If I could give zero stars I would DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! classic dirty car rental place stay away they will charge you hidden fees I payed 14.99 a day to have a tolls payed for and surprise for me when they said the 15 dollars is only for activation of device I had to cover the tolls Employees while they’re working are vaping or on there phone car was given with a quarter tank missing and no window wiper liquid go to a more reputable company even if it means paying a few more bucks seriously

I rented a car from this company. Everything was so good. From shuttle to process of rental and return. Car was new and very clean. Special shout out to Maria. She was very helpful, informative and prifessional. I recommend JC and will definitely rent from them again

I had the worst experience in Orlando Airport all rental services. All of them tried to over charged me, where JC Rental really help me out. This lady Maria made everything so easy and convenient for us. Vehicle was also very clean and sanitized. Thank you guys for your great service keep it up.

Good prices for the options available. New cars.. Not sure why the bad posts if you dont like what is offered simply deny the service and move on with your life. I dont ever give reviews but felt obligated because in this new age people mostly feel compelled to be negative and very few post good reviews. Absolutely will never recommend this company. The second I walked through the door It was a disaster. When I booked the rental I got full coverage only to learn that the full coverage I paid for wasn’t good enough. Suddenly my $415 rental was $800. Once I got home I found. $27 charge. When I called to ask about it I was told it’s because I had to leave the rental at the airport. When first picking up the rental we discussed how I would need to leave the rental at the airport because they didn’t open till 9:30. Was absolutely never told of a charge and when I called I was told too bad and there’s nothing to be done about it.

We had no problems with the rental during our stay, but two months after being home they charged my card $1000 without authorization and then when I called, they acknowledged that they shouldn’t have done that but refused to help me in any way! Don’t rent from here guys apparently they steal your money:/

0 customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. I made a reservation, I called the day before my flight to confirm my reservation, they told me that everything was fine, that they would pick me up at the airport. When I arrive in Orlando and I call them to pick me up and they tell me they are sorry but my reservation had been canceled and they had not notified me.

Rude! Hidden charges! If you complain or give a negative review they try to discredit you, your review, and call you an ungrateful customer that should have been denied service of any kind. It was only out of the goodness of their hearts that i was allowed to have the vehicle i had prepaid for. I spent 7 days in florida and 4 more days travelling through 13 more states. These were the ONLY rude cold people i met over the course of 11 days and 14 states. I also wrote over 20 reviews during my trip and this was the only negative review i wrote!

I booked a flight to Orlando last minute and called many different csr rental places to find there were very few options available. These guys had a car that I booked online for a great rate. They picked me up at the airport and put me in a new vehicle. I dropped the car off at the airport. I appreciate these folks helping me when so many big name companies had no cars and high prices these guys were there.

If I can give them negative stars I would. When we were first picked up from the airport, they asked us when our flight leaves. We told them or flight leaves at 8:55 am on July 28th. She said ok, if you drop the car off to us at 7 am, we can take you back to the airport. We said ok! Np! I received a call the night before our flight saying that they cannot drop us off at 7am, they can only do 8am. They said we can drop it off at the airport, I told them I’ll make a decision and let them know. She then texted me and told me the charges and said “If you agree”. I never got back to them that night because my phone was frozen and didn’t start working until 6am the next morning. We got to the lot and dropped the car off and called an Uber XL, uber sent a car that would not fit all of us so we canceled. By that time it was 7:59am so we were like ok, they can drop us off. We tried calling, and were on hold, so we took the car to the airport. We missed our flight and had to spend the whole day in the airport. Maria was on the phone with my friend and told us to send the screenshot of the conversation from the night before. They charged me $32 and I was like ok that’s from the airport parking. Woke up today to see another charge of $85. I then called Maria and she was rude and speaking over me and said I’m insulting her because I said she was rude and have bad customer service. She hung up the phone on me!!!! I called the office twice and they kept ignoring my call, I then called private and they answered. I asked to speak to a manager and he was so nonchalant. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!

The line at the airport was around the block. Took a chance on these guys. They picked me up in less than 10 minutes. The car was clean and about the same price as the airport. Everybody at the place was on point. Three days later I returned the car to their lot 2 hours before my flight and made it to the airport in plenty of time to get Chic-Fil-A before my flight.

Extremely unprofessional place. Please do not come here to save money because you will end up loosing and paying more at the end. This was our last alternative due to it being the cheapest m and really, one of our few options for a rental vehicle. When we landed in Orlando, we contacted this place to let them know we had landed in which they notified us that our reservation was canceled. They did not even take the time to send us an email or even give us a call to let us know it was canceled. Besides this huge inconvenience, they refused to give us our money back and the manager was very rude to say the least. I have never had such a negative experience with any business. From what I see from the reviews, I am not the only one how has gone through this experience. Save your money.

Bad experience. I booked a car to 21st July, one month in advance.On 14th, I called and asked if would be possible to pick the car on 15th. Sure sir, no problem. Just a moment. Ok, all set. See you tomorrow. Ok, very happy I was.The next day, I went aaalllll the way from Winter Haven to Orlando Airport (50 miles, 1h+ drive), and as I arrived at the airport and tried to call them, no one aswered. Ok.... half an hour later and someone picked the phone.First, she couldn`t find my reservation..........20 minutes later, explaining the situation, the attendant says that unfortunately they didnt have a car for me.So I was stranded in the airport, 1h from home and without no car.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 1 Star Rate because I was forced to by Google.

Decent price but very poor customer service. Numbers for Orlando are not shown and all calls ring though to Miami. Next time Ill spend the extra 110$ dollars to be able to drop off my car at the air port and not have to wait for them to open at 9 when they said they would be there at 7. No bueno.

Great prices and customer service!

Would never recommend! The guy is extremely rude and was 45 minutes late to pick up our party despite us calling before take off and telling him of our landing time. Also lots of hidden fees, once you get in an additional 29.99 per day for there insurance (you cant use yours because if you use your own he requires 500,000 of coverage) Also the deposit is $1000 per vehicle which isnt mentioned at all anywhere. All in all terrible service, terrible prices (with all the hidden fees we paid $900 per vehicle for 5 days and had no choice as he said we wouldnt refund what we already paid when we booked) and terrible business!

Too expensive, many hiding fees, and very irresponsible company. The car drop off time was 8: 00 am .they opened at 8: 40 am. Sin order to catch my flight at 10: 00 am the driver was speeding. Dangerous ride. First and last time. Not recommended. They dont deserve even one star.

Went to vacation in Fl & booked 2 big cars... didn’t even get the cars I wanted, guy who picked us up was rude to only find out he worked the front desk didn’t wanna refund or honor the extra money we paid for our bigger car that we didn’t get.. charged extra for insurance so our $500 rentals turned into $800 rentals.. lack customer service skills, literally save yourself the headache! Go elsewhere.

A place away from the airport. The transport that picked me up at the airport took almost 2 hours.

New and neat cars. The delivery of the vehicle is done in less than 10 min. The office does not have Wifi. Mandatory deposit of $ 1000USD. Mandatory to take the SUNPASS service of $ 13USD / day. It does not have an office at the airport, but they provide the shuttle service to the airport.

I have a reservation with them in the month of September that includes the two basic insurances, what other additional charges do they make in the office?

Do not rent here, they are a robbery, they stole USD 1,000, from the deposit, they charge it a month later, nobody answers, they do not answer
