the owner, is the most personable person I have interacted with in the car rental industry. During a very stressful situation: 1 day after the totaling of my sister’s handicap van which is needed to transport my disabled niece- Michael and his staff were helpful and friendly. The vans are all for sale- and one might be a good option for my family to purchase once the insurance money arrives. They have a nice variety and large fleet. Convenient location for anyone visiting Orlando too. Even though we are Florida residents, I can see where this company is good for out of state visitors. Thank you!

Did a reservation back in April for a trip for a family of 19 and was set to get the mini bus, show up to airport with no bus and called office told us it will get to us by end of day. Keep in mind no transportation to leave airport and we arrived at noon. long story short we had to rent from another company costing us more but we didnt want to be stuck at airport all day. Worst experience, never again.

Coolest electric scooter Ive ever ridden. Our whole family rented one for the weekend and we had a blast exploring downtown Orlando. Much better than a bulky bicycle and very light and portable. We just added it to the 12 passenger van that we rented from these guys and the scooters were charged and waiting in the van when we arrived at the airport.

Never again will we rent from this company! We were overcharged from the amount they billed us for. Then 2 weeks later charges continue to come on up our credit card though we paid for the sun pass which has never happen from any other rental company in Florida and we go multiple times a year. Then we rented a jeep and the top wouldnt go back up right, everything we had to pay to get other people to help us because it took no less than 3 people to get the top back up. When we reported it to the company they said weve never heard that well to bad. The only good part of this company was the shuttle driver who was amazing the rest of the employees we talked to were rude and lied to us. Save your money and your sanity and use another car company this one does not respect thir customers!

A group of us visited Orlando for some fun in the sun and theme park visit. There was 10 of us in the party and and after looking online for car rentals that could accommodate us I stumbled upon Florida Van Rental. It allowed us to travel comfortably and the cost was very competitive. When we arrived the bus was ready to go and waiting. It was clean and easy to drive. If we ever go back to Orlando I will definitely use this company again!

I was on a trip going to Universal Studios in Orlando, and we needed a full-sized van to occupy a full party. I was able to call Florida Van Rental, and talk to Mr. Goldberg to set up a certain date, and time where I can rent this certain size van. Upon getting the van, the registration process, and the pre-processed really went fast. The paperwork, insurance, and all the other things I had to fill out prior to getting the van went by really fast.The van it self was really nice, the driving was real fluid, and the capacity of the van satisfied everyone that we needed to be seated. The seats are really comfy, and we really got a great experience to and from our amusement park destination. If you need any vans, this place is exactly what’s needed! 5 stars

I was with a friend and her mom, and needed a van to rent. We called many companies and decided on this one. The van needed to be handicap accessible, and this one was really accessible/helpful, especially during the different measure of travel, back-and-forth to the amusements parks. I just happened to find Florida van rentals in passing. I was in a bit of a pinch and needed to find something to fit our family needs within our budget and boy did they deliver. This was a great customer experience. From calling and speaking with their customer care team to vehicle pick up and drop off. I received detailed information on everything I needed for vehicle pick up. I never even needed to go to an office. When we’re back in Florida, we definitely will be using them again.

The vehicle we rented was perfect for my handicap mother. She was able to roll right into the van and once inside, we could easily secure her with the straps. I secured a reservation for a special needs stroller for this coming August. I e-mailed the company to inquire about a sunshade with the stroller since most companies rent out this particular stroller with the sunshade and rain cover. It was a Sunday afternoon when the owner of the company, Michael reached out to me to talk with me about my sons needs for our trip to Disney. He was very kind and expressed the desire to support and help his customers. He then offered to order the shade for the stroller and let me know it would be with the stroller when it is delivered to our resort in August. I am looking forward to our first full rental experience with them after this interaction and will be renting from them and referring others in need to them going forward ( I actually referred a woman today based on this experience alone). Thank you Michael for going above and beyond and to Michelle for her excellent customer service in securing our reservation.

