My husband and I decided to try this place out long story short I wanted to buy a car for his birthday we picked a car out on October 10th very next day had to take the car back with issue and yes they claimed to fix it few days later we discovered another issue we take the car back and have to go to another place to fix the car. In the beginning every one was very nice now we call and works are very rode. My point is we haven’t even had this car for two weeks and we’re going back and forth using Miles we are limited to every month and we have a huge car note a month. I regret coming to this place if you don’t have to please don’t put yourself in the same situation I put myself in. I’ve never done a review on line till the day we decided to get a car from this place because as there getting paperwork done they ask you to do one I was skeptical about it at that moment now I see why.

I have been going to this place for a year now for oil changes and other maintenance on my car, which I purchased and they have constantly been providing me 110% customer satisfaction. I love the assistance they give when I have a question about the EPass or issues I would like to know about and they have answered them without no gaps or discrepancies. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who are looking for a car, cause these people are there for you. Right now, I have a 2015 Chrysler 200, which upgraded from a 2002 Jeep Liberty. I was given the option to hold it for 300 months and then can upgrade, which instead of making payments on that Jeep, I make my first payment on the car, which has been very helpful to me.

The manager here is so unprofessional, she does not care about the customers, are the customer needs, and could care less about your business. Please do not give these crooks your money. This is a great concept if the employees were knowledgeable and interested or displayed customer service skills. The employees at this location either have no common sense or no brains...I cannot figure out which one applies. In a difficult situation with me the employee kept blaming corporate for what was clearly a lack of concern for me as a customer or the longevity of my relationship with their brand and they will not help you they will not give you a break or even act like they are even hearing you.The selection of cars and trucks is marginal. Having established a new business in the Orlando area, the option and flexibility this brand offers is enticing...beware the mileage. They require you to bring your vehicle back every 3,000 miles to have an oil change completed. I havent seen a modern vehicle require oil changes in 3,000 in years...in fact I dont believe the vehicle I have requires it in less than 5,000...but you have to do it their way which is understandable...but do not expect fast service or flexible times...If you cant make it to their shop between the hours of 9 and 5 you can have your vehicle disabled...Sure, I dont work or have any other things being a small business owner...let me fit into your hours.Customer Service and Follow-up worthy of the DMV...The vehicle I leased was in a minor accident...beware...they will take your vehicle for over a week and you are left paying for the non-use of the vehicle along with your deductible and you must sign over your insurance check to them... Meanwhile they will take your vehicle to the clown car body shop while you wait and wait and wait. As you are required to use their body shop to protect their assets they do not care that you are establishing a business or working, they certainly do not provide any sort of loaners or assistance or even provide a true estimate on how long the clown car body shop will have your vehicle.The vehicle I lease is a late model Explorer Limited in a pear white color. As luck would have it someone in a red car hit my vehicle on the rear passenger wheel well causing very minor damage to the vehicle. The wonderful people at Rent-to-own Auto immediately requested that the vehicle be returned for repair. After waiting for over a week, the repairs to my vehicle can only be described as comical along with the glaring white not pearl lines drawn into the rear passenger paint...the paint from the shoes of the body worker covering the inside of the vehicle...the vehicle wreaking of paint...shoddy workmanship that you and your insurance company will pay for and you will not get a say in...just beware.

Rent to own auto is awesome they offer newer cars with a low down payment they explain everything up front so if you pay attention and read what you are signing there should be no surprises keeping in mind they are a rent to own auto. They work with people with challenged credit and Jenna the office manager is amazing I know that during the hurricanes she worked with people so they did not have to worry about losing there cars

He was unwilling to work with me and my situation, where other former managers were accommodating and showed a human side. If you have no choice but to go here ask for Ricky he is a real great person and is not a reflection of this leader. I normally would recommend this place for people starting over, but today I say do your research and find a company that’s more willing to help you when things aren’t so good! Godspeed!

Everything was good. Until I realize I got the wrong amount of miles. I live in Florida I busted the one on orange Blossom trail. The sales man told me I could upgrade my miles at anytime. Ive been trying to get more miles since I had the car. I tried a week after I got the car I was told to wait until my first payment so I waited then I tried at that time then I was told to wait until I hit my first oil change. I keep getting told wait. I would have not gotten his car if I knew they would give me the back and forth. Now it ride today they have to call Corp. huh song wanna spend more money and you guys cant just stick to your end. I signed the contract based on the info the salesman gave me. If it was false give me my 1,5000 back so I can go get a car. Not happy today

The service here is great and they really will work with you. Just take care of the car and all will be great. Great mileage on the vehicles, etc. This was first car and I wont forget it.

RTO Auto Center has an excellent Uber program that provides Uber drivers like myself with a quality used car that includes 50000 mile warranty, oil changes, license plate, and even an EZ toll pass. They make it easy to get on the road and the process took less than an hour! Jenna and Ricky are very professional and explain all the details that will get you into a quality used vehicle. You can lease by the month and return the vehicle anytime for another vehicle, upgrade your vehicle, or just walk away. I wish I would have known about this program months ago (would have saved me alot of headaches and depreciation on my own car?!)If youre in the market for a quality vehicle I highly recommend them.Tell them Joe Morejon sent you!

Very disappointed. Everything was fine until i got in the car and drove off. No more than 4 miles up the road and the tire lights come on and car starts shaking. Woke up this morning to a flat tire. We were the last customers to leave so I had to wait until this morning to call in the isssues. When i did? It was like speaking to strangers, like if i was making this up. Gave me an apt to come in at one and upon arrival it was the complete opposite of yesterday, cold shoulders and that awkward silence. The mechanic found a nail on the tire that didnt have the flat!! And he said the car felt great and that all cars tremblem when they are on!!! I am livid!! I should not be here today. If they did as promised the car woupd be clean and driving like new. Not what i got.To be continued. Waiting to see how they will redeem themselves.

Was charged for a repair that was not authorized only inquired about price. By their crooked body shop. thought they were upstanding till this incident.

When I signed up in June 2016 I thought I was finally getting a break with all the medical things I had to deal with. They told me I would accumulate unused miles and that I can have an oil change any where and its an option to go to them. Last week they told me they hadnt seen me in a while and needed me to come in to do an oil change or they are shutting off my car. I cant deal with the lies AND pay them $500 a month for 2007 HHR... The whole thing for me was a bandaid on a wound but this is crazy.. I am borrowing a friends vehicle and on my way to BUY a nice car with a regular loan.... Never again will I make a decision because Im in a crisis... NEVER AGAIN

Great alternative to buy here pay here and they give you a warranty for 50K as well. If your needs change you can either upgrade or return the car without the fear of having a repo in your record.

Ive been a customer for 6mon Ive always had nothing but good to say about Rent to own Orlando, but Juan is a jerk my GPS obviously has a malfunction on his error, so corporate is on his case, he calls and tell me my car will shut off on the highway w/ my children in it thats a liability he says he so concerned (that was a lie) just be honest and say you slipped & didnt install the GPS instead of telling a lie then he says corporate will pick my car up, but check this out Im current on my payments ijs other than that I give the location a 5⭐
