$638 for a 15 mile tow which they claim to 3 hours! You ask about the price and they try to justify it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!

I used them to to my semi. Bobtail only from one parking lot to another. It was a 4 mile tow they didn’t have to drop the driveshaft or anything jus hook to the front drive 4 miles drop it and they charged me $475.00. I had previously used two other local wrecker services both towed the same tractor. Each time it was about 25 miles one charged $350.00. The other charged $355.00 for over five times the miles and they both had to drop the drive shaft. Their prices are outrageous call anybody else in the area. You’ll be glad you did

By far the most friendly Tow company I have ever dealt with. Actually, the only tow company that has ever been friendly. Im quite frankly shocked. Wow. I hope my car never gets towed again. However, if it does, I hope its by these guys.

I needed an RV towed 38 miles on a Saturday afternoon. These guys sent out the right type of truck to haul it. Nice guy operating the rig. They were reasonable to deal with. No problems with their work.

My partner just went in there because her car was towed and she received a notice of lien after she already sold it. She told me the place was very nice and professional, giving her copies of documents that she needed. Thank you for taking good care of her!

Broke down on the Turnpike. They came fast. The man was very polite, got me in his truck for the ac. Loaded up my van and stopped and bought me a water. Great price.

These people are the absolute worst! God forbid you get into an accident and these people come along, in other words, say good bye to your car and anything you had inside....these people will do just about anything to steal from you. If you question it, they’ll just refuse you service! Either way they win! The more time your car spends in their lot the more money they make..and at the end of it, you never get your car back and they auction it off or part it to make more money....scam artist scum bags..

The customer service here is terrible. The prices that I was charged with were not explain thoroughly. After finding out that my car had no gas inside the tank, the guy helping me with everything said,I will help you out. I thought this meant he was going to give me a gallon of gas so I can fill up my car. NOPE! This dude moved it outside the gate and said have it moved by 8pm. Great customer service. Smh 2/10 because Im generous.

I agree with the comment above. This place if I didnt know any better is running a scam. My car got stolen and stripped down to the minimum. I get called a week later by the police but I still get charged for the time it was sitting there that I didnt know about. They threatened to put a lien on the license. The world we live in now a days....get your car stolen and you end up paying $400 to a bunch of crooks

So according to the owner I am the first to file a complaint hmmm.... well look at your overall score 2.5 not even a dang 3 so get real. First thing my truck broke down on 207 major highway where speed limit is 65 where I broke down at. I called insurance they told me 90 minute wait with Johnson towing ok. I called Johnson towing to verify the wait again was told 90 minutes great I can do that I let insurance know and disbatch I have 4 kids which one is an 8month old and I was 5 months pregnant. and what am I told well you are not the only person broke down really? you could get seriously hurt by other drivers being on side of road at gigh speeds luckily I was able to get a ride because they didnt get my truck for 3 hours and still want to charge me the lousy $16 that should had simply been waived for the issue. but no I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE LIARS They have the most uncaring owner and personnel. If I can could give a a zero I would your the biggest company whats $16 bucks to you nothing

Scam artist at its best never reserved notice they was sellin my motorcycle after being wrecked it was properly registered and up to date with everything so they have no of no cotsctacting they just chooses not to I guess no lien notice or a phone call had to leave the star to post gotta tak the tim to contact bbb next don’t allow them to tow your vehicle might not see it again

They will steal items out of your vehicle, use your insurance road side coverage. Don’t use company like this. They have no money so they use shady methods to turn a profit for themselves.

Never used this place. But was almost taken out by a driver speeding down the I-4 shoulder at about 30m/hour. Ridiculous to think that the idiot in truck 51 would be towing anyones assists with care or concern for the publics safety. Unacceptable. Period.

Got locked out of my semi. Most places charged 80 for lockout services but they charged 175. Look elsewhere if you are locked out of your vehicle and need a lockout service.