Where to begin. We arranged vehicle rental via our specialist holiday company as my daughter is now quadriplegic after breaking her neck 6 months after our last Disney adventure. We knew it would be a challenge and we knew it would be expensive, given our new and additional requirements, but we trusted that all concerned would listen to what we needed and supply the necessary. Under normal circumstances, and given the horrendous experience we initially had, this would have been a one star review however, despite the MAJOR problems we had with several vehicles in the first week of our holiday, this company came through and thoroughly exceeded our original expectations. They could have ignored us when we returned to the UK. They could have brushed our serious concerns under the carpet and hoped that we would just go away but they didn’t. Granted, the issues we had were not minor and, initially, they very much spoiled our first trip back since my daughters horrific injury but, given that they fully resolved the issue on our return, I would not hesitate to give these guys our business again should we ever come back to Florida. Excellent customer service is extremely rare and, despite our initial frustration and anger, this company truly redeemed themselves and for that, we thank you.

I rented a Wheelchair Van with Florida van Rental because I didnt have any other choice for new years eve. Everything was sold out for those dates. I was happy to have found a van for my sister but the experience was not so pleasant. They asked us to pay an insurance that we said we didnt need since we had American Express to cover us, but they still went ahead and charged us and later, after I complaint, they refund the money.Another problem was the airport parking fee. They told us we didnt have to pay anything because we had a car for handicap and if we had the handicap person with us they wouldnt have to charge us for anything, which wasnt true, because they still charged us for the 2 days the van was park in the Miami Airport. We tried to complaint, but with no success, they told us we were responsible for those charges.Anyway, they were not transparent and clear about the charges and at the end we were charged more than they said in the first offer.Wheelchair Vans Rentals should be aware that handicap people lives are already complicated, that it would be easier to rent a regular car just like anybody else, but we cant and we try to find the same service but instead, we find these companies that want to take advantage of us.. I dont recommend this company. There are others that are willing to help you more instead of creating more problems.

DO NOT USE! Terrible experience I rented a van months back. When applying the deposit on my credit card the number was stolen. After resolving the credit card issue with Amex, I maintained the contract with Florida Van Rentals. I continuously called the company verifying the rental and then I received a call 5 days prior to the trip and our rental van was “stolen” and they canceled the reservation. This is unreal. AGAIN DO NOT USE!

Worst rental experience ever!First off, a couple days after paying online, my credit card was used for an online order pickup at the millers ale house down the street from Florida van rentals. This card was only a week old and had not been used any place within 30 miles of that area. I now see other reviews stating they had the same thing happen to them.Second, upon returning the vehicle I was told i went over miles by putting over 1000 miles on it total. There is absolutely no way I put even 500 miles on it in the four days I had it. Unfortunately one of the office workers are the ones that wrote the milage down before I left. I was also told I had unlimited milage but am now told that they didnt realize I live in Florida. Unlimited is not available to Florida residents per a paper I was shown at drop-off.Update: After several phone calls they decided not to charge me for my “over mileage.”Update: I see the rental place has responded to my review. Of course they will state they don’t use customers credit cards for any other usage. I have quite a few reviews and this is the only one (as of now) under four stars. I do not leave reviews like this unless it is highly warranted.

15 passenger van Not great at all. First so expensive compare with other companies in miami. Second when i picked up the van was disgusting dirty when started the engine was maiking a weird noise. I called and said all this things all they said was thank you for letting us know. Third in top of being expensive they make you pay parking fees which is $17 for pick up and $17 when they pick up the van is ridiculous i will definitely not rent here againg and definitely dont recommend to rent here at all. The only good thing that the lady in the front desk was always nice so that 1 star is for her only.

I like the fact that they are able to do everything online. After making my reservation they sent me a link to a Docusign agreement that I was able to complete on my phone and sign electronically. Very convenient not having to go into a rental office upon arriving in Orlando. Kudos on the convenience factor!

DO NOT go here! Save your money and time, this place is ridiculous! Promised a black Ford Transit, but on the day picking up my rental theres only a very old and crappy white van. I did not want to accept something that I would never consider renting at the first place but the owner was like you dont have to take it but were not going to refund your money. That is unbelievable! Also I had to rate this a 1 star because the lady at the office was nice and trying to help me out.

