I had the opportunity to chat with a most delightful agent by the name of Ms Jessica Pineda. Ms Pineda not only helped me resolve a change in my itinerary but coordinated a rental at a new destination. The entire process was an extremely positive experience. Tremendous asset to your company!

I was caught in needing to change the date of my rental by one day. Katrina Idarraga, assisted me very thoughtfully and carefully. I asked to call her back, after confirming a change to flight arrangements on travel to Tampa.When I called back she immediately remembered me, my situation, and diligently arranged changing my car rental, adding one extra day and upgrading car to next level for a price difference of $2.50. I spoke with Leidy Santodomingo through the online chat. Their service is always very good, and the prices are very transparent.The only suggestion I have is that they show the final price on the car list, so the user doesnt have to keep getting in and out of each car to know the total.Issue: The night before I rented the car I contacted to confirm the reservation and found that Leidy did not finalize my reservation after I finalized the payment. Luckily someone else was able to help me and make the reservation, but if I had not contacted to confirm, I would have been suffocated.