STAY AWAY!!!I called repeatedly to confirm that I would be getting a side entry wheelchair accessible van. I also requested info on the year,and make of van because I was worried that I would get an old van. I was told there were no issues as far as getting the van I requested. I was told that someone would send me an email or text with all the info and pick up instructions before my arrival, none of these things happened. I had to figure out on my own where to go and pick up the van which was at a airport hotel valet parking lot that charged me 25 dollars for parking! No one there to check out the van to me and do an inspection and show us how to use a REAR ENTRY MANUAL VAN! The very thing I did NOT want! They tell you everything you want to hear until its too late to change your mind and use another company. Stay Away from this company!

We used this company the past two trips to Florida as we needed an accessible van for our daughters wheelchair. First year they delivered a piece of junk to the airport and it took them four days to deliver a van that actually had working seat belts. The owner pleaded with me not to post a bad review. This past year we used them again and the van was better but after we returned the van they charged an additional $87.50 without permission for sand in the van. Seriously there was not much sand and we were in Florida with a wheelchair. I would not recommend this company. Very sad as there are not many other choices for accessible van rentals in Florida.

Upon arriving at the pickup location at the airport, I instead had a 12 passenger van. It was a classic case of a bait and switch. I needed the van at that time and could not do anything but accept what they had left. After reading other reviews online, you will see this seems to be the way they operate. The office manager seems to think she can switch types/quality of vehicles at will without consulting with the customer or changing the price to reflect the price of the substituted vehicle. In my case, the 15 Passenger van was a $69/Day rental and they instead delivered a 12 passenger van for the same $69/Day price which left me short three seats. After posting a review on YELP, Dan S of Florida Van Rentals, posted a response on YELP where he offered a refund of 40% if I contacted him by email. After 5 days and 3 emails, he responded that I must first edit my review on the site before he will execute the refund. This is our first time renting from FVR, we have nothing but good things to say. The staff was courteous and friendly and our wheelchair van was conveniently waiting for us at the lot next to the airport. Great company, we will definitely use them again.

Florida Van Rentals, specifically Michael, came to the rescue when I needed a wheelchair accessible van at the last minute. He made it happen and was joy to work with on what was otherwise an emergent, stressful, and traumatic day. Not only did he kindly get me the vehicle I needed but the pricing was very fair.

A fantastic way to get out and see Florida beyond Orlando! And... In a cute red Jeep, all the better!Helpful and friendly staff... Would highly recommend them!

We were NOT going to make it back in time to drop the van off and we were having an absolutely nightmarish day trying, but Michael, one of the managers/supervisors (maybe owner?), came to the rescue and turned our day around in a matter of minutes! He not only stayed past closing time to accept the van, he had an absolutely admirable upbeat attitude that sucked all the nightmare out of our day in an instant! Our transit van was awesome clean and low mileage the price was unbeatable and we had no problems their staff is very friendly and professional. We will definitely come back for our next family event.

Our church needed a last minute 12 passenger van rental in Orlando. Our bus ran into mechanical problems and Florida Van Rentals came through with a van that got our members to Jacksonville, FL for our retreat. Great experience and nice people

Completely horrid experience.First off, the entire call service staff were so rude.Nothing i said was rational enough and or they just didnt care. Not to mention that i had to call 4 or 5 times just to get someone to answer the damn phone. They gave me absolutely no information of anything i needed or basically made me feel stupid for information i didnt even know.As i reserved my vehicle the night before, the docusign never got to me, i was confused with what was happening and why i was able to reserve a van without even receiving the proper paperwork afterwards.I call to confirm and find out where the van is located in the Tampa Airport... TURNS OUT!!!! My van wasnt even there, they never sent it because they didnt give me the paper work so my reservation didnt even exist, i ask if theres anyway to get it later on or if i can redo a reservation... Instead of helping me, the woman belittled me saying it was my fault and i shouldve paid attention.What kind of service has you rent something, and not give you any information, then you call just so they say that its your fault and they cant do anything?What a terrible company. Never reserve here.Dont waste your time, Dont waste your money, Forget it!

Michael was a dream. He out of his way to get my dad in his rental against aUnforseen circumstances. We loved the vehicle and service so much we purchased said vehicle

Terrible company to deal with. Had a vehicle lined up and they cancelled right before trip. Good thing Enterprise came through for use last minute and way cheaper than Florida van rental.
